13 Halal Meal Kits To Order For Iftar This Ramadan - London - The Infatuation

"Pre-pandemic these smoked meat specialists were operating out of a food truck in Spitalfields Market, and now, as a silver lining of sorts, they have a nationwide delivery service which means you can order their excellent halal meat to your home. Their online menu has everything from smoked brisket burgers, and a whole spatchcock smoked chicken, to a 10-hour smoked whole spring lamb shoulder. The whole menu is pretty tempting, but if you’re only getting one thing don’t miss their brisket. You can get up to 2kg of the good stuff, alongside some flatbread and other bits to make your own brisket creation, or you can go for their brisket burgers. Basically, we don’t care how you do it, just as long as you get that 14-hour smoked beef on your iftar spread." - heidi lauth beasley, jake missing, rianne shlebak

Good Dinner… We had dinner at this restaurant with our friends and their kids. The interior decoration and the vibe were good. They offer a variety of seating options. The level of service was satisfactory. Our friends have been to this restaurant before and suggested a couple dishes to try. The food we ordered were- Pull apart Brie, Fried Calamari, White Chicken Pizza, Double Pepperoni Chicken Pizza, Wild Mushroom Pizza and Blackened Chicken Alfredo Pasta. The pizza was delicious, and we loved the sauce and toppings. The highlight of my meal was Alfredo Pasta. The portion size was huge. It is worthwhile to visit this place.

I live 5 minutes from this place but had never been due to food allgeries i have with one being fume reactive. This is an open-air cooking area, but we sat outside, and I had no issues. Our server Joshua was top-notch when it came to asking specific questions pertaining to my allgeries. Started off with a Margarita, and wife had a PainKiller, which was right tasty. They use a black salt on the rim of the Margarita, which i am used to worm salt and enjoy this salt so much. I asked Joshua where i could purchase it, which I will be purchasing for myself. I had the fried calimari and a Nashville chicken sandwich with Nashville fries. The wife had the Classic Smashburger with fries. Food came out hot and was REALLY GOOD! There were 2 sauces with the calimari. The mayo based went perfectly with my fries while the sweet sour paired with the calimari perfect. The fried chicken was fried perfectly, tender, and juicy. The seasoning was perfect on the sandwich and fries for the average person. I have a hot palette, so hot sauce would have been perfect, but i did not ask for it. The wife's burger was cooked perfectly, and she really enjoyed the fresh shredded lettuce and said her fried had the perfect crispness. Overall, a great evening, and we will be back for sure. Oh, last thing the music outside was very enjoyable and not overly loud, which I appreciated.

8/2025 yep, ancho chil ribeye does it again! Crab cakes were nice. Bacon wrapped dates with chives, goat cheese, and hot honey-simply amazing!!!!!!! Hard to chose between here and brickfire! The calamari and hanger steak at brickfire are certainly worth a few extra miles too. Both excellent operations!!! 6/2025 ancho chili rubbed ribeye and Nashville fries are killer!!! Added blackened shrimp skewer that packed a nice spicy punch! Scallops were perfect!! 4/2025 Best brussel sprouts(i added bacon)for sure!! Creole shrimp and fries delicious as well as Charred special pizza...love the use flof fresno chili peppers 🌶 Great brunch! Fresno Buffalo Wings were delicious way to kick off the meal. Ownership presence is always a great thing. Keep up the good work!

Google
What a local gem! The food was spectacular. The taste, flavor and freshness was shown in the quality of their food. Besides the pizza and hummus we ordered, which were delicious. We also had the Nashville "Hot" Chicken sandwich and fries. (Highly approved by my daughter) Our waitress was the best. She was very knowledgeable of the menu. She suggested just about the whole menu when I asked what was good. Our waitress was Friendly, attentive, engaging and helpful during the entire service. The atmosphere was what you want from a local bar but upscale enough to want to bring your family for some good food. We sat outside but the whole restaurant was clean and inviting. The staff was great the moment we wakes in, until the time we left. WELL DONE CHARRED!

