A truly heavenly retreat - 5/5 Stars! Chandy's Windy Woods is an absolute dream destination!!! Had our family buffet dinner here during our Munnar trip. Aesthetic seatings and variety of dishes to select. Amazing food and cozy vibe - highly recommended. The food was exceptional, the warmth and hospitality of the staff made us so welcome - it truly deserves to be appreciated. Special thanks to Mr.Johnson and team for your exceptional service. This is a very nice resort. The rooms have a very good view and are clean and spacious. While some items at breakfast were good, there was a limited range and some of the items were of lower quality. Overall service was good. There were limited choices at dinner. Many thanks to Jenesh too for looking after us during our stay. The tea walk was very good.

One of the best experiences I've had in a vacation. The staff are wonderful. The property is spectacular. The views are just too good. Especially the food was super delicious all the meals we had here. They have a lot of nice activities for both kids and adults all day long. It's very accessible to a lot of places in and around munnar. So many staff members attended to me and my family personally. Especially yokeshwar, manjula and many more both in the restaurant elsewhere whose names I don't remember. Excellent place to stay for you and your family.

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed for comfort. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special — always friendly and attentive. We had an amazing stay in Chandys Windy Woods. Everything about the place was just great, super clean, cozy, and so well taken care of. The staffs were absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. You can really tell how much effort the team puts into giving guests a great experience. The atmosphere was super relaxed, and it honestly felt like the perfect little getaway. The quality of everything, from the rooms to the food, was excellent. We loved our time here and would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality stay with awesome hospitality.

A Beautifully Designed Resort with Stunning Views & Outstanding Food 🌿 From the moment we stepped into Chandys Windy Woods, it felt like entering a resort built into the hills themselves. The entire structure is an experience — there are four lifts, each taking you one level down, and between them are walkways that offer a decent view of both the property and the surrounding Munnar hills. Every lift ride also gives a glimpse of the indoor trekking trail and the waterfall, making even short movements within the resort feel scenic. The resort is thoughtfully designed, with a lovely pool, indoor games, and an indoor trekking path that leads to a Kerala-style tea shop — a nice local touch, though it may not be easily accessible for elderly guests. You can also borrow bicycles to explore the property, which adds to the fun. The food here is exceptional, especially the Puttu Biriyani — a unique and unforgettable dish I haven’t found anywhere else. Every meal was flavorful and beautifully presented. The food is slightly pricey, but the quality more than justifies it. The driver arranged by the hotel was another highlight — polite, knowledgeable about local attractions, and an excellent companion throughout our trip. Evenings came alive with live music during dinner, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, Chandys Windy Woods offers a wonderful blend of comfort, nature, and great hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Munnar — whether you want relaxation, great food, or just to soak in the hills. 🌄

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the hotel’s staff and management, who truly made us feel at home throughout our stay. The service was outstanding, always professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. We received quick and satisfying responses to every request we have made. The rooms themselves are somewhat dated in style in my opinion, although some of the bathrooms have been renovated. The restaurant offers great views of the area and excellent food (local and international dishes alike). The staff impressively remembered our food preferences and restrictions after just one day, and offered to prepare special dishes they believed we would like. Thank you!!🙏

We had a wonderful stay at Chandys Windy Woods Munnar, but what truly made the experience memorable was the staff. Every single person we met from the front desk to the restaurant team and housekeeping was genuine , attentive and ready to help without ever feeling intrusive. They remembered small details, checked in on us with a smile, and made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. The resort itself is very neat, clean beautiful peaceful and all this is enhanced by the people who work there making it feel special. Their kindness and hospitality really stood out, and we left with the feeling that we were looked after by a team that truly cares.
