Chase Field Dining Guide 2024: The Best Places Eat in the Arizona Diamondbacks Stadium - Eater Phoenix

"Baseball season is back, and even if it’s not another World Series run for the Arizona Diamondbacks, there’s still sure to be lots of excitement this season and plenty of reasons to enjoy a game at Chase Field – especially with the stadium’s well-known lineup of diverse food options that extends far beyond the typical game day hot dog. After last year’s action-packed season, the Chase Field team made a conscious effort to take 2024’s dining options to the next level to impress the D-Backs’ excited and re-energized fanbase with approximately 40 all-new dishes by executive chef Stephen Tilder." - jamiekillin

The Best Food and Drink at San Francisco’s Chase Center - Eater SF

"The Modelo Cantina is an open-air bar at the top of the stadium, with long counters and high tables. Season ticket holders can reserve seats inside, but it’s also cool to walk in for food and drink. It’s buffet-style service, with a global mashup of comfort foods, including chips and salsa, a wedge salad with blue cheese and bacon, pork belly bao, baked penne pasta, and chocolate s'mores. It’s $55 for food, plus cash for the bar, and there is a full view of the court." - Paolo Bicchieri

We had a fun night and day game at Chase Field watching the Diamondbacks play. The stadium is very comfortable with a lot of great amenities. We sat behind home plate with a great view. The stadium lets you bring your own food and drink in clear containers which is a huge help with my dietary needs. Also, they have gluten free, vegan, and other food needs covered. The stadium is easy to drive or take public transit to and there’a a lot of parking. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We didn’t try the restaurants but heard that they are great.

We went to see the Diamondbacks and had a great time. It was 112 outside but nice and cool inside. The pizza was good and the ice cream even better. After the game my son got to “round the bases” on the field. We waited about 15-20 mins after the game but it was worth it. My son loved it, highly recommended.

Chase Field Game Day Review – D-backs vs. St. Louis Cardinals I had an amazing time at Chase Field catching the Diamondbacks take on the St. Louis Cardinals! I was sitting just three rows from the dugout on the first base side, and the view was incredible. Being that close to the field really puts you in the middle of the action — you can hear the players, see the expressions, and feel the intensity of every play. The stadium was clean, well-staffed, and the energy from both D-backs and Cardinals fans made for a fun, lively atmosphere. Concessions were a bit pricey (as expected), but the variety of food options is solid. The retractable roof kept things comfortable, which is a big plus in the Arizona summer. Watching a game from that close, especially with a big-name team like the Cardinals in town, was a memorable experience. Whether you're a local or visiting, I highly recommend grabbing seats near the dugout for at least one game — it takes the whole experience to another level. 5/5 stars!

Google
I have been to CF many times and it's a great ballpark, but the ROI for the food and beverages is a bit off, in my opinion. Premium pricing demands premium quality, and to me, it's average. There should be minimal processed foods and only the best local, fresh, organic ingredients used. You want to feel good while watching the game, not nod off into a food coma from ingredients you can't pronounce. The games are fun and the environment is great, but just give the fans a higher level of concessions on the concourse. And remove that tip question from the payment system. Tipping should be after the service is provided, not before. Go Diamondbacks and let's get some pitchers in that bullpen!

I am from Los Angeles and first time coming to Chase! What an amazing stadium and atmosphere! I see the passionate fans and state of the art facility! It's a dome stadium and I could've used a little lower temperature but I loved the downtown atmosphere, the parking isn't a nightmare like other stadiums I won't name and i would have to say the nicest stadium I've been to and I've been to about a dozen! Good job Dbacks!

Google
⚾️Chase field is one of the best stadiums⚾️ It’s located in the heart of downtown Phoenix, there’s plenty to explore before or after the game like restaurants and bars. Inside the stadium, there’s a wide variety of concession stands offering everything from classic ballpark snacks to creative local food. The atmosphere is fun, the food hits the spot, and the convenience of the location makes it a great outing. Great place to hang out whether you’re a die-hard fan or just out for a good time! ⚾️

Google
This is a very nice stadium with AC when the dome is closed. Lots of vendors and most were recently priced. Bathrooms were very clean and signs were everywhere to help guide you to your seats. The employees were stationed everywhere if you had questions too. We used a ride share to get to the stadium, but it was difficult to get a ride share once the game was over because of the natural traffic flow. Overall, one of the best baseball stadiums I've visited on both coasts.