Google
Service at the bar is hit or miss. They offer a lot of specialty cocktails, so if there's just one bartender, service is going to be tough, especially when the bartender has tables, too. Atmosphere is nice, but they have the music too loud, and the completely open room with the open kitchen and with the tables sitting very close together make for a loud atmosphere where conversation is difficult. The food is really good. From the items I've tried, I only have 2 complaints: (1) They need to do like most restaurants and toss the Caesar dressing into the Caesar salad before serving rather than serving the dressing on the side. That said, this is one of few places where the grilled chicken I add to my Caesar is actually tender, not dry and tough, so major plus. (2) Spinach Artichoke Dip is amazing, but they give you almost no bread to go with it. You're forced to order more bread, and they charge $3 for that. The pizza is good. I'm not a bread person and like the crust. But I believe the menu is misleading to say the pepperoni pizza includes cupped pepperoni. There is nothing even remotely cupped about the pepperoni. Seems like plain store-bought pepperoni.

Google
Decided to try this new place with lots of good buzz. Appetizers were off the charts good. Brussels were the best we’ve ever had. Bacon wrapped dates with goat cheese were an explosion of flavor. Salmon entrée was beautifully presented, but not very tasty. Orzo was a clump. Pizza was really good, but could have used a bit more sauce. We will definitely be back to give other entrées a try. Cocktails were really good. Staff and atmosphere were both great.

Google
This has become our go to place. Food is always really good and staff is nice. Very nice bar as well as nice indoor/outdoor seating. Casual dining but has an upscale atmosphere which is nice. Always very clean and love the open kitchen design.

Yelp
First time for Father's Day. Our server, Emily, was delightful, super attentive, and accommodating. She made appetizer suggestions and took our drink order promptly after seating. The burrata appetizer was outstanding! Definitely a must have along with the dates - I HATE goat cheese but these were soooo good! Steak egg rolls were just so-so (wood and iron is so much better!). For entrees we had the Smokehouse burger (8/10) and the crab cakes (5/10). Burger was ordered pink but came out non-pink but still juicy. One crab cake was almost cold (our server offered to replace 3x but hubby said no) but the other was good and the green bean side was smoking hot - he finished every bite. It's loud but food was good. Would try again for the scallops and maybe weekend brunch.

Yelp
Just came to update my review and still say this place is amazing. I've never had a bad food item. The staff is always so nice. The bacon wrapped dates are a must! So happy to find a higher end restaurant with good vibes and even better food

Yelp
I went to Charred Hanover for the first time last week. It was very busy but found a seat. The server came quickly and took our order. I ordered the salmon and she ordered a pork chop. The salmon was in a bowl and was not hot enough. I asked our server who was pleasant to reheat it which she did. Th salmon was tasty and on a bed of couscous, I think. I saw several other meals I will try when I return. The atmosphere was pleasant and the restaurant was clean.
google avatar

Kelsey D.

Yelp
The food is sub-par. A bit overpriced. Service was good, friendly waitress. Place is cool, I like that there's outside seating.

Patty N.

Yelp
Great services. The food was great all we had were shareable. And the martini was strong and cold fun place to go to dinner.

Yelp
We moved to Mechanicsville and always planned to stop by and check this place out. Ironically, we recently moved out to King William but ended up stopping by for a late lunch before heading to the grocery store. After being seated and looking over the menu, our waitress informed us they had run out of dough, so none of their pizzas were available. Of course, my husband had decided he would try their pizza, so that was a no-go. He decided on a burger, and I decided on an appetizer because I was too undecided and not extremely hungry. My husband really enjoyed his burger, my steak egg rolls were so hot my tongue was seared, I cut them into smaller pieces to let them breathe but I just wasn't into them, especially when I found a hair that I suspect wasn't mine since my hair was pulled back in a headband. I'm not making accusations, and we didn't complain, I was finished anyway. Overall, they had a pretty decent brunch menu, and they have a substantial bar with their specialtycocktail menu. The vibe wasn't great. Possibly, I was heavily influenced by no one being at the front when we walked in, and then there were the kids next to us constantly banging on the banquette seating while their parents said nothing. We would be open to giving this another try, maybe earlier in the day for lunch or possibly for dinner. It just seemed to be an off day for them.

