My husband and I had the most amazing experience at Chapel of the Bells for our wedding. As soon as I got there they walked me through how the ceremony was going to go and helped ease my nerves. Our officiant was able to speak Spanish to accommodate my in-laws, and the photos came out amazing and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get married here!

My husband and I just celebrated 19 years of marriage by renewing our vows at Chapel of Bells. Our experience was perfection! We, and all of our guests, had the best time! JR and Michelle were absolutely wonderful to work with. They made sure we felt welcome and that everything ran smoothly. Our Elvis impersonator was hilarious and did such a great job. Michelle also went the extra mile taking our pictures. We could not have been happier with our experience. Thank you, JR and Michelle! Chapel of the Bells is the best!

The. Chapel of The Bells made our wedding experience memorable..from Jon Ross picking us up at the hotel and driving us around to get all we needed, to Michelle at the Chapel helping us get ready and taking awesome pictures. The surely made our experience memorable… we would highly recommend them 😊

We got married here yesterday (March 29, 2924) and it was fabulous!! JR picked us up at the hotel and took us for our license. He was very nice and helpful. It took us maybe 15 minutes to get our license and then he took us to the chapel. We had 25 people attending. Michelle and the pastor were also very professional and kind. The chapel was perfect! I HIGHLY recommend getting Elvis. He made the ceremony soooo fun and entertaining. Everyone had a great time; we even have a family member now wanting to come back to Vegas to renew their vows. The ceremony was about 15 minutes with Elvis singing three songs and entertaining. We did purchase pictures (you can not take pictures inside) but we took ALL the pictures outside. We had a small issue with our photos and they went above and beyond for us when they didn’t have to do anything, in all honesty. The mistake was on me. We very much recommend Chapel of the Bells. Our whole crew loved it all.

This Chapel was quite close to our hotel so we got married here. It was just for both of us, my husband and me. We are spouse and here, in Las Vegas , we just wanted to hold a traditional American wedding ceremony. It was such a touching event of our relationship 😍. Minister's speech was incredible impressive. I couldn't hold back my tears. We took a DVD with his parting words to our marriage lifetime and few photos from his assistant. Thanks for unforgettable memories. But it was pity that we couldn't take photos of ourselves inside. Photos were taken by local photographer and they cost quite much money 😔.

Google
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chapel of the Bells! From start to finish, our experience was flawless. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect for our special day. The chapel itself is stunning, with a charming atmosphere that made the ceremony feel intimate and magical. The officiant was warm and heartfelt, and the photographer captured every moment beautifully. The entire process was stress-free, and they went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests. Whether you’re planning a grand celebration or a more intimate ceremony, Chapel of the Bells is the perfect place to say ‘I do.’ Highly recommend!

Google
I got married here on 01-01-2025. Everyone was super nice and helpful, answering all our questions before and after the ceremony. The chapel was intimate, the officiant had a warm demeanor, and the photographer was very engaging during the shoot. We got a USB and a CD with our video before we left, and it turned out amazing. I'm very happy we picked this chapel for our special day.

Yelp
Walking past Chapel of the Bells was like stepping into a scene from a classic Vegas love story. Though I did not go inside, I could still appreciate its charm and the history it holds. Known for hosting countless elopements, it stands as a reminder of Vegas tradition of outrageous drunken weddings or someone wanted to marry right away. Its location is convenient yet tucked away just off the main Strip, offering a bit of intimacy away from the chaos. There is something special about seeing such an iconic landmark still standing strong, continuing to bring couples together in true Vegas fashion.

Yelp
They are the ONLY chapel in Las Vegas that has a non refundable $95 reservation deposit. We have to cancel our reservation that is OVER 2 months away and they STILL keep the $95. There is a TOP 60 FAST CHAPELS IN LAS VEGAS list and they're not even on the list. We didn't know that chapel had customers with horrible nightmare experiences until after we arranged our reservation. I implore all of you to read the negative reviews left by the customers they treated wrong, didn't do what their packages promises, DEMANDING hundreds more dollars for items INCLUDED in their packages their customers ALREADY paid for, and the acting minister being high on drugs DURING their ceremonies to the point that they can't talk straight AT ALL! That's the VERY definition of CON ARTISTS!!! Who's are they sucking to NOT be shut down?!?!?!