Google
What a nice venue!! First off, I have to mention that it is incredibly useful for there to be a covered roof during hot summer days to watch a game. Makes it much safer and comfortable, so you can feel the air conditioner all around. I love how interactive it is all around here and there is endless of food options to find here in each level. The customer service workers have been so nice and patient too. There were also some fun activities to find here. There is also so many options to find parking near this venue… we opted for Two Renaissance Parking, which is still a 12 minute walk to this venue. Make sure to come here with a clear bag tho and to have your tickets already downloaded in your Apple Wallet or directly from the website (I don’t think screenshots work).

Yelp
Still a super mid stadium. Came to three games here this season. I wish there were more things to do around the concourse. More energy and activities. More things to take pictures of. It just feels ... kind of dead. The team was competitive this year and there was a decent crowd. The issue is the AC is a bit weak. I had a nice sweat going on in the upper deck. I've heard many people complain about the heat on the 100 level too. Not the most pleasant experience.
google avatar

Glenn S.

Yelp
Caught the Mets playing the Dbacks when we happened to be in Arizona. The stadium is enclosed since temps can easily soar well into the 100s during the summer. The chilled water system is old and can't seem to get the place cool enough. It was warm but not unbearable (this is a known problem they are planning to address). The stadium is large, but sadly is never near crowd capacity unless there's a visiting team draw which is typically the California visitors (Dodgers, Giants, Angels). The upper deck was a relative ghost town with most concessions closed. They do have a number of "bargain" concessions stands entitled "Double Header" where you can get hot dogs and some other items for $2.99 and $5 cans of beer which is nice considering the insane stadium prices these days. They have a swimming pool right in the outfield that can be rented out for private events. It's funny to see people jumping in the water and wearing bathing suits at a ball game! The Mets did win, and we (Mets fans) were responsible for most of the cheers and chants throughout the game. In fact, the majority of the crowd was comprised of Mets fans. You can't help but empathize with the Dbacks fans, especially when they really do have a decent team in the wildcard race. For some reason they just can't seem to attract enough locals to the games.

Yelp
Security and the entrance lines moved quickly. The bathrooms were clean. Not bad acoustics for the size of the venue hosting the Def Leppard, Journey, Steve Miller Band tour 2024. It was hot inside even on the first level. The air conditioning was having a challenging time. A good evening though.....
google avatar

Maddie D.

Yelp
Clean and well organized. The staff is knowledgeable and is everywhere so you can't get lost or worry about people acting crazy. Awesome first baseball game! Dbacks take the W against Dodgers!
google avatar

Yelp
A fun stadium to come and watch the DBacks or your favorite team when they're in town (Go Yankees)! There's really not a bad seat in the house. Sitting up in the 300 sections (the nosebleeds) still is a great view, and the 300 level concourse is loaded with good concession spots. Love sitting in the outfield in hopes of snagging a homerun ball. The stadium has a lot of activities around the ballpark and a full kid zone, too. Overall, a great stadium to add to your list.

Yelp
Like eating, the closer to the plate, the better! I was visiting from out of town and thought it would be fun to go to a baseball game in a foreign land. Like most of my thoughts, I was right! I was able to get a good seat sort of behind the plate which was awesome. I was in the first row of the 2nd section which was about half the price of the section in front of me. Food wise (the real reason to go), there were a lot of options and it's tough to decided. I decided on trying the hot dog loaded with cheese, jalapeño, and chorizo and other stuff. It was pretty good. I also kept the dog theme and had the Churro Dog which was a churro in a long-john donut bun with froglet and chocolate/caramel sauce. It was delicious! The bathroom urinals had zero privacy, but at least it wasn't a trough! You have a good chance of seeing the Big Unit in there too! But if you're shy, then you may need to get in a stall. There were a lot of places around the park for doing stuff before/after the game, so keep that in mind if you don't want to drink $15 beers. I sauced up at the hotel first then walked to the game. If you're in town and looking for something to do, give this a try. Tickets can be cheap and it's a good time. *Joke censored*

