I had a fantastic experience at the Chase Sapphire Lounge in LaGuardia—honestly one of the best airport lounges I’ve visited in the U.S. The space is beautifully designed, with a modern yet cozy ambiance that immediately makes you forget you’re in an airport. Soft lighting, curated decor, and a calm atmosphere—it’s the kind of place where you actually want to spend a layover. The seating is well thought out, with plenty of options depending on your mood—whether you're looking to work, eat, or just relax. But the real winner? The deep lounge chairs by the windows. Super comfortable, perfectly angled for relaxing or reading, and with a great view of the runway. I could’ve stayed there for hours. Now the food—wow. This isn't your standard lounge fare. The gourmet burgers were a highlight—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. There was also a solid selection of other hot and cold dishes, but I found myself going back for a second burger (no shame!). Everything tasted fresh and felt high quality. Staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and everything—from check-in to seating—felt smooth and well-managed. Overall, this lounge really raises the bar. If you have Sapphire Reserve and you're flying out of LaGuardia, do yourself a favor and stop in. You won’t regret it.

I was really impressed with the quality and variety of the food , service and ambiance at the Chase Sapphire Lounge at LGA. This is exactly the kind of competition airport lounges needed. For US based lounges, this is the best I have experienced by far, it was not crowed inside, with enough and comfortable seating, it looked so spacious. A true lounge. This particular location has 2 floors, with the food and bar located on the lower level. The food options are individually served on small bowls which reduces the waste. As for the quality, most dishes were really good. My favorite ones were the kale salad, yellow rice with beef and the farro. They also have larger items on demand, which you order through a QR code, such as salmon and burger. I tasted the burger and it was pretty decent, a bit dry and too well done for me, but I think it was good enough. Looking forward for the next experience at one of the other Chase Sapphire lounges.

Google
Such a nice and pretty lounge! Lots of space and decent options to choose from. Priority pass can only get the pass holder in once a year, if you have chase sapphire you can bring 2 guests with the card holder. Ordering from the menu was better than the food options they have out on the table. Overall a nice lounge experience at the airport. You can also sign up for a facial, which seems cool (my flight was too early so they didn't start yet)

Google
Hands down the best airline lounge in the country, I feel this is more in line with lounges in Asia. The burger here is fantastic, and as a guy that has eaten thousands of burgers, this is the best of any lounge I've visited, and rivals some of the best to me in NYC. Other than that, decent buffet items available, great menu to order additional food, spacious, no natural light but that's fine. If this was an airport I frequently flew out of or through, I'd 100% get the Reserve card just for this lounge

After our flight was delayed by a few hours, I checked my complimentary Priority Pass membership through the Capital One Venture X card to find a place to sit. I discovered that I could visit the Chase Sapphire Lounge once a year for free. The best part is that every additional Venture X cardholder gets their own Priority Pass membership, so both my wife and I were able to enter at no charge. We absolutely loved every minute of it! The ambiance, environment, and staff were all fantastic. We even booked the rest pod, which was incredibly relaxing. I asked about kosher food options, but they are still quite limited. Hopefully, they'll expand the kosher menu in the future.

Stopped in here in April 2025. A great club and lounge and well managed. Located inside LGA terminal B. The facilitate is well kept and serviced and has ample sitting. Table side ordering is possible using the app and QR code or arrangements at the various corners. Drinks and cocktails equally available. A great perk for Chase Sapphire card holders and makes waiting for your flight that much easier.

Google
This lounge was one of the best airport lounges I’ve visited. It lives up to the true premium brand that Chase Sapphire Lounge aspires to be. The food was mediocre. Their menu offered unique dishes that were available as buffet or “made to order” that you could order from your table. Unfortunately, none of the dishes I’ve tried were above average in terms of taste. Where this lounge shined though was with their service, aesthetic atmosphere, and the varieties of beverages they offered. This was one of the few lounges where you could order through your mobile phone and have a service worker bring out your food or drink. Also, their signature cocktails as well as locally inspired beverages were phenomenal and unique.

Google
One of the more luxurious lounges out there. The quality of service is high, and they are well staffed. Lots of food options via the menu and some already made snacks displayed everywhere across the lounge. It felt very American (big and over the top), but the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Oh my gosh, did they get the aesthetics correct here as a very masculine, dark, sexy vibe to this location. The service is just perfection. Employees are constantly restocking things. The cooks are constantly replenishing hot items and the waiters are just waiting along the lines to clean up the next table available which by the way they have tons of seating not only is there seating on the first floor, but also on the second floor, which is much more quiet and relaxing area. . The food is just absolutely delicious. They offer vegan selections vegetable selections and also of course meat selections. Everything is pretty much self service on a black aesthetic, pleasing tray and that dark aesthetic is emulated throughout the lounge.. Overall, very well much satisfying way better than that AMEX lounge next door

Yelp
I love the Chase Sapphire Lounge at LGA! I try to get to the airport early every time I'm flying. I always feel so spoiled while I'm in there. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they always help me snag gluten-free items from the back. I love all their cocktails--and they have a great wine selection. I appreciate that the buffet food changes often and that you have the option to choose between the buffet and ordering other dishes at your table (or do a little of both!). The only issue is that it can be hard to find a seat during busy times, but people are always coming and going, so you never have to wait too long.

