Champagne Pierre Paillard

What an incredible experience from the moment we arrived to our last sip of champagne at departure. One highlight was the BAAK car ride through the vineyards, follow by a coursed lunch with PP’s amazing champagnes. Gautier was our tour guide and was extremely personable and accommodating! We can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic time visiting Pierre Paillard. The estate was gorgeous, the vineyard tour was so much fun and the lunch and champagne were exceptional. Our guide, Gautiet, was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. We would definitely recommend anyone visiting the area to go.

Wow! What an amazing experience today Champagne Pierre Paillard in Bouzy. We were fortunate to enjoy The Chef Table experience - traipsing through their vineyard, visiting the cellar, and enjoying truly extraordinary food prepared by Chef Clement. This has been one of our best visits to a Champagne producer. Gautier was well informed and extremely passionate about what he does and the family that he works for. We enjoyed hearing about their unique approach to what they do and enjoyed too a visit to their vineyards and historic caves. The highlight was the tasting of their incredible Champagne. Put this one at the top of your list.

My wife and I have enjoyed Pierre Paillard champagne for a few years now and had to visit when in France for our honeymoon. This is a premium tasting experience that is worth every penny/truly overdelivered. We did a visit to the vineyards that overlooked Bouzy as the weather was nice (gorgeous views), followed by a cellar tour, and finally a tasting of a huge lineup of wines. The wines are stunning as we suspected; the vintage wines were truly special and the Bouzy Rouge and Bouzy Les Maillerettes were standouts for me personally. Our host, Gautier, was awesome. Patient, generous, and warm. If you visit, would recommend familiarizing yourself a bit with the House before visiting. The hosts have unlimited knowledge and we learned so much about the winemaking process, history, and house philosophy throughout our tasting. Finally, the new tasting room is beautiful - every detail from glassware to decor is perfect.

We had an excellent experience with Pierre Paillard, being immersed in their philosophy and tasting some superb wines. They are truly a great producer, and match that with best in class hospitality.

Amazing personalized experience, both the champagne and the chef's table; highly recommended for anyone interested in understanding Champagne. Better than a ny other wine/champagne visit we ever attended.
