I enjoyed the food very much. The cocktails were good as was the service. I really enjoy the duck-bun taco and the Beijing chicken

The best Polynesian style Chinese food we've ever had. The food is so fresh and packed with flavor. We had the Tiger beef which was incredibly tender and the sauce was delicious. The plum duck is a must have; and incredible mix of sweet and savory. The cocktails are spot on. They are not too sweet; they too are brimming with flavor. The price was a tad higher than other places but it is truly worth it. The service is so good. They give you fresh plates between each dish and are very accommodating and sweet. The ambiance and decor is lovely.

I love this restaurant. They are very accommodating and have great service. They also have a selective wine list. They’re food is great and their portions are just right. They have a varied menu without it seeming overwhelming. It has some delicious typical dishes that you would expect and some different variations of classical dishes.

Very good asían food, very tasty great ingredientes, amazing flavours and texturas. The mixology menu with very good innovative options. The bar with one of the best tequila variety in Tijuana, as well as for whiskey options. The place is not so big but great modern look. Service on point.

Best Chinese food I ever had. The waiter recommended Beijing chicken at it was awesome!🔥 all chicken breast. Service was also 💯👍

When you think of Chinese Food, you don’t think TJ will have the best Chinese in all of Mexico. But yes it does Chan’s offers Fresh Chinese Food Great tasting. If you want a step up in your Chinese cuisine Chan’s is your spot.

It is a generous amount of food. Shrimp is super fresh. Big servings for the rice order.

If you’re looking for a Chinese restaurant in Tijuana, you just found yourself the place to be. For a person who loves Chinese food I have to say this is the best Chinese food. I have over the border or local. You’ll be the judge. No matter what you order from vegetarian meat dishes, you will not go wrong. Every single dish has flavoring. Everything is done fresh with their own ingredients. I highly recommend the vegetable soup or the lettuce wrap for appetizers. The fried rice dishes are truly amazing. Also, I love the beef and chicken dishes. If you are a person who truly enjoys authentic Chinese food, you owe yourself a trip to Chan’s bistro.

Yelp
I arrived with a group of 7 people on a Sunday evening to find there was a 45 minute wait for a table big enough to accommodate us, but once we were seated, the food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious, and well worth the wait. We ordered several different menu items to share, and everything was excellent. The ambience was pleasant, beautiful decor, and the service was friendly and fast. I highly recommend this place. Súper recomendado. Comida deliciosa, de alta calidad, un ambiente placentero, y servicio impecable.

Yelp
Wow !!! Never in a million years I'd have thought you can have authentic Chinese food in TJ of all places. Flavor compounds and texture were on point. This place surprised me with their cooking methods and their decorations. If you closed your eyes, you would think you were in China eating dinner cooking by a Chinese chef. Customer service was on point too because the location is in an upscale part of TJ. I want to come back to try other things in their menu because I see other people dishes they ordered and it looks so good. Wish they have an English menu but it's ok, make it good for exploring.

Yelp
I have gone to both of Chan's establishments in Tijuana and I am just not overwhelmed with the "style" of Chinese food preparation used in Tijuana versus a few miles north in the United States. The fried rice was flavorful but much too heavy and felt greasy. Sweet n sour pork was ok but the Szechuan beef and Kung Pao chicken had no kick or spice whatsoever, a huge disappointment. Dining ambiance and service was very good but the food was a little meh.

Yelp
Not a real chinese place, there are limited people who speaks English and 0 chinese. Was not even able to order Food as owner was very rude and asked us to leave & I doubt it would have taste anything like real chinese Food Definitely not recommend

Yelp
A lovely restaurant [although we do miss the tablecloths, which have been removed from the tables]. Owner Rafael is always at the door with a warm greeting and server Gerzael is kind and efficient. Order a bottle of Monte Xanic Chardonnay, with some beef, chicken or duck and enjoy!

Yelp
The food is overpriced. For what it is, I thought I was getting gourmet bistro food. It mediocre. It's not nasty, but when I pay high prices I would want better food. Nothing left me feeling amazed. Wait, actually the Ginger Chang's drink was excellent. They have good drinks here. That's all.

Yelp
This place is a major ripoff!! It's waaay overpriced!! And if you take it to go? Rest assure you will be getting half the portion you would get if you ate there and when we ate there and I saw the bill! It floored me I gave the waiter $50 pesos tip and he gave me the most dirty look ever! The food is good but be prepared to pay up the but especially their crab tostadas that where one chip with a small string of crab and cost $100 pesos each! And the owner was very rude when I questioned him about the bill! She said well you're paying for a high class eating Jajjaja o and they only sell soda by the can so if you want to walk out not full and pay high prices? Go here this place is a joke

Yelp
It's been a great first day at Tijuana and Chan Bistro had a role to play. A very casual, something between a sit down and fine dining restaurant with some lip smacking Asian dishes. We tried the Duck sticky buns and the chicken wings with a complimentary Kang Pao flat bread. Every dish had a very distinct flavour and thought put into it by Chef Nancy. Bold Asian flavours, succulent meat and conversations with the chef about her journey and facts about Tijuana that only a true local would tell you about made our evening more special. Irrespective of where you are travelling from, this is a place that would do well, where people appreciate good food. Highly recommend it!

Yelp
If you're in the mood for some great Asian food, this is your place. Plus, this place is so pretty ! What's best is that the parking is huge and your car won't be crammed in a tiny spot that will most likely guarantee it'll be scratched when you get back to it. This place is not your typical chinese all you can eat buffet, the portions in here are smaller, but sufficient to fill you up, which it almost always means that the flavor of the food is superior. Not only is the place pretty, but the presentation of each plate is outstanding as well... It's a great place to come with your family or friends, the ambiance is very calm and the restaurant is very spacious on the inside. I would definitively recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. IT gives a whole other meaning to the Tijuana style Chinese food.

Yelp
Loved the Enchilado Shrimp.. The owner said hello in our table..nice almost gourmet like food.. awesome..

Yelp
For $20.00 I had a starter of duck and a water. There were over cooked duck bits in a bao bread. Less than a spoonful of duck bits per bread, 4 breads. It was probably the worst meal I have had in a long time. I got the starter while I looked at the menu and luckily it came before I invested further in this meal.

Yelp
The place is gorgeous I can't lie... but the food is worst than Panda Express. And not to mention the prices. Service is ok. They take long to serve so I thought wow fresh food. I almost wanted to have them return it but oh well we ordered. I won't be back. Totally not recommended

Yelp
The quickest and most efficient service I have ever experienced. We were new to the area and Rafael (I believe that's how it's spelt !) helped us out so much by recommending bars to go and even got us and uber ! (Cash only, beware). He was amazing and the food was spectacular .

Yelp
We live in La Jolla, California, but heard about this restaurant. This was our first time going across the border to Mexico, and we are so glad that we did! It was definitely one of the best restaurants we have ever been to. The food was creative, tasted great, and the presentation was beautiful. This is an upscale, wonderful place. The service was also fantastic. They spoke English fluently. We can't wait to go back.

Yelp
One of the best Chinese food in the city with a lot of diversity in their food and great drinks and desserts as well.
