Google
This is a nice, small, easy to navigate airport serving the city of Charleston. There are plenty of food options to choose from, and there is only one terminal, so you won't get lost. There are plenty of flights in and out, and the airport is almost never crowded. TSA and check-in were a breeze. On the drive, you will see plenty of big planes from international airlines. This is definitely one of the better airports on the East Coast.

Google
Excellent well laid out organized medium airport. Easy parking , walkable rental car lot, well maintained and clean. People were friendly and everyone speaks English (unlike Miami).

Google
This was a nice clean airport with lots of seating and dining choices. It did have the phone chargers in the seating area. By todays standard it was slightly above average. Please be advised if you are picking up a rental car it is a very long walk to where the rental cars are parked. The rental car counter is close to baggage claim, but then you walk forever to actually pick up the car. We saw much confusion with the rental cars where people walked to where the rental cars are located instead of the kiosk where you sign the cars out. They then had to walk all the way back to the airport with all their luggage in tow. It worked out for us, but we saw lots of confusion. Rental Car employees were not nice or friendly. The Airline employees were super friendly and helpful.

Google
What a great regional airport. Looks like it was recently renovated, and they did a great job. The are fairly large seating areas at the gates with most having charging capabilities for phones, tablets and laptops. Bathrooms clean. Maybe 3-4 table service restaurants between Terminal A and B combined. There's also a Burger King, Chick-fil-A and Cinnabon as well. There's a large atrium area to get coffee and sit and relax if you don't want to sit at the gate. There's also a nice area to wait for passengers/relax near baggage claim. It was slow season so my perspective might be a little different than those coming in during Spring Break or Summer Vacation. Love Charleston and their Southern Hospitality.

Google
Clean, convenient, and efficient! Everyone we interacted with was very nice, helpful, and professional. I liked the checked baggage option on the way from the garage. Shireen Charles at the garage checked baggage location was an absolute gem. She helped us out so much and was so sweet! We were running behind from traffic/storm and I was extremely flustered. She took the time to offer suggestions and advice to help improve our travel experience. Our items arrived intact minus a gash on the luggage but it happens. Love coming to this airport when traveling!

Google
The airport is stunning with a lot of new upgrades in the past year or so. Security is usually quick compared to other airports I have been to. Most of the TSA staff are pleasant and helpful as well.

Kevin Patterson

Google
The new parking garage is great. There are signs that are clearly visible and well lit to let you know how many spaces are available on each of the 4 decks. The lower deck is where you return all rental vehicles. Easy access and plenty of shuttles available. The old parking garage is still in good use, but usually extremely full and closer to all the airline terminals.

Google
CHS is a nice international (small to mid size) Airport with nice amenities and is very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and hospitable and security appears to be very present and alert. Works recommend for your travel needs, plus airline prices are very affordable and reasonable! 👍🏾

Yelp
The Charleston Internal Airport is the largest and busiest airport in South Carolina. (I am from EWR) and I can say that it's not that big. The airport is newly remodeled and very nice and clean. It's beautiful and well-run. Lots of food options (Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Burger King, etc...). In quick time, you get out with your baggage. Guest service counters are there to help you. No hassle in uber/lyft, dedicated dropping/pickup zone. The rental cars area has clear directions. Even bathrooms were clean Security check-in was also smooth. It has 13 airlines that service the airport; all major East Coast and even some West Coast cities have direct access to this beautiful city.

Yelp
For a small airport, CHS is an asset to our whole state. So many flights are offered daily- including multiple flights per day to the major airports like Philly and DCA. Breeze Airlines is a newer budget-friendly option that flies to some of the smaller airports. Navigation is super easy- no shuttles or trams, and not too many gates. If your gate changes, you won't have to run all over the airport. The food options have changed over the years, but currently you can opt for Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, Cinnabon, Burger King, Verde, and a few others. You can even get a local beer from Commonhouse Aleworks. My husband and I like arriving early for flights and having a drink and some food in the lounge. It's not the largest or fanciest lounge, but I'm glad we have one. Drop off and pick up are easy. Always give yourself ample time to get through security because it can back up.

