Was a decent shelter as far as shelters go. The staff was friendly and good at dealing with those staying at the shelter most of the time. Tho they dropped the ball with my paper work when my caseworker left on pregnancy leave and my file disappeared. They said we would have to start all over after a year of trying to get housed. Honest mistake but was too much for me at that point I left(tho they had moved us to the greyhound station by then . This probably did not help the paper work issue.
