Charleston Hemp Collective

I first experienced Charlston Hemp Collective when we were in Savannah Georgia. I have searched for a gummy that would help with my pain, mostly neurological. Nothing has EVER worked until I found their High Tide Delta 9 gummies and drinks. Also, these gummy‘s stay soft for as long as you have them. When back in New York, I had trouble finding them and left a message at the store. To my surprise Libiss, the company’s owner, called me personally and set up a phone chat with Kat from their Charleston location. Kat spent so much time with me on the phone and made sure that she understood just what I needed. Not only that, with my order came this handwritten note from her. I also shared these gummies with my three brothers, all of whom thought they would not work for them, and now they keep hounding me on how to get some. This company goes above and beyond and I hope they never stop. I am very grateful.

I'm giving 5 stars solely on product quality. I haven't been into a store yet, but I had a friend gift me a bottle of their peppermint oil. Took me a year to get around to using it due to pregnancy, but man oh man. If you over do it you'll get a head change, but if you just take a dropper full it's amazing for anxiety and insomnia. I was actually in the floor playing with my kids without stressing the mess, dinner, loud volume etc. I realized suddenly how relaxed but still clear headed I was, and it is worth the money imo. I was shocked to see the high prices on their site but it's definitely worth it. I think I will try the lemon honeysuckle when it's time for a new bottle.

Sydney always knows how to put the biggest smile on my face! She is such an asset to the store and the company brand. Her knowledge, patience, and ease at talking to people is not to go unnoticed. She is amazing at describing all of the products and personalizing their benefits for each and every person.

The young blonde lady named Ramsey I think at the hemp collective made my experience so delightful! I came in only for a browse and her passion and knowledge of the products sold me on 8 different items. She was so attentive to my needs and was able to answer all my questions. I will definitely be coming back in hopes that she will be working again. Good customer service has been lost these days, but today I found it with Ramsey at the hemp collective.

My feet were in serious pain from all the walking around the city and I had nothing with me for the pain. I decided to try some products from this store since I was near by. The staff were so friendly and helpful and helped me pick out a salve and some drops for the pain which helped tremendously and allowed me to continue seeing the city! The product were very pricey but they did help me where CBD products in the past did not. I would equate this to being a quality product. Thanks again for the help ladies!

Absolutely love this store! I’ve been able to find products I absolutely love in all forms; tinctures, gummies, athletic salves, and spa products. Another great thing I love about this store is that you can always start off with a small dosage and go from there. Just let the staff know what you are looking and they will find the right product. The staff is incredible!!

Great atmosphere and immaculate vibe inside. Sydney helped me select an amazing assortment of lotions and gummies for my girlfriend. Will definitely be going back!

My family member brought over some of the Delta 8 gummies. Having a high tolerance for cannabis products, I was surprised and pleased to find that only two gummies did the trick. I felt physically relaxed but mentally aware. I really liked them because I didn’t feel groggy. The only recommendation I have for the company is to post the Delta 8 products on the website even if they can’t be sold online so that as a customer I can physically see and read up on the product before making the purchase through calling the store. All else about this company is amazing and I can not wait to try the cooling roll-on on my back.

Finally made it to the hi rise drybar last night, loved the delicious cocktails and selection of goods available for sale. Everything we tasted was delicious and the staff was incredibly well-informed and friendly. So nice having an alcohol alternative in Charleston! We will be back for sure

Sat here with a friend and met the owner Matt who came in, guy seemed nice but kept talking about the "sober experience" while being plastered out of his mind, smelled like alcohol at a dry bar and didn't seem invested in interactions with employees as he struggled with the person at the counters name all while trying to sell me stuff when I just wanted to relax and take in the experience at my own pace. Also, not sure why there is a handwashing sink right next to the bar ice...I watched a manager grab the floor mat to move it a little and then proceeded to make a drink immediately after. Otherwise beautiful spot

First time visiting the cannabis dry bar. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The drinks are reasonably priced between $9-$15 dollars. All drinks come with the option to be made with CBD or Delta 9. Between my husband and I , we had the Connection, Zen, and Tranquility all very tasty. We will definitely return again .

What a great CBD shop! We were waking around the area after having breakfast and stumbled upon the CHC. We have a few CBD shops like this at home in south Florida but none are nearly this nice. It reminded me of a comfy upscale retail shop. We met the owner Libiss who was extremely helpful and attentive. She explained so much about how they produce their products and the quality that goes into each item and the different amount of CBD in each one. She was very knowledgeable about everything which made me a lot more confidant about our purchase. I got a roll on for headaches for my system and myself, as well as, a bag of the Willie Nelson branded CBD coffee for the boyfriend. Super convenient that they sold the brand since I've only ever seen it online. They have a variety of products from lotion and salves, to gummies and roll ons. They even have CBD treats and oils for animals. I love that they use a lot of lavender, lemon and mint scents in their people products too. We also found out that they shop for FREE which is awesome since we're not from the area. She gave us a card and said to call or email when we wanted to repurchase items. They ship out within 24 hours and I thought all of their products were reasonably priced. Highly recommend a stop in to get some CBD education from Libiss and try out some of their products.

I'm really glad to see hemp products available in Charleston. I recommend trying something new from Charleston Help Collective because there are so many useful products. I like the cbd hand lotion that's scented with essential oils. I gifted a cramp rub and a coconut oil dropper with 1000mg cbd. My brother-in-law likes the muscle rub and the oil dropper may be a good product for some folks. There are also teas and vape cartridges with some variety. I think I'll pick up one of the teas next time I go in.

Nice ladies in the shop. Immediate attention to what I was looking for. Chatted for a bit, tried some cbd samples of the flavors they provided. I know it's pricey, but it works and it lasts a long time if you use it once a day. Really love the grapefruit!! Highly knowledgeable Staff!

I literally stumbled across this place on my quest for food. I'm always SUPER skeptical about buying cbd online and can never find a place that isn't sketchy. This place was so clean and bright and the girl working was the best! I grabbed a couple items and I plan on ordering more!

Due to Covid this location is doing business walk up style with what seems like most of their popular products on a table at the door. Understandable, but it kind of bummed me out because I was looking to check out a bud vase. I could have asked because the girl who worked there was really nice but I didn't want to go through the trouble of asking. They have plenty of varieties of mostly local (Carolina) hemp products. Their prices are kind of steep compared to what I pay at my local dispensary but this IS a boutique style cbd shop in downtown Charleston. I asked for flower, gummies and a preroll but she forget to bag up the preroll. Luckily I wasn't charged either. Had I not gotten so far in my walk back to my car I would've went back but I guess it wasn't meant to be. The flower and gummies I got were great.