Yelp
While the Charleston airport isn't what it used to be (only 2 gates,) it is newly improved! The expansion is great and it's exciting to finally have a lounge and multiple food options, including the new chick fil a! There are a few shops now and plenty of seating at most of the gates. All of the areas have charging stations and clean bathrooms, and security doesn't take very long whenever I'm here. It's pretty easy to check a bag when needed as well, but it seems like baggage claim takes forever on arrival because of how quickly you get from your gate to baggage claim.
google avatar

Matthew M.

Yelp
Why not review an airport! CHS is one the easiest airports to navigate whether you are flying in or out of the Charleston area. My biggest issue, the restaurants are terrible and if you have a delayed flight there is absolutely nothing to do. They need to add a few more bars or entertainment, but hey it's an airport so enjoy the short lines and easy TSA check points.
google avatar

Joe S.

Yelp
This is a pretty nice airport with ample sized walkways, plenty of seating both inside and outside the secure area, and it sized appropriately for the city. The lobby was beautiful too! Smaller airports like this are a joy. Having lived in Las Vegas and currently living in Orlando, you just never know what it's going to be like when you arrive. You can get from being dropped off to the security line fairly quickly, which is awesome. It could use a few more sit-down eateries, but there was a pretty big section of tables between the two terminals. The tables weren't very clean, but we did find a place to hang out when most of us were delayed. As far as small airports go, this has more than most. If you have to kill time here, your options are a bit limited.

Yelp
Not much to say other than What a Great Airport! Actually manages to feel somewhat upscale: pretty, perfectly clean, smooth floors for your roller bags, LOTS of good food and shopping options, easy access to/from ground transport and fast, efficient security. The ticketing agents, servers, vendors and gate agents we encountered were all caring, friendly and efficient.

Yelp
Hey CHS is continuing to improve parking and business development inside the Airport. I like the variety and competitiveness of the smaller airline offerings. Solid Airport so easy 4 Stars !!
google avatar

Saundra J.

Yelp
CHS airport always a pleasure flying out. chick-Fil-A opened today but only after you pass TSA security checkpoints. JetBlue staff always friendly and helpful when checking in and boarding the flight
google avatar

Chip H.

Yelp
Flew out of CHS with a group of 48 middle schoolers. The check-in folks were amazingly helpful, considering it was 4:15 a.m. Easy access to the gates and everything was open in the concourse early. All in all a very easy trip.
google avatar

Yenisel M.

Yelp
The airport is extremely small compared to most I have been in. Although it was small it wasn't packed or any lines were needed to be waited on. Overall it was clean and bathrooms as well.
google avatar

Nina C.

Yelp
came here to pick up a rental, very nice staff. I've had some unpleasant experience with car rental places but they were helpful. The taxes and fees of course were higher. But on my flight out at another time was easy and quick check in. The airport isn't too big, just wish they had more direct flight options. Very clean bathrooms and helpful people around.
google avatar

Yelp
Megan at Guest Services went above and beyond her call of duty! On a baggage issue, in part my own error, the airline was done for the day and she ensured my family vacation was not interrupted! After a short wait my luggage was brought to us and with her southern charm made it seem a pleasure, which I'm sure it was not!! Thank you again!!

Yelp
Layout inside is just nice and simple, flying in was smooth and deboarding was efficient as we went from B1 to the exit to baggage claim. Lots of stores and they have Chick-fil-A opening up soon, relatively airy as the place has been renovated in the 90s. Rental check in was relatively quick at the counter right beside bag claim but the rental car pickup center is at the very far end of a long walk through two different garages and downstairs. They would have been better served having some kind of conveyor or people-mover all the way down, or potentially a shuttle to avoid the heat. Coming back, entrance through TSA precheck was ok, relatively smooth compared to the regular line. Clear stations for expedited security check also available. Overall nice airport and while not the most modern it's definitely not like the old Newark or JFK terminals from the 6s/70s. What is cool as you can see a bunch of military aircraft as it is also a joint Air Force Base and also you can see the Boeing hangers at one corner of the airport which have liveries of planes from across the world. Very cool display of planes getting put together before final delivery, was surprised to so many 787 Dreamliner airplanes before I saw the giant Boeing hangar.

Brittney W.

Yelp
I came through this airport on a recent trip and it was so cute! Before I reached baggage claim, they had very nice historical artifacts framed and a beautiful memorial for those who lost their lives at Emanuel Baptist Church. The restroom was also very clean and the hydration station was adorable

Yelp
TSA is horrible. Pre check doesn't matter it's all slow. Just a normal airport nothing special. It's not large.
google avatar

Willie R.