Yelp
I only had 30 mins to explore since we got here late and our flight was boarding. What a beautiful experience! They gave a small plates bar where you can self serve or you can order from the menu like burgers and fries. Wish I had more time to explore and rest. Stocked bar area. Bathrooms were luxurious too. It's a nice little escape from the airport chaos outside

Yelp
Beyond amazing at this lounge. Customer service was impeccable. Waiters are attentive and ensure you are having a lovely experience. I have a three year old so the play area was our favorite. It has a space for your kiddo to play and parents to Lounge. You can order to your table or Buffett. With your Amex platinum card you get one free entry per year.

Yelp
This is easily one of the best airport lounges I've been in. It's stylish, modern, and spacious, with more to offer than your average lounge. We had time to use the facial benefit for example, which was genuinely great: super relaxing and a huge bonus for something included. If you're a Priority Pass member, make sure you know the details. You only get one free visit per member per calendar year. After that, it's $75 per person, so plan accordingly. There's a buffet and also a menu you can order from. The food was solid, not mind-blowing, but definitely better than what you'll find elsewhere in the terminal. They have a gluten free brownie available as a treat alongside other options. Drinks are included, and the bar is well-stocked with custom cocktails. They also have a cool arcade room, a family space, and quiet work areas upstairs. All in all, this lounge actually feels like a premium experience. If you're flying out of LaGuardia Terminal B and have time, it's absolutely worth visiting. Just be smart about when you use your one free visit if your priority pass. If you've used your free visit, or for guests, this is one of the few lounges I might say is worth the added pay-to-use cost.

Yelp
Such FAST food service! I was so pleasantly surprised by how modern their ordering system was. I had my drink and burger within 15 min! That's nearly unheard of at the airport. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I just wish I could've gotten that free facial - everything was completely book for the day. - AD

Yelp
The Lounge is located in terminal B at the end of the concourse, after the waterfall. There was a waitlist around Friday noon and the concierge told us it was going to be 20 mins, it was more like 10. The lounge itself was very spacious and you can tell they didnt overstuff the space with tables and seats just to reach capacity. There were different sections with different types of seatings and even a second floor with additional tables. There is a kids room, a game room, and even wellness rooms. You can book a 30 minute facial and a private room but it was fully booked when we went. There are premade dishes and soda/juice that you can grab from the mini fridge. Each table is also equipped with a QR code to scan for made to order food. There were many options for vegans and people with food allergies so that was appreciated. If you have access to the lounge I would definitely recommend visiting the lounge.

Yelp
I stopped by the Chase Sapphire Lounge at LGA before an early morning flight, just before 6 AM, and I have to say, it left a strong impression. The space was modern, but in a warm, calming way--not cold or sterile like some lounges can feel. Low noise, soft music, and barely any crowd made for a peaceful atmosphere, especially at that hour. I was expecting more hustle, but it was quiet and relaxed, which set the tone for the rest of my travel day. Service was minimal since we didn't order anything directly, but the front desk staff was friendly and efficient both checking in and heading out. What we did take advantage of was the breakfast setup, which featured pre-made, freshly prepared items. Most of it was solid--portions were just right, not too heavy, very much in a tapas-style format. Out of everything we tried, only two items missed the mark--either a bit dry or just didn't taste as fresh as the rest. But nothing was inedible. What stood out were the juices. You could tell they were fresh-squeezed, not the syrupy, processed stuff a lot of lounges try to pass off. That was a nice surprise. As a Chase Sapphire cardholder, the value is tough to beat. Free entry for both me and a guest? That alone makes it a no-brainer. Other lounges charge you just to breathe in the space if you bring someone along, so this was refreshing in more ways than one. Based on this visit alone, I'll absolutely be making this a regular stop anytime I fly out of LGA. Definitely a hidden gem for cardholders.

Yelp
Whoa. When do we get one in IAH (Houston) ? Service was great. Ambience was fantastic. The bar was very well stocked. For LGA on a Wednesday afternoon not so much foot traffic. Yall would have to make one 5 times the size for Houston when you do.

Yelp
Excellent airport lounge, probably the best I've ever visited. White glove service in every regard, good wifi, plenty of seating, fabulous amenities. Beautifully decorated. Check in process was smooth and pleasant. Staff was friendly across the board. Food options were a la carte and buffet style. I was a little disappointed by the variety to be honest. There were a few cold salads but none of them were particularly good. I did like the endive, however. Hot options were a soup, a sandwich, and some small side dishes. I would have REALLY liked more "snacky" choices - crudités, cheese and crackers, hell even chips or pretzels or something just to nosh on. I was equally underwhelmed by the menu selections - two sandwiches, cod, cold noodles, and a burger. FWIW, everything I tried was a notch above standard lounge fare, but I would have really appreciated fresh fruit or other small fare. Cocktail menu is nice but I wasn't drinking. I opted for the spindrift selection (!!) and Diet Coke. I also helped myself to an Americano from the coffee machines. Highlight was a facial at the spa. I signed in for a 1:45 procedure when I arrived and I was checked in efficiently. Wow! What a nice perk. My skin feels amazing and the woman working was so nice. I left with a little travel pack of samples and a skin analysis. Would definitely do this again.

