Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club New York City LGA

This is the best airport lounge I have ever visited! I went to this lounge for the first time before my 9 AM flight. My husband was leaving on his at 7am so I knew I'd have some extra time to "hang" here & I was not disappointed! There was no waiting period to enter this lounge - maybe because it was so early- 5:45 am when I visited. The food spread was very impressive. Every breakfast drink & fancy coffee you could think of. I even ordered a hot breakfast bao bun to my table. I didn’t go to the bar — mostly because 6am was a too early for alcohol, but trust me people were partaking and the bartenders were serving cocktails & bloody marys that early! The staff were friendly, helpful, & professional and explained the areas & options to me. You take the elevator to the 4th floor off the terminal hallway. Bathrooms were spacious & clean. It felt like I was in a spa for the 3 hours I spent here. It was so beautiful clean & relaxing! I belong to Centurion & Cap 1 lounges as well & this Chase lounge is by far the BEST! You can reserve special rooms for a fee & spa facials ahead of time too - the hours on those are like 9am-8am so I didn't have time this trip. If I come to NYC, I will definitely allow more time to visit this lounge again!

Pretty good. Compared to Amex centurion and the newish Delta lounges, this is smaller and more intimate. Probably a bit fancier. The cocktail menu is definitely more artisanal and stepped up compared to the others. Food choices are far more limited though, as half of the buffet was out of commission while i was there, and most of the coffee/water taps were not functional. It's also more expensive to bring a visitor here, $75 vs $50 extra at other similar lounges. It's good but not so much better that I'm considering dropping my amex platinum for a chase sapphire card just to get in here. (Amex platinum gets you in here once per calendar year)

Used this lounge for the first time before my 10 AM flight, and honestly… wow. For a second I thought I’d accidentally wandered into one of those fancy international lounges where they whisper your name and hand you champagne. Unlike the JFK lounge, there was no lines or waiting period to enter this lounge The food spread? Impressive. Beverage options? Chef’s kiss. I didn’t hit the bar — mostly because 9:30 AM felt a little early to be making life choices — but that Sapphire specialty drink was definitely calling my name. Maybe next time I’ll answer. Staff were friendly, professional, and didn’t give me the “you don’t belong here” look, which is always a plus. Hoping management keeps this place as clean, calm, and classy as it is now — because this is exactly what an airport lounge should feel like: a mini vacation before the vacation.

Entrance is small, but there’s always someone there to welcome you, and if busy, to take down yr cell to be put on a waitlist. The few times we visited, the longest we waited was 5 min. After receiving yr text proceed past the entrance to the elevators down to lower level to check in. In my opinion, the best airport lounge in NY. Beautiful, retro like design incorporating modern lines accented by warm wood throughout…an absolute pleasure visually. Service is top notch-staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Depends on what you order, food can be hit or miss but majority was excellent.

This is one of the nicest lounges have been. Really nice design and spacious and they have both a buffet area as well as you can order food from the app. The wait staff is also super nice, with not even usually getting a tip. That's what a good service is.

Clean and neat but crowded. Difficult to find out the table/seat if you enter 10am to 7pm . The food is very delicious and impressive . Comfortable to work. I order my dinner via lounge portal bao bun is very convenience , they will bring the food to your table. You wont disappointed. Loved

First time coming here before our flight back to Chicago. Thank God for this lounge, because of the weather, our flight was delayed 5 hrs. So happy for the delicious food and tasty drinks we enjoyed, it made our wait so much better. Bartenders were awesome especially Jerus?

One of the best airport lounges I have ever been to in the US - this lounge alone makes me want to fly LGA over JFK. The buffet bar always has interesting little eats that can make a fabulous lunch - and there is a menu you can order from via a qr code. The cocktails are diverse and I loved how you can order many of them without alcohol. The lounge space has a second floor and is very spacious - a great spot to relax before your flight. There's also a wellness/facial treatment that's free but spots fill up so fast so sadly I couldn't make it, but maybe next time :)

I am fortunate enough to have the chase sapphire reserve card which lets me use the sapphire lounges. Out of all the lounges I have been to in America, the chase sapphire lounge peaks with vibes and food variety. They also have highly requested specials on the drinks which apparently go out fast. Top tier service, ordering from a QR code at the table, self serve bites make this one of the top lounges I've been to. Keep up the top tier job!