Yelp
CHS is an easy little airport. I flew in and out this week for an event. It's a breeze to navigate, with a pretty small number of gates, most of which start with "B." I think there were fewer than 10 "A" gates. There aren't many restaurants, but it's enough given the size of the airport. There are several grab and go places for salads/sandwiches and such, although I tried to order a sandwich at one of them and was told, "We don't have any cashiers," so I had to go somewhere else. The bathrooms were clean, and overall, the airport feels fresh and new. Security took about 5 minutes with TSA Pre-Check. Easy peezy CHS!

Yelp
We've traveled so much and yet are still confused about how the transportation works here. We landed at 10pm and had an infant with us. We went to the Budget car rental line to pick up the car that we'd already booked. The line had about 50 parties waiting. Someone in line yelled, "How long is this wait going to be?" They responded and said that they spend about 10-15 minutes per group so... it would've taken HOURS. It was too late to be waiting there for hours with a baby, so we had to leave and went to find the rideshare and taxi area. The airport security staff member that we talked to said that Budget overbooks multiple cars every night and that they ALWAYS have a line that long. It's one thing to have an off night or be unexpectedly crowded, but knowing that they know this will happen and that they do this to customers daily is not cool. He also said that there's not a line of taxis anywhere but that he'd try to call one for us. When another group walked up behind us and asked for a taxi, he said there probably wouldn't be more than one... huh?! Apparently the taxis aren't allowed to wait at the airport so they just have to wait for them to arrive. So strange. This is one place that will always need a taxi. Ubers were over $80 for a ten minute ride to our AirBnb and weren't close either. The airport itself was nice enough, but the transportation problem has definitely put us off from traveling here!

Yelp
CHS, a small airport but a pleasant experience! The airport and terminals are sleek and well-organized, definitely not a place you can get lost in. I liked how friendly the staff was and easy to navigate through. My two favorite things that made my experience delightful was how easy and self explanatory their ride share service is. Efficient, and to the point. Another things I enjoyed was their healthy options -- normally it's been a struggle for me to find healthy snacks or bites inside the airport with junk food filling up the isles -- making it hard for me to eat anything while I'm there. At CHS, I was able to roam around and find different bites and more than one spot and kiosk with healthy options to choose from. They've got a range of healthy snack options that kept my taste buds happy! Kudos to them for making delayed flight feel less stressful and more delightful!

Yelp
Easy to navigate airport. They are clean and have decent food options. TSA there is quick and efficient. The airport check in and TSA are all combined together with no need to take any trams.
google avatar

Cheryl T.

Yelp
Clean, bright easy to navigate airport. Although an international airport it is a nice size. A pleasure to fly in and out of. I appreciate the nice exhibition of art from local artists (which I didn't take pictures of) Rental car desks are inside the airport and you pick up cars in the nearby garage across the from the terminal.
google avatar

Mishi V.

Yelp
Clean, spacious, didn't feel overwhelmingly crowded, helpful staff, quick walk from gate to rental garage pick up.
google avatar

Ken O.

Yelp
Didn't spend to much time at the airport when I had arrived into Charleston, however, the airport is very easy to get around. From the arrival gate to the baggage claim and then to the Car Sharing area. When I returned back to the airport for my return flight, I spent a little more time. The domestic airlines are grouped together in the same terminal. TSA Check In was a breeze. From there, finding the gate was also very easy. This modern airport had plenty of restaurants to choose from as well as various seating areas. The airport was very clean so kudos to the cleaning staff. I couldn't say anything bad about this airport.
google avatar

Jason J.

Yelp
Easy to navigate airport, clean, and tons of parking. Wish it had a few more food options but it is a smaller airport so it works with what it's got.
google avatar

Haley S.

