The coaches are amazing and as soon as you walk inside you're immediately pumped! I highly recommend this place! 10 stars in my book!!

I loved my time at Champion Zone! I only canceled my membership because I moved out of town unfortunately. Every single coach makes you feel comfortable and is great at gauging your experience before/during your first workout. They are all always willing to modify workouts and movement for injuries/abilities but make sure you still leave feeling like you accomplished something and are sore the next day. Champion Zone was the first time I’ve ever tried boxing to any degree and I am more confident walking into any gym now because of the time I spent at Champion Zone! Thank you so much, Coach Ariel!

I started working out at Champion Zone fitness in January and it is the first exercise class in years I have been able to fully commit myself to. It is hard work and I feel energized and great each time I leave. All of the coaches are inspiring and motivating. Committing to one hour a day for my health has been totally worth it. I highly recommend!!

I discovered Champion Zone about 2 months ago and I’m beyond grateful. When I called to speak to someone about the gym the owner answered with great enthusiasm and made me feel comfortable from the start. My first workout experience was with Michele and she welcomed me with open arms. She instantly had me hooked. I love her workouts and her positive attitude towards the clients. She is extremely motivating and has built my confidence back up. The clientele is also amazing. They make you feel right at home. I had a baby 3 months ago and have lost a little over 10lbs in 2 months and that’s just working out 4 days a week. I believe that First impressions are EVERYTHING, and this gym had me at hello. I can’t thank Champion Zone fitness and the staff (especially Michele) for helping me get back to my physical and mental normal self.

Four years in and this is the best gym I have ever gone to, without question. The group classes are tough, but fun and worth the effort. The coaches are amazing and supportive, providing individualized attention. Champion Zone Fitness has been life changing for me, and I don't say that lightly! Try it, you too will be hooked!!!

If you are like me and get bored easily with a workout routine or struggle to be consistent, you should check out ChampionZone. I’ve been a CZ member since late 2018. The workouts are different everyday. The coaches are experienced professionals who encourage and teach you to push passed your comfort zone. Members come to work and welcome newbies regardless of fitness starting point. Punching the bag is like therapy. I feel like I’m always learning and improving my boxing technique. Added bonus are the free seminars they host about various topics like nutrition, running, and self defense skills.

Best fitness class I have taken by far! Couch Ariel constantly keeps you motivated the entire time. I go at least twice a week now and going to update to the ultimate classes! Boxing has now made it so much more enjoyable for me to work out in a gym setting. I look forward to going every time! I joined with a few friends and now its an experience we can all look forward to together. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Championship zone is an incredible gym. I became part of the plantation team in March and have loved it ever since. All of the coaches are exceptional. With smaller class sizes you feel comfortable and the coaches are able to provide constant motivation and feedback on how to perfect your form.

I tried champion zone for the first time last night What a great experience! It was my first time boxing and I have fallen in love! I have been active all my life from spartan races to weight training after one class here my whole body feels the pain of wow! It leaves you wanting more and definitely the place is amazing from the trainers to the exercises. Excellent vibe, love the music and I can't say enough good things about this place just give them a shot I promise you, you won't be sorry! You will want more!!

Wow what an awesome workout and trainers. Signed up after my first workout and never looked back. Every workout is different targeting every muscle group. Highly recommend this gym
