Ehh... disappointed! I can't find any other way to describe this place. I went in with extremely good thoughts about this place, only to be let down.
My office is about a block, so many people in my office get food from here. A few weeks back, we had a large meeting and everyone, except me had lunch here. The sandwiches looked huge and was told they tasted as good as they looked. So, last week I was tired of having my daily soup from Pret A Manger; I ventured here for lunch.
I was unsure about what to get and spent several minutes browsing the menu. One thing that caught my eye was basically everything has an upcharge if you opt for a sandwich, that's probably customary for the area, but I figured it wasn't worth it. My second thought was a Philly Cheesesteak, but I decided against it, and went with a Tuna Melt on pita bread.
Maybe I was spoiled from a previous place I used to frequent, but shouldn't it be cut up into three or four pieces? This one wasn't, the pita bread was soft as a rice cracker and broke apart. So basically I ate the pita separately from the tuna. What a waste! The fries were also bland and sorta burnt. Lastly, it cost about $13, which I found to be excessive.
Final thoughts: this place has a bit of everything from salads, smoothies, burgers, etc... I'll give them a plus for that, but the product wasn't so great and thought they were overpriced. However, I'll return and give one of their sandwiches a shot in the future.
