"Charcoal is doing a summer pop-up transformation, turning into beer garden offering a selection of brews and ales alongside a Spanish-style tapas menu. And during the World Cup, it’ll open early on gamedays at 11 a.m. so guests can cheer on their favorite teams." - Olee Fowler

A very nice addition to the Wynwood area. The atmosphere is fantastic and very cozy. It’s perfect for large groups, seating outside, or even in the smaller inside area they have. Prices are a little high, but the quality of the food is great. A little disappointed with the extremely few options for vegans, they should definitely get a little more creative in this department. Drinks are great and the bar is very cool. Check it out next time you’re in town.

Google
Great food and drinks. Mainly outdoor with some indoor areas. Ambiance is different that the usual, I think they used containers in different ways to create spaces. Very well done. Great place for dinner with friends or couple. If seating outside make sure you dress light as it may get very hot.

Google
The nice seating, good drinks and food don’t justify the overprice you will have to pay for, besides that the service does not warrant it either. I would not waste my time with this place and simply hit the food trucks around the back!

Google
I recommend the Charcoal Burger. The rest of the items in the brunch menu are alright (didn't get a chance to try the Belgian Waffles, cuz they ran out of it)

Went there for dinner with friends and it was a total disaster. First, I ordered a lemon drop martini which was super sour (lemon drop martinis are supposed to be sweet). I sent it back so they could fix it and they took so long that it came back warm. The steak was served without the side dish or the salad. By the time the side dish arrived the steak was already cold. The salad that came with the steak never made it to our table. We found the food and drinks to be over priced and the service was terrible. We shared our experience with the restaurant manager and she didn't even offer a discount. My friends and I are never going back.

For a Tuesday night a good amount of the tables were filled. It took quite sometime until a server found the time to seat us. The drink order (ice tea) was simply forgotten. The meats and cheeses as appetizers were really good - great choice and nice presentation. As both was quite filling we decided for vegetarian main dishes - not a good choice. The 'House specialty' is simply a pan with dry fried rice for $18 - neither noodles nor taste. Else we had the mushrooms, which in any other restaurant would have been served as a side (also de to the size of the portion) and also not for $16. When the server asked how the food was and we replied 'well, it's simply dry fried rice', it was acknowledged like any other answer we could have given. Overall it was a mixed experience but rather leaning towards the overpriced hip experience.

Google
Great experience twice now. Probably the best Scallops I have ever had. Service is professional and a great vibe all around. Brilliant concept Ken Lyon to have shipping containers converted in such a cool way. A must see and try the food!

Google
The space alone is an experience. Definitely great for large groups or an special date. The food is beyond expectations, especially the grilled veggies. Everything was delicious. We had a bachelorette party there and everyone was satisfied. The servers were amazing as well and very cute bartenders!

Yelp
Charcoal is located at The Wynwood Yard and offers charcoal-fired foods and other American finds. AMBIANCE: Industrial looking and made up of modified shipping containers. There's ample seating space outside and limited inside space. I would encourage to make a reservation and specify where you want to sit. They use Resy. Moreover, the early seating times for Sunday brunch attract crying babies to add to the background music. FOOD: Brunch selections and sandwiches are $16. Wood fired meats are in the $25 price range. During my visit, I wanted brunch items so this is what I tried: Belgium Waffles: 5/5 - yeasted waffles that almost taste like pastry on English vanilla creme. This is a great choice. French Toast: 3/5 - It's almost like monkey bread bathed in custard. The Swede: 1/5 - This is a miss for me. the star of the plate didn't shine, in fact it was flavorless. Small and pitiful compared to other items. SERVICE: Where to begin? It was our main server's first day and she could not recommend any dishes. The person who was cleaning up the table dropped a drink on me. Aside from this, I thought they were attentive and our waters were never empty. Overall, I enjoyed the company and think Charcoal has potential. I love the ambiance and maybe I should have gone for charcoal-fire foods. At the same time, if they offer other items, they should be on par with charcoal-fire foods and I feel they were not.