This lounge is a treat at LGA. It's open to cardholders of the Chase Sapphire card, hence the name. The food is always lovely, with varied and inspired dishes. It's a spacious and welcoming lounge with varied spaces for different feels and comfort level. Whether you're popping in for a quick bite or you're hear quite early for your flight, I recommend it. This terminal is quite expansive, so be sure you know how long it takes you to get to your gate before settling in. One thing to note is that this is a DEPARTURE lounge, so you can't really pop in when you arrive at LGA. One of the things that stood out for me most this trip was that I noticed that of the two espresso machines, one was stocked with dairy-free milk alternatives. Never in my life have and nowhere in the WORLD have I been able to get a dairy-free latte/capuccino from a machine. Well done! "Regular" milks still available in the machine to the left.

The best lounge I have been to so far. It is located in terminal B at LGA. We were departing in terminal c so was skeptical about going since the terminal is not connected after tsa. You will need to re-enter tsa again. All you have to do is exit the arrival drop off door and then turn left and keep walking until you get to terminal c. If lost, just ask a worker and they can point. There isn't a sidewalk but it's pretty easy to follow. You'll see cars driving. I was 7 months pregnant at the time and I think it took me 15-20 minutes to walk in the sun. So it is very doable! Just make sure you give yourself travel time to walk and re-check in tsa. The line was not long for tsa since terminal c was mainly delta airline. We did have tsa pre-check as well but the normal line was not long. Back to lounge: was sad that this time we could take a can of soda or juice to go since we have to re-check in. But the walk might make you thirsty so maybe grab one for that? The atmosphere of the lounge was so nice! It reminds me of a fancy dine-in restaurant. They have what looks like a full open-bar in the middle with seatings there. A lot of buffet style mini dishes as seen. They also have a MENU to order hot food like burgers. Wraps, and more! Since I was pregnant, I could not drink alcohol but they have a mocktail list as well! I forgot what drinks I got but let me tell you, it was the best mocktails I have had and I've had a lot of them! You could also order the cocktails and just request no alcohol. I made my husband đo a taste test for me just in case but wow. I pretty much ordered everything on the menu because who knows when we would be back. This lounge is phenomenal from food to service. If this was in more airport and I travel more often, definitely worth getting the chase reserve! But I think priority pass member also get 1 per year so take advantage of this!

En route to the JetBlue flights we easily found our sapphire lounge. There was plenty of seating lots of delicious foods and clean stocked restrooms. Staff cleaned the tables and kept food options well stocked. I started with sparkling wine, shrimp cocktail & a custom burger. Everything was delicious!!! This is the most comfortable, delicious place to sit for a flight.

This Chase Sapphire Lounge is located in LGA in Terminal B. This was my first experience in a lounge at the airport, courtesy of my friend and his Sapphire Reserve card. You are able to bring in two guests and it has to be within a few hours of your flight. The two attendants help check you into a waitlist when you walk up, if there's a wait, and our wait time wasn't too long. Within half an hour, we were able to walk into the lounge. The staff is friendly upon greeting at the front of the lounge and the lounge itself is pretty big. There are different areas and two floors. There is some food to pick and choose from as well as a QR code to scan and order some food and drinks from. This lounge was super nice and everyone was able to find a spot and relax or get some work done. It was consistently busy but never overcrowded. The food and drinks were pretty good and the staff was always around to pick up any leftover plates. It was super nice and clean. A super great lounge in LGA.

Blown away by how clean, modern and sleek the lounge is. The breakfast options were really good when I went with fancy things like cantaloupe slices topped with super seeds, prosciutto and fig monte cristo sandwiches, green chili and egg breakfast bowls, maple walnut steel cut oatmeal, spiced sweet potato and black bean has, jalapeno and blueberry corncake, toasted almond and berry smoothies, honey berry yogurt cups, and smoked salmon and kimchi crostini (10/10). all the food was pre-portioned out which I appreciate. It makes it super easy to grab and go, and keeps the lines moving vs a normal buffet where we have to serve ourselves. I was a bit surprised that everything was served in paper bowls instead of proper tableware. They also have seasonal flavored beverages on tap - like blueberry mint and sparkling blood orange tea (in addition the usual coffee and soft drinks. They even have a whole slew of oat coffee selections on the machines). I didn't visit the bar so can't comment much on that.

