Chase Bank

The staff here just sit and turn away the customers just because the customers arrive at the bank without an appointment. There are 5 cubicles and 4 staff members who were just sitting staring at their cell phones and computers were looking out through the glass doors but did not help / attend the customers. Very soon Chase Bank will have to close this branch because of this inefficient staff members and their rude customer service.

I had called in for notary services for my DL.. and John was able to accommodate my request the same day and notarized my documents.

My mother had a bad experience today with Ashley F. As soon as she asked to make a deposit, it was said she would not be able to if she didn’t have a debit card with Chase. We went to the bank to make a cash deposit, and seemed like the easy answer was “No, we ‘can’t’” instead of understanding our point of the visit. After some back and forth of trying to understand why we couldn’t make a deposit, the clerk later said she can make a deposit to a company. That was our original reason for going…why wouldn’t you just ask instead of refusing service and assuming? This seems lazy and Ashley was unapologetic. The only reason we are giving this bank 2 stars because there was a nice man who greeted at the front door. Please work on your customer service.

I went to this branch to get a cashier check, they were very mean and racist, not recommended for brown people.

Great service, friendly staff. Great promotions going on. We’ve been Chase customers for years, so happy to see Chase branches coming to Va, finally!

Sharp friendly staff. Nice modern and comfortable office. Way better than many/most banks in the area.

Bad experience

I only use the ATM at this bank because they allow you to choose the bill denomination. Nothing smaller than a $10 however.