Yelp
Pros: Service was outstanding, our waitress was kind, friendly, and knowledge. They are getting four stars because of the service we received. Otherwise it would be 3. We went on Wednesday and wine bottles were half off so we tried the Gamay and it was perfectly refreshing! I ordered the beet salad and hubby had the burger. The beet salad is deconstructed, delicious but the name is kind of deceiving. The flavors were all there, but I wanted more greens. Hubby said his burger was okay, it was a bit too greasy for him and he only ate half of it. Also the burger brings 3 measly potato wedges and a small side salad. Three potato wedges for the price? That was very disappointing. The coffee and chocolate cake were awesome. Cons: We were disappointed at the serving sizes. The flavors didn't knock it out of the park either. Will return for happy hour and charcuterie selections.

Monica G.

Yelp
Coming back soon for a full detailed1st review. Miamis 1st restaurant made entirely of repurposed shipping containers at the Wynwood Yard. All meats are farm raised and veggies were grown in urban garden. 18 sauce condiment punch card. Collect them all for fun! Including South african braai barbeque.

Al L.

Yelp
Not sure why it got 4 stars. I came to this place after my friend heard from her classmates about this new restaurant and we decided to check it out. Below is my impression: FOOD We order the charcuterie plate, scallops, breadcrumbs and the pork. I guess it was our error to not ask what it comes with. We should have ordered some side dishes to go with our main course. The pork was a little dry and the breadcrumbs that came highly recommended by the waiter was normal and tasteless. However, the scallops were great and I really enjoyed. SERVICE The waiter was nice but she barely stopped at our table to check if we needed anything else. We asked for suggestion and the only suggestive she gave us was the breadcrumbs. definitely an opportunity for the staff to be familiar with the menu and suggest first timers on what to order. DECOR/ AMBIANCE The restaurant is inside Wynwood yard. It is outdoors so if you can't stand the heat, do not visit during summer. The music at the background and the clean and simple decoration were great. OVERALL Two Stars. One for the decor and one for the ambiance. Taken a star away from food, one from service. The 5th star is the wow factor, there wasn't.

Barbara R.

Yelp
Okay, so the good was good but our experience not so great. I like the concept of the restaurant and how it's outdoors with a hip atmosphere but if you're hungry, it's not the place for you. The serving sizes are small. Which isn't really a big de for me personally but you have to buy your sides separately and honestly... it's not THAT great. I got the chicken that came with the salad and my firmed and I spilt the meal and got a side of the potatoes. Everything was well presented but overpriced for the quality and quantity. I absolutely despise the porta potty bathrooms they have -- sorry. It's such a safety hazard btw and there was no toilet paper when I was in. (Thanks) My friend ordered a burger and it had to go back to the kitchen not once but TWO TIMES because the center was bloody and completely raw. Cool restaurant but not so cool to eat at. Area is nice, don't get me wrong. Employees were great but ehh. Wouldn't be back here.

Keren B.

Yelp
Excellent restaurant at the wynwood yard. Great ambiance and excellent char- grilled food I had the scallops and my husband ordered the sausage plates - both amazing choices. The sausage plate came with beans that were so delicious. We came with another couple who were vegetarian - they ordered a special rice and assortment of grilled veggies -

Helena L.

Yelp
Great Spot. Great mix of people. Service: excellent, low key, not rushed! Food: We had the following for starters - Country Pate, delicious. Wild Boar Salumi delicious. Mains - Grilled Octopus perfectly cooked. Yellow Tail Snapper beautifully cooked. Roast Pork incredibly tender. Seating areas: uncovered, partially covered (a converted container, charming intimate indoor section with a glass wall

Richard H.

Yelp
This is hands down the coolest place to get a drink. The octopus is to die for. Try any of the meats and find what taste I'm talking about. Wine or beer dessert or appetizer you'll find it here Good atmosphere and busy on Saturdays Good service and a lot of colors and prettiness to look at

Chad J.