Yelp
What in the world is this magical realm- a double level lounge with the best ambiance and amenities? Get you a facial, a massage, a drink- tasty food, off the buffet or made to order. Beautiful, clean, sweet staff! Best! Go! Go! Go!

Yelp
I've been here couple of times now, and I admit it's so nice that I've switched which airlines I use at LGA and I consider this lounge the nicest peek of the Sapphire card! I've only gone fairly early on in the day and never had to wait too long to get in. The lounge is spacious, though it starts filling up at lunch time. There are variety of seats and tables available for your needs. I like to sit somewhere removed from the open, like the cozy little nook inside the fireplace room or in the jukebox room past the play area. There's an elevated vibe and strong branding, which makes the experience feel luxurious even though I'm lugging my carry-on and sweating in my comfy (read: not at all fashionable) clothes. The buffet with individual-portioned plates and the made-to-order food have largely been great. The only thing I don't recommend is their breakfast bao. There's decent amount of protein choices, which I find I don't see too much of at other airport lounges. In the future, I hope they add a little more warm soup or instant noodle options. The biscotti is super dry, but usually there's other dessert out in the buffet area. There's wrapped fruits, also a lovely touch. The bar options curated by Apotheke is also great. I never ordered drinks beyond their cocktail menu, so I'm not sure how the experience is with ordering your own drink at the bar. My favorite cocktail is the Sapphire one, but the Red Eye was pretty good too. For non-alcoholic options, they do have juice and canned soda. The cold brew was really bad the first time I went, but the coffee from the machine was ok. Service has been amazing for the most part. The employees really care about delivering the best experience for all. They're constantly cleaning and checking up on guests. I had the pleasure of using the facial service by FaceHaus last time I was there. It was a quick facial, something nice to do if you have time to kill. The aesthetician used an iPad program to scan my face and give me an analysis of potential skin concerns, and also gave me a box of samples at the end. The facial room was in the same area as the relaxation pod, which also seemed like a nice cozy place to hang out in if you needed some peace and quiet. As this is my home base, I will probably never use this lounge for layover reasons, but as an anxious traveler, I love that I could get to the airport super early and have somewhere to eat, drink, and relax. I hope they continue to provide such level of service.

Yelp
When it first opened, this Sapphire lounge was amazing. Spacious, plenty of food and prompt service. Sadly, word has gotten out. And more often than not there's a wait list and getting a quiet, comfortable seat can be a challenge - hence why I knocked off a star. That's said, if you're stuck in LGA terminal B for an hour or more, there are definitely worse places to be. Great bar, no additional charges for premium liquor, great food options etc. oh and it is a beautifully designed space.
google avatar

Lily H.

Yelp
Have now visited this lounge over 10 times and the quality seems to stay consistent. Plenty of food and drink options and variety of seating arrangements to choose from. Also plenty of staff around for any help needed. The kitchen unfortunately has a tendency to not pay attention to a la carte orders' specifics. You order a burger, customized, and it delivers without any customizations checked off. Wish this location was a little bit more central (closer to AA gates) but glad to at least have this option at LGA. Beats Centurion any day!

Yelp
I've been itching to check out this lounge since it opened, though only a week ago had the opportunity to fly out of this terminal at LGA. Initial thoughts: - miss having windows and being able to see outside, - very warm ambient lighting in a hip subterranean hotel-lounge style space. - fancy winding staircase up to the second half floor - cool bar area that has a fancy restaurant vibe - was pretty crowded 75-80% full on a Thursday evening 5:30pm. Location: main entrance is right next to the Amex Centurion lounge, you have to walk down a short hallway, take an elevator down and then make a right walking towards the glass sliding doors that are the actual entrance to the lounge. Entry: you may need to put your name on a waitlist if it's peak hours, I waited about 10 minutes. They take your cell # and text you when ready. If you check in using Priority Pass it allows one person entry, if checking in with Sapphire Reserve it allows two additional guests. I believe you can also pay for additional guests though not sure how that works. Seating: aside from bar seating, there are mostly lounge chairs downstairs and upstairs, and some tables closer to the buffet area. Service: staff all seemed quite cordial and level of hospitality was terrific. Food: possible to order directly via QR code though I was kinda rushed so didn't try it this time. The buffet food was far better than the average American lounge, better than Amex next door, though not as good as some international lounges. For drinks they had a couple coffee and tea stations (Joe Coffee beans used in espresso machines and Harney and Sons teas). Also a selection of soft drinks and beers. I didn't try any cocktails though considering they had a full bar, will def do that next time! Perks: it was pretty crowded so I didn't walk around the entire lounge to see the R&R section, though from the sounds of other reviews the facials would've been booked up fast. I saw online you're able to pre-book workspace or a private room though not sure if that's a separate charge.

