My 5 stars reflect the amazing communication and customer service that I received, especially from Nate. If I were to review my overall order experience- it would not be 5 stars, BUT let me explain in as few words as I can. I walked in to check out their stock since my dude's bday was coming up and he'd been hinting about wanting a sweatshirt from there. After a quick, not pushy, sales pitch, I decided to take advantage of the sale they had on custom embroidery. I picked out the sweatshirt, decided on the design, paid, and was told to co.e back in an hour/they'd call me when it's ready. Nate called to tell me they ran out of the color thread I had chosen, but said more would be ordered. I got two more calls with news that they didn't have another of that particular sweatshirt color. And then that their machine actually broke! All along he remained confident that he could find a way to help me. And he delivered on that. I got another call from him the Monday before my dude's bday, and it was Nate telling me that he had the Las Vegas team make my order and it was shipped. I received it Wednesday, and it was missing part of the detail (my dude's name) I contacted the store, and they were again helpful. I dont live very close to the store, so there were few options at this point, and where I would have settled for just the money back for the missing detail, Nate went above and beyond to make the soured taste in my mouth a little sweeter and sent us matching hoodies. In the Covid-world, I've been experiencing the worst customer service at SO many places, so it means a lot to me that I was taken care of, and respectfully communicated with. Even through all of this, I WILL shop here again.

Best staffs!! We did custom embroidery on the hoodies and the staffs were so nice. They have lots of patches available and can customize the colors as well! We had hard time choosing and they were very patient and helpful. They helped us try out multiple fonts and colors. The hoodies came out quick, and they are so comfy and cute. My bf and I are thinking of going back for another one! Def recommend trying out

Can i say WOW! These guys have customer service down to a science. I walked in just doing some window shopping .while shopping for a complicated teen for Xmas.the manager immediately gave me a few selections to choose from. While i was attempting to make my selection a crowd of people walked in. In which the manager excused herself and went to greet the new customers. When another party popped out from the back of the store and continued to help me where the manager left off. It was almost as if they were insynced with each other. Little to say i was impressed and the teen was in complete awe of the selection they helped me with. Great job guys

The staff here are fantastic, and always let you know about sales and coupons you can use to save money. Always super helpful as well, and won't hesitate to help you look for your size, or grab something from the back. They also embroider here! They have a variety of designs and prices, so there's a lot to choose from!

I love this store! I happened to stumble upon it a few months ago and fell in love with the team and brand. I found out you can create custom gear, so of course I went that route. The staff were super friendly and helpful in creating my first sweatshirt and I fell in love with it. Now I’m on my second custom sweatshirt and look forward to creating even more in the future.

love this store & always visit to buy my champion clothes. staff is extremely nice especially Maria. Maria went out of her way to help me customize a crew neck and tweak the letters to make my own saying. she also told me about the student discount. never disappointed when i’m here

Great store! Always promotions going on, staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They are able to press on patches in store for customized gear. Inventory always fully stocked. Solid location.
