Chandler Fashion Center

I really enjoyed going here because I really enjoy malls. I know malls aren't exactly going to be something that's going to be around for forever but the fact that there are still some malls and other parts of the country that are doing wonderfully it's a bit refreshing. I will definitely go back again and enjoy stuff from there.

I recently visited Chandler Fashion Center in Chandler, Arizona, and had a great experience overall. The mall is spacious, clean, and well-maintained with a wide variety of stores that cater to all age groups and preferences. From high-end brands like Apple, Sephora, and Macy’s to more budget-friendly options like H&M and Forever 21, there's something for everyone here. The food court is impressive, offering a mix of fast food and casual dining options. I enjoyed a meal at The Cheesecake Factory, which was located just outside the mall entrance and had plenty of seating and great service. There are also several dessert options, like Cold Stone and Cinnabon, to satisfy your sweet tooth. The mall layout is easy to navigate, and I appreciated the ample parking space. It also felt very secure, with visible mall staff and security patrolling regularly. They also have a kids' play area and comfy seating spots throughout the mall, which makes it family-friendly. Overall, Chandler Fashion Center offers a pleasant shopping experience, whether you're doing serious shopping, grabbing a bite, or just browsing. I’d definitely recommend it if you're in the area or planning a day out with family or friends.

The mall is huge! Lots of stores to shop at, and a moderate amount of eating options. Associates around the mall look like they are afraid of people. Very scenic mall, close to other nice restaurants and social outings.

Went to Build a Bear, the Apple store, and some others before landing in Scheels! It was a great few hours of gentle cardio & retail therapy for Sunday Funday!

I visited with my family, including my elderly wheelchair bound father on Black Friday. It was definitely a busy day at the mall. We used the valet parking which charged $15 but was totally worth it. The valets were very patient as we transferred my dad from the car to his wheelchair and extended the same courtesy and patience when we returned to pick up the car. There is a nice selection of stores and restaurants. The entire area was easy to navigate with the wheelchair. The Holiday Decorations were really pretty.

Nice place to visit. They had good shops and Mini so which I didn’t think was in the USA (I’m from Kenya) and was more like a Europe and Africa thing. The mall also had Macy’s which I wasn’t expecting to be there. But other than that it’s a 5/5 star place. Nothing to complain about

The shopping mall is exceptional, boasting a wide array of retail establishments. I was particularly impressed by Scheels sporting goods store; its scale and comprehensive inventory are unparalleled in my experience. It's a truly remarkable destination and highly recommended.

Everything was awesome at the mall It's nice and clean friendly atmosphere. The only thing that was negative was the lady at Jamba juice who was rude to my daughter and niece for no reason so I decided not to spend my money there. But other than that we had a great time.

My first visit to Chandler Fashion Center. One of the nicer shopping plaza that one can get lost in for hours. There are two floors of shopping til you drop. If you're looking for steps on your fitness tracker, this is a nice A/C place to do it. This plaza is for all ages. Take the whole family! There's a sit down food court with good choices for eats. Lots of seating, restroom, escalators and elevator areas scattered throughout the plaza. Large shared parking lot and WiFi at various businesses.

Chandler Fashion Center is the go-to place for the mall experience. Even though it looks like they are trying their hardest to stay afloat with the changing consumer trends where malls aren't as popular, it still had a decent vibe and plenty of stores. This visit there were more off brand stores, and even some staple stores, like Express, was going out of business. Still a great place to explore and fulfill your retail therapy, and even hit your step goal in an air-conditioned environment. I hope they continue to hold onto some of their staple brands as this mall is one of the only few in this area still.

It has been years since I have been to a mall. A family member suggested we meet here to walk around and enjoy some lunch, so off to the mall I was. Wide variety of stores. There is a mix of chain and individually owned establishments. There is even a piercing place. Getting my daughter a piercing at Modern Mods felt way safer than getting a piercing from one of those teen clothing stores. Yes, there is the quintessential mall food court. There are also a number of sit-down restaurants. We ended up eating at The Cheesecake Factory. Chandler Fashion Center is more than just a mall. With Scheels, Harkins Theater, and Crayola Experience, Chandler Fashion Center is an entertainment destination. Between the shops and the experience, one could easily spend an entire day at the Chandler Fashion Center.

