Saturday night out to a new place. Menu looked good online, restaurant looked good even from rt53 so we finally went to try it. Got brisket sandwiches and rice bowls (brisket and chicken) . Parking is easy, low traffic , easy access, small to medium sized lot. No waiting area but they have a small beverage bar. Non-alcoholic options. Looking forward to try them Decor is bright and inviting. So much to the point we stayed a good bit after eating just to catch up with friends. Ordering at the desk was easy and the menu is easy to read and full of various options. It’s bbq style but with some interesting and delicious flavors . They make their own ranch bbq which is good. The chicken and brisket were both seasoned well and cooked right. Rice and vegetables were fresh. I’m personally excited to try some of the other items on the menu. The only place I could see them needing improvement is since the food is very fresh , it will take a bit longer than other mainstream restaurants. It’s worth the wait. I think if they add seating, they’ll be a good staple in their location. Will definitely be back soon.

Very good food! Tasty! The briskets and chicken bowls are so tasty, tender and the portions didn’t look big but they are! Our son got the brisket sandwich and it is so delicious. The bun has sesame seeds and so soft. Overall this place is really great!

The parking lot was huge, plenty of spaces. The restaurant was well lit and clean. You order and pay at the register, they bring your food to your table. I ordered the brisket sandwich combo meal. It came with a drink (free refills). The sandwich was bigger than I anticipated. The sandwich overall was very tasty especially with that charred sauce. The brisket could have been a bit more tender. I want to clarify that the brisket was not tough, it was a little chewy. The brisket rice bowl is also bigger than it looks. The flavored rice at the bottom was delicious. I recommend trying the mint lemonade, it reminded me of something we got in Malaysia. Make sure you have room for dessert. We got the lemon raspberry drops. It had a good balance of sweet and salty. Customer service was very friendly. Overall, it’s about a 4.5 out of 5 for me.

The sandwich portions are enormous, yet each one still delivers fantastic flavor. I went with their slow-cooked meat option, and everything from the sauces to the seasoning on the fries was simply outstanding. A truly satisfying meal from start to finish!

We ordered their signature plates - the Rotisserie Chicken and the Full Beef Brisket - and they did not disappoint. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, tender, and juicy, while the brisket was melt-in-your-mouth good, with that deep smoky BBQ flavor that shows real craftsmanship. Each plate came with crispy, spiced fries, fresh salad, and BBQ-smoked rice that tied everything together beautifully. You could tell everything was made with care and top-quality ingredients. To top it off, we tried their Mint Lemonade and Strawberry Lemonade, and both were incredibly refreshing - the perfect balance of sweet and tangy, and a great complement to the smoky meats. The atmosphere was cozy and casual, with friendly service that made us feel right at home. You can tell this place takes pride in what they do. If you’re craving hearty, flavorful BBQ with a twist, Charred Fork is a must-visit. We’re already planning our next trip back! Truly a great family run and owned establishment.

You guys have to hit this spot up! We tried it yesterday and it was soooo good we had to order extra rice bowls for dinner to go. Brisket and chicken both are flavorful and juicy! The sides are also amazing. The rice is EXTREMELY good. I think it’s made with caramelized onions and it has the most amazing flavors. Reminded me of pulv rice. The owner and service was really nice. Definitely worth the drive.

Delicious sandwiches. Rice/salad bowls are also great. The sauces on both were a spicey Mediterranean but not too spicy. The fries were perfect. Loved the drink options. Service was excellent- very attentive. They decor was clean and well thought out. We will definitely be back.

I’m usually very picky when it comes to food, but this place completely won me over! Everything we tried was outstanding! The brisket was flavorful and tender, the fries were perfectly seasoned (they really do have a magic taste!), and the carrot 🥕 cake was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service made the experience even better. I’m so happy we found this place 🤗 I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

My wife and I were intrigued by trying this new place solely on the fact it had rotisserie chicken and beef brisket. She was interested in the chicken and I the brisket. We were not disappointed. The chicken was pretty good, nicely seasoned and tender. The brisket was melt in your mouth tender, and also nicely seasoned. In fact both can stand on their own without sauce. But the sauces they offer elevates it to the next level. Especially the Charred sauce and the barbecue sauce. The fries were nice and crisp and had a tasty seasoning. The rice was quite a surprise, it was the most aromatic, well seasoned rice I have ever tasted. However, the food is on the pricey side, but when try it, the price is well justified. The staff is friendly and helpful, and can answer your questions about their food. The place has a simple yet tasteful decor, but very inviting. I highly recommend this place, especially if you want to try something new and different.

