Visited 19/09/2025 - Great experience picking up 6 shirts for work/leisure. Ana and Ali were professional and involved in getting my measurements, finding me the right fits and advising me on a colour array. The other staff were just as good from the Doorman to the Sales-desk however I didn’t get their names. Huge selection of shirts, jackets, polos, pants and accessories. I hope to come back for some winter clothing/jackets in the near future and this is the first place I’d consider for a smart fit. Thank you Ana/Ali

Horrible customer service. Staff does not care about you and when you try clothes on you have to wait extremely long for someone to come back to you. It is common for staff to not know about correct measurement. Just went in there to buy shoes, had to wait approx 10min for someone until I decided to ask for a salesperson myself. He gave me my shoes without bothering to open them up ans left. Did not come back so I left and am now heading to Suitsupply where customers feel more appreciated. Seriously, you lose a ton of customers because of it!

Very poor service. The staff were exceedingly inattentive and unhelpful. I went in today planning to buy three shirts and two pairs of trousers. I knew exactly what I wanted, but despite several attempts to get assistance, I was eventually handed a pair of trousers in the wrong waist size. When I went to let the attendant know, they were nowhere to be found. I walked in ready to spend a few hundred pounds, but ended up walking out and going down the road to a store where I received exceptional service and made my purchase there instead. Having had really positive experiences at other Charles Tyrwhitt locations, I was extremely disappointed, and I won’t be returning to this one.

I went with my brother and dad to buy wedding suits for my brother’s wedding, and we had an absolutely outstanding experience. Manisha was amazing — she looked after us from start to finish with genuine care and attention to detail. We ended up purchasing several suits, and even though some items weren’t in stock at the time, she managed everything flawlessly. CT's e-shop has different pricing for Western and Eastern Europe, while in Eastern Europe CT profiles as a premium brand and is approximately 40–50% more expensive compared to the UK shop (after all discounts, comparing the same products). So the poorer region pays more, which is hilarious. While I like CT's products, this practice is an example of corporate greed and absolutely unethical marketing and discrimination. Very disappointed here.