Yelp
Visited Charcaol for brunch on an early Sunday morning... Charcoal is located right next-door to and attached to Wynwood Yard. Great atmosphere and chic decor. There is seating available outside and inside one of the shipping containers. There is potential for 5 stars here but the food just didn't cut it. Skip the swede; it was bland and not a filling dish. The french toast and belgium waffles were a stark contrast to the swede, both filling and tasty. You will want to share the french toast with the table- it's a huge portion! I'll defintely return at some point to try some of their char-grilled menu items which I assume will be much more well executed and flavorful.

Pedro R.

Yelp
If you're from Miami then you're familiar with The Wynwood Yard and for good reason too! The pop-up community space has become a hub for all things Miami, from the culinary scene to the arts and culture, live entertainment and drinking, Wynwood Yard has it all. One of it's newest editions is Charcoal, a one of a kind eatery made entirely of shipping containers, you know like the ones you see down by the Port. The eatery, which includes a full bar and kitchen focuses mainly on local ingredients with a rotating menu that changes depending on the season. Choose from cheeses, charcuterie, grilled veggies, seafood and meats, then accompany them with any of their tasty cocktails, like the Moscow Fool for a example. That's a Moscow Mule with a touch of Habanero for those risk takers that aren't scared of a little spice. Cocktail and ambience-wise, Charcoal definitely has the right idea, however when it comes to the kitchen, we were actually a bit disappointed. Although the cheese boards were phenomenal, we felt like everything else was just okay. For example, the Beef Hanger Steak, which came to us overcooked and the octopus which we felt was tender enough, but lacking in taste, were simply not what we expected. Don't let this keep you away, Charcoal is still a great spot to hit up with friends for a night out to socialize and have some drinks.

Lizzie C.

Yelp
We have been to Charcoal for drinks a few times, as they have the best selection in the yard. But we recently sat down for dinner for the first time. Food, service, and atmosphere was great for our rowdy group. Our server was super helpful and definitely made our evening great. I will surely be back for dinner. The bar needs a little improvement. The selection is great, but the cocktails are mediocre. Every cocktail I've had there is watery and not sprit-forward. Our dinner party, consisting of mostly bartenders, we wanted to get behind that bar to give some tips ;)

Brianna B.

Yelp
I came here to meet Some friends. The atmosphere was fantastic, however the food was below sub par. The service was horrendous and it was overpriced.

Geoffrey A.

Yelp
I'm a sucker for outdoor restaurants even though Miami can get brutally humid. With that said, Charcoal is worth braving that humidity -- the food is delicious. I'm in love with their mac and cheese and seafood, and the drinks are reasonably priced and stiff. The place can get expensive, though, so people on a budget might want to try somewhere else in the Yard. However, you really do get what you pay for and the premium is worth it for that warm, fuzzy feeling after a good meal.

Michael S.

Yelp
Went with slightly guarded expectations. Intrigued by concept. Bewildered by location . And .......... praise God,Jesus,Buddha,Allah,& The Prophet Muhhamed what a fantabulous meal and experience. As if Wynwood wasn't already dense with superior dining spots, this jumped right in and instantaneously established itself as one of the top contenders. BRAVO ! BRAVISSIMO ! KUDOS !! ???? Charcoal2....... Las Olas

Brenda M.

Yelp
The food was good. A little on the expensive side but I didn't mind that part. What is keeping me from giving them a higher rating was the service. Too much up selling. Pushing beverages, add ons, and dessert.

David R.