Sorina G.

Yelp
This year I renewed my vows. The minister came drunk and call my name wrong entire ceremony. Then after this argued with my daughter for a photo. Not recommended anymore!

Yelp
This was a small nice place if you don't plan on a large wedding. Perfect for a small quick wedding with a smaller budget There was alot of construction around which was a slight inconvenience

Yelp
Our wedding was seamless! I want to thank the entire staff at Chapel of the Bells. Tricia was so helpful in coordinating the whole affair. My wife to be made numerous calls with questions about this and that and Tricia was there with all of the answers. Their limo was right on time and added that special touch. I (we) are so happy we chose Chapel of the Bells for our special day. We can't wait to see our pictures. The video was a nice addition.

Yelp
First off let me say that I was excited to get married at this establishment. I'm a professional psychic and I get a good read from people and boy let me tell you this place is terrible. Called this location and spoke to a man named Robert and asked him if we could be married at Emerald Bay. he said okay. I gave him the time. Then I called back to confirm and he told me that he would do it at Reagan Park. I said okay and we started to plan for that process. Shortly after that I received a call back from him saying that he can't do Regan park because it's on a Saturday changing the plans once again. i informed him that he was being very unprofessional and he did not seem to care. At that point he told me oh maybe you should do Lake of the sky to officiate your wedding. I told him "let's keep the reservation and see what happens." Lo and behold he calls me this morning telling me that he had to cancel my wedding so that he could book a more expensive wedding with a bigger amount of people. What a crook STAY AWAY FROM THIS MONSTER. All he cares about is getting your money he doesn't even care about giving you the 15 minutes that you pay $500 for and it's a shame to see people like this allowed to operate business. Some people are just rotten to the Core. No matter what he says, he is manipulative pathological liar and should not be allowed to operate a business in South Lake Tahoe. Im sure he will write a reply to this message, but the damage is already done and his intentions were to ruin the most important day of our lives all in the sake of money. What a shame.

Yelp
We just had our wedding here May 24. It was an amazing experience start to finish. Everyone was so nice, and knew just how to make this day special for us. At the same time we did our marriage vows our son And daughter-in-law renewed their wedding vows After 11 years. They were actually the ones who spotted this little chapel in 2005 and thought it would be fun to come there someday and get married. JR, Kathy, and Chaplin Smith made everything run smooth as silk. They were very nice and laughed along with us, taking many opportunities to chat with us and get to know who we were, it was magical. We had two young children with us age 3 and five years old. And these professionals knew exactly how to handle them. The children had a wonderful experience watching their grandma and grandpa get married, and then participating in their own parents wedding by giving permission for them to marry. It was very sweet. I seriously cannot say enough nice about this wonderful little chapel that felt so comfortable and so full of love. I thank them for making our day extra special. We will never forget this.

Yelp
They performed such a beautiful small ceremony for my parents everything was perfect! Everyone there was nice, the photographer took beautiful photos! The driver was super nice, drove great considering all the crazy drivers in Vegas, we were picked up in a nice vehicle! I would definitely recommend this place!

Yelp
The staff at the chapel of the bells were so sweet and kind. We were stuck in traffic and they were able to make sure that we were able to get married. We enjoyed the staff. They were very friendly and kind. They were very friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend this chapel to get married in. My mom and dad got married at the same chapel in 1991. They picked this chapel after going through 18 different ones before picking this one. Thank you so much! Mr. & Mrs. Smith