Yelp
We have the season pass and try to attend as many home games as possible. This review is for the games from the week of June 10th. It was super hot outside and the stadium was really warm. Very uncomfortable. The seats were really sticky so that made us more uncomfortable. The attendance to the weekday night game was 18k so it wasn't packed. Not sure if the air conditioner was not working properly but it was really warm. They do sell water in the stadium for $6 and that's seems high. If it's going to be that warm inside there should be giving out water. Note you are allowed to bring in one 16oz bottle of sealed water. Don't forget to bring water with you and something to clean the seats.

Yelp
I recently attended a Diamondbacks game with a friend, and despite the team facing a tough defeat against the Twins, the overall experience was fantastic. The game started with the Twins quickly taking control, scoring 11 runs in the first 4 innings, eventually securing a 13-6 victory. Despite the score, being inside the park was a relief from the scorching 110-degree heat outside, thanks to the comfortable, shaded roof. Food at the stadium exceeded our expectations. I opted for a classic combo of a hotdog and popcorn, both of which were delicious and satisfying. My friend indulged in a steak sandwich, which he thoroughly enjoyed as well, noting its quality and taste. Getting in and out of the city was surprisingly easy, and we managed to find convenient parking in a lot next to the park for $30. Overall, while the game's outcome wasn't in the Diamondbacks' favor, the comfortable atmosphere, delicious food offerings, and convenient logistics made it a memorable and enjoyable outing.

Yelp
An indoor baseball arena. Necessary due to the heat, but not as air conditioned as I would have liked. I was still sweating pretty hard, albeit my group was too cheap to purchase any seats but the nosebleeds. Still, I was expecting cool air since vents are visible near the roof, but the lower you descended in this arena, the cooler it was. I should have brought my swim trunks and hung out in the pool, but who knows what that would have cost. General admission was $36.50 (2024 season). Chick-Fil-A available on site. $6.99 hot dogs were sad. Security was a complete joke. We didn't even go through the scanners or have to empty our pockets.

Yelp
I've been coming to Chase Field for years for Dbacks baseball games. I sing the national anthem at a couple games a year. The Dbacks staff and the chase field staff are always super helpful and always sharing a smile. The venue itself is very large/spacious. Lots of different options for foods.
google avatar

Yelp
2nd time at Chase. Very nice. Thankfully, its an indoor establishment that provides relief from the heat.

Yelp
I had the opportunity to catch a baseball game at Chase Field, home of the Diamondbacks. The stadium seems nice. Parking in the area isn't bad, security getting in was smooth, lots of places to get great food and drink. Even the rest rooms seems well maintained. Great experience!

Yelp
I've been coming to Chase Field for years and am a huge DBacks fan. Today we did Paint in the Park and it was so fun! They have you set up to paint just before game time and you get an all you can eat ticket. This is a special ticket so you have to buy it for the section. The food for all you can eat is hot dogs, chips, popcorn, and canned soda and bottled water. I have been to several MLB stadiums around the country and Chase by far has the worst all you can eat selections. In the regular all you can eat section, they serve the same. Food is served through the 7th. Please update your food choices! There are fields across the country that have hamburgers, nachos, fries and chicken tenders, salad, ice cream, soft serve, etc. their ticket prices are lower or the same as DBacks. Only gripe. Otherwise Go DBacks!

Yelp
Currently attempting to visit every stadium in America Chase field is up there, the layout is great, the staff are friendly, and the concessions are plentiful. Can't wait to come back soon!

Yelp
It's always a great day when you get to come to a baseball game super grateful for the Arizona Diamondbacks thank you for all that you do for the fans

Yelp
We surprised our 16yr old son with a Chase Field Tour on his birthday before the game. What a treat! We were taken into the dugout, the press room, the executive suite areas, and pretty much toured the entire stadium while it was empty! Our tour guide Kevin was personable, funny, kind and engaging and really made sure we all had a great experience. I am now inclined to take a tour at any new ballfield we visit, as it really helped orient us to the field before the game as well as educated us on the history of the ball club. Thank you, Kevin for a fun and memorable Chase Stadium experience! If you're on the fence- DO IT- totally worth it!