This marks my 600th review on Yelp! This lounge is so much better than the one at JFK. The food and drink selections are extensive: there's a buffet featuring dishes curated by Joseph Leonard, as well as table service via QR code, where staff bring your orders directly to you. There's also a full open bar and a wellness room. The lounge itself is huge with plenty of seating, and check-in was quick and easy. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here, and the customer service was professional and attentive.

Hands down, this is one of the best airport lounges I've visited. The aesthetic is clean and modern - It has two floors and feels very open. They also offer a facial lounge, where the aesthetician does a 15 min facial, complete with skin analysis and a small goodie bag. Food and drink options are impressive. There's a full bar, various drinks and sodas, and a luxurious coffee machine. They have a buffet, but also a menu you can order from (including burgers, though I didn't try one). Highlights from the buffet included shrimp skewers, couscous, honey-glazed chicken, and a variety of sides. The desserts were sooo goood - they had lemon bars, Oreo brownies, and orange cake when I went. The only downside was the limited workspace. There are just two private rooms for working, and they were tough to get. With so many people trying to get work done, it was hard to find a quiet corner outside these two workspaces. If you're flying through LaGuardia, this lounge is definitely worth a visit.

The biggest and nicest airport lounge I have ever visited. This lounge makes my decision to keep my Chase Reserve Card a little bit easier, despite the increasing (some mi fees. If you are flying through LaGuardia, this lounge is a no brainer. I didn't get a chance to explore, but there's two floors and plentiful seating, including a central bar area which serves as the focal point for the lounge. There is a small buffet line with a handful of options to grab quickly back to your table. If you have more time, then you can just scan a QR code on your phone and have a la carte menu items delivered to your table. I was eyeing the other table's burger and regret not ordering it myself. There were vegetarian options - pasta, polenta and chickpea salad when I was there. The same thing applies to drinks. There's a self serve fridge full of bottled water, soda and juice. There are also multiple coffee machines scattered around the lounge. For alcoholic drinks, I believe you can order from the bar. I ordered via QR code to my table. Their cocktails were quite good and I would compare them to ones found at an upscale restaurant, complete with sugar/salted rims and watermelon/berry garnishes. I was very impressed. Their ordering app is intuitive and easy to use. It was also easy to order a virgin version of their signature cocktail - just a click to designate non-alcoholic. Finally the lounge was very well staffed (overstaffed) and very polite. It felt weird that I didn't leave a tip (multiple ppl served us), but probably should have left something on the table at the end (I know tipping is a sensitive topic).

I was extremely impressed with this lounge when I visited earlier this year. It's definitely the top lounge in LaGuardia and rivals even the large Centurion in JFK. You can order meals made to order via a QR code as well as the many good drinks and meals they have on offer buffet style. There is a "quiet room" that I intended to try but I was too busy eating the great food to make it there. Probably the only lounge in recent memory that really feels more like a high end restaurant than a lounge inside an airport. The bartenders all so a great job with the drinks and the service is excellent. I have Priority Pass and can currently only come here once a calendar year, but this lounge is good enough to make me consider getting a new credit card just to hang out here more.

The amazing self-service spread in addition to the made-to-order menu at the Chase Sapphire Lounge at the La Guardia Airport distracted me from taking pictures of the beautiful 2-level lounge! Oops! I have been to this lounge twice, and it is by far one of the nicest lounges I have visited - rivaled only by the Capital One Lounge at LAS! It is beautiful, kept very clean, and offers many unique services like free facials! Unfortunately, our flight was so early, this wasn't an option for us on this trip. The lounge offers a huge spread of self-service food options with health-conscious choices, as well as made-to-order items. Everything I sampled was fresh and tasty, especially the strawberry bread pudding! You use your phone to order made-to-order items by scanning the QR code at your table. I loved the breakfast bao, which you could customize on the app. The bar is quite nice, but can be a tad on the slow side depending on the time of day and how busy the lounge is. Comfortable chairs, several places to rest including a nap area (reservation required), and many more amenities. I look forward to traveling through LGA just to visit this lounge!