Yelp
BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES!! Ask about EVERYTHING before hand! * Bouquet of flowers (optional NOT required) - $55 to $120 They offer you a bouquet of flowers as if it's included in your package, with a great selection and very eye catchy colors! They make it seem like it is free of charge until after the ceremony and you are charged with a bogus fee! * Pictures - 1 picture: $95, 3 pictures: $195, CD of pictures: $395 The pictures are horrendous quality for the price they are asking. Your iPhone can take the same quality picture! * The DVD VOICE recording of the reception (optional NOT required) - $15 You are not told about this fee until after they show you your ticket with all your final balances including the "additional fees". It is completely OPTIONAL! Do NOT feel like you can not get it removed! I know it's "only $15" but c'mon now, don't try to bamboozle it. * Minister Fee* (NOT REQUIRED) - at least $40 *The "minister fee" after everything is all "said and done" is just simply a tip for the guy! We had ordered a package and noticed it said the minister fee was included. But after the ceremony they had pushed an envelope onto us stating it was the minister fee and on the envelope it was stamped, "minister fee $40 or more is required" DO NOT GET FOOLED! Your minister fee is already included! It is simply a TIP! Overall, the faculty was very welcoming. The service was less than mediocre but hey, it's Vegas.

Yelp
Great ceremony, very happy with our New Year's Eve wedding. We were able to book over the phone and put the deposit - easy peezy'. I really loved our minister Stephen. Got the photo package ( 3 images "professionally printed" ) ** if you want pictures of your wedding this service is the only way as you are prohibited from taking photos inside of the chapel. ** still haven't received our images which come in the mail. . .

Lessie E.

Yelp
Do not book here..... their $295 package turned into $1100 after all the hidden fees. They nickel and dime you for every little thing. The officiant was supposed to be included in the price, but they hand you an envelope to tip him, $40 is the minimum...... The limo we book was supposedly broken, so for an additional $167 we could upgrade, and they were an hour late picking us up. We paid additional fees for the DVD and $395 for all the pictures we took. They insisted they would be retouched.....well don't hold your breath. We got the pictures off the camera on a thumb drive nothing was retouched or edited. It took several phone calls and over a month to get the thumb drive. When I asked about the printed picture we paid for, I was told to print them myself because it only cost a few dollars.........Go anywhere else........SCAM SCAM SCAM........

Yelp
We have been to the Chapel of the Bells twice now and the service has been fantastic both times. We married there 10 years ago and renewed our vows today. Both experiences have been exceptional. We showed up early and they were very accommodating. They explained all of the services and we were very happy with the pastor. Mary explained all the different packages an we were treated with respect and given a thorough explanation of all packages offered. We were so happy to be able to come back to the original chapel to renew our vows. Eternally grateful. Susan and Brian.

Yelp
Took my sister here to get married and yes please assign someone to manage the bill other than the bride. They will charge for every little thing and by the end of the ceremony , you gotta pay for everything you "assumed" was part of the package . They don't allow photography or recordings so they want you to purchase their overpriced photographs which really isn't taken by a professional. But oh well ‍ they got the job done!

Yelp
My husband and I got married here back in October 2015. My mom got married here in the 70s as well. Great little venue. 4 and not 5 stars because the photographer threw my friend out of the ceremony for snapping a pic w his cellphone camera. I get it but he was a little rude about it. I recommend this venue. Ordering pictures are a bit on the pricey side. We got the whole disc for $500 or so.

Yelp
My husband and I had an excellent experience with Chapel of the Bells. They called us early in the day to confirm the location of our hotel. We were picked up promptly at our scheduled time in a very nice, clean Cadillac. The driver was very friendly and made conversation with us on the drive. Upon arriving at the Chapel, my husband and I went inside to confirm everything with no issues. The man (who was also the photographer) was very nice and the minister was very sweet and gave us a great ceremony. We did not feel rushed at all. They even let us wait a few moments for my sister-in-law to arrive and let us take all the time we wanted afterwards to take photos outside the chapel. (No cameras are allowed inside the chapel, so be forewarned. I think most, if not all LV chapels are this way though.) My only complaint is that when I went to make my reservation, the man I spoke to on the phone was a little short with me. I also had asked if we were able to choose which photos we received with our package and they said yes over the phone, but when we were confirming everything they insisted that they choose the best pictures and we can purchase more later.