Yelp
Service: We had a waiter that didn't care about the guest experience and was inexperienced in customer service. Ambiance: beautiful, charming, well done, tables under the stars and very creative use of shipping containers, which make up the buildings! Food: the Branzino was really good!! Side of Mushrooms were not good and order of root vegetables were yummy! Samon and dill sauce appetizer was ok, but nothing special. I heard about this place on a local Miami radio talk show, WLRN. I learned they cook their food in special charcoal ovens that are imported from Italy. This is not cooking on the kind of charcoal that you buy at Publix for your backyard BBQ, but real charcoal used in these specially made imported charcoal ovens. So much potential!! The night atmosphere was so nice that the long wait for service was not so bad. The restaurant is a beautiful outdoor setting. The real spoiler for us was the waitress. It wasn't that she was rude, she just didn't care about us. She had a "who cares" attitude that is common in Miami. She was just not trained in customer service. It appeared that she just didn't want to be there. We arrived on a Thursday night and the place was at about 50% capacity. Not very busy. However, from the time we were seated until the time she brought us water and menus was a 20 minute time period. It took another 10 minutes to get out drinks to the table and all-in-all about 50 minutes until our food arrived. Again, the ambiance being so helped us deal with the show service. On the radio, the WLRN FM radio hosts and restaurant representative emphasized the various speciality sauces you can order along with your dishes. This is the only reason I knew to ask about the sauces. The waitress never bothered to mention them. We ordered 4 of the 16 sauces. When they arrived, 2 of the 4 were incorrect. After questioning the waitress why the 2 sauces were incorrect, with her zero customer service skills, she told us they were out of one of the sauces. So basically she plopped down some other sauce and didn't bother to tell us about the covert switch. As for the other incorrect sauce, she insisted that it was the correct sauce. We left the argument about why the Thai peanut sauce was was not the Curry sauce. We realized we would not win this argument. Why get into an argument over that... only to have the food runner come over afterwards and tell us that the waitress did indeed bring the wrong sauce. Such a minor event... so admit when you're wrong lady. This was an annoyance. There were a couple of other minor issues due to her "no service" experience but I've already said enough on this topic. Bottom line, except for the branzino, the food was not good enough to justify the prices. Speciality drinks were ok. Service was terrible. The ambiance is amazing with the container concept and night lighting. I would not return unless the subsequent reviews show that this place has improved. So much potential!!

Yelp
We have contacted Charcoal last minute for a dinner party of 25 people on a Saturday night and they have been absolutely wonderful! They have accommodated all of our requests and provided us with great food and services. The staff was very friendly, the place is beautiful and comfortable. The manager was very responsive and understanding. I highly recommend this place!

Sally G.

Yelp
I really love this place. I'm not sure if it's the vibe, Wynwood, service, or the food, but putting all of those elements together, I know I'm going to go back. Charcoal Garden Bar & Grill is adjacent to the heart of Wynwood Yard, and technically one in the same. It has a pop-up restaurant feel where most of the seating is outdoors, but they have a small enclosed (and air conditioned!) shipping container turned dining room. The menu has a lot of seafood options, but also makes sure to have the core meat courses for the carnivores out there. While there aren't that many vegetarian entrees, there are a lot of sides that you can order that are veg friendly as a substitute. The food tastes delicious. We ordered a meat plate and a cheese plate, which were amazing. My only wish is that they offered a board where you could mix and match between the two b/c selecting 3 meats was $15. If you wanted cheese to accompany that, you're already at $30 for charcuterie alone. However, it is a lot of food and could easily be a meal substitute for two people. We also tried the scallops, and they're cooked in a no-frills, mini cast iron skillet. They were a little underdone, but no complaints. Keep in mind that the entrees don't come with any additional sides or veggies. For instance, the scallops were 5 pieces, but with nothing else with them. Service was spot on, and the overall ambiance was fun, light, and casual. Perfect spot for a dinner with friends, family, or significant other.

Melissa R.

Yelp
This spot is one of the best in Miami. The restaurant is based out of shipping containers, which instantly makes it cool. The cuisine is based on whatever they can get locally fresh - which means everything in the menu is fresh, grown here, and amazing. We had the daily fish & octopus which come with a side salad and the fish dip. All of them were delicious. We also had a bottle of Malbec. Everything from the service (our waitress was this young girl, Veronica), the vibe, the location to the food was on point. This restaurant is based on a truly innovative concept and it definitely lends itself for a different "outdoors" restaurant. Will be coming back to try other items on the menu.

Ellen H.

Yelp
I love absolutely everything about this place - all the different options on the menu, delicious food, great service, great cocktail wine and beer selections, the vibe in Wynwood Yard. Not to mention that the restaurant, kitchen, bar and several dining areas are converted shipping containers. Will definitely return.