Yelp
I feel like this airport has improved tremendously since COVID. It is better staffed, and there are more options open for purchasing coffee and food int he morning in particular. TSA however is inconsistent and a bit frustrating. I usually have precheck, which makes everything pretty simple. For my last flight, I did not. So, I asked the TSA agent what I needed to take off and take out of my bag. TSA agent 1 let me know to just take off my shoes and take out my laptop. The line I was standing in was moving slowly, while the line a few feet away suddenly cleared up. I hopped over to the adjacent conveyor belt. After following TSA agent 1's instructions and placing my electronics in a bin, the man managing this conveyor belt (we'll call him TSA agent 2) said "what are you doing! I just told you people to not take anything out of your bag. Put your laptop away." I explained that I was just following the instructions of the other TSA agent (who was standing barely 10ft away), and TSA agent 2 responded by saying "don't listen to that guy! Put your laptop away!" Sheesh! How about y'all get clear on your standards and communicate consistently with the folks you're trying to serve? It is annoying that the agents get frustrated with the passengers for not knowing what to do when the staff are not consistent.
google avatar

Yelp
Simple Airport easy to navigate. We were able to check in to our flight with plenty of time to spare.
google avatar

Mike M.

Yelp
The flights in and out of Charleston are a little limited, it I'm writing this review assuming that one's already looking at flights there. It's a fairly newly redone airport with a convenient layout, fairly efficient baggage service and security lines, and an above average offering of shops and restaurants for an airport of its size. It's conveniently located to get to Charleston and other nearby areas. It's conveniently located, clean, has nice bathrooms and small touches like conveniently located water bottle filling stations, operates efficiently, is quick to get in and out of, and looks nicer than most airports while you're there. And, if you're renting a car, it's pretty easy to get to/from/out of the car rental lot. If you're going to Charleston (or Mount Pleasant, etc.) and find an affordable option to fly into CHS that works in your schedule, it's probably the way to go.
google avatar

Kevin G.

Yelp
Always easy to get in and out of. Once you pass TSA the gates are right there and plenty of eateries to choose from. If you want a scenic view while waiting for your flight CHAS IA is a winner as one of the few airports still surrounded by Mother Nature.
google avatar

Rebecca H.

Yelp
A cute little airport. We were flying on jetblue and, similarly to our experience at LGA, we had to use a self service kiosk to check our bags. This worked well enough and we were able to quickly get this done. Our bags made it to our destination without a hitch so minimal complaints here. They do not have clear but they do have TSA precheck that is separate from the other plebs and was quick and seamless. The lounge situation is piss poor. Because the airport is so small, there isn't as much walking as I have experienced in other, gigantic airports. There also isn't any convoluted, maze type shit to get to the ride app pick up area. We were able to board our plane and take off.
google avatar

Kseniya K.

Yelp
Small, clean airport. Everything is easy to find, all within walking distance. No need to be running marathons to get from entrance to your gate. Public transit is available to commute to multiple locations only for $2 cash. The bus is punctual--follow the schedule and don't be late. No credit cards accepted. You can download the bus app and pay, if you don't have cash with you.
google avatar

Katherine A.

Yelp
This is a great little airport. The drive up is easy and quick for drop off. I went quickly through security and staff was friendly. No lines at ticket counter or security. There are only 2 wings A and B super easy with only about 20 gates. There are a large number of restaurants and bars in the terminals giving plenty of options for food. Restrooms are large and clean. Terminal seats have charging outlets. Terminals are clean with plenty of seating. The only thing missing is a little art or exhibits of interest.
google avatar

Shirley N.

Yelp
I chose to fly into CHS because we were planning to go to Hilton Head. And I wanted to visit Charleston which had been on my bucket list for a few years. Hubby & I did a red eye on Delta Airlines. When we arrived we followed the signs to baggage claim. There are only three carousels. We looked around. Our flight wasn't listed. Where's our luggage? My AirTags indicated at CHS which was a good sign. I asked Delta at baggage claim office. She said it'll be carousel # 1 but the signage is out of order. She'll announce it on the PA. Sure enough our luggage is spilling out at carousel #1. The airport had a small town feel to it. Even the rental car garage is located walking distance. Just avoid Budget rental car there. That's a separate review.
google avatar

Ophelia M.

Yelp
Charleston International Airport is a great little airport to navigate in and out of. We were heading on a vacation to Hilton Head and flew into Charleston instead of Savannah: 1) Because we knew we wanted to check out Charleston while we were there 2) It was significantly cheaper to both fly in and out of and rent a car for the time we were traveling It's a small airport without a ton of food options but we weren't looking to dine, so weren't bothered by that. It's small without being overly fussy (I've flown in and out of smaller airports where TSA is a little over bearing etc, not so here). It was easy to navigate and we were able to find the area to pick up our rental car easy enough. Zero complaints!
google avatar

Clif M.

