This was an interesting experience. It's a place that's open surprisingly late so we went in before a later dinner reservation. They didn't have any menus but the guy working described all the wines out loud. When we asked about the origin of the location, he shared a little shade about ownership. He seemed young and probably didn't care who he was talking to but it was a little off putting. Regardless, I enjoyed the location and wine tasting/glass. The inside space is also two floors which was surprising to have that much real estate and so few customers.

We were visiting Charleston and walking through the market, when we decided to find a nice place to have a drink on warm day. This place was super convenient and close to most hotels, the staff was super great, and the vibe was exquisite. Definitely a great place to stop while visiting.

Nice copy place with friendly staff. Limited selection on their wine inventory today. Still some tasty samplings in a laid back atmosphere.

The staff here is wonderful and will do whatever they can to make your experience special! When something occurred to change my plans at the venue, they went above and beyond to help ensure my event went on as planned, and I could tell they truly cared about my happiness. I appreciate them very much and look forward to visiting them soon!

I'm a native, took a trip downtown (which is rare) just to visit this place, it was a beautiful Saturday afternoon! Doors locked, place closed. We walked around market thinking we were just to early, 3 pm rolled around, still locked, still closed. I know things happen but it was a let down. Maybe one day I'll be able to visit. Just call first to make sure they are open.

Nice looking place next to the Charleston City Market. Bought a nice wine there, in spite of one of the most unfriendly, sour-faced store attendants I've ever had the misfortune of meeting. Just because of that, I came close to walking out. But we were in a hurry, and needed a nice bottle of wine. But if I was the owner of this place, I'd put this guy through some serious customer service boot camp.

I’m visiting Charleston and stopped by on a whim. I had the best service ever from Chase! He was so patient explaining all of the wines, helped me decide on options for my tasting, and I’m going back to Jersey with two bottles (the Gullah Geechee and Ranga Ranga) to remember the visit!

Jennifer was an absolute 10/10, a gem amongst gems. However - it was uncomfortable due to the Air Conditioning being out of commission. If it wasn’t for the company of Jenifer we would have left after the free samples. I also think the wine wall was looking a little empty, I would suggest the owner refill the stock of the wine for a popular destination in downtown Charleston. In summary - go here to talk to Jennifer, but there are improvements the owner needs to make.

Yelp
I'm always down for a good wine. I typically prefer red or white. But I'm not opposed to trying them all. We stopped in while exploring the area. Would not have known it was there if I didn't decide to walk down the side street. To our surprise they was doing an actually wine tasting at the time. We got to try 3 different wines. The wines was okay but the one that stood out the best to me was the Applebum. Which I was shocked because it wasn't red and I actually liked it. If your in the area stop by and go check it out. There is no street parking. So be prepared to look and pay. Good luck if you find one you don't have to pay for or that's not far. The bottles are very affordable and won't break the bank. The bottle I had will with give you two - three serving depending on your wine glass size. I will be returning!

Yelp
I love what they have done to this spot! It's lovely and very cozy. They have a limited wine list currently, but I think it will expand. Great place to stop for a glass of wine while shopping at the market!

Yelp
Great little wine bar! Friendly bartender, excellent wine, awesome ambiance. We told them we had 15min to spare and the bartender made it work for us. I recommend the house Pinot noir.
