Champagne Pierre Paillard

The two brother Antoine and Quentin, 8th generation working the vines in the family, manage the 27 acres estate since 2016. They are one of the most interesting and refined champagne producers because they ally high quality growing, organic pursuit, single plot cuvées and an advanced refinement in hospitality. Their domaine is beautiful, decorated in a very good taste, their staff is very friendly, the cellars are one of the most beautiful you can find in a village, and the champagne is very good! Try one of their table experience marrying their wines with a private chef's food. It's one of the best in Champagne.

Excellent visit and tasting. Guide was SUPER knowledgeable and informative. In depth history and explanation of the house was provided along with a great tour of cellars and Crayères. The tasting was extensive and really highlighted the house philosophy. Highly recommended!

What an incredible experience from the moment we arrived to our last sip of champagne at departure. One highlight was the BAAK car ride through the vineyards, follow by a coursed lunch with PP’s amazing champagnes. Gautier was our tour guide and was extremely personable and accommodating! We can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic time visiting Pierre Paillard. The estate was gorgeous, the vineyard tour was so much fun and the lunch and champagne were exceptional. Our guide, Gautiet, was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. We would definitely recommend anyone visiting the area to go.

Wow! What an amazing experience today Champagne Pierre Paillard in Bouzy. We were fortunate to enjoy The Chef Table experience - traipsing through their vineyard, visiting the cellar, and enjoying truly extraordinary food prepared by Chef Clement. Huge thanks to Gautier for organizing the visit, sharing his knowledge, and making us feel part of the Champagne Pierre Paillard family. We'll be back!!

Amazing tasting and experience. They opened it only for the 2 of us so it was very intimate. Very passionate lady who explained the history of the house and the direction of the current owners. We tried 7 different champagnes. One better than the other. I really recommend.

We enjoyed the most incredible experience at Pierre Paillard! Gautier was a fabulous host, the experience was perfect from start to finish. It was fascinating to learn about the unique way they create their champagnes, which were all delicious! Along with the wonderful food and tour of the house, this was by far the best experience of our entire trip. We would thoroughly recommend and thank you for having us!