Yelp
This might be the best thing a credit card has ever done for me. This lounge is actually phenomenal, and I feel very strange saying that. I don't work for Chase. Truly though, I had no idea what to expect, and it still surpassed all my expectations. Going forward, I'm willing to go through security to get to Terminal B, even if my flight is in another part of the airport. Because this lounge has everything: There is plenty of comfortable seating. There is good wifi, plenty of outlets, and bathrooms just for the lounge. There is an actually stylish cocktail bar in the center of the giant room, and they are making legitimately delicious, high end cocktails (from Apotheke?!). There is beer and filtered water on tap, wine you can order, and fridges where you can grab bubbly water. There is coffee and tea and various pastries and cookies available for grabbing. If you need more substantial food, there are several stations of small plates ranging from salads to crispy Asian chicken to whipped ricotta to white bean salad and more, and that's to supplement the menu you can order from. I opted for the salmon (properly cooked and very flavorful), but there was a burger and fries, and a sandwich or two as well that I didn't try. And all of this is free, if you simply have a Chase Sapphire Reserve card. You can also bring in two guests with you, but I think I'll probably leave my wife and kids outside. I feel like they might disturb my lounging.
google avatar

Andrew C.

Yelp
The Chase Sapphire lounge is located right next door to the Centurion lounge so you get to pick from either if you have both cards. It is a fairly decent size space and we didn't have any problems getting seating (not sure if it was a slow time or not). Seating is in different spaces for both tables and more casual lounge seating (and also benches located all around. It's neat out they have different semi-enclosed areas to create separation and space. They have a small area in the back with some treats and votes to eat but you can also scan the QR codes on the tables (food came out really quickly!) A bar sits in the center with bar seating for food and drinks. Music was not obtrusive and added to the chill nature of the lounge. In all the day I was there the din wasn't overly loud so it was a relaxed atmosphere. Staff was really nice and made us feel at home.
google avatar

Samantha E.

Yelp
Great food and drink options. Nicely laid out so we don't feel crowded. Music is nice too! Clean as well and lots of staff for assistance.
google avatar

Austin K.

Yelp
Amazing lounge. You can even reserve facials and rest pods. I'll have to try a facial next time (it's free) and book ahead of time. The food was good but the pastries are straight out of a bag. The green juice was too banana forward for me and there were a few misses like the tater tots not being hot and dessert is forgettable. The drinks were a little sweeter than expected, but both the namesake (gin or vodka) and the maiden voyage were decent, although I liked the latter more.

Yelp
This is the second Chase Sapphire Lounge I have been to; my first was in Boston. It was interesting to see what elements they chose as hallmarks across their lounges and which they chose to switch up. The lounge in Boston has showers and massage chairs while the one at LaGuardia has spa facials. The food is similar, though I think the food in Boston is overall tastier and more specially prepared with the local city in mind. There is far more ample seating in this lounge than the Boston one and I appreciate the addition of calling pods. The children/family area is expanded here as well, which I love. The seating itself is the same so I was glad to see the return of my favorite blue chairs. They are perfect for a nap. I sampled all of the breakfast food items here and would recommend the Quinoa and Egg Bowl, the Salmon and Cream Cheese Bagel with Cucumbers and Tomato, and the Sun-butter Smoothie (more like a chocolate smoothie). I would not recommend the pancakes, which were exceptionally dry. In my brief, 45 minute stay, the thing I was most appreciative to have discovered was the cooler of hydration drinks from the company Leisure Hydration. Truly an excellent addition to all of the Chase Sapphire lounges. I can believe other lounges haven't added hydration drinks given that they are so needed when you are flying!

Yelp
Welcome to the Starship Chase Sapphire Travelers' Lounge at LaGuardia Airport! ...it's like you stepped onto the USS Enterprise from Star Trek or a space port from that SciFi universe, and it's not some theme restaurant, it's REAL! It's a higher-end amenities lounge for Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card subscribers, Ritz-Carlton Priority Pass members, there are other Priority Pass memberships allowed but limited, and a pay-to-use daily options will also grant access, depending on availability / capacity. If you get to the airport early or waiting between layovers where you can just relax at leisure --on two (2) levels-- from wonderfully welcoming hosts, staff, and wait service, all-inclusive food and refreshments (from readymade buffet options to made-to-order menus, juice, soda, liqueur spirits, wines, local beers, even barista options), resting / nap pods, work / spa / wash rooms, arcade, WiFi, facial treatments, and even private suites (though I think those come at a price). It's an exceptional primer for any kind of travel: business or R&R, whatever, it will set your travel experience pace, especially if it ends up being the best "class" experience during your travel... at LaGuardia! --an airport that's still being revamped brilliantly and deserves an equally revamped reputation. This lounge changed my attitude entirely from arriving to the airport shortly before my flights, instead to get there as early as possible and lounge as long as possible before I need to take off. Much thanks and appreciation to the hostess, Stella, a retired flight attendant whose signature manner of attention was reminiscent of the "white glove service" of yesterday you only see in documentaries or past travel advertising campaigns. Wherever Chase trains people to provide such service and attention should be bottled and marketed --the world would be a better place. She made the entire experience all that it was: Magnificent!