Yelp
Where do I even start? I wish there was a zero star option. This place single handedly made what was supposed to be the best day of my life, into one of the most stressful and disappointing days of my life. Not only do they lie about the prices on their website, they charge you for every single thing and there are multiple hidden fees. We were told a price of $255 over the phone, which we had already paid $150 of before the ceremony so we should have owed around $100. When the ceremony was finished, it was $1000. I almost got sick. They insisted on discussing prices in front of our entire group of guests which was extremely embarrassing. They didn't ask my husband or myself any questions regarding what kind of ceremony we preferred, they didn't have the correct hookups to play our music, so we had to go ask one of our guests to play music through their iPhone. The only speaker that had was a computer speaker that cracked and popped the entire time, to the point that you couldn't even hear the song. Honestly, the vows between my husband and I were the only great thing about the entire experience. Unfortunately, after the vows, came more horror. They made us stand in front of all of our guests and take a ton of cheesy, poorly thought out pictures. Personally, I'm a very shy person, and had they asked me about one single thing I preferred during the wedding, I would have absolutely declined doing this photo shoot...which they ended up charging me for anyway. This is literally my nightmare; standing in front of a group of people taking pictures. No sound. No music. Just everyone breathing. So not only did we not get any good pictures of my husband and I, because of the crippling anxiety I was experiencing, we were charged for the unwanted shoot as well. I also found out that if I had taken the hideous bouquet that the woman at the front desk tried to FORCE me to carry, because I had made everyone in our wedding party boutonnières and bouquets, that that would have been an extra $150-$200. Also, I would like to add that earlier that day, I called to ask what our remaining balance was (expecting her to say $100 because that would have been the truth) she said $1,000 I physically got sick. I told her that we had only brought $200 for the remaining charges and the rest of the money we had was for our week out here; dinners, site seeing, food, etc.. That woman i spoke with on the phone promised me that I would pay no more than $150 for the ceremony and that I would have nothing to worry about. Needless to say, my husband and I spent the remainder of our trip sitting in our Airbnb / hotel (with our guests of course) with no money. Had we not came to Vegas with such a wonderful group of our closest friends, we wouldn't have been able to eat or pay for our hotel the last night we were there. It was the most unpleasant experience my husband and I have ever had. As I said before, the only wonderful part of the ceremony was the vows exchanged between him and myself. Honestly, I'm not positive that they didn't charge us extra for our tears during the vows. Do not step foot near this place if you are on a budget during your vacation, because they will literally rob you.

Yelp
It's a fun little place packed with history. My parents married here 50 years ago. Last month, I did too. I just want to WARN you all about them fees. I walked in with the $175. "I Do" service and some how walked out with a $800 bill... What the hell? They sure got us good. When your party walks in. They have their "photographer" all ready to go. No matter what package you chose. He will take photos and a video. I was a scatter brain that day, like most. When the ceremony was over. That's when the surprise fees come up. My poor husband took care of the bill thinking that I added photography and dvd. Nope! I did not. I never verbally told them to add it. Anyways, if you decide that this is the place you want. First, I don't recommend purchasing or using their photographer. He doesn't know how to take photos or edit. My pictures are HORRIBLE. Make sure you are very clear on what you want. Take your time reviewing the receipt WITH YOUR PARTNER. Refuse any service they might of added. Also, there's fee around $140 that's for the dude who marries you. I believe they called it ceremony fee. Seriously guys, watch yourself with them. They're pretty good swindlers. Please pay attention to all of these reviews. I'm not tryna down them cause it is a cool spot to get married. I just don't want anyone else to fall for that kind of stuff. Ooo and, they sent me home with a DVD AUDIO.... yes, audio not video of my wedding . Wth I'm I gonna do with an audio version of us talking when I could grab the audio from the video dvd that was coming? Oooo, that's right $15 bucks they tacked on for something I didn't ask for. I just find it funny. Also, the 80's Vegas intro they put in the beginning. I'm literally laughing as I type this. I kind of like that though. Come on Chapel of the Bells, with all that money you guys charge. You really can't afford to send your "photographer" to some classes? dam dvd was $400 bucks.