Roberto M.

Yelp
Great food, with variety of seafood and meats all prepared on the grill, however the prices are ridiculous and the service is mediocre. A shame because the setup and ambiance is comfortable and the background music is very pleasant.

Sandor V.

Yelp
We were a group of six and decided to have dinner at this place, right after watching a film at O Cinema, next door to the restaurant. From the street it looks like a relaxing place with tables outside. We asked for a table and a waitress showed us to one. The place was almost empty. My brother had with him a bottle of Coke he took from the movie theater which he was finishing. He placed that bottle on the table.... Immediately, out of the blue, this middle-aged gentleman rushes toward the table, places a glass on the table, abruptly takes the bottle and starts pouring the coke into the glass while yelling "Would you like some coke?? Would you like me to pour it for you ah????" We were all petrified, thinking at first that it was maybe a drunk from the street who had managed to get into the restaurant. To our surprise, this maniac was none other than the owner of the restaurant, who went into a psychotic trance when he saw somebody come in with a bottle of soda :) Needless to say, we confronted the man and told him how completely insane his reaction and behavior were. After doing so, we obviously left the place. Now, I understand that some people do take their careers very seriously and that is actually something I applaud. However, what happened last night was straight out of One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest. Mr Ken Lyon, if you are reading this, I suggest a sincere apology may be in order. Nothing at all can sanely justify your erratic and aggressive behavior last night. Acknowledging mistakes makes us better people. Sandor Valdes

Yelp
I was incredibly disappointed with our meal yesterday evening at Charcoal. We were seated immediately, and had a small table in one of the containers. We really liked the vibe, but it was unfortunately tainted very quickly into the process. Our waitress came over after about 10 minutes, and took our drink order. We ordered 2 mojitos (not listed on the menu) & a 1/2 order of Zak the Baker bread, and said we'd order our mains when she came back with our drinks. 15 mins later the waitress comes back to take our order with bread in hand, and no drinks. A bit frustrating? Absolutely. We wanted to sip on our drinks prior to eating the bread appetizer, which was unfortunately cold. You'd expect the loaf to at least be toasted but it unfortunately was not. The olive oil dipping sauce it came with was absolutely awful. It tasted like straight virgin olive oil from the bottle without any seasonings. After waiting and waiting for our drinks, we notice the bartender has yet to begin mixing them, and has only been chatting it up with the guests at the bar. 19 mins later , and the bread completely demolished , still no drinks. Unacceptable. At the 25 min mark we receive our watery mojitos & realize why they weren't an option on the menu. We were given some sort of muddled drink, and it was definitely not a mojito. We ordered the burger and hanger steak for our mains, and were shocked at how quickly they came out! We were barely able to take 4 sips of our mojitos before our food was sitting in front of us. The burger was unflavorful, room temperature, and absolutely nothing stood out about it. It was pretty much the most average, tasteless thing I've had in a long while. I'd rather have Shake Shack. The hanger steak was a small portion & way over cooked. We ordered it medium & it was just a little tiny bit pink. For $96 for 2 drinks, some cold bread, and tasteless entrees, this place is completely overpriced & not worth it. I don't ever mind spending money on good food, but this one fell way short for us.

Franco V.

Yelp
I have been a Miami resident for Over 25 years and I pretty much know every restaurant in the city. I have been an avid traveler as well and visited over 70 countries. Never have I been treated as I was in this place. We were in a group of 6. We had just watched a movie next door ( O Cinema ) and decided to walk to this place to have dinner. We still had some of the drinks we had bought at the movie theatre with us. We were casually holding them as we were seated in this place. Next thing I know this guy comes out of nowhere and proceeds to GRAB my plastic bottle in a RUDE manner and poured its content in a glass. He did the same to two other members of my party holding plastic water bottles while yelling that "he hates plastic". Needless to say we were in shock. I thought this was some nutcase that had made his way into this venue from the not so "refined" areas just a few blocks away. A waiter that saw what happened was petrified and apologized to us and informed us that this gentleman was in fact the owner of the place. And that it wasn't the first time she witnessed such an episode. That's right. This guy was Ken Lyon. We got up and left. Ken, do your business a favor and fire yourself. Or at the very least stay in the kitchen. I'm not sure if you have OCD or something more serious but you really need to treat people with respect. Specially your customers.