Yelp
I recently visited Charred and had a great experience. We went on a Monday and it was packed! I got the pan seared salmon, it was delicious. The fish was cooked perfectly. I can't wait to go back.

Jessica P.

Yelp
This place was awesome!! We stopped here as our dinner stop on a fifteen hour driving day and what a gem!! Such a relaxed and contemporary environment. The food was delicious with very generous portions. There were repeated orders of bacon for the kids, with enough delicious cheesy homemade mac and cheese to eat on the road and for lunch the next day. The craft mocktails were refreshing and unexpected and the burrata salad was excellent. Very lucky we found this spot!

Yelp
Had a quick lunch at Charred and I loved it! Some friends have been telling me to go for awhile now. I hate that it took me so long to get here. The vibe is very modern and clean. Clean sight lines into the kitchen and a very well lit and well stocked bar. The service was fantastic! My server was kind, attentive and talked me through the menu since it was my first time. I decided to order a steak sandwhich without the bun, French fries, asparagus and a side of French dip sauce. It was really good. The steak was juicy and well seasoned. The fries were crispy with a nice little blend of seasoning. The asparagus was the star of the show. They charred it to perfection. I could seriously eat all the asparagus and be good with it! Nom nom nom (insert tongue out drool emoji here) . Although I did not have a cocktail I could appreciate the cocktail menu! Lots of bourbon choices and well thought out cocktails to choose from. All of the drinks had a unique flair to them! I'll be back next time to try a cocktail. Don't wait as long d I did to try Charred!! Check them out.

John M.

Yelp
I was told they made a good Old Fashion, needless to say, the bartender put about 10 ice cubes in my glass. Mmm. I don't think they know to much about how to make the drink.
google avatar

Tamra B.

Yelp
The food is ridiculously overpriced compared to the quality, or lack thereof. For $38, I'd expect two lump crab cakes with at least one decent side. The crab cakes had a ton of filler and any 'lump' crab meat seemed to have the consistency of bad canned crab meat. The asparagus side consisted of five pieces of ok asparagus. Nothing special. The corn succotash was a purée not a side. Save your money. Libbie Market has WAY better crab cakes. Go there instead.
google avatar

Rensom S.

Yelp
Service was awful, bartender can't take care of bar and 5 tables. Really hope they figure this out and it doesn't close. Everything is good and there are not a lot of restaurants in this part of RIC. Needs to take a turn.

Yelp
I'd say my experience here was the epitome of average. We were a bit early for our reservation time (20 mins) due to trying to beat thunderstorms arriving in the area. They said they'd seat us closer to our reservation time, which was fine. They had a bench to wait by the host stand; the bar was full so we didn't go over there. Once seated, we ordered moscato and the sangria for drinks, as well as the white cheddar cornbread as a starter. For our meals, we had the salmon and the chicken. There was a pretty lengthy wait for food, and when the server who was running our entrees asked if we needed anything else, I replied, "Just our starter." Our main server later came over and said he wasn't sure why the kitchen was taking so long on the cornbread. It then arrived immediately thereafter. I totally understand blaming the kitchen in certain instances, but if you forgot to put it in, which he obviously did, just say that. We were full from our meals and thus didn't finish the cornbread. When he asked if we'd like it wrapped up, I said that I wasn't sure how it'd taste warmed up. He then comped it off the bill, which was nice. The cornbread was pretty good, from what I tried, and my salmon was good as well. They were able to sub out the asparagus for broccolini, which I appreciated. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit Charred again, but they do quite the business so I'm sure that's okay with them.