Yelp
Tis a remarkably photogenic ballpark (within the confines) with fantastic sightlines, an above average array of food vendors & a good amount of sports bars (noticed one with outdoor misters for the heat) & restaurants within walking distance. It's located in downtown Phoenix and the estimated ideal times to go (as an outtatowner) would be April-May/late August-Sept due to blazing hot desert temps. the night time contests are pleasurable enough to walk around in light clothing & hunt for ice cream or shave ice. I'm not sure how gung ho the fans can get since it was my first time but there seemed to be an extra intensity with the Dodgers in town minus the hooliganism. I made the mistake of parking in a towering multi level garage & will remember to forego the vehicle next time out because the downtown traffic can be a bit of a nightmare.

Yelp
I was here for Opening Day 2024. Really glad the roof was open. My seat was section 118 near home plate area and had good sight lines. My row 38 was back under the overhang and would provide ample protection from the sun during a day game with the open roof but entirely unnecessary for night games. With the extra concessions stands like many teams have added the concourse was fairly crowded and created bottlenecks restricting crowd flow that was not accounted for in the initial design. I get the desire to reduce wait times for concessions but cramming a stand in every available space made it hard to not only move through the concourse but at times being able to get back to seats because lines backed up across multiple sections. Other than the pool in right field and a few decorations from all-star games and world baseball classic, there was nothing special. The history museum area was closed for a special event so not sure what was in there. No statues or anything around the stadium outside the gates that I could find. The Sonoran Dog was very tasty but extremely messy and I miscalculated the amount of napkins needed. The Churro Dog was also really good and messy, plenty of napkins this time. It wasn't super easy to eat with the spoon and could not pick it up and eat like a hot dog. Bottom line, happy I checked off #24 MLB home stadium but disappointed in the overall experience.
google avatar

Daniel W.

Yelp
Pretty decent experience overall going through security and having a lot of entrances and exits to hell funnel people in and out quickly. Signs were posted everywhere, so finding your seats was a breeze. Just wished the parking wasn't $100 to park next to the stadium.
google avatar

Chris H.

Yelp
Very nice enclosed ballpark. It was 110 outside but inside felt decent as the AC was on. I could feel the breeze from it blowing from my seat which was field level. Great place to walk around and enjoy all they have to offer.
google avatar

Yelp
There was a lot of planning, organizing and set up to convert this baseball field into a concert venue. The stadium seating was the same, but they added the Floor seating for thousands of more fans to attend the Pink concert. The normal capacity is 48,000 seats. It has an amazing retractable ceiling, very clean with plenty of food and drink vendors. Crowd Control & Parking needs improvement with proper signage. It would have prevented us from waiting in the wrong line. We had digital tickets, but did NOT know a wristband was also needed for Floor seating, which was a completely separate line! We live in California and do not know the area. The parking was "pre-paid" and long lines due to a lack of traffic control police to guide and let cars and pedestrians move without the gridlock we experienced. Many had to turn around in the massive crowd because they did not have a pre-paid parking pass. Another glitch was the Bag Policy, the website listed the measurements allowed. However upon arrival, the dimensions were different than what was published. They had a banner describing the bag policy, but it was not the same data on the website. Beside these issues, we finally got in and had a fabulous time. Now that I am familiar with the rules, I most definitely would return and recommend this venue. If you travel for sports or concerts, I am giving the thumbs up. Arrive extra early to pass security, and don't forget to tell 'em that Rosemary sent ya!

Yelp
I was surprised with tickets for the D Backs game against L.A. we live in East Mesa and are fortunate enough to be able to drop off our car at the park and ride to catch the light rail right to the front door of Chase Field it saves $20 to park not to mention a DUI. I've never been to this stadium before and was amazed by how well organized the staff is here. Everyone is super friendly, prices are fair and let me tip my hat to all the men and women who clean the restrooms everything was super clean. We had right field seats and it was great to see so many Angelino's in town for the big game. We had a lot of fun and definitely plan to return for future games I highly recommend a sporting event here and if you have the option to park and ride to do so.
google avatar

Nancy Z.