Yelp
I got married here in September 2009. It wasn't my first choice, but since Wee Kirk cancelled on us at the last minute, we went with The Chapel of the Bells. It was a beautiful, small ceremony, Minister Bird was really sweet. I will not give them 5 stars only because they told us to take las vegas blvd from the luxor, and it took us over an hour an a half to get there. everyone who took the freeway was there in ten minutes. we were supposed to be getting married at 8:50pm, we didn't get there until past 10:30. No Vegas-ian in their right mind would tell someone to take las vegas blvd to get to the other side of the strip. i completely forgot to ask M. Bird to make the ceremony less religious/preachy, but he didn't go overboard with it. The price is good, it's a pretty little place, the lighting is great ( we got some wonderful photos). and they DID take the time to wait for us ( i'll admit my best friend gets the props for coercing them and they WEREN'T happy, but they didn't really show it to us when we got there). I was glad that they were able to save the day too! Their least expensive package includes an audio recording of our exchanged vows, which is a really nice touch. Don't let the neon sign fool you. It's a place with taste and class. I was worried at first too. In the end, it doesn't really matter where you got married, just that you've married the right person! We're still both very happy and thanks to the Chapel of the Bells for starting us off right!

Yelp
Avoid this place. The ceremony was nice as far as Vegas wedding chapels go. The minister was nice. I was offered a bouquet of roses - a dozen white roses cut and tied with a ribbon. Only after the ceremony was I informed and charged $105 for it! Several pictures were taken. They are very expensive: $95 for 2 prints. You are better off at a chapel that includes everything for about $300. Chapel of the bells is a rip off.

Wendy A.

Yelp
I honestly don't recommend. There are so many hidden fees!! I have zero pictures of my wedding bc of them. They don't let u take pictures. Its $199 for 3 poses. The bouquets are extremely expensive. I also payed $80 for a dvd of the ceremony which is horrible quality. You can hear the people recording talking and see them moving around...looks so unprofessional. Staff was also very rude specifically the lady in the front. The minister also asked for a tip of $40 or more. I recommend to look into other places. I payed $500 just to walk in and them to record. No bouquet! No pictures! No transportation!

Yelp
There's a lot to this. The short? Crap customer service, can't remember to return calls and are very rude. Crap photographer. $500 CD of photos, maybe 50 photos on it (many of which are just the same photos in black and white and sepia) With probably 10 decent pics on it because the photog sat in the corner. TOOK ME ONE YEAR TO GET SAID PHOTOS! Great officiant. There are too many quickie chapels in Vegas to go here. So, we chose Chapel of the Bells because my parents were actually married here. Decor wise little has changed since their wedding in the 80's. That's fine, it was a kitschy Vegas wedding. Unfortunately little has changed technology wise either. For music I brought my ipod and speakers, that's fine too, I can roll with it, I'm getting married to my best friend of 10 years, the rest hardly matters. We booked a whole year in advance. Since they do not allow outside photographers I was very specific about asking if the incredibly expensive and limited number of pictures in the package we were buying were chosen by me and my future hubby, or some stranger just picking and choosing what he liked. Mary was very clear about our ability to pick them. Good, if I'm only getting 3 shots of my wedding I need them to be good ones. I asked if the photog had a portfolio. Mary scoffed. "no, no portfolio, only like 20 year of experience" red flag. Oh well, just go with it. I call 6 months out. Check to make sure our reservation is still on the books, and ask again about picking the pictures. Mary tells me again that we choose them. Call two days before. Same convo with Mary. The big day arrives. The officiant who married us was an absolute doll. He did a fabulous job and led a beautiful ceremony. The Photographer stood in the corner. Red Flag. The next day I call Mary, since my Mother in Law had paid for the package I had not gotten the specifics on ordering the pictures. She told me they would email me a code in a few weeks and I could see the pics on line. OK. 4 weeks later I call Mary. "oh you haven't gotten the code? Let me see if I can find it, I'll call you Monday" This, 'I'll call you Monday' routine lasted 2 months. Then one day, a large envelope arrives. Guess whats in it. Three crappy pictures from Chapel of The Bells. I call Mary again. guess what, she will call me Monday. Again I don't receive a call back. I call Mary and tell her I need to speak with someone else. I am transferred to a man who can't talk, He is driving you see, and he has the business line of Chapel of the Bells transferred to his cell phone which he doesn't not have a hands free set for. Here's and idea, buy a hands free set. When I do get to talk to him I explain what happened. He gives me the website info and tells me to pick out the photos I want. I do so, and call him back with the numbers. He tells me it will take a couple of months to get them. I wait, and wait. And I call back. He has no recollection of this happening and transfers me to the "photo department" The woman a deal with from this point on is a gem. She asks me why I waited so long, its been about 6 months at this point. Really? I tell her the whole story and to that she says 'We don't do that, you get images we choose, no one would have told you that' Oh really? Well, I'm not happy with these images, I paid money, I WAS told I would pick, so what now. She doesn't understand why I can't just be happy with what I got. Because they are not good photos I tell her. She tells me that she doesn't think she can even get the photos for me, since its been so long. This is exactly what you want to hear about your wedding photos. So, A year after my wedding, and I have to pay $300, on top of the $200 we already shelled out, for the whole CD of the pictures. There are maybe 50 pictures on the CD, 1/3 of which are just the same pictures but they clicked the sepia button in photo shop and added some crap shadow effect around the edges. If this is 20 years of experience I am a freaking unicorn. I am not happy. Just don't. Seriously.