Yelp
Great lounge with great food and great service. Did I mention it was great? :) the ambiance really solidified everything. I feel like I'm in a nice restaurant / bar area, not an airport. Also the bathrooms have full doors and the sinks are very compact and clean.

Yelp
I really had high(er) hopes for this lounge. The day we visited the lounge (Thanksgiving day), the WiFi was down. It had been down since the night prior. Since the WiFi was down, we could not use the QR code to order food. I have absolutely no clue what I was missing out on from the menu. Tried to made a latte and the expresso machines were not working (at one location). Not off to a great start. The food at the bar was pretty buffet style. Most of the items were fresh and still warm. But the items that did not need to be served warm like the bagels and croissants were very dry. It took the staff forever to replenish the fork and spoon containers. Most of the staff were just standing around. We had empty plates sit at our table for what felt like a good 15 mins before anyone took them away. And when guests left, no one cleaned the table before new guests arrived and had to flag a staff which was standing around to clean the tables. The best part of the experience would have been the bar, except I don't drink. I would go again but I do hope that the next experience will be (much) better.

Yelp
This is one of their flagship lounges (and close to WHQ of Chase of course), that opened about 14 months ago. Located in Terminal B, open from 4:30am to 9:30pm daily. Hip, airly, and modern, it feels different to the packed Priority Pass lounges and the few older Centurion lounges available. Has a nice upstairs area for working and lots of places to work in peace. Bar is great and my wife really loved the El Purta cocktail :-) Food options were mixed during our visit. Hot food wasn't available for some reason, just cold food and I was surprised by the general lack of snacks to munch on. I know we all have to be more healthy but had to smuggle my own snacks into the lounge :-) This lounge offers facial massages, where the one at JFK has body massages as well. We are going to shift from AMEX to Chase Sapphire :-)

Yelp
The best AirPort lounge. Food and drinks to order and Comfort seats. Just really the best experience. Modern and lots of quality food choices and the drinks are great also including mocktails. In Terminal B.

Yelp
This particular Sapphire Lounge you have to take the elevator to the ground floor and then walk down a hall to get to the entrance of the lounge. It's two floors where the bottom floor is the front entrance, the bar, and there's even a game room! The 2nd floor is essentially more seating, but didn't really get the check it out. The overall lounge is really nice and you can tell thought has been put into it. Regardless if it's breakfast or lunch/dinner, there's always going to be pre-made food ready to pick up by the kitchen display cases. There's also made to order food, where you scan a QR code from the table you're seated at and just place your order and someone will bring your food out when ready. If it's busy, it can take some time for the food to get to you. You also place your drink orders via the QR code as well. The food for either breakfast or lunch/dinner is delicious and I've always look forward to coming here to get food when I fly out of LGA.

Yelp
So this is a nice lounge and I would imagine that if I had come on another day, I probably would've thought it was four or five stars. But, my experience was only three stars. I rarely give negative reviews so I wouldn't say I'm overly picky, but I did not have a great experience. I entered via Priority Pass and you only get one entrance a year. I used that time this week and after that, they told me that the WiFi and online ordering was down, so there were none of the cook to order items. I wish I had been informed of that ahead of time as I might've waited to use my one yearly visit. After I checked in, I tried to sit at a table for two and someone working redirected me to sit at a single chair with a side table. I get that they're trying to be the most efficient with space and it was fine, but it's not like I was taking up a table for four. I stood at the bar waiting for a drink for a long time, and other people kept getting served ahead of me. The servers working around the room were on top of clearing away items and in fact, someone took my drink from right in front of me before it was even gone and didn't ask if I was done. A guest brought their dog in and it kept barking and no one did anything about it. She even took her dog in her arms to the buffet to get food... That's disgusting! I learned after the fact that there was a wellness area, but no one told me about the different amenities when I checked in, so I didn't know anything about that to use it. On the positive side, I would say that the food at the buffet was pretty good and I liked my drink. Since they didn't have the online ordering, one of the servers offered to get my next drink for me at the bar.

Yelp
I've been longing to visit this lounge ever since it opened. Thankfully, we made it a point to fly out of LGA and spent a few hours at the lounge. Entering it was a bit tricky. Had to go to the 4th floor just to go down the elevator to the 1st. I had to say, we were a bit turned around until we found it. The designs and the layout of the space was astounding. Very modern 1920's feeling - velvet barstools, gold accent meets contemporary. We sat near the food station, so I can people watch and observe the space. Very functional and a lot of seating zones - from quick stop at the bar, to full on banquette seating, to even more private settings. I have yet to visit the 2nd floor as I know they're more private and "secret" not so secret rentable spaces. The food. OH EM THE G!!!!!! Everything looked very fresh and kitchen staff was always present to reorganize once dishes were taken. During breakfast hours, they offered made-to-order breakfast items if you didn't want any of the premade dishes. I presume it's the same for lunch and dinner? All dishes that we've tried was very very Michelin-like quality. Everything was so delicious, but I could only eat so much! Their Puttanesca was absolutely phenomenal, salmon bagel was really fresh and they kept it on a cold surface so that cream cheese wouldn't melt. Another favorite was their sunbutter smoothie with grape jelly. I would love to have that every morning. I cannot wait to have a layover here!