We really enjoyed the food. Ordered a full rotisserie chicken. Comes with a salad, rice, and fries. The flavors were very good and not something I had ever tasted before. Bold flavors and a little spice, sauces to go with the food as well. Had a very nice conversation with the owner / chef afterwards. He mentioned all the spices he uses are all homemade and developed personally by him. Definitely have to check this place out. I can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu.

A very quaint, well decorated restaurant. Staff were very friendly. The TV menu board was easy to read except the moving pictures and daily specials section was scrolling so fast you couldn't even read anything. We had to keep watching the board for a while to be able to read it. Not a deal killer, just something they should correct. Otherwise the interior is very clean. Food was delicious. Huge portion for the charred brisket sandwich. The meat was tender and flavorful. The onions perfectly grilled and the sauce was the perfect compliment. I wish I had a few more fries but that's because I'm greedy. The bun. The bun was soft and fresh. Holy cow it was good. So why 4 stars? The price. Yikes. It was more expensive than 5 guys. I was honestly was planning on giving 3 stars it's so expensive but it was DAAAMMMNNN good. I'm not sure I would go back all the time due to the price but this would be a nice treat every so often.

I was in the mood for halal rotisserie chicken and this place popped up. I decided to try it and it did not disappoint the chicken was super flavorful and juicy the portions were really good. I loved that there was a full non alcoholic bar. The restaurant is very cute and quirky with lots of farm style decor. My only complaint is that the food kinda slid off these wooden slabs to the owners please consider using wooden trays with a lip so the food doesn't spill!

We were fortunate to try out Charred Fork during its soft opening. It's located in the spot where Crab & Spice used to be. The parking lot is pretty big, so no issues there. The interior of Charred Fork is pretty nice with a farm feel. There was a large family when we went for dinner, so it was a bit loud with all the kids. The artwork is kind of cheesy, but it's fine. The tables are also farmhouse style and have bench seating. There is also some bar seating, but no alcohol; just mocktails and milkshakes. This is a halal restaurant. You order at the front counter, and they will give you a number to bring to your table. You get your own plates, napkins, and utensils. One thing I love is that they have a couple of sinks for handwashing right in the dining area, which is super convenient. We ordered a 1/2 brisket meal, which included a small salad, rice, and fries. We were also able to select two sauces, so we got charred sauce and fork sauce. In addition, we ordered a chicken sandwich. The brisket meal was pretty good. The meat was flavorful enough, and the sides were all decent. Both sauces were delicious. The chicken sandwich was okay. I didn't realize it would be dark meat, which I'm not a fan of, but I understand why; white meat would have made the sandwich dry. The bun could have been a little thinner, as well. Overall a nice meal. I'd like to try to rotisserie chicken some time, and perhaps the pizza. Service was excellent and pricing was fair.

Amazing service. The cashier/server is super nice and helpful. Everything was clean as always. The brisket sandwich was still super good! The wings didn't do much for me and I feel like the sauces changed and got a bit more bland than they were last time I was here. Overall I will be back to see if we can get this back to a 5 stars. Next will be the pizza...

Very nice and friendly staff, the decor was nice and the restaurant was very clean as for the food I had the brisket, it was different but good nice and tender but the seasoning was a little off for my taste, and wasn't a fan of the rice, I really did enjoy the Coconut Pineapple Tea very tasty and refreshing

Yum!!! My first time. Ordered to go. Got the brisket sandwich. I'm halfway through it and I'm trying to figure out if I want to devour the rest or save it and cherish it later. The bun: Maybe 5" + diameter, charred sesame seeds, perfect! The innards: brisket nice and tender, grilled onions, and the sauce is wonderful! Fries are very unique too, great seasoning! I introduced myself to the man at the counter and we chatted for a while, and he was very kind. Will definitely be back to try the rest!

Lots of attention to detail, like the brisket sandwich with a larger bun than a standard burger, and the seasoned salt blend on the fries. Yummy!

Once a week I'm there for the 1/2 chicken. Awesome place. Coating on the fries is to die for.

This place is worth a try! we really liked our food the restaurant was very CLEAN the people were polite and appreciated our business, we will defiantly return. want to try the pizza next visit. we had the brisket this visit. Good portion size too!!