Yelp
Such a great baseball stadium. To start off there's a pool pretty close to the stadium. The amount of food options inside was surprisingly large and diverse. Staff were extremely friendly. It was an inside stadium that had good air circulation. A must see if you live or are traveling in Arizona
google avatar

Felisha M.

Yelp
Excessively aggressive in their bag policy. They will not allow women to have a bag so I emptied everything I own into my pockets. Then they made me throw my bag away. I didn't mind AS MUCH because it was just a goodwill bag. If I wanted to, I could have checked the bag for 10$. They create a problem to then sell the solution. Then after the game I went to the trashes to see if I could find my bag. I did ! However, the back was cut up and now is useless. This practice is barbaric and wasteful. Won't be attending anything at this stadium again. Unnecessary on security's part.
google avatar

Megan M.

Yelp
Wow it's been years since I've been to a dbacks game! We arrived an hour before the game started which helped with finding parking. Our friends who got their late had a miserable time locating a parking spot. We paid $20 for parking nearby like a block away. Lines are insane to get drinks and food. We waited 20 mins in line and missed the national anthem. We paid $45 for a beer and 2 hotdogs. Bathrooms are very clean and during the first couple of innings the lines are small to none at all. Don't go right after the game because lines are long.
google avatar

Jesse R.

Yelp
Food is priced below other ball parks that I have been to recently. I mean $3 for a hot do is nice. The 200 level concessions are a bit pricey but those are on the suite level so maybe that is why. Overall the ball park was nice. A bit warm for my liking but considering it was over 100 outside and maybe in the 80s inside, it was just nice to not be in the Phoenix sun. Would come back again

T Q.

Yelp
If you want to be a sauna, go to chase field. They still haven't rectified their air conditioning issue. Their hamburger was that of dog food for twenty bucks. Seven dollars for a small bottle of water is insane in Phx. Do not see a concert there. The acoustics are ridiculous. I spent over a 150 bucks on a concert ticket to find out. The acoustics were so bad and they were blasting way beyond the capabilities of the stadium. You couldn't even understand the lead singer. The staff was pretty much oh well.
google avatar

Mike W.

Yelp
We saw the Dbacks play the Phillies in what was an exciting game that went down to the bottom of the 9th where unfortunately the Dbacks couldnt get the job done. I was with my wife and Inlaws and it was a wonderful night out and although Chase Field is a bit out dated and feels like watching a ball game inside an airplane hanger it was a fun experience had by all and we got tickets and consessons for a ton cheaper than it costs to go to a ball game at my home ballpark back in Cleveland where it costs a lot more to park, go to the game and eat basic hot dogs, popcorn and grab a soda at Jacobs Field to see the Indians play than it does to go see the Dbacks!
google avatar

Jason T.

Yelp
Chase field is a interesting field that could open and close their dome depending on the time and weather. My review is mainly focused on the food as the stadium was nice. I got the Millionaire steak sandwich along with the famous churro dog. I was quite disappointed in the steak sandwich as it was cold and the steak was very rough. It is sad because I was there about 15 minutes after the stadium opened, so it was not as if we got there 2 hours into the game. The churro dog is what got my attention. A chocolate long john donut cut in half with a churro in the middle, topped with soft serve and whipped cream!? It is truly a child's dream. I wish the churro was actually hot. I know it would melt the ice cream, but that is what the donut is there for! The main store is huge and busy but their logistics and employees keep the line rolling!