Yelp
Really great food, let's start there, and the layout and interior of the restaurant was really unique. This was my first time coming here, I went with my coworkers for a holiday dinner it was about 12 of us so not too overwhelming. Our server 19 year old girl seemed to be very sweet and attentive, so I don't necessarily blame my experience all on her but I won't be coming back at least to the Hanover location. We put in all of our orders when it came time to order entrees my self and another woman of color were two of the first to do so, but didn't get our food until fifteen minutes after everyone else got their food and had already started eating. Hmmm... now I'm not one to yell racism when it's not there, I don't go looking for ignorance, but it was just interesting how myself and the other lady of color who by the way we were both sitting next to each other had to sit and watch everyone else food come out, long enough that the whole table started eating and we were still just sitting there waiting. Yeah so terrible service, good food but I wont be back!
google avatar

Janet T.

Yelp
This was our first time here but will be back. Had a Caesar salad with grilled chicken. Very tasty and the dressing was delicious! Service was prompt and attentive. I ordered a salad to go and it actually came out before our meals. Not sure why but it did. The people next to us had grilled cheese sandwiches with tomato bisque soup. Looked and smelled delicious! Will definitely be back to try something else from the menu.

Yelp
We had a large crowd and we were put in a nice section away from noise. Everyone enjoyed their order and drinks Nice place good food what is not to like?
google avatar

Elaine B.

Yelp
On the menu, your "Wild mushroom pizza" - Bechamel, roasted shiitake, oyster mushrooms, arugula and chili flakes. What we got half a handful of white mushrooms if that.No arugula and no chili flakes.(chili flakes on the table) ok. We also ordered a pepperoni pizza with two kinds of pepperoni, the small rounds kind and the larger cup size pepperoni. No cup size pepperoni on the pie. And maybe 10 small size pepperoni. When I mentioned it to the waitress, she just said, "oh well" never deducted the extra fee for the larger pepperoni. As for the french onion soup, stick with Cambells. They placed a slice of bread instead crouton on top of the lukewarm soup and a tablespoon of melted cheese. Absolutely the worst experience. it was on a sunday early afternoon. No one sitting at the tables. The bar had a few people... My mistake for thinking it was a restaurant. It's just a bar. With really bad bar food.

Yelp
Good food and good service , fall back place to go for good meal . We go here a lot and always enjoy our meal

Yelp
Charred Hanover 3:35pm Nice looking restaurant. No customers inside. I sat myself. I was greeted by a very friendly waitress. Several people came in while I was waiting for my food. They all sat at the bar. I decided on the Charred Burger as is. I had a special request for a side of Brussels w/bacon. That's on the menu as an appetizer but I didn't want a full appetizer. They obliged as a side. Thank you for that! The food arrived at 4:14. So about 30 minutes. The Brussel Sprouts were tasty. They had like a drizzle of sweet sauce on it which was a nice touch. Just wish it came with a little more. They forgot the bacon I ordered on the Brussels. The waitress offered to take it back to add the bacon but I don't like to send food back. I appreciate her offering. The burger was good. I had really sketchy signal on my phone and they couldn't figure out what the password was. After a couple attempts with the waitress asking someone I told her not to worry about it. Because of the full experience (Wi-Fi issues and no bacon) I rated it a 3star.

Yelp
The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming ! One of my favorite restaurants in Richmond. I usually frequent the Hull Street location, however I was dining with my cousin and we went to the mechanicsville location. Superb. Everything on the menu is a grand slam!

Sherry B.

Yelp
We went there on Wednesday afternoon for a late lunch. Brittany was our server and she was excellent. I ordered a glass of wine and she told us it was half price bottles of wine on Wednesdays and suggested that. We had a Cuban sandwich and a burger that were both delicious. Excellent experience and we will return.
google avatar

Wendy H.

Yelp
Food and drinks weee great. Good ambience too. All the other staff weee great but our waitress was grumpy and pushing us to order every 5 minutes. I told her she'd get a good tip but we had some work things to do and showed her the laptop I was using! Still came back several times annoyed we hadn't ordered. It was three hours before closing and we left at closing. I think she'd hoped a two top meant she could get out early. But maybe she was having g a bad day. I'd definitely go again.
google avatar

Bob F.