Yelp
There's only one thing in my mind holding this back from a five-star review, and it's really not the most important thing, but when you're running around an airport trying to make a flight or the like it matters. The lounge is far away from everything. Not just is it in the corner before you head toward the gates but you then have to wait for a very slow elevator before walking down a surprisingly long hallway and then wait for people who don't understand how to get in (you need a QR code, not your credit card). But once you're in, the experience is fantastic. The food is good, ample, and quick to come out if you order through the app. Cocktails are good craft cocktails, some twists on some classic options. I will say though, I've been a bunch of times now and once my cocktail never arrived and the other time it arrived as I had to leave for my flight, so maybe order a cocktail immediately as you arrive. They offer other services - massage and some other things, but I'll probably never bother with them honestly. Great lounge, just wish it was closer to the gates

Yelp
I had been wanting to go to a Chase Sapphire Lounge ever since they opened and I chose a LGA layover mainly to try this lounge. I have a Priority Pass and considering restaurant access has been removed in pretty much all cities, I was hoping for Sapphire Lounges to make up for it and boy did it deliver. They are at the same level of Amex Centurion Lounges. The layout of the Lounge, the look and feel, the huge variety of food and drink options, made to order entrees....you name it. It was pretty busy even during weekdays but the interior design didn't make it feel so. The gentle lighting, the no rush service and the various sections the place is divided...all contributed to a great ambiance. It was a great place to recharge before getting onto your next flight. LGA terminals are not connected. I had to go out of the airport and do TSA check in to get to Terminal B but it was totally worth it.

Yelp
If this wasn't so hard to get to as a delta loyalist (I'm hooked on that in air wifi guys) I would rate it higher. They also haven't changed the menu since I started checking them out in July. I'm wondering if things are seasonal. I have been here at least three times now traveling back and forth from the west. There is an option to get a facial but it's always booked so I feel like it's a never event. It doesn't exist because it's never available. It also seems like you'd have to get here hours before to even get an appointment but then they recently don't allow earlier than 3 hours from your flight. Make it make sense? They're usually quite busy in the late afternoon hours but I've been able to go straight through before 12pm. It has been a waitlist up to 30 minutes as well. After the second visit it has become a comfortable and known place with the same old stuff. I wish they would change up the menu and add some variety but like I mentioned perhaps it is a seasonal affair? TBD I am a recent visitor so maybe I'll update in 6 months.

Yelp
By far my favorite lounge. The service is phenomenal. The food is yummy and creative. The atmosphere is so elevated. You don't feel like you're at an airport you feel like you're in a luxury restaurant. This lounge has so much to offer and I'm so glad I get to experience it everytime I come to LGA. We've never had to wait as the lounge is so big, clean and accommodating for everyone. Everytime we come we mainly come to see Jewel. He is so amazing always being so welcoming and inviting to everyone. He constantly is doing whatever he can to make sure everyone has the best experience possible. His energy and genuine care is everything. The other staff and waiters are so attentive, helpful and kind as well. I've never had such outstanding service elsewhere. Most lounge employees don't care but here they do. There are so many different drink options and you can order drinks off the menu too. Their food selection is vast. I love the sweet potato hash with their breakfast menu and the salmon with their lunch menu. They have rest pods for an hour and free facials as well. There is also a play area for the kids and little toddlers. They also have a little arcade as well for the older kids. They even have a cute little photobooth between both. The interior is so modern and beautiful. Such a fun place to be especially when you're beginning your trip or winding down from the memories you made.

Yelp
The club poorly runs this lounge. The front desk staff that was there on 6/14 from 1-3pm was incredibly rude. The person in charge Tatiana Kasa was incredibly rude. She was no helpful and made me go through hoops and after doing exactly what she asked for she then said "no sorry I cannot help" Definitely request proper help and assistance and don't be pushed around because The Club doesn't want to do their job. Tatiana is a terrible supervisor and should be fired

Yelp
Really amazing airport lounge! For priority pass you can only go in once per year, otherwise get in for free with Chase Sapphire Credit card or pay $75 for each additional visit. Location: on the same floor as all the B gates, right next to Brooklyn diner Bar doesn't open until 8

