Das Haus produziert den besten Champagner, den ich kenne und dazu noch biodynamisch! Vor allem les Meuniers de Clémence hat es uns angetan, mineralisch, aber dennoch fruchtig mit feiner Note von Mirabelle und Apfel. Präzises Säurespiel, feine Perlage!