Back when I lived in Chandler for many years, Chandler Fashion Square was only a few miles from me. I zipped over here a lot to catch a movie or to hit reverse happy hour at BJ's Brewhouse. I still remember stopping by here in 2001 when they first opened. I moved to Chandler in 2006 after my divorce to start a new life. I remember having my first official meal as a Chandler resident at the Famous Dave's here. The area surrounding Chandler Mall is pretty busy with a Costco, Best Buy and Target nearby. The mall features stores like Dillard's and Macy's as well as a Harkins Theatres. I miss coming here on a regular basis. Chandler Fashion Square is two levels of retail stores. Some of the stores that were my regulars were Vans, American Eagle, Barnes & Noble, LEGO Store, Tilly's, Hat Club, Gamestop and Just Sports. They have an Apple Store too. Many of the restaurants have changed over the years. They have a food court and a couple restaurants that are attached to the main mall like Cheesecake Factory and Wildflower Bread Co. There are also many restaurants that surround the mall. The Keg and P.F. Chang's were some favorites of mine. The Mexicano is one of the newest restaurants here at Chandler Fashion Square. The holidays can be nuts around here. Despite the big crowds, I still enjoy walking around the mall and watching everyone do their shopping. Chandler Fashion Square does a nice job with their Christmas decorations. They set up a Santa Village where you can get your photo with Santa Claus. It is always conveniently set up right next to See's Candies where I will stop in for a piece of chocolate. Chandler Fashion Square hosts many events throughout the year to keep families coming here. They just recently added a Scheel's and the Crayola Experience. These new tenants added a much needed boost to this mall as it was slowly starting to show its age.

This is the closest mall to our house. Doesn't really seem to matter. What time of the day or year that we go. It's always busy. I've never had a hard time finding parking pretend to park by Barnes & Noble. there are plenty of stores for all age groups and the mall is clean and the parking lot is clean

Chandler Fashion Center offers over 180 diverse stores including Apple, Lululemon, Athletica, Dillard's, Macy's, Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, and most recently, SCHEELS. There's also a Harkins Theatre. There's something for everyone. It also offers a variety of dining options including The Cheesecake Factory, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, P.F. Chang's, Hop Social Tavern, Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurant, Wildflower Bread Company, and more. There's also fast food and snacks inside the mall. The mall is massive and easy to navigate. I was able to find what I needed as well as some things I didn't necessarily need. It's a very busy mall, so expect some traffic especially on the weekends.

Still an overcrowded, sprawling mess of a mall. I tried to park near Barnes and Noble, but even at 1:30pm on a weekday the closest I could get was still a 10 minute walk across scorching hot asphalt to the air conditioned store. The parking lot is laid out weird. Once I finished in the bookstore I wandered out in the mall and saw why so many people just order things online. Several parents with screaming, out-of-control toddlers and preschoolers. Clusters of sketchy looking teens (aren't they supposed to be in school?). Rows of stores (spaced out so far apart that each store I wanted to visit would qualify as a separate hike) with over-priced merch. A super-noisy food court that needs a good cleaning. I made tracks for my car and forgot checking out the several stores that I had planned to visit. Back to ordering online.

I'm just happy that the site here have not left and that they are adding stores instead of removing them. This is the place to people watch and window shop. I do feel as if they need to add some virtual AI technology though. Something cool and creative since the World is going into that direction. There's plenty of parking and I'm loving that Cheesecake factory still has a hh menu for food. Oh, I can not forget that this is one of the only malls that still has a Barnes and Noble inside! Huge plus!!!

I am definitely not a mall person but get dragged in here when my daughter is visiting. I find it easy to navigate through and get in out of the stores that we like. It is a nicely built mall with maintained facilities. The decor is great, as is the choice of shops, the wide variety of products, and the layout. The prices are fair - just keep an eye out for sales at your favorite stores, despite the economic state of the US today. Will I be back......of course.