Yelp
Nice airport to fly out of. A smaller airport but not as small as others I have been to. Getting through tsa was easy. There are some places to get food and drinks

Yelp
My flight landed at around 2 am on a Saturday morning. There are very little to no Ubers there at the time. You'll need to wait 20 minutes for a pick up, and it will likely end up getting cancelled. Thankfully, they have shuttles but you will probably need to share with randos, depending on where you're going. We were headed downtown and it costs $16 pp. Security seems pretty efficient (though they close at 10 pm). They have pre-check so I had no issues there. My friend who did not have pre-check still seemed to get through pretty quickly. There are a few food options including Burger King. Thankfully, there's a lounge - the Club CHS by gates B, but it closes at 7:30 PM. Not many options for souvenirs and for the few that are available, it's just over-priced magnets. Overall, it was fine. Not the best but not the worst either, and that's all we can really ask of an airport (at least in the U.S.)
google avatar

Chip S.

Yelp
Self check-in machine would not allow me to self check-in bag. First time this has happened to me at an airport. Hopefully its an easy fix. I let the counter know. At the time I was really frustrated because I hate waiting in line lol. Wanted to give a 1 right away but many registers open to help out the long line at American airlines and Betti at American Airlines was really kind. Other than that it is a really cute and friendly airport. Hope to change this to 5 stars on my next visit.
google avatar

Chantal B.

Yelp
Coming from LAX, CHS is smaller than Los Angeles but it has so much history and very pretty. There's museums to learn more about Charleston and I like that you're able to soak up so much. You're in and out when it comes to the terminals. It's big enough to walk around and be comfortable. The bathroom was super clean. There are plenty of seating areas while you wait for your bags. They have a few restaurant selections it's a nice, low stress airport. They have the car rental place right by the baggage claim so that is very convenient to have many options. They really spruce it up for the holidays. You're definitely in and out.

Yelp
Great airport! I've always lived in major cities so it was nice to finally fly into an airport that doesn't have a million people traveling all at once, crammed together, trying to get somewhere 5 minutes ago. It's more like a boutique airport. Relatively small and to the point. I like it. But fair warning: I was followed through the airport by a young man on the day that I arrived. While on my way to the carousel to grab my luggage I spotted him following behind me down the corridor that leads to baggage claim. So I pulled off to the side and sat down, needlessly, to try to let him get WAY ahead of me and get on with his own business somewhere. Yeah, but no. That didn't happen. He didn't realize that I was on to him so all he did was find a spot around the next corner and just stood in a crook waiting for me to continue walking again. And eventually I did have to do that because I had already pre-arranged to have a car pick me up at arrivals. I didn't exactly feel safe but I couldn't just sit there all day wasting other people's time. So I moved forward to the carousel to grab my baggage, and what do you know, as soon as I passed him at that corner where he was hiding like a bandit, he began to follow me again. He clearly was not a traveller, he was there casing. This time following me directly to the carousel and then standing right there next to me while I waited for my luggage to come out. I was really creeped out - I wanted to swing on his young ass! I'm sorry but I live in New York City, we don't just let early-in-life teeny-bopper criminals STALK us like we're willing victims. It doesn't work like that. But I kept my calm, called my driver to confirm that he was outside waiting, and he confirmed exactly where he was parked - waiting for me to walk out. So that helped me to feel a little bit of a sense of relief. As soon as I saw my bags roll around I grabbed them like my life depended on it and I was OUTTA THERE! 100% he was NOT traveling. He was just hanging around looking for an easy victim and I was not about to be that. Be careful if you see this face. I've attached a photo of the little wanna-be crook. Look out for him!
google avatar

Taylor S.

Yelp
Beyond rude security staff. This man yelled and put down two women for being on the wrong side when they were picking up their bags. Spoke to them as if they were stupid. I couldn't believe how easily his nasty words rolled out of his mouth. Extremely unprofessional.
google avatar

Karen T.

Yelp
Nice little airport. TSA pre check is always super short, airline representatives are usually pretty friendly, and the updated parking garage/rental garage is much better than what it was a few years ago. It is completely non smoking now too. They are doing some renovations for more food options/switching some groups out (sounds like Caviar and Bananas is being moved out for instance, I never went there but have heard of it), but nice flying in and out of here compared to larger airports.
google avatar

Chase B.