R A.

Yelp
Wow, this place was outstanding. We loved everything we ordered. The service, the preparation, the ambiance was all on point. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Highly recommended, will definitely be back!

Carina P.

Yelp
We were disappointed with our meal. All portions are super small for the price. The cheese plate was single servings of a particular cheese - for a $15 cheese plate, I'd expect much more. Also we ordered a Mezze Platter and we had so much extra bread, that we paid for in addition, and the server did not let us know what actually came with our meal so we spent unnecessary money on extra bread we did not need. The cocktails were good which was the redeeming factor here. The Mac and cheese was good but again the portion was very small. There wasn't much of a vibe. We were alone in the container area maybe it would have been better to sit outside? I am not sure I'd eat here again.

Aly P.

Yelp
I love everything about this place! The vibe, the food, the service all amazing. Make sure you get the octopus chorizo potato appetizer!!

Sarai M.

Yelp
Super bad service! The food was great. From the guy that is a host to our server so awful. She was yawning when talking to us and having to ask for ice multiple times for our drink. It was 100 ticket for two and I would have expected better quality of service. Would not recommend.... restaurant was empty!!!!!

Aryeri Isabel J.

Yelp
The place looks good, clean we went just for drinks, will be coming back for food.Nice ambience to talk and chill out.

Sierra F.

Yelp
each drink is carefully handcrafted to perfection. The charcuterie board is to die for, as well as the tubers. Highly recommended 11/10!

Carolina S.

Yelp
Very nice place, out door seating was great and cozy. Food was excellent I order the heritage chicken and it was delicious. Something interesting worth mentioning is that they grow their own vegetables right in the backyard of the restaurant to me that's a plus.

Monica A.

Yelp
Best octopus outside of Spain. The service was delightful; everyone was so relaxed but efficient. The branzino was perfection and I venture to say the white fish was better than a Jewish deli's. All the spices and garnishes were exquisite and I believe all from their own garden! I regret not ordering dessert but after all the omega3 protein I couldn't possibly. Will definitely return to this cozy spot.

Martha G.

Yelp
Hubby not thrilled and took some convincing he ordered the snapper, I had mushroom barley m, absolutely delicious. Definitely will come here again

Isabel R.

Yelp
Great ambiance but very underwhelming food. Everything was under seasoned and definitely over priced for what it was. Unfortunate.

Jade R.

Yelp
This. OMG this. Rose on tap - check. Delicious cocktails - check. Great service - check. Our server, Yeuri (sp?) was knowledgeable, relaxed and so on top of our huge table of 10. The ambiance was reminiscent of "LA casual" with both indoor/outdoor space, nice crowd of people. Menu - varied, textured, fresh, interesting, well cooked and presented. Major points with the octopus and pork belly. Both a little on the salty end of the spectrum, so you've been warned. Mezze platter was fantastic - all the standard fixings with quality and authentic flavor. The bread, get the bread. The mac n cheese was as expected, so my only tip is to not sacrifice stomach space at the expense of other delectable options available.

John F.

Yelp
Fun atmosphere and great food! don't miss when you come to Wynwood Yard! You will not be disappointed!

Christine P.

Yelp
Very cute ambiance & environment. However, food did not deliver. Mac & cheese was not creamy, very dry & very tiny portion. We ordered 2 burgers, one came dressed the other one had no toppings as described on the menu. Waitress asked if we sure , & then just sorry. Will not be returning.

Eve R.

Yelp
We hosted a dinner here for a large corporate event and my group had a wonderful time. Getting good food when you're catering for 80+ people can be a challenge, their family style dining was a huge hit and the menu offered had a great variety to cater for all tastes and truly amazing. The staff were welcoming and looked after our large group flawlessly. I can't recommend this spot highly enough, whether you're traveling solo/family or organizing a business event and want something other than a beach experience, this is a must.