We went to the mall to check out the Victoria's secrets to get size for a bra. And we looked at other stuff at the mall and we went into the Google store which was really nice and the people. There were friendly and we bought some candy

It is a nicely built mall with maintained facilities. The decor is great, the choice of shops, the wide variety of products, and the layout. There's a ton of things to do there, not to mention the new Scheels! The prices are fair, despite the economic state of the US today. Of all the shops my partner and I visited, even the food stands or stand-alone shops, the service was always great!!! This mall is truly is a date day/night mall and a leisure mall for my partner and I. We are 100% coming back.

First time back to this mall after a year, and I'm SO DISAPPOINTED. It seems the mall management doesn't care anymore. On a Monday afternoon, nearly all the garbage cans were overflowing. The food court was filthy, the escalators were dirty, and there was trash all over the floor. The kids' play area was disgusting. I can't believe people bring their kids here.

This is hands down the best mall to go Christmas Shopping. So many choices and Scheels was a treat!

Lots of shops variety of food and great vibe. Lots of seating areas you name it food , clothes , shoes, jewelry, toys , dogs to adopt. What else do you need

This mall has a great mix of both stores and eateries! I've frequented this location several times the last few months and it is definitely my mall of choice compared to others in the Phoenix area. Love that they displayed a menorah and will continue to be a customer!

I LOVE this mall! Living in Tucson, I often find myself driving all the way up to Chandler Fashion Center because, frankly, the malls in my local area just don't compare. This mall offers an outstanding variety of stores, far surpassing the limited options available in Tucson. The breadth of experiences here is quite impressive and it always seems as if there's something new and engaging every time I visit. The dining options (although relatively familiar) are equally commendable and provide a wide array of choices. While the drive from Tucson is considerable and mabye crazy, the quality and variety that this mall has to offer makes it a worthwhile destination.

Well, as Malls go, this one is pretty good, not great. I was very impressed with all of the available parking especially since AZ is a "Saturday" destination kind of state. I was also telling my wife that while it seems like there would be huge crowds (and there can be) I didn't get that overwhelming feeling of people just crushed up against one another. I have been to many malls where you see so many cars in the lots and garages and when you walk into the mall it is an absolute zoo. I didn't feel that way at all here at the Chandler Fashion Center. One of the last Dillard's and Macy's stores that reside in the valley is here. The touchscreen directories are a very nice and modern touch. Eat, Drink, and Be, Merry my Friends

The kiosk that sells iPhone cases, replaces glass for the cover of your phone is not an authorized Apple repair service. He repaired my broken glass on my iPhone 11Pro and my wife's iPhone with unauthorized products and ruined my phone. I went to Apple to get it repaired and they wouldn't touch it because it was an unauthorized repair, my phone did not work properly after his repair. He never volunteered that he was not an authorized Apple repair service and shame on me I didn't know to ask. I got screwed! I had to buy two new phones. I have bought iPhone cases and he's put protective glass on my phones for years but never the actual glass that is the phone. Since getting screwed, I will never go back to him for anything and be warned he is not an Apple authorized repair dealer.

I really like Dillard's however the weekend of Easter was different. My (2) girls and myself were looking for formal dresses for an upcoming event. I asked one of the sales associates where can we find the formal dresses? Her response was "for you?" She then looked at my girls and said... well "She is petite and She is not." Train your people to understand that their opinions are not warranted. The daughter that she said was not petite is a size 6 and is 5 feet 6 inches and has an eating disorder. That comment set her back. And as far as myself, it's not up to your associates to decide if customers should wear a dresses that a grandmother with compression socks should wear. Train your people better.

I recently discovered this mall during my visit with my son. The ambiance was pleasant and I was relieved to find a well-maintained mall, which made me wonder if there are any malls left nowadays, with many having disappeared. However, Arizona Mills and this particular mall are definitely the exceptions.

This is a really great mall! The mall itself is huge and has tons of name brand stores. The inside is kept up and is very clean. There is ample parking in the parking lot surrounding the mall. I always have a good day when I come to the Chandler Fashion Center!

