Chang Hung Noodles

When I do research and found out this famous Chang Hung Noodle shop, and I felt nothing special and the taste just a normal noodle, maybe I put the expectations too high. Nowadays service are really important, when we dine-in there and we left over other food stall plastic bag on their table and they shoot us and request us to bring it back 😅😅😅 the first in my life face this.

They ran out of flour noodles so we ended up getting rice noodles. Nevertheless, the taste was simply amazing! The broth is light and almost tasteless on first sip, but as you take more sips, your mouth is quickly filled and coated with rich umami flavor that you just can't stop! I could drink bowls and bowls of this soup! The rice noodles can be a bit bland but paired with the soup, its very refreshing. Meat is seasoned well and the egg is Delicious! Will definitely come back for more!

The menu has some dishes that are unique but are with common ingredients It is delicious and worth a try. The service is hit and miss. The older couple are very nice but they other helpers don't seen to recognize my presence and I have been here often.

Simple noodles are always good. I had many good noodles, and this is one of the best ones I had. The noodles are flavorful and tasty, and I the prices are reasonable.

The noodles were good but for the 90nt cost the toppings are lacking definitely overrated

環境太熱，蒼蠅會在食物上方飛來飛去 嘴巴肉是有新鮮，但份量不多也沒啥特別 菊花麵一碗只有5、6塊小小的嘴巴肉，湯頭也沒啥特別 ，$90不值得