Rating: 5/10 Date Last Visited: 9/9/2025 I had the burger, pasta, and salmon sandwich. The burger is pretty good, especially for a lounge, but it doesn't compare to an actual restaurant. The pasta tasted a bit undercooked and lacked flavor. The salmon was not the same size as the bun, making bites awkward. The salmon itself was a bit dry, and the even drier bun did not help. The food is not restaurant quality, but for a lounge, it's pretty good. The lounge itself is beautiful with plenty of seating, has free snacks and drinks, as well as a menu you can order from. The service is great too. This is a great place to rest before a flight and it makes the Chase Sapphire Reserve card worth the annual fee.

This is definitely the best Chase Lounge I've been to. Food is pretty good, and I like that I can choose between the set menu and get up to pick up what they have plated. I've come here for breakfast and dinner and honestly, the breakfast was more impressive than the dinner. That said, the dinner was still great though! Drinks were very sophisticated. If you were looking for any fruity type of drinks, this is not the place for you. The other amenities made it a really great time. You can plan the little arcade room and change the music on the jukebox, they have a children's section, and my absolute favorite is the facial. The staff is really nice and they honestly helped me out since I was having an issue with my face. 10/10!

Got a chance to check out the Chase Sapphire Lounge during a 5-hour flight delay (count your days, Delta ) in LGA, but honestly, the experience made it all worthwhile. I almost forgot I was delayed for that many hours. Walking in felt like stepping into a speakeasy made for cool kids only. The moody lighting, sleek decor, and a calm energy that immediately takes the edge off travel frustration, which I was knee deep in. Sigh. Anyways, there's plenty of seating both upstairs and downstairs, a stunning bar, and food that actually hits. They offer both a buffet and a made-to-order menu straight from the kitchen, and they had it all. As someone with a strict diet, I was well fed. The real surprise? A full-on spa where you can get a complimentary facial. Like... what airport lounge is doing it like that?! The Centurion and Delta Sky Club might need to take notes because Chase definitely raised the bar here. I'm almost convinced to get a Chase credit card just for lounge access, especially since they're planning to open a few more across the country. The staff were also great and the lounge is well maintained and exceptionally clean. Chase just has the cheat code. 10/10, this is how you turn a flight delay into a vibe.

Wow! My 2nd time at a Chase Sapphire Reserve lounge and this one is amazing! (PHX lounge was smaller and we were there close to closing time). I love that you can order your food and cocktails right from your table. There are also plenty of apps, drinks, coffee to choose from if you would like to walk around and grab it yourself. The cocktails were fancy and delicious! Food was great, too! The cherry on top was the complimentary facial. So relaxing, I dozed off for a minute there. I wish there were more of these lounges - especially out of ORD! Service was also very prompt and courteous throughout.

The nicest airport lounge I have ever been in terms of a combination of service and ambiance. You can literally order food and beverage from your table and a server will deliver it to your table. Also try booking a private room or facial. Look into the benefits and your understand. Cocktails are amazing and I would recommend sitting on the second floor for more privacy. Overall better than the Amex Centurion Lounge in my opinion.

This is my second time at this lounge in LaGuardia. It is by far my favorite airport lounge that I have been to. Everybody is beyond friendly and helpful there are two levels of seating, the space is clean and bright. There are plenty of spots to charge your gear. I don't drink anymore, but it looks like the bar makes some amazing cocktails, just by looking at the menu. I can tell you that they make an amazing "Virgin Mary." (a bloody Mary without the booze...). As for the food, it is spot on. You can pick something up off of the buffet line, or you can order food off of a menu right from your table with a QR code, and have it brought right to your table. Off the buffet line, I tried the vegan chorizo, I didn't care for it. It kind of tasted like chorizo, but it was too dry. However, the sweet potato porridge was delicious! I also had, brought to my table, the ricotta toast with caramelized vegetables, that was amazing, the ricotta was creamy and tangy, and the vegetables just brought an extra pop to the Dish. I also ordered the smoked salmon and grits, a riff on the old classic of shrimp and grits. The grits were rich and buttery, and it was a very high-quality salmon, that played against the grits so well. The chives, and the the capers brought a very nice Contrast to the richness of the rest of the Dish. I was there too early to get a facial this time, but I had one last time, my first one ever, and it made my face feel so refreshed. I did go into the arcade room, which has a jukebox, a pinball machine, etc. That would be a fun way to spend some time. They also have a suite that you can book ahead of time, if you have one of the highest of the Chase cards. It's not cheap to book, but it is a luxury suite, and it comes with food from very high and restaurants in New York City. It's beyond my price range, but the place looks amazing. From now on, I will fly through LaGuardia whenever possible, just so I can stop at this lounge. Thank you.