Yelp
I've now experienced Chase Field twice. The first time at the Elton John concert and the most recent in June when the Atlanta Braves played the AZ Diamondbacks. Both times we drove and parked at a garage nearby. Though both experiences were overall enjoyable, getting into the Field during the Elton John concert was not pleasant. This may not be the Chase Field's fault, but they only had one entrance open, so you have a massive group of people trying to enter through one entrance. Needless to say, many people including myself, missed the opening act. Apart from that, the field is nice and well kept. The bathrooms are fairly clean. I particularly appreciate the wide range of food and beverage options available at Chase Field. I'm a pescatarian so I was grateful to find Gadzooks and other food stalls offering more than the typical hotdog, burger, and nachos. There's also a beverage stall and/or cart everywhere you turn, so you will never get thirsty. Looking forward to attending more baseball games in the future!

Yelp
I had an incredible time visiting Chase Field. The people and community were so friendly. I was in town for 24 hours just to visit the stadium and check out a DBacks game. Can't wait for the season to start so I can continue visiting more stadiums. It was near 100 degrees this weekend, but I loved that the stadium was comfortable, air conditioned and the roof was on. This was such a memorable experience and i can't wait to visit again!
google avatar

James R.

Yelp
Of course I love Chase Field! You put me in a gigantic stadium around thousands of excited people with the sweet smell of $25 a pop hotdogs, and I'd have to be even more mentally and emotionally dead if that combination of magic and seduction didn't disarm me and find a way to make me smile. As if the clouds have parted and the sun beams down on only my seat. It feels like how you'd imagine an hour awash in the blazing sunshine would feel if you could magically wish it into existence after months of subzero arctic temps have kept you cold and stuck in colorless grey. That's what it feels like to feel a glimpse of childlike joy for a moment like many of us feel at the ballpark.
google avatar

Yelp
I went to a game because my Dodgers were in town. I had read some reviews about this place being one of the worse stadiums in MLB. I have to disagree. You want to know dump. Go visit Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego. I can't believe both the Chargers and Padres played there. Anyways back to Chase field. I thought the amenities were great. Affordable food - the value menu is a great idea. The seats aren't the most comfy but oh well. I enjoyed my overall experience even tho my team lost. Parking was a pain wish I was smart enough to prepay.
google avatar

Margie R.

Yelp
The boys of Summer are Back I had perfect seats near the opposing teams (Dodgers) dugout yay!!! I've heard tickets are reasonable during the season, and yes they are! I really like this stadium, the acoustics, PA , seats and so many different choices for getting your baseball favorites all found throughout. Bathrooms were perfectly clean. I also thing parking did the stadium was the easiest to find as well as being inexpensive, I thought I was going to pay a lot more then the $15 dollars I paid directly across Chase field. All in all. I would definitely love to come back for more bands all games.

Ryan K.

Yelp
Security was total BS. They wouldn't let my wife bring in her fanny pack despite it just barely being over the limit. We've been to multiple ball parks that allowed the same bag. They were super rude and patronizing about it too. We had to pay $10 to check it into a locker. The guy at the lockers said that the bag totally should have been ok. When we entered the stadium, we saw loads of bags that were larger than ours. We even saw the exact same bag. We were wearing visiting away team gear so probably discrimination or something. +1 star for the lady at the concession stand. She was super nice

Yelp
An electric night with a sold out crowd as we took on the Los Angeles Dodgers and eliminated them in the playoffs.

Yelp
My wife, two teenage sons (17 yrs., 15 yrs.), and I came here on a Saturday evening in April 2023 to watch the Dodgers vs. the Diamondbacks. First, the weather was delightful with the retractable roof fully open (80s F during the day which dipped into the low 70s F after sunset). Second, it's a relatively new ballpark with clean bathroom facilities and a very convenient downtown location (just across from the Convention Center). I don't know why some MLB fans think Chase Field is a horrible ballpark. In my opinion, that award might go to Tropicana Field (a ghastly indoor facility that looks like an old circus tent and creates annoying echoes). In my opinion, the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team deserves a better venue! The only blemish from our visit to Chase Field was parking in a garage that was 4-5 blocks away (west of the Convention Center). However, we did not prepay for a spot, which might save you some time. I think there's a public garage much closer to the ballpark (1 block away), but you may get stuck in traffic when exiting the field. Overall, I would recommend a visit to Chase Field!

Matthew W.

Yelp
The only complaint I have is how hot section 300 is. I personally had Heat Exhaustion and needed to visit the First Aid department. They were very accommodating until I was able to cool off and leave.
google avatar

Bryan S.