Yelp
A small airport for a pretty large area (750k in the greater Charleston area), but it is surprisingly efficient and you get through check out really quick. If you have TSA pre check, security is very smooth. The airport has modern amenities, standard cleanliness, and plenty of food options at any typical airport. The lounge is small but has what you would expect from an airport lounge and you cannot beat the good food and drinks. I was thanked multiple times for being active duty military and given a free upgrade to first class. The people here really have a genuine respect for the needs of others. Baggage claim is small and takes a bit but gets the job done. Ubers aren't available much at midnight so just plan accordingly if you can.
google avatar

Taylor O.

Yelp
Was not in this airport for very long but it wasn't bad! Clean and had a fair amount of seating area. Just not a lot of comfortable seating. Getting through security was a breeze. I got to see their K9 and that was cool! Just an average airport overall!
google avatar

Yelp
Charleston's airport may be small compared to larger cities but it's equipped with everything you need to get you where you need to go . Due to its small size , it's super easy to navigate without feeling overwhelmed. There's no trams, Skytrains or buses required to connect you to your gate so it's minimal walking once you pass through security. Since the new renovations, there's several restaurants, bars and convenience stores available for you to grab a quick snack or cocktail . There's also a shared use lounge located between the two concourses called Club Chs. Here you can comfortably wait for your flight while enjoying a quiet place to relax, get work done, sit down for a meal and beverage or freshen up. The price seems to range from $33 -$45 if you don't have access through the Priority Pass membership. Once you arrive at your gate , there is plenty of seating with device charging outlets. This space is clean with free wifi, nice employees and short lines . Everything you need while waiting for your flight . Safe travels !

Ashley S.

Yelp
This is a small airport compared to the size of Charleston. I flew out of here several times while I lived in Charleston. It was always easy to find your visitors arriving because it was so small too. There are a few small dining options. But nothing opens until 7, except Burger King. So if you have an earlier flight, you'll be bored. They have several different parking options. More convenient = more costly. They also have free WiFi and USB ports to charge phones so that's really awesome.
google avatar

Lori C.

Yelp
Cons: Small. Workers not as friendly as the people in Charleston are. Really ended my vacation on a bad note. Can't believe everyone is having a bad day. Our rental car wasn't washed and was sticky. Pros: easy walk to gate. Enough charging ports.
google avatar

Jason P.

Yelp
Small airport, but heart This is a very small airport, but you'd never know it on the inside. It feels like a much larger upscale airport. In some ways in reminds me of Heathrow Airport in London. Even being small it has this grand entrance and sitting room. They had a very nice holiday display. Plenty of comfy seating while you wait.
google avatar

Crystal F.

Yelp
Great job on all the renovations. I must you are truly now beginning to appear as a true international airport. But I must say I miss the old version. Everything was quick and fast. Now you have to get here 2hours before you flight. Because you definitely will miss it. I see you always turning into Walmart with the self check out. It's a great touch but still leave a register actually open. Southern Bells like to talk.

Yelp
I had a very early flight and arrived at the airport at 5 am, and as I walked around the airport I noticed that there were only sugary or fried options for breakfast, then I remembered there was a breakfast place called Caviar & Bananas, but I was shocked to see that it was replaced with a Starbucks, I am very disappointed in the Charleston airport, and will be eating my breakfast before I arrive to an early flight as I will not be eating heavily processed food for breakfast.

Yelp
This is a comfortable smaller airport, but listen up, management, the constant loud music is a terrible distraction. This ain't a bar! A little peace and quiet please. At least turn down the volume and play something more neutral.

Yelp
It's a solid, small airport. Personnel could be nicer: everyone we met was usually cold or incredulous that we were talking to them at all. I had one positive encounter with a cashier at Caviar and Bananas. Everyone else acted rude, indifferent, or outright racist. This is by no means an international airport. At BNA Nashville, the staff translates the signs everywhere into several languages. Here, not only are there no signs to help travelers, but the staff seem aggressive towards anyone who even looks remotely foreign, including our Asian American family. I have never felt unsafe in an airport before besides this one based on how people looked at me and talked about me, especially those who I view as professional staff. The TSA agent went out of his way to actively disengage with people in the security line: I've never seen anything quite like it. So much for perceived southern hospitality. I've never been more eager to go home.