Yelp
Mediocre food, poor service. Didn't know what a frozen margarita was!. No reason to return. God ambiance however.

Yelp
My wife and I planned a surprise birthday brunch for my sister that included about 20 people in our party. They were able to accommodate our group in a somewhat private seating area and help us to plan a tight menu for our group. It took a little while for the waiter to start taking our orders but the service was great considering there was only one for our whole group. I ordered the shrimp and grits and my wife ordered the chicken & waffles. The shrimp and grits were very flavorful but I was helping for more grits overall. This was a common comment from other guests as well. The chicken and waffles were presented nicely and tasty as well. I would recommend both options but make sure to ask for your preferred dipping sauce for the chicken to keep it moist.
google avatar

Troy B.

Yelp
Four of us ate dinner here. It was very busy and the parking lot was packed in the strip mall. One couple had to park at the library and walk over. I highly recommend a reservation on a Fri-Sun evening. They had a decent craft beer list and also have some interesting bourbon options. I had a shrimp and grits entree and my wife had street tacos. Both were pretty good- the grit patty was pretty good size but shrimp and sausage were fairly sparse. We had good service and our waiter offered suggestions for drinks and dinner. I am sure we will go back again, but maybe on a week day evening vs a weekend.

David V.

Yelp
Takeout of four salads (with meat) and a pizza for family of four for $85 which is no problem for a decent meal but... when I picked it up it felt so light I thought I was missing two salads. After I verified all 4 were in the bag i knew the food would feed no more than 2 people and I was right. We have three fit adults and one child. I had to pick up an extra pizza and breadsticks from Dominos to feed everyone. The salads were a compliment to the pizza, certainly not enough for a teenager or adult. They should not charge $18-20 for a salad that has maybe 3-4 ounces of meat unless it is filled with fixings but these were not. My advice, because I want the restaurant to succeed: Double the portions or cut the price by 1/2. FYI the restaurant looked nice and seemed to have a pleasant atmosphere.

Yelp
Great food and service - we will return!! Located easily on Chamberlayne road in Hanover.

Rebecca P.

Yelp
My husband and I went there tonight because we had been there and it was okay. We were hopeful Charred would fill a need in Hanover that is not just a bar but a quality restaurant. Tonight Charred showed it self as a pricey bar with extra poor service. The food was good but the service was awful. Too bad. Hanover needs a good restaurant.

Yelp
Went on a Sunday evening and the place was quiet. Sat at the bar and ordered drinks while scanning the menu. Ordered the meat ball which where hot and great ( just the right amount of heat) with toasted bread and red pasta sauce. Next we ordered a double pepperoni pizza. It was really tasty and enjoyed about 80% of the pie. Then got to the last two pieces which in my opinion, was uneatable. Why? The bottom crust look as dark as an asphalt road. It was charred- blacken- burnt ( thus the name). I complained and got the an answer- it was charred- it's normal. So we serve uneatable food, because of the style of cooking? It was a good tasting pie, but that part that was the burnt- no so much.

Pam B.

Yelp
On Saturday evening, my husband and I went to Charred Hanover, it was relatively busy--there were people seated at the bar, in the main dining area, and outside. Even though there were many available tables in the main section, we were directed to an overflow room in the back, where only one other couple was finishing their meal. Notably, they were African American, as is my husband, while I am Caucasian. I greeted them with a smile and a "hello," and they responded warmly, noting the confused expression on my face. I admitted that it was hard not to notice: while the main spaces were filled with diners, there were no other people of color seated anywhere else, and it felt far too intentional that we were all placed in the back. The couple nodded knowingly and shared that, as locals, this was sadly something they had grown accustomed to. We exchanged a few more words, including their kind recommendations for dishes they had tried, and then they left. My husband and I looked around the restaurant, looked at each other, and knew immediately--this was not something we would condone or overlook. We chose to take our presence, and our investment, elsewhere.