Yelp
This place is a scam. They steal your money and never let you see the venue. They are very rude and unprofessional. I put down payment to reserve our venue and because of how they dealt with me i decided to take my business else were. They would not refund my deposit of 500$. I gave them plenty of advance notice my wedding isn't till December. I wish i could give them a worse review with no stars. DON'T BOOK HERE IT'S A SCAM.

Yelp
I called to ask for price quotes. The guy who answered the phone had an attitude the whole time. I was very friendly and he talks to you like you owe him a favor and sounded like a dik. That alone makes me cringe and will not even go there no matter the price. That's it. I was trying to add zero stars here for that place but the lowest is 1 star

Yelp
We decided to get married here because my parents did over 50 years ago and we thought it would be nice to "keep it in the family". Well, BEWARE of hidden charges! The chapel itself is nice, but we were hurried by the photographer from the second we exited the car. We were hardly able to say hello to our family and friends who were waiting in the parking lot, because we were asked to do pose after pose before we stepped foot through the door. Once we finally were able to walk in, it felt rushed and a little uncomfortable because it was so quiet everyone didn't feel like they were supposed to talk. Ceremony was nice a quick, but IMMEDIATELY after the "I do's" the photography started in with all the poses again and I really just wanted to hug my family and friends and talk with them for a few minutes. At least 100 photos were taken inside, then outside. Once we were finished, we were directed to go back inside to select the photos we wanted to buy. They weren't displayed on a computer screen so you could see details. You had to hold the camera and scroll one by one while looking at the tiny view screen. By now my family and friends had take a taxi back to the hotel because we're still trying to look at the photos when all we really wanted was to be with them celebrating. After about 25 minutes of sitting there, the driver told us to flip over the clipboard to look at pricing. It was $95 for ONE photo!! Why didn't they tell us that at the beginning and not waste our time choosing 20+ photos??! So, we pick only 1 photo and tell them we'll take our ride back to the hotel. We are then handed envelopes to "tip" the driver and the minister $40 each, even though we paid for the package with the ride to and from the hotel and it said the minister fees were included. We didn't have cash and our family & friends had already left, so it was very uncomfortable at the end. The minister only hands you your marriage certificate after the photos are paid for and tip envelopes were handed out. I wouldn't recommend getting married here.

