My 5 stars reflect the amazing communication and customer service that I received, especially from Nate.
If I were to review my overall order experience- it would not be 5 stars, BUT let me explain in as few words as I can.
I walked in to check out their stock since my dude's bday was coming up and he'd been hinting about wanting a sweatshirt from there.
After a quick, not pushy, sales pitch, I decided to take advantage of the sale they had on custom embroidery.
I picked out the sweatshirt, decided on the design, paid, and was told to co.e back in an hour/they'd call me when it's ready.
Nate called to tell me they ran out of the color thread I had chosen, but said more would be ordered.
I got two more calls with news that they didn't have another of that particular sweatshirt color. And then that their machine actually broke!
All along he remained confident that he could find a way to help me. And he delivered on that.
I got another call from him the Monday before my dude's bday, and it was Nate telling me that he had the Las Vegas team make my order and it was shipped. I received it Wednesday, and it was missing part of the detail (my dude's name)
I contacted the store, and they were again helpful. I dont live very close to the store, so there were few options at this point, and where I would have settled for just the money back for the missing detail, Nate went above and beyond to make the soured taste in my mouth a little sweeter and sent us matching hoodies.
In the Covid-world, I've been experiencing the worst customer service at SO many places, so it means a lot to me that I was taken care of, and respectfully communicated with. Even through all of this, I WILL shop here again.
