Chaplin’s is a hidden gem! Parseg is GREAT to work with. He told me a ballpark price for what I wanted and he was spot on. He also told me it would take 3 weeks to complete- it was 3 weeks and one day. I would not hesitate to shop there again! Love the way my necklace turned out!

Chaplin's is the only jewelry store that I buy my fine jewelry from! I have been a dedicated customer for over 10 years. They have even made me custom pieces along with doing repairs on old pieces of jewelry. When my son got engaged Parseg sat down and helped design the wedding set with my son and his soon to be bride. My wedding ring got stuck, turning my finger blue and numb. I made several panicky calls to local jewelry stores to get it cut off. Some quoted me a ridiculous charge while others simply didn't have the equipment for it. One of them referred me to Chaplins. Not only did they cut my ring free of charge, they were incredibly comforting and reassuring, which I really appreciated after all the pain and anxiety I had been through. The owner Parseg is one of the nicest people I've met. He also welcomed me back to get my ring resized. While I was there, I also looked at their incredible collection of fine jewelry. We have had the best experience working with Parseg at Chaplins. Both my fiancé and his brother went through him to get our engagement rings and had wonderful experiences. I was greeted with a warm welcome by the family and friendly dog, Duke. Super nice atmosphere with what appeared to a very nice jewelry selection. I only came in for a wrist band swap and was treated kindly and not charged a dime. Anyone in the market for a ring or other jewelry would be greatly impressed and fairly treated by these folks regardless!

I'm so happy with my new ring set. Julie, the owner's wife is so personable and helped me choose a new setting for my diamond and a new wedding band using my diamonds. She gave great advice. Parseg, the owner, listened to me and created exactly what I was looking for. So good to know that I've found a jeweler here that I can trust and enjoy visiting. Parseg and his team do excellent work! He reset and polished my engagement ring overnight and it looks better than when I bought it. Not only that, but Parseg gave me a free cleaning kit and ring holder to keep my ring clean and safe when I'm not wearing it! Highly recommend this local jeweler!

Julie and Parseg the husband and wife team behind Chaplin's Jewelry are super friendly and they have beautiful Jewelry in their showroom. The jewelry store is conveniently located in Johns Creek Target Shopping Center on State Bridge. I came to get my tennis bracelet repaired and within 2 hours it was ready! Very reasonable pricing and just excellent service ! Would come back to shop and maintain jewelry quality fro cleaning and repair !

I just had the worst experience at this store. The owner Julie was rude and dismissive. I have never been treated with so much disregard and outright disrespect. I will never patronize this store. Maybe it was my skin color or because I had on sweats and a t-shirt. Outside of that, I cannot fathom why she treated me so poorly. What I do know is that no diamond is worth any amount of disrespect.

I bought my wives engagement ring, my wedding band, and diamond ear rings from them. The customr service was top notch. The prices are practically unbeatable. Shop all other jewelry stores before you buy and then stop at Chaplins. The quality of the diamonds is very noticable compared to other stores. Other store sell crappy diamonds for more money. Dont start at Chaplins unless you know your quality, that way when you do make it there, you can buy right away without wasting time. Access is easliy to the Atlanta Mart by reservatiin through Chaplins. So call ahead and go see them. You will save soooo much money.

My boyfriend (I detest the word Fiance and am refusing to use it!) bought my bling here. He received a recommendation from a few coworkers who regularly shop at AmericasMart and have had positive experiences with Chaplins. If you ever go on to the jewelry floor at the Mart, you know how sketchy some of the jewelers seem, but Chaplin's is far from sketchy! After receiving my stunning ring and boyfriend raving about them, we decided to take a trip to see them and look at wedding bands. Unlike many of the other shops, this one was clean and professional. The people here, including the owner, were very friendly and super helpful. There were tons of options and a lot of variety PLUS they can make anything you want, so really, options are endless. I highly recommend coming here for your next jewelry purchase, whether it be an engagement ring or something else.

Just went to Chaplin's next to Zaxby's by Home Depot on State Bridge Rd in Duluth/ John's Creek. They are new to area but have been in business for years at the Mart. Moved here for lifestyle as they live in the area and kids are in public school here. Great selection and very helpful, personal service. I'm planning to take all my old gold jewelry in to either be fixed our trade in. Very reasonable. Love having a small, quality local jeweler nearby.

Martha and Parseg provide the BEST in customer service and quality diamonds! We purchased our wedding bands and engagement ring. My husband had a particular design in mind for his and they custom made his ring to his exact specifications. It was nice to have the attention given also to the groom and his ring. Fast forward 12 years and my rings don't fit anymore. Went to Chaplins new location in John's Creek and WOW what a beautiful showroom. They were able to resize my rings and the process was so easy and inexpensive. We would highly recommend Chaplin's. Thanks again guys!

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed after our dealings with this company in Dec. 2010. Our relative spent thousands here and referred us. When we were ready to buy they changed terms, ducked us and didn't follow-through. We were very surprised at the level of customer service, change in prices and unreturned calls from the owner. We overlooked their past serious legal issues and this was our mistake. Choose another place if you want good experience.