Yelp
Got to chapel and they didn't say anything told us to stand here and waved us when music started we didn't get to rehears anything they didn't even speak to us. The ministry barely spoke clearly and she was fast speaking. It was so fast like they wanted us out. 18 percent gratuities on top that we didn't know about my packaged paid for the ministry and they wanted me to tip more. The guy did our pictures so fast. For an additional picture it's 85 per pose. You can't take pictures. It was awful. Thank goodness I had friends to take us somewhere to take more photos. Should have done a drive through it felt the same.

Yelp
They were the rudest people I've ever met my friend got married there and I was very disappointed how they ruined her day. Not even worth 1 star!!

Yelp
We were married on April 10th, 2015 at Chapel of the Bells and were/are very happy with our whole package. Keep in mind when booking/planning a Vegas wedding that you get what you are willing to pay for...its that simple. Do your research and have a budget....ask questions. There will be added expenses so expect those, photographs and tips for the driver and minister....expect it at the chapel. These folks are in the business of creating an environment and conducting quick weddings, nothing more, they are not your family/friends, they are cordial and friendly to deal with, but like the rest of Vegas they operate on money. Everything went as planned because it was well planned before we left Michigan. Get the details worked out early on and communicate with the Chapel before you leave home and well before the ceremony. Have fun, be flexible, and understanding and realistic in your expectations Follow the instructions you receive from the Chapel, and keep in mind.......this isn't your grandma's style of wedding.....its' VEGAS baby!!!!

Yelp
Exceeded our expectations! Yes the outside is a tiny bit cheesy BUT the chapel inside was so pretty and well kept. We flew in from NJ and stayed at a hotel on the strip. Booked a few months in advance. Our driver was right on time and very friendly. The minister was terrific and his ceremony actually had us teary eyed. So much nicer than we imagined. The photographer did a fantastic job of making us 40 something's look great. We were so pleased with the pictures that we bought them all. Zero pressure. Friendly and welcoming staff. A great choice for a second wedding or a renewal of vows, or anyone who just wants to avoid the chaos, stress and expense of a big wedding. The only thing I wish was different was that I wish we could have taken our picture disk home with us. We are anxiously waiting for it to come this week.

Yelp
I was extremely happy with everything Chapel of the Bells provided. The limo driver was great, the flowers were just what I wanted and asked for, and the ceremony itself was wonderful, thoughtful, and touching. It made my day stress free. I highly recommend going here if you want a small and affordable style wedding that's personal and enjoyable for brides, grooms, and guests.

Yelp
We were married at The World Famous Chapel of the Bells on 11/9/12. Chris Thurman was our concierge driving us to and from our hotel and from the courthouse to the chapel.( the rides were included in our wedding package) He was wonderful! He gave us great tips on cab rides, great restaurants and even some history and interesting facts about Old and new Las Vegas. He was very knowledgable and funny. :) Our reverend, Rev. Bird did a great job. It was a small intimate, wedding and perfect for us. The package deals for the wedding itself were reasonable and our pictures we ordered came right before our 1 month wedding anniversary. I would recommend this place to anyone who is thinking of getting married in Las Vegas! Thanks again Chris Thurman. :)

Yelp
My husband and I got married 6/14/14. The ceremony was beautiful. The officiant was kind he took time before the ceremony to talk with us to get to know us and incorporated our conversation in the ceremony. the staff was patient and waited till all our guests arrived. The only improvement is with the video that we purchased for $85 we weren't told that the video didn't come with audio, although they gave us a separate cd w audio. With today's technology I would suggest an upgrade. Also the price of the pictures was outrageous. We are an extremely financially stable couple but wouldn't date pay those prices. Otherwise it was a beautiful ceremony!

Yelp
I felt that I was scammed on my wedding day. We were not allowed to take any of our own photos. The photographer that they provided rushed us through our photo session, did not take any photos of us with our family or children. The photos did not turn out very good, some are blurry. In a lot of them, mine and my husband's eyes were closed and our faces squinted, because they put us facing the sun. When it came time to settle the bill, we were presented with several way over priced photo packages, that I felt we had to purchase since we were not allowed to take our own photos. We were then handed a envelope that said something along the lines of required donation to the pastor of at least $75. We were planning on spending around $300 for the ceremony, we ended up spending over $1000. I was absolutely devastated that we were taken advantage of on our wedding day.

