Excellent stay at the Chao Sanlitun. This hotel has a great location for Sanlitun area. The hotel feels new, the rooms are very clean, modern and well designed. Rooms have good sound proofing also for a good night's rest. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. Would like to register our special thanks to the manager Cyrus, who helped to retrieve my father's handphone which he misplaced at the airport toilet before reaching the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. Our roomy connecting room (Signature 60 + 40) has a great combination of chic decor and practical functionality for family travel. The beds are fluffy and one of the most comfortable we have slept on. Free refill from minibars help too! ||Breadfast is great in a semi buffet setting and good selection of food. Hotel restaurant and bar are marvelous too.||First time we have stayed in the hotel but we have decided to visit Beijing again just for staying in the Chao Sanlitun already.

best hotel ever! the room size is huge and the bed is so comfy.the drinks and food in the bar are FREE (except for the wine). The service was excellent! The room has a free sewing kit, hair tie and even a condom (who would think about these minor details?) apart from the usual free toiletries and shower cap. They also provide a yoga mat inside the room if you want to do yoga. The robes feels luxurious. The interior is artistic and visually pleasing. I wish I could’ve stayed longer here. We ended up ordering food delivery and eating inside the room because we wanted to stay inside longer LOL. This is the best hotel in beijing so far! They even gave us a free notebook and card holder on checkout. The attention to details is on point!!I am amazed. Location wise, it is convenient. there are restaurants newrby and shopping centres are walking distance

This is a great hotel for a stay in Beijing. Rooms are modern, well-designed, spacious and clean, with plenty of amenities and even some art books to browse....Staff are helpful and friendly, which is expected at a hotel at this level. The area around the hotel has plenty of options for shopping and dining and many sightseeing attractions are a short (for Beijing standards) taxi drive away. Strongly recommended.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Chao. Plenty of design items / art pieces at every corner of the hotel, on top of the overall design (solid hardwood floor, impressive ceiling) make it a pleasure to stay.Also love the extra attention to small details : drinks & snacks are not the usual ones you'd find in any other hotel, real books await you in your room.. it's the little things that make it different. I'll be back !

First time staying at Chao and it was a pleasant surprise. Great location only within minutes walking distance to Taikooli Sanlitun. The hotel’s decor and general atmosphere makes it feel more upscale than its pricing suggests. The place is well maintained and staff are courteous and helpful. Highly recommended and would definitely come back next time in Beijing.

Had a really wonderful time at CHAO. The rooms were really nice and well laid-out to enjoy the stay. Little touches really added overall to the feel of LUXE in the hotel. The service team was impeccable, always ready to help and friendly as my mandarin really isn't very good. Had room service and the meals were really delicious. They look exactly like the photo and tasted great. Location was great as its near to Taikoo Li Malls with plenty of local eats in the area.

So glad I took a friend's recommendation to stay here. Great little hotel (especially compared to the monstrosities on Wangfujing) in a quieter but lovely part of central Beijing. Excellent breakfasts. Spacious rooms and great adjoining concept if you're travelling with kids.