Adam B.

Yelp
First time here... Saturday Night.... Slow service.... Apps were ok... calamari.... Not even sure what they served us... l was overcooked whatever it was... Tuna app was way overcooked.... Meatballs were ok and the bacon wrapped dates were underwhelming. Three of the six of us ordered the beef short ribs over grits.... (Entree was close to 30.00) When they came out they were on mashed potatoes and not grits... server apologized for not telling us they were out of grits when we ordered. This changed the entire dish and I would have ordered something else. Also, any restaurant that claims to serve short ribs and really serves you chunks of chuck roast (which is much less expensive) should be shut down for false advertising. This was a lackluster experience and sadly I will be spending my time and money else where.

Yelp
Great new place to grab a casual meal and cocktail. The food was delicious and cocktails were even better. Our bartender Katie was new to bartending but did a wonderful job, and our cocktails were delicious. I highly recommend the makers mark old fashioned. Chris was the other bartender and he actually created the cocktail menu, so he was lightening fast at making cocktails and very personable. The staff was all SO friendly and I will definitely be returning. They have happy hour 3-6 but we never found out if it was every day, or just Monday -Friday and what it was exactly. We had some cocktails at the bar and a couple of appetizers. We ordered the ahi tuna 15.00 which was good, but with only 5 slices it's not great for sharing. The signature flat bread is perfect for sharing, and so delicious. At only 16.00 this flat bread was a great value, and a wonderful option to share or have as a meal for two. I wish they sold the pickled fresno chili's! I will definitely be back for another house flatbread and old fashioned, and I look forward to trying more items my next visit. If you are in the Hanover area you should give charred a try.

Yelp
We had a lovely brunch on Sunday at this new-to-is restaurant. Susie was our server, and her a personality and quality suggestions were top notch! Forgot to take pictures of our entrees as we dove right in! The chicken and waffles had a slight kick, which was balanced by the maple syrup. The biscuits and gravy were incredible as well. Highly recommend Charred for a quality dining experience. Enjoy!

Lilly E.

Yelp
Wonderful service and really delicious food! Charred is one of our favorite places to eat. Russ was a friendly and helpful server and we will definitely return soon.

Rachel W.

Yelp
The kitchen was really awful to be honest. It was my husbands birthday and he really wanted the pork chop... I saw multiple pork chops go back to the kitchen and all of a sudden they were out of pork chops. Ok... whatever. No biggie. We ordered some appetizers... it took forever. We thought they had forgotten them. The appetizers were fine. Our food came out. Looked good. My brother in law bit into his pasta and it wasn't cooked. It was actually super hard (I got the same thing). The broccoli in the Alfredo was so hard we couldn't cut it... the pasta was hard. We didn't feel like sending it back because it had already taken forever for us to get our food. After spending 20+ dollars on pasta... we will probably never be back.
google avatar

Jeffrey A.

Yelp
Frequently visiting Mechanicsville, we were hoping that Charred would be our local "go-to." Regrettably it isn't. Three or four of the 4-5 visits to Charred have resulted in, well, disaster. Cold under and over cooked food, very poor service, and food taste and quality that is less than Applebees level, we've given up. There's no sense in wasting our time and money on really poor dining experiences. You'd do well to look elsewhere as well.

Lessie Y.

Yelp
Service was great. Food was too expensive for quality. Brussel sprouts were burned on outside and raw on inside and not properly prepped-stems.
google avatar

Carey A.

Yelp
We arrived at 4:30 pm on a Friday to enjoy happy hour. The bar was already full. There were only two bartenders over the next couple hours, who were so busy, they didn't even acknowledge us until we demanded attention. The male bartender was obviously angry about something and his service reflected that. The conversations behind the bar were inappropriate for customers to oversee. We basically had to beg to order appetizers and by the time the check came, it was wrong, but who had time to wait for them to correct it. Add a bartender so guests don't feel like an inconvenience.
google avatar

Mike G.