Yelp
This lounge has been long awaited for the US to finally have something in comparison to the international lounges offered via Priority Pass. As a Chase Sapphire Reserve cardholder, you get unlimited visits plus two guests as well. The entrance is located next to the Brooklyn Diner as you go down an elevator to the entrance. Upon entering, the space is vast, bright, and welcoming. During my checkin, I even received a Chase luggage tag, which was cool. Then I went straight to the Facial desk to make an appointment. Be sure to plan accordingly and book an appointment as soon as you can as the next available time may be at least an hour out. Plus, the facial appointment is about half an hour, so leave enough time before your flight leaves. Because I knew this, I came to the airport just to check out this lounge 4 hours ahead of my departure time. The facial appointment itself was quick and easy. You can also book this through QR codes posted around the lounge. I had a cleaning, then a facial AI scan of my skin before another facial that was recommended by my esthetician. It was such a relaxing experience, especially at the airport to hydrate your skin before traveling. Reminder to bring cash to tip! Onto the rest of the space, there's lots of seating with an upstairs. There is also a game room and kids room for entertainment. A couple spread of items are presented buffet style towards the back of the room for you to grab yourself, but they also have another set of menu via QR code that will be brought to your table. I had the sapphire burger & fries, spicy braised chickpeas, and sapphire noodles which were all OK. The rest of the food was just decent too, but gets the job done. Of course I also tried some of the drinks that are curated from Apotheke, which was as aesthetic as you'd get them from the bar itself. I am so glad that I finally have a nice lounge at LGA to look forward to before all my flights. While the food was just mediocre, the rest of this experience was amazing. Definitely plan accordingly so you can get the complimentary facial experience.

Yelp
Located in Terminal B at LGA towards gates 40-59, they were open at 4:30am and yes - pretty strict about it. It was a little scary how quickly it was filling up but a of staff is available to help. While there were a lot of buffet items available, ordering food off the QR code (still complimentary) might be your best bet. Many drink selections are off the shelf and you can even order a beer off the digital menu should you desire. Spa treatments start at 9am via reservations at 15min increments. My only negatives were that there should be more than one display for flight information (as one can get lost in the lounge and potentially miss thier flight? Or perhaps the staff will make an announcement if their flight is boarding since they scan your boarding pass on entry.) Second, there doesnt seem to be a lot of restrooms and I noticed a staff member using the single one on the second level. Might be an issue if the lounge gets crowded.

Yelp
Now this is what an airport lounge should be like in the USA. Most lounges I frequent in the US lack the quality that other countries have. There's usually bland food, no alcohol, and very boring aesthetics. The sapphire lounge felt like I was in an airport lounge in Europe. Not only is there a self service buffet of foods but there's a menu you can order from and someone will bring you what you ordered. I wish I had more time in there . The only drawback was the wait. The 30 minute wait to get in didn't feel so premium as what they are trying to represent.

Yelp
I had access to this lounge before my flight home, and I enjoyed my experience here. The main thing that stood out for me was their customer service - it was fantastic. From the time we sat down, the staff here has been very hospitable to us. They kept our table clean, informed us when to order food via their QR code, and just made us generally feel comfortable. The interior space was modern with natural greenery elements. Seating was plentiful. They even have a second floor with more seating. The ready-made food here was just ok. I enjoyed their spicy and tangy hummus with pita, though. Their lemon bar and brownie were pretty good as well. As for their QR code orderable foods, their best entree was surprisingly their burger with fries. The burger was meaty and it went well with the arugula. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, as well as being perfectly seasoned. On the other hand, their sapphire noodles and salmon entrees were just mid. As for their beverages, I really enjoyed their unlimited coffee drinks from their espresso machine. I went a little overboard and drank about five espresso shots. lol. Of note, they do have other types of creamers, such as almond milk and oat milk, if you can't drink whole milk or half and half. I didn't drink any alcohol, but they did have a full bar if you wanted to partake in any alcoholic drinks. Of note, they do have sparkling water to go, but not food to go. Overall, I enjoyed my time here before my flight back home.

Yelp
My wife and I came in early (5:30 am) to check out this lounge before our 8 am flight which got cancelled as soon as we sat to eat our breakfast. So we got to spend half a day in here to fully experience the space, and this is hands down the best lounge experience I've had within the US! We went straight to the dining area to grab some of the readily-made starters, we also ordered additional breakfast via their QR code ordering system as these completely had different options available. Most of what we got were delicious and very satisfying. The staff were the highlight as most of them were very accommodating and very friendly, you can just tell that they really enjoy what they do. I walked around to check out the space while it was still not yet crowded, it's very upscale with greeneries surrounding every nooks and crannies. It's modern with a retro inspired interior design reminiscent of luxurious style of the 70s and 80s, and the ambient music selection was a lo-fi groovy sound that was very fitting with the atmosphere. Upstairs is mainly for lounging while most of the services and experiences are downstairs which includes dining, a lounge area with a diffuser fireplace, a play room for younger kids, an arcade room (coins needed) which has a digital photo booth upon entering, and the wellness area (facial treatment and rest pods). I was the first to book the facial treatment that day, and it was a pretty good experience. The esthetician cleaned my face, then used an AI application using the iPad camera to analyze my skin, she recommended me to get a moisturizing facial with red light therapy. It was very relaxing and only took less than 30 mins. Afterwards, I sat in one of the resting pods (also reserved ahead of time) just to continue the relaxation kick I'm on, and it was alright. Even though I was in a personal room with curtains that closed the area, I didn't totally feel relaxed as it was in the same room where they bring in guests to wait for their facial sessions. This wasn't the most popular experience they have, but it's a good option to have if you really need a quiet space to close your eyes. We left the lounge to hop on another flight which ended up being delayed, so we returned to the lounge for lunch and they graciously let us back in with our new boarding pass. The food selection for lunch was alright, but the staff and the space were still amazing. All in all, this was the best lounge experience I've ever had, from the food to the amenities, as well as the friendly staff, this lounge made our travel nightmare a bit more feasible to stand.

