Authenticity, & Sincerity: The real taste of Provence.
This restaurant offers an experience that encapsulates the warmth and charm of Provence like no other. The richness of flavors, the charming decor, the friendly welcome.... it's all here, and without using food as art-decor. Even the bread in the bread basket of each table is perfection.
Here, there is no superficiality: flavour is king - it's basically what all real foodies are looking for - simple seduction on a plate.
Where to begin?
The pumpkin soup - flawless, deep and rich in flavours.
The Veal Cutlet - Quite literally cooked to perfection, on a simple mash potato base.....stunning.
The Pear Dessert - On a crumble base, with chocolate ganache and a pear steamed in a mulled wine - a total win.
We particulary appreciated how we were given a cheese course to help finish our wine before dessert. The red wine bottle we chose was organic, PPP 2020 and happened to be a pairing made in heaven.
