FRESHLY shucked Oysters for $1!!! Nowhere else can you get this deal. No limit either. They also serve other delicious Vietnamese dishes. Surely not to miss in Westminster. Unbeatable value and delicious food!

Friday 4th of July Lunch at Chao Nieu 35 with my sister. Ordered 2 dozen oysters Vietnamese style sauces and escargot butter garlic sauce and filet mignon with glass noodles. Delicious and great price for $1 oyster. Service staffs were nice and friendly however very limited in English. Be sure to bring your own translator. David Young Restaurant Enthusiast

Excellent food. The oysters with fish eggs were only $1 each. The cocunut snail were very fresh and deliciously prepared. The shrimp rolls came with fresh herbs. The ambiance was a delightful surprise. I look forward to returning

This restaurant is not a family restaurant. It is more like a bar, noisy with music and flashing light at night. The waitresses sat on the customers' lap and fed them food. Lots of drinking and smoking. Not sure why smoking is allowed? Will not come back!

The food was very good. Taste wise it is up there with some of the best Vietnamese restaurants I’ve ever eaten around here. The service is very good too, everyone working here is very kind. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is also very welcoming and relaxing. The wait for the food is a bit longer than most other places but I didn’t mind at all because of the amazing end product that I got at the end of that wait.

The cháo niêu was so flavorful and comforting! Loved the crispy rice on the bottom. The staff was super friendly and welcoming -- they were even willing to wait for us even though they were about to close. Really appreciate the great service and cozy vibe. We'll definitely be back!

Came to this restaurant with my parents. Negatives: -ambiance, this place is a little dingy. The floors were sticky and they had strange globe lights like they're a club at night. -taste, we had a variety of dishes. My brother got salted fish fried rice, it was a little salty. My wife's shaken beef had the right taste though the beef was a little tough. My frog legs had good taste, but they weren't very meaty. -service, they forgot my dad's coffee and we had to call the waiter over a few times to request for my dad's coffee. Positives: -value, they had a great lunch deal at 11.99 this was why my dad wanted to try this place. Overall 3/5 We will not be coming back, though the lunch prices are worth a try if you're looking for something cheap.

Lần đầu tôi và BX tới tiệm này lúc 11:00 sáng để thưởng thức các món ăn trưa giá $10.99. Bước vào tiệm không ai ra tiếp. Không có menu $10.99 cho các món như quảng cáo. Khách không biết món nào sale. Quang cảnh tiệm rất sập xệ, hơi bừa. Chúng tôi ordered Miến Xào Đồ Biển và Mì Xào Bò Lúc Lắc. Miến thì ngon nhưng tôi chưa ăn bò LL chổ nào dở như chổ này. Not recommended anh will not back!

New restaurant, porridge is okay. Service is friendly. Lots of foods to choose. Ambiance is standard of Vietnamese cozy restaurant, not so fancy but a good place to hang out

This place is now a quan nhau. Ordered a dozen raw oysters and goi ga dui xe phai (chicken salad). Asked for no pepper and less msg on the salad but got pepper and extra msg!! They also charged me extra $10 by "mistake" on my check. Wtf? And last time i was here beer was $3 but for some reason today is $4. Careful here, only thing good are the $1 oysters.