Yelp
This must be the best lounge experience in North America (the ones in the Middle East are still a class apart). The food was surprisingly good and there were plenty of healthy options that you can order through the QR code. If you're in a hurry, you can just grab something quick from the buffet which had a good selection across sweet and savory foods. They also have joes coffee and spa water on tap. Really hope chase keeps up the good work here and opens more such lounges on the west coast!

Yelp
Located in Terminal B, this Sapphire Lounge is great - Priority Pass allows you in 1x/year, I believe, otherwise Sapphire cardholders can bring in 2 guests. The entry is actually tucked in a corner, then down in an elevator, to the first floor where you have the lounge entrance and the check-in; they require the app or card to get in. Then you go to the seating area, various lounge in the fireplace area, library, main bar, or seating for food. Lots of drinks on tap and water/hot water, too. The bar has beer/alcohol. The food is little tapas-style plates, and most of the dishes were good. Try the mini brownies, those were good! Lots of coffee, and some tea options. Fruit and some snacks like cookies. Will have to try to order from the QR menu next time! A great place to relax and grab a bite and relax before your flight. They have relaxation and shower rooms, from what I can tell, too, you may need to reserve those. There's an arcade, free facial and photo booth, as well - we didn't explore well enough!

Yelp
Haven't had better food at a U.S. airport lounge and so I'm hesitant to even write the review... I don't want it to get crowded! The buffet has a great assortment and is accommodating to dietary needs. They have a cool mobile ordering process for cocktails and entrees which they they bring to your table. The staff has all been super nice when I've gone. The atmosphere is great too. It's downstairs (maybe underground?) and so there aren't any windows. I thought that would be a killer but it actually makes you feel very far away from the airport. You can do once a year for free with the priority pass and anytime with the appropriate Chase card.

Yelp
This is by far THE BEST LOUNGE I have been to domestically. The food is consistently good. The service is always good. There ambiance is always nice. The only downside is sometimes it can get crowded, but everything else and the atmosphere just overshadows the crowdedness. I have visited again and again and always look forward to coming back. Posting pics from both breakfast and lunch since I forgot to review the first couple of times I came.

Yelp
My husband and I were delightfully welcomed by Nicholas at check in. He gave us the rundown and explained all the features and amenities so we would not miss a thing. There are several seating areas to accommodate parties big and small. The drink and food options were plentiful, also allowing for custom orders via QR code. Evelyn assisted us with a food order from the kitchen and gave us additional info after we chose a table. The bar serves alcohol and custom coffee. The second floor has its own beverage station. There was plenty of space to spread out, charging stations and help was always available with the attentive staff. The price point is worth the value. Did I mention there is a complementary spa and napping pods you can reserve? 10/10 with out a doubt!

Yelp
I had an hour layover but I definitely wanted to check it out. The service was awesome from checking in to the actual food and drinks. Food was good. I wish I wanted to eat more and had more time! They also have a good selection of non alcoholic beverages. And if I had more time, I would've taken up the opportunity to get a complimentary facial! It being a new lounge, it was nice and clean! There were lots of sitting areas. I sat on the continuous bench and lots of electrical ports to charge and WiFi available. I would totally come back and wish it was my main airport!

Yelp
Lovely lounge, very spacious with a good variety of nooks and crannies. The small bites and the a la carte options are delicious. The bar can get backed up but the quality of the cocktails is as good as your favorite bar. The staff are super friendly and attentive. They have an abundance of place to plug in your devices. This lounge has got everything you might need. They also have a variety of premium services like private rooms, a game room, and facials

Yelp
By far the nicest lounge I've seen in the USA. You can order custom cooked food and cocktails right from your seat. Ambiance is incredible and everyone is smiling. Almost makes my delay worth it.

Yelp
A welcome addition to LGA! The finishes are top tier and on par with the new Capital One lounges. In general, I think the newer lounges by Chase and Capital One are much nicer than comparative AMEX Centurion lounges, esp when you consider that you can't bring in guests to Centurion lounges. Decent selection of food, available via both a self serve buffet and off-the-menu ordering. Food itself was just mediocre though, even if it looks good (both burger and salmon were extremely overcooked). The drinks were super good though, and there's definitely more staff milling around (who are also more attentive than those I've seen in Centurion lounges). One nit is that the WiFi was really spotty the entire time I was here, which made doing any sort of actual work impossible. Hoping that this is just a intermittent issue and not a consistent problem