Yelp
Well, the first thing was there is no greeter at the entrance, the waitstaff popped out of nowhere, friendly though. We were sat next to a big party with children, who decided to bang on the bench seating, very annoying, not the restaurants fault, the parents just sucked. Then our waitress came over, and we eyeballed the menu and were set on getting pizza, to be informed they ran out of dough...oh and a specific salad...For real, out of dough and greens? Holy macaroni...well I settled on a smash burger, my wife got steak egg rolls. The burger was amazing, as were the fries. The rolls were not that great she said. Kind of a let down. Well, that's all really, just an average place, not sad, but not really fun either. Just go there once, just for the heck of it, you'll see!!

Roman T.

Yelp
I needed help paying and I say: "hey can I have help paying" then she looks at me and walks away and they got my food wrong
google avatar

Linda H.

Yelp
Pros: we got Shrimp&grits, Bucatini Bolognese, wood oven Brie. They are all delicious! Love this place and will definitely come back. Cons: Not a big fan of the kids menu which doesn't come with milk (only soft drinks and juice). The pizza from kids menu is like regular size and way too big for one child. Although reasonably priced at $10, I wish they could offer something smaller at a lower price.

Sarah S.

Yelp
First time trying it tonight. Food was excellent!the steak egg rolls were different and delicious! However, if you order carry out it's easily an hour+ wait which was unfortunate and they don't send confirmation emails to even tell you when your food will be ready. We will be back as the food is great but hoping they can figure out the carry out situation a little better.

Yelp
Any place that lies to you over the phone in order to get you in the place is a place I wouldn't pee on if it were on fire, let alone give my business. On a Friday night, I called and ask for a wait time. I'm assured there is no one on a waiting list and I can be seated immediately. Since I was literally around the corner, I arrived 90 seconds later. The parking lot was full and way too small; I had to park in a muddy field along with 30+ other cars. Then upon entry I found that the no waiting list - get seated immediately upon arrival - was in fact, a full restaurant, an over-filled bar area, 15+ parties on the 25+ minute waiting list, and the waiting area was standing room, only. All that changed in under 3-5 minutes!?! I wasn't rude but I wasn't pleasant and left. Any place willing to lie is not a place I can trust. Nor should you.

Yelp
Food all tasted like it was boiled- very overpriced. Do not recommend- save your money! Absolutely no seasoning or flavor. Stay away!!!

Yelp
Lindsey was our server and was awesome. The pizza is great and so much better than the pizza place a few doors down ;)

Yelp
Sat down with our group and ordered the street taco option with my group. Specifically asked if the corn tortilla is actually what is used and the server acknowledge it is. I thought nothing of it and ate it when it was served. By the end of it, I could tell the consistency was off and asked her to go and check with the kitchen. Sure enough it was flour and has since made me very sick as I have celiac. To say the least I will not be going back! Beware, if you have food allergies, as they do not follow what is on their menu!

Yelp
After arriving for a 645 reservation it took 10 minutes to get seated and we didn't get to order until 25 minutes after arrival. The meat was ice cold in the middle of the steak rolls and hot on the outside, but looked cooked. So it was either previously cooked and reheated or ordered pre-cooked and placed in the rolls like lunch meat. The options for burger were pink and no pink so I ordered it pink, but it looked barely cooked in the middle. Everyone was very friendly and the layout of the restaurant is unique, but they need to improve operations and food quality if they are going to demand $60-$70 for a meal for two with an appetizer.

Yelp
Great Happy Hour and bar wait staff is excellent! The bunch is great, Shrimp and Grits were delicious! But you should get an order of cornbread to go with it.

Yelp
I used to love this restaurant but the food quality has really declined. I ordered a Caesar salad. It was like a bag lettuce with not fresh Parmesan cheese and croutons. Heck a fast food restaurant makes better salads. They need to up their game.