Yelp
I'll keep it short and sweet. This downtown ballpark is pretty easy to navigate and get to/be dropped off and picked up. The game was the world baseball classic with Mexico and Great Britain... The atmosphere was fun and the food vendors were everywhere. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the nice people working in the stadium. The music was rocking!!! I will return when in the area. Respectfully, Bryan Oklahoma City

Kevin G.

Yelp
The best part is stadium entry - fast and easy, no metal detectors. Sight lines are great for baseball. Unfortunately the food concessions are mediocre, possibly even worse than run down OAK. No healthy choices. Ran out of hot dogs and pretzels at intermission between shows. Seriously how many concerts do they host and they don't know how much food to make??!! Also started shutting down field bars when headliner began playing. They can't wait until show is over to do takedown? Overall management is very disrespectful of customers seems only concerned with cutting costs. I would be happy to see a game here but would not return for a concert.

Yelp
Decent venue but they need to get a new air conditioning system. It's hot watching an event here especially when it's packed and especially in the upper levels.

Yelp
This was our first baseball game at the stadium in over 5 years so we felt as newbies being back. Unfortunately we were disappointed in the quality of food. I was looking forward to the footlong corn dogs and they apparently don't sell them. So we ordered their Diamond dogs and that was disappointing. For $7 you get a skinny hotdog in a bun. Sorry but I could get a better tasting dog at QT. The only plus was now you can order through the app and go pick up. You get condiment packets. We enjoy the stadium itself. So much more parking around between $15-$20 but it's better than what it was 10+ years ago. Of course the train goes right by it if which is another convenience if you can take advantage. It was a nice experience just was disappointed in the food quality and what is offered around where our seats were.

Yelp
Recently visited for the NLCS Dbacks V's the Phillies. Not the best ballpark I have been to but it has everything thing you need. All of the staff is great and 50K screaming fans, can't beat the experience. Go Dbacks!!!

Yelp
NO STUBHUB, NO STUBHUB, NO STUBHUB..THIEVES Do not, I repeat do not use Stubhub. They took an extra 150 out of our bank account. I was trying to sell my tickets and a guy wanted them. I sent the tickets but he never accepted or paid for them. I even wrote him asking if he wanted them. No response so I cancelled the transaction. Stubhub is trying to say that I was not in contact with him. WTHeck. Then one person will tell you absolutely not you do not owe. Another says yes you do. I contacted my bank and filed fraud.

Yelp
We are a party of three and bought 5 nights of baseball tickets during the world baseball season. It was so hot and stuffy with the roof closed and very dim. Why don't they open the roof in mid March? The best game was a sell out of 48,000 people! It was Mexico and USA . Mexico killed it against us! I was so happy for them even though we got killed . The people were sooooo happy to beat USA and so nice and apologetic to us because we were wearing dodger outfits. The energy and joy was overwhelmingly a great experience. The game gets 5 stars and the stadium gets the 3 stars due to the stuffiness and dim lighting.

Yelp
I have been to many stadiums and I will say that Chase Field is one of the best in the league. There are a great number of concessions. I was able to get a great seat next to the dugout day of for $20 and a helmet of loaded fries (name it - it was on the fries) for another $20. Price was great for what I got. It is a nice stadium to walk around in. I was mistaken that the roof being closed might have meant it was cooler than the 113 degrees outside (not an exaggeration), but it did little - there was almost no air circulation. The local fans I met were welcoming and fun to watch the game with. I also loved that several of the announcements and fan events had captioning on the screen on the field. As someone with a hearing issue, I felt like I could seriously enjoy the whole experience without asking for special accommodation.

Yelp
Stadium is centrally located downtown with plenty of parking and places to hang out during game & after. Remember there is a bag policy and most vendors are credit card only. I learned the hard way after getting in line to grab one last hot dog and pulled out my $20 then got denied. Not fun but guess I didn't need the extra calories. Albeit it was 100 degrees, the retractable roof provided shade so go to chill with no direct sun. Seating was comfortable and great view all around.
