This place is pretty spot on from what we had in Hanoi! We had tried another spot but their fish sauce was too salty (Da Nang people tend to eat saltier) and we didn't care for it like we do here! However, this place might be a little too sweet because I have to squeeze like 6-8 calamansi limes ro offset the sweetness, but I'm not complaining. It's good, the grilled pork belly and meat was great, the smokiness really hits the spot, and their egg rolls were both flavorful and delicious with that perfect crisp crunch! Highly recommend this place, and super happy that the reviews were actual legit reviews cause this place is great!

If I can I will give this little place10 star -I coming back multiple time. This dish with fermented green papaya fermented carrot and fish sous make my stomach so happy.I think they use some old recipes for create this soup. Its absolutely healthy dish. Also spring rolls very different then in another places-it’s gently crisp and very balanced combination between rice cabbage and mushrooms.Greens always very fresh and include different combinations of healthy greens like nettle leaves shiso leaves, mint, salat greens .I guess this little place very soon get Michlen recommendations.Chef don’t like to share recipes-it’s secret.

Google
got the small portion and a spring roll felt like taste wise, the food was average. portion was okay. not sure what exactly was off about this dish though, just wasn’t mindblowing okay to eat if you’re nearby but not worth a trip specifically for this

Really tasty bun cha Hanoi and nem. Do not underestimate their small menu. Everything is delicious and good sized.

I've tried many places for Bún chả, and this one is by far the best. The portions are generous, and everything is always freshly made. I usually order the medium-sized Bún chả with one fried spring roll. Their freshly made apricot juice is absolutely out of this world!

Just to put it out there, the noodles here are in smaller strands than the various places i have had bun cha. No idea why. The fish sauce was good, perfect, could have been a lil bit more hot since towards the end of the meal it was getting cold. The pork belly and the meatballs was relatively dry, should have been fattier. Generally it’s ok for tourists but there are tons of places that have better bun cha for a cheaper price

Authentic Hanoi taste Bun Cha. The meat is tender and moist. The spring rolls are crispy. our family of 4 ordered 4 medium bun cha and 4 rolls, 2 Hanoi beers and 2 ice tea, total bill was around 300,000 VND- just over 12USD. So reasonable

Meat was not flavourful and doesn’t have the smoky bbq taste. Sauce was more on the sweet side. The fried spring rolls are delicious though!
