Nice store direct located on Broadway/Canal. Very friendly and always helpful staff. Prices are high, but still reasonable. Visit when you are around. Customizing area is very good 👍

The Champion store There were no customers at all very quiet. Is the Champion store in New York not popular at all ?

Product is excellent; a lot of the staff is friendly/ helpful, but not the most transparent in dealing with returns/ customer satisfaction etc, I called before I wanted to return 4 items on a discount , the person answering said yes, as long as it is recent and unused with receipt, when I arrived the manager refused a return / or store credit, the manager should train retail workers in advance to avoid , such situations, where a customer asks questions, and or there should be a final sales stamp or communication of final sale items prior to purchase, manager should cater more to such situations, in future sales

Amazing energy here at Champion. Mike, the manager, was a great guy and took great care of us. They have such cool inventory with their NYC embroidery section. Ended up getting a pair of great quality glasses for an amazing deal.

The staff at this location is AMAZING! They are all incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. Madison thoughtfully answered all of my questions about a last-minute gift and made sure I was taken care of. At the custom embroidery counter, Andrew was so kind and patient, helping me customize the perfect present! Thank you! Love this brand and love this store!! 100/100

The first time my husband and I visited this Champion location was two summers ago. We met Mike - a wonderful human being who went above and beyond his job description by being so patient while we took forever to decide how we wanted to customize our sweaters, even past the store’s opening hours. On top of that, he stayed late to make sure our sweaters got finished before we had to leave for our flight the next day. It was our fault for not planning ahead because we didn’t know Champion offered such a wide range of customizable clothing at this location. But Mike got it done anyway with a smile on his face and no complaints even though it was the end of his day. Fast forward to now, two summers later. My husband and I brought our son and his best friend in as it was their first time in New York and we wanted them to have the opportunity to customize something to commemorate the trip. Guess who’s still working there? Mike! And he was just as patient as he was the first time - and we took even longer this time! When we went back in to pick up our tshirts and hoodies, we were all thrilled. Beyond thrilled. Everything came out exactly as we had envisioned it. Mike, whoever your boss is, I hope he sees this or you show him this review. You are *the* reason we tell people about Champion in New York and the reason we are excited to go back when we visit. Big thank you for always taking care of us when we come in.

Stumbled across this gem of a store when in holiday. The quality of service was impressive! Joey and Mike are legends! Along with the girls in the store what an incredible team. Bought a custom hoody and they aced it! Pure perfection to detail! If you guys ever come to the UK hit me up! Thank you so much
