Chang Restaurant

I recently visited the restaurant again and was once again impressed with the quality of the food. The kitchen offers fresh ingredients and the food tastes excellent. The unagi sauce is particularly delicious and has a unique flavor. Although the waiters are sometimes a little inattentive, they are generally friendly and eager to make the guests stay enjoyable. Overall, my visit was again very satisfying.

Do not have huge expectations, food is avarage and ok. however prices are expensive. unclear if this is either a Chinese , Japanese or Thai restaurant. restrooms are clean. very long waiting times for service..

I have never had a better service and food in Germany. Very friendly and respectful. Food is not expensive. Quality is top.

Great food and very good ambiance

Had a reservation for dinner at Chang tonight. The service was friendly and we were seated right away. The restaurant was empty but it took at least 15-25 minutes until we were able to place an order because nobody came to check on us. We ordered Edamame which never came. The Thai spring rolls tasted like any basic fried spring roll- nothing special or flavorful at all. Sushi was good but nothing special. The wok dish 511 was way too salty and the shrimps were totally over cooked and rubbery. It did not taste good at all. The noodles were the same noodles that come with 99c ramen packages. The duck curry was not special at all. Vegetables were like frozen veggies out of a bag. I would say overall the taste was not flavorful, bland but too salty. I don’t understand the high rating of this restaurant.