Phillippa W.

Yelp
Charcoal Garden Bar and Kitchen Okay honestly, I discovered this gem somewhat by accident last Friday night when I was leaving O-Cinema in Wynwood. In the mist of all of the action--activity in Wynwood Yards, I spotted an inviting and fascinating spot! A fairly new Restaurant Charcoal in the trendy, eclectic and creative Wynwood area of Miami. So I'll start with the setting since that' is what first got my attention, it's - super creative and original-a series of interconnecting shipping containers .in a patio setting . Container (if you want to call it that. #1 was the bar--which is where I spent most of my time --b/c the bar tender was super friendly, very creative and sociable. There is . a charming dining room and dining area. At the owner recommendation I tried the scallops - they were awesome, and I'm a New England girl so I know my scallops.. and they were amazing. . Charcoal is the type of place that's alluring and attractive for the solo guest/patron me.. if you want a place cool, up-to-date, chic with a nice vibe, friendly staff, great food and great drinks, so good that not even a rainstorm could cause me to leave. PS. Love the Owner's Platinum Print Photos in the restaurant..

Steve R.

Yelp
Great restaurant, definitely recommend the mashed potatoes, the large scallops (to die for) and the chicken. Everything is serve in cute little skillets Atmosphere is nice in the wynwood yard

Angel S.

Yelp
So I've been hearing great things about this place so I decided to give it a shot. The staff is super down to earth, and the place is totally cool. They built out the restaurant from shipping containers. The food is farm to table and it doesn't dissapoint. Get the Salmon dish and the Lamb. Both of them were amazing , we will be back.

Gil W.

Yelp
Very good food-I had the curried cauliflower and our friends the hummus platter. Reasonably priced (for Wynwood). Only downside was an extremely bitter hostess (RBF). Otherwise service good

Paloma M.

Yelp
We just loved this new proposal... the place/container is modern yet 'cozy' and food is SO GOOD! Service was also very very good... no one complain.

Tu L.

Yelp
This place is very well located but the owner doesn't know how to treat customers. I was there about a week ago and he was extremely rude to our group. Drink we're served after 25 minutes of waiting, even when the place was about half empty. I'm used to Miami'a poor service but this place takes it to a whole new level.

Yelp
wow, an awesome experience. Food was fantastic, we were a party of 5 and everyone loved their meals Teenage son had a burger, said it was the best he has ever had. My steak was perfectly cooked, wife had scallops and raved about them all night. Full bar, great options. Pet friendly patio. Service was fast and friendly. Just when you think it has been a perfect meal, you try the deserts and things go from great to amazing. Bread pudding was a bread pudding lovers dream. Check this place out.

Yelp
Great food! Great atmosphere! Professional staff! Eat a beautiful dinner and walk next to Wynwood Yard's courtyard for live music = perfect night.

Yelp
I went here last night with some colleagues and I had a great time. The staff was awesome and the food was incredible. I tried the grilled scallops and octopus and they tasted better than at some places where they exclusively serve seafood, which I thought was impressive. I was only put off by the lack of parking available near the locale, but everything else was great.

Yelp
Visited this place for dinner because the concept was very appealing. Everything (mostly) is cooked in a josper grill. Flavor of the food is good, but everything is severely overpriced (even for the area). I don't think I would go back purely because of cost.

Yelp
Wynwood Yard's funky, urban garden is home to Charcoal - an equally funky, but amazing - hidden gem. The food is - in a few words: artisan, grilled, fresh. The vibe is charming and built with sustainability and economy in mind. Think: repurposed shipping containers, mosaics made of flagstones, and edible greenery. Charcoal is casual, but sophisticated, boasting both indoor and outdoor seating for a laidback evening with friends, or a romantic evening tucked into the bar.

Yelp
Can't get any fresher or tastier and the vibe is so cool that you wish you could tear down the skyscrapers and expand this low rise zone of happiness. Recycled containers turn into amazing spaces framing the outdoor area, and the food is too good to be true.