This location has an absolutely horrible selection of sizes for Levi's, all cuts. Complete waste of my time. Macys mext door was a little better. .

The forever 21 store has a camera pointing in the women's dressing room. The lady said it doesn't work. And while checking out the man at the register rudely said "it cuts off so" ...? Why is it there and pointing towards the dressing room. I could see it in the mirror while changing

Best place to get a good gift Best Paninis experience at the food court, Best Gelato Sorbet and Italian ice cream at Bianca's

I love that the mall is reopened again. This is my stay-cation, the massager chairs, a quick bite at Panda or Rubio's and then a relaxing hour or two at Crayola. Topped off with See's candy and a good book at Barnes. Every special holiday hubs gets me a new Lego set. I'm so spoiled. I love this mall very much. I'm glad you're back. You were missed.

It's been years since I've been to Chandler fashion center but was in the area visiting my brother. It's huge and super clean. They had a lot of stores and higher end shops as well which was nice. They had a nice assortment of restaurants at the food court and even a Spaghetti Factory which we realized after we ordered in the food court. Definitely would love to come back if I'm in the area again!

I have been coming to this mall for nearly 20 years. I used to work in a cellphone kiosk here that ultimately jump started my career so it has a special place in my heart I guess. Over the past two decades a lot has changed here. The big anchor stores are for the most part still here, but the smaller stores tend to come and go. Malls across the country are drying up and closing down, but Chandler Fashion seems to be doing a good job of adapting to the times. I hope to still be visiting here in another 20 years.

I myself believe this mall is one of the best places accross Arizona to relax, enjoy time alone or with friends &/or family. The choices are outstanding; anything you need, it's here garanteed. It's one of the cleanest up to date shopping center!

It was my first time here at the mall. I came in through the Forever 21 entrance which by the way had a ton of great clothes. I went to the Lego store and the customer service was great. I also went to Bath & Body Works, Victoria Secret, & Box Lunch. Other than that, there wasn't really anything else that caught my attention. The mall and restrooms were very clean and they have an outdoor area to take pictures. Every cashier was very pleasant here as well.

Definitely a flex mall, with just about every store you could think of. Super family fun locations in this mall like the Lego place and the Crayola Crayon store with walk through activities that your whole family will enjoy. From Dillard's to local mom & pop establishments. With two full floors of shopping and a full food court to help you recharge, there is something for everyone at this mall. Not to mention surrounding restaurants and venues within walking distance. As with most malls in Arizona (unlike California and some other states) there is plenty of parking. Mall staff keep the place pretty clean. The mall itself is very modern in style. Enjoy the shop till you drop.

Such a great mall with so many shops to choose from. Food court is large. Bathrooms well kept. All in all great shopping experience.

Clean Mall, Good Playground For Little Kids To Play! I don't really go to malls too often, but this mall has a nice little play area for kids and my son is pretty tiny but he was super happy today to be there surrounded by other kids! Lots of other stores of course, lots of parking. Even a Boba place here for a treat after playtime...

Chandler didn't exist when I moved here 25 years ago, and it's crazy how the East Valley built up so quickly. The mall has lost a lot of good retailers, was sad to see not only Gap leave, but was frustrated when Nordstrom left. Would like to see retailers come back to the mall.

Been going to the forever 21 for years today I took my daughter and the lady DID NOT let me take my daughter in the dressing room. She said it was a "policy" doesn't that sound strange? She was rude and she needs to be re trained. Awful customer service.

Pretty standard mall here. Mostly clothes but there are a few reasons to come here: both an Apple Store and a Microsoft Store (on opposite ends of the mall so they don't get each other's cooties). /* Tried to find a Linux store but there was just a big pile of bricks and shelves. */ There's an ok food court, GameStop, and a play area for kids to burn off some energy, a small splash pad that may or may not be turned on, and a number of free-standing restaurants and stores around the mall. There's also a nice Barnes and Noble with cafe that serves Starbucks drinks but has way better food. Also the obligatory booths down the mall walkways with sales people trying to flirt their way into getting you to buy salt lotions or whatever. Overall it's a pretty decent mall and I have spent some time here.

