You get a good deal for your money. The food is always hot and fresh. The chicken cheesesteak is awesome with fried onions and mushrooms, the bacon cheese fries are a must try, and their lemonade is out of this world.

The employees are super sweet and helpful i work in the mall so this is my go to spot !

Worst cheese steak I ever had in my life. I ordered the classic and what they gave me looked nothing like the picture. They use way too much cheese sauce. It was honestly one of the most disgusting things I ever ate before. You're better off just going to Sbarro's if you're in the food court.

The food was amazing and the service even better. The fries were fresh , hot and made to order. You never have to worry about old fries. Didn't get a chance to try the steak but I HEARD , the bread was soft, the sandwich was meaty. Definitely a winner if my son likes it, he's picky ! Highly recommend when at the mall shopping and you began to get hangry !

We got to the mall early for the movie. We googled and yelped looking for a place to eat. First thought was forget the food court. Malls in general are a busy these days. Anyway if you've ever been here you know there is nothing around the mall but fast food. That's really not what I wanted. I was having so much trouble deciding we just ended up in the food court. You could smell the cheese steaks down the hall and it smelled really good. Good enough to coax me into a closer look. Upon a closer look the two guys running the shop were so friendly I was like yeah I'll do it. Only two guys doing door dash deliveries and live people in the food court. So one guy is taking orders then running back to cook. Then he was apologetic about the wait. I'm like take your time man! They were rocking it out. So then we get our food and it's really excellent. None of it is greasy. I got gourmet fries and a philly chicken cheesesteak. Fries weren't deep fried and greasy. Only complaint- worst ketchup receptacle at any restaurant ever. There is no way to hold it and keep the ketchup inside. Next time I come to a movie here I'll do it again.

Visited this place mainly supporting woman owned businesses, and for the Philly cheese steak. Not impressed, it was not bad, though it not have the steak cut thicker than a slice of ham. It markets itself as a n area's competitor's option, that it not compare to. Yes, it is inside a mall. Service was awesome, and the place is very clean with a shared food court to eat in, feet away from an open grill area. If the steak was thicker, seasoning done better, bread with a crunchy outside texture, it would make a difference for the better.

Charleys Philly Steaks in The Philadelphia Mills Mall was fantastic stop. I ordered the Large Chicken steak and it was huge. Huge and tasty. It came with a ton of pickles which I like. The staff was friendly enough and the Sandwich was worth the price

Wow their Cheesesteaks are amazing and fresh , This is the place to be to get a good quality Philly cheesesteak. I would recommend this place their cheesesteaks are so delicious and mouth watering.