Yelp
wow. Extremely disappointing. We got married here last Thursday. The minister was VERY sweet, nice man. The woman at the desk was nice... but then there was the photographer [yes. Thank you so very much for yawning in the middle of us getting married and staring blankly in different directions].. and then the male that showed us our photos [drug problem?! What the hell his problem was, is beyond both myself and my now husband] .. We booked a couple days prior.. we knew for months we were coming down to get married, and I should have scheduled else where before we left.. but I didn't.. and this is what we got stuck with. We paid the extra $75 and they picked us up from the hotel and brought us to the chapel [in the middle of nothing good] and attached to a seedy hotel. Afterward they dropped us where we wanted to be dropped off at. Didn't realize our package included NO pictures.. and for the awful photography the young girl took and ultra cheesy photos.. we were not about to spend the almost $400 they wanted, or the $85 per 8x10. They said we could view the photos in 4-5 months from now.. but we aren't even sure WHERE to view them at... Obviously not their website. Seriously.. do not waste your time or money.

Yelp
I wish I could go back and pick another chapel to get married in. We were married there July 20, 2009. We stayed at the Luxor which was awesome! Our appointment at Chapel of the bells was for 6 PM if I remember correctly. They sent a limo to pick us up and we waited and waited for it. The limo was over and hour late, and when we got inside there was no air conditioning All dressed to get married, 113 degrees out and there was no air conditioning. The limo driver brought us to Chapel of the Bells and then said "stay here I have to get something." We sat in that hot limo while he went in to "get something." Then he took us to city hall for a license. From there we went back to Chapel of the Bells. I believe we had prepaid, and I asked what other charges there were. I was told no that was it. Well, entering the chapel the woman gave me a push in the back didn't think much of it until I found out she literally shoved my matron of honor into the chapel and closed the doors. She was upset that we were late and told us so. (remember the late limo) They tried to push $100 rental flowers on us, as well as photos. Then they handed us two envelopes. One was to pay the minister one was to pay the limo driver. We will remain married for the rest of our lives but I really wish I could do it over again in a different chapel. It's not that "day to remember" I was hoping for.

Yelp
Wish we had gone elsewhere. My husband and I got married here a few weeks ago. The ceremony felt very rushed. We didn't even get to take a look at the vows or anything before they started, were never even asked if we had anything special like our own vows. Was all over in not even five minutes. It didn't feel very special at all. And it ended up costing twice what we expected. The pictures were priced so high it's practically extortion. $345 for a cd of all the pictures they took. We opted for a much less expensive package, but they make it difficult to view the pictures you're ordering. And on top of that the few pictures we did get are lackluster at best. We don't have a single nice picture of my husband actually smiling. It's like the photographer didn't even look at the pictures as they were being taken. The only good point was that the guy working the desk kindly took a bunch of pictures on my phone so we do have some additional photos, but it would've been nice to have at least one really beautiful wedding picture of my husband and I.

Yelp
This chapel is really good. It is small, but it has everything you need to have a beautiful ceremony. The costumer service was very nice, so I strongly recommend this place

Yelp
I recently used Chapel of the Bells and I experienced some issues with a staff member concerning prices. To my suprise I was contacted by Patricia, who was the owner. She was not there the day I got married and after speaking to her on the telephone im sorry she wasn't because she was genuinely a sincere lady who cared about her business and wanted all her customers to be happy. She refunded me the difference in the misquoted price and offered to send me a keepsake marriage license holder. I really am very impressed she called to make things right. I used this Chapel because I like to use family owned businesses that have been around alot of years as Chapel of the Bells has. After speaking to Patricia I think more of her future clients will have a pleasant experience because she knows where the problem lies with her staff member. The Chapel is quaint and was just what I had in mind and Reverend Bird was a charming man with who performs a lovely wedding ceremony.