The debate I have every week is should I stick to my reliable eateries or try a new place. Well it's time to take one for the team again. This place used to be Bun Bo Hue Công Lý and now offers a numbers of Vietnamese dishes. When you look at the menu with so many dishes you can't help but wonder if any of them is their specialties. The waitress suggested we tried cơm niêu, cá kho niêu and gỏi gà lòng trứng non. I also ordered cháo lòng and ca tím nướng. The low down: Cơm niêu (and all the niêu dishes come in metal niêu not clay pots) does give you the crispy rice in the bottom of the pot so that's a plus. Ca kho tasted a little weird and I think that's from the popular Vietnamese hot sauce (they tend to put that in a lot of dishes in Vietnam). I didn't taste the caramelized goodness of fish sauce,sugar and pepper. When it comes to cá kho tộ Thành Ðô or Quán Hương can take this place to school. Gỏi gà (which the waitress strongly recommended) was too sour. I might be wrong but this is the taste of miền trung VN cuisine. Southern Vietnamese dishes usually have the sweetness to balance the sourness. When I asked for some dipping sauce the owner brought me lime,salt and black pepper sauce. Basically it was white onions,chicken innards, rau răm plus the dressing made of salt,pepper and lime. Needless to say that was not what I expected. The grill eggplant was decent but the smoke flavor from the gas grill (not charcoal) was overwhelming. The cháo lòng was ok and you can find better nearby. I don't want to give any business especially the new one less than 5 stars but this place doesn't deserve that excellent rating. I will give this place another try and I sincerely hope they will improve in order to do well because around here good enough is not good enough. BTW if you're contemplating whether to check this place out because someone mentioned the women here are hot then please don't. The food might be to your liking though.

The women - owner is friendly. But this is not a good restaurant for my family. 1- Cháo vịt - not have ginger fish sauce 2- Gỏi taste very sour. 3- important: Not clean. Dishes are dirty. Togo contain and lids are dirty too. One time and never come back.

Newly opened Vietnamese restaurant specializing in rice porridge and family style entrees served in little steel pots. Some of the photos posted on here and on their menu are taken from other websites if you do a reverse image search. The food comes out painfully slow, so it's not a good option if you're looking for a quick bite. Good luck. It's got big shoes to fill in that location. It replaces Saigon Deli Pho Cong Ly, one of the first restaurants in Little Saigon. That business was at the location since 1980 with an ownership change running it into the ground the past 1.5 years.

Lots of variety and some unique dishes. I love it. Can't wait to bring some friends and have some family style meals!

Never come here for foods for any reason. It's a total rip-off. The portion of the food is not equivalent to the price they charged. The quality of the food is nearly terrible. The ladies who served customers pretended to be friendly and welcoming as soon as we got in but later when we asked to refill water, they seemed not happy and it showed on their face. I ordered fresh orange juice but guess what, it's filled at least 3/4 of ice cubes so I asked for a glass of cold water because of too much MSG, and she looked at like "What's the heck?" and it took at least 10 minutes. We don't recommend this place to anyone.

Don't ever come to this hellhole!!! The food taste lịke shit. Their cháo nghiêu is nothing but white porridge and a few clams with shell in it.

If your looking for some authentic home cooked vietnamese food this is the place! Flavor is on point and the ingredients are fresh made to order! The price is very affordable, looks like inflation didn't hit these guys.

Absolutely disaster!!!! one the worst restaurants that just opened... menu has to price, lady recommended chao with half duck + cabbage salad and chao with goi ga xe phai. take our orders and get it wrong, I couldn't wait for my Cháo Vit and have to cancel my order because my family ate all their meals and my still haven't delivered. Their cháo have no taste. My wife had to add so much seasoning to be able to taste some seasoning.

If you're wondering if the Bun Bo Hue tastes the same as Saigon Deli / Pho Cong Ly, sad to say that it does not. If anyone knows where they relocated or knows a place that tastes similiar, please post.

Love the food here. Lots of food to choose from. Been here a few times and haven't been disappointed yet. My favorite dish is the banh cuon chien bo luc lac. Never seen this dish and any other restaurant, and man is it good. Make sure you ask to have the banh cuon extra crispy. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Service is very slow. 30 minutes waiting for food is unacceptable. The duck meat was old looking and hard to chew on. This will be the last time coming here.

I came in for lunch. The restaurant was full. I sat down and wait for 10 minutes no one come to take order. I looked around at other tables. People were sitting but no table has food. I just left the restaurant can't wait too long since my lunch is only 1hr. The restaurant needs to step up their service otherwise.

Great service. And the food there is delicious. I ent there 3 times already and females there are hot..lol

Great Vietnamese comfort food prepared with modern twists. Love the shaken beef noodles. So soft and tender.