Well, the mall has definitely gone downhill in recent years. Food court was just plain gross. Over half the tables were dirty, food was on the floor in multiple spots, and a lot of tables hadn't been wiped down anytime recently... Also, if you care, quite a few people walking around massless.

Excellent mall!! Found my daughters prom dress at Dillards and a funeral dress at Macys for myself. Lots of places to relax, eat, shop.

I normally never leave reviews but it has to be said. There's a custom shirt store I forget what the name is called. But I walked in asking how much 2 custom shirts would cost. He said 30 each. Ok so I said that's fine. He said it would be a couple minutes. And it was more like an hour. Then he confirmed the size of the design and the sizes of both shirts. Then he said it's gonna be 40 dollars each now. So I said ok thinking it was odd but just did it anyway. Then at the end he said it's gonna be 20 more dollars because of the protective layer over the shirt. I couldn't really say no to that cause it's required for a custom shirt. So I ended up paying 100 dollars for 2 custom shirts. Definitely don't go to this store because it has potential but not with scammers like that. He kept adding fees and different things along the way kind of trapping me to pay 100 dollars. I will say I did ask before if he could break a 100 dollar bill so I guess he saw the scamming opportunity and took it.

Chandler Fashion Center was a very pleasant place to spend time! I had only been about two other times, and had not been back since about 2010-ish. We stopped in after a bit at a nearby antique store. Close access to the AZ-101 and US-60 made getting back to our hotel in North Phoenix a breeze. You won't be finding the super niche and pricey stuff that Scottsdale and the Biltmore area offers, but everything else, if you name it, they've got it.

Three out of the last four times that I visited this mall I was surprised at the number of kids running through the mall, screaming and yelling, actually throwing and kicking trash at shoppers. The kids were even on the second floor throwing trash down to the first floor yelling and laughing.

Ever since moving to AZ, I have never spent so much time at the mall. Why? Not because I'm a shopper but because I became a part time mall walker. I guess I'm showing my age here but when I don't want to go to the gym and just want to just get out, my husband and I head over and walk with all the seniors, new mommies and fitness minded. This mall opens at 6 AM. It's awesome. At the same time when we time it right and we head over during the late afternoon, we are able to get some quick eats in the food court. This mall is clean, safe and parking easy to get to and has good big box retailers in the center. You will not want for anything. So whether you're a mall walker or not, if you're in Chandler you should check it out as it has everything you need from shoes to fashion and best thing about it, it's hardly ever crowded.

This is a bomb ass mall. One of the best ones i really have ever been too. Yeah, I understand a mall is a mall. I may have often had the attitude as well. If youve seen one you have seen them all. We were here not too long ago. Muckering around and window shopping. I checked out Nordstroms, Zells, Barnes N Nobles here. You have the Cheesecake Factory next door. They have a childrens are Carousel rides. Something with this mall is unique in Chandler. I had fun, I had been here several times before. Cant wait to visit again.

Arizona doesn't have a luxurious selection to choose from. Scottsdale seems to have the best anybody can get in this state (let's be honest, Arizona isn't known for its fashion). This mall is clean and esthetically pleasing (not glamorous but decent).

Clean, spacious, and indoors- what's not to love? It has all the things one appreciates about a mall: the smell of pretzels, a play place for kids, and the full roster of classic stores you would expect. There's an elf workshop for Christmas up now, in early November, and it seems like everything is fully geared up for the holidays. My millennial nostalgia for preteen consumer culture got real as I walked around. Take your teens' phones and drop them off here.

This is our local mall and I'm so happy that it has appeared to survive the pandemic, although there were some clear casualties in terms of individual stores unfortunately. Chandler Fashion Center is a nice mall; clean and well maintained. It's anchor stores are now Macy's and Dillards with a wide variety of smaller stores available throughout the mall. The food court has good variety as well. No complaints about Chandler mall.