All 3 stars are going to the spa treatment. The facial was great! However, the foods at this lounge has slipped in quality. In the past the made to order menu was amazing. This time the only thing you could order from that menu was a gluten free brownie. The buffet food for breakfast was decent, but for lunch was less than ideal. I ended up leaving to go get food at the centurion lounge instead.

Everything is clean, modern, quick, friendly, and just relaxing. My facial with Samira facilitated by Samten was fantastic and relaxing. They were able to squeeze me in at the end of the day. Good edamame gazpacho, great Sapphire cocktail for hot weather (tarty but natural fruit flavor), great olive oil bread, good salmon. My bartender Ravi was helpful with choosing a drink and informing me of timelines. Very good experience. Everything is quick and elegant but relaxed! Last time everything was great also!

This is a great lounge and worth the wait. If you have a couple hours to stay in an airport this is the best way to pass the time. The chairs are numerous and comfortable. The food is absolutely delicious and plentiful. While this is a busy lounge in a busy airport it is well run. I was throughly impressed with how helpful everyone working was, how clean the lounge was being kept and just great general customer service. Keep it up Chase Sapphire Lounge!

LOVED the Chase Sapphire Lounge in LGA (better than the Amex Centurion right next door). The food was phenomenal and always stocked. Espresso machine worked like a dream. The bartender made a strong bloody - just the way we like with a splash of beer (Wisconsin style)! The lounge was hugeeeee so we didn't feel like we were fighting for a seat.

This is easily one of the best airport lounges I've been in. It's stylish, modern, and spacious, with more to offer than your average lounge. We had time to use the facial benefit for example, which was genuinely great: super relaxing and a huge bonus for something included. If you're a Priority Pass member, make sure you know the details. You only get one free visit per member per calendar year. After that, it's $75 per person, so plan accordingly. There's a buffet and also a menu you can order from. The food was solid, not mind-blowing, but definitely better than what you'll find elsewhere in the terminal. They have a gluten free brownie available as a treat alongside other options. Drinks are included, and the bar is well-stocked with custom cocktails. They also have a cool arcade room, a family space, and quiet work areas upstairs. All in all, this lounge actually feels like a premium experience. If you're flying out of LaGuardia Terminal B and have time, it's absolutely worth visiting. Just be smart about when you use your one free visit if your priority pass. If you've used your free visit, or for guests, this is one of the few lounges I might say is worth the added pay-to-use cost.

I love the Chase Sapphire Lounge at LGA! I try to get to the airport early every time I'm flying. I always feel so spoiled while I'm in there. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they always help me snag gluten-free items from the back. I love all their cocktails--and they have a great wine selection. I appreciate that the buffet food changes often and that you have the option to choose between the buffet and ordering other dishes at your table (or do a little of both!). The only issue is that it can be hard to find a seat during busy times, but people are always coming and going, so you never have to wait too long.

Beyond amazing at this lounge. Customer service was impeccable. Waiters are attentive and ensure you are having a lovely experience. I have a three year old so the play area was our favorite. It has a space for your kiddo to play and parents to Lounge. You can order to your table or Buffett. With your Amex platinum card you get one free entry per year.

Nice lounge with table service, which I appreciated before a long flight! Had to wait about 20 minutes to get in due to crowds. Overall a nice relaxing place to enjoy before a flight.

Adorable theme park! Prices were great for tickets. You can park across the street for free or pay to park in the closer lot. There were rides for all ages to go on, as well as a water area. The park was clean and even had facilities for nursing mothers, sensory rooms and a space with adult changing capabilities. I was very impressed by their inclusive nature. All the ride attendants were friendly and added to the experience.

I hate to be the negative reviewer in this case but hoping others don't regret their visit especially if they choose to purchase a day pass. The fold is meh. The facial (after waiting for hours) was just a cleanser and sitting under a red light light. No moisturizer or anything after ‍. Really disappointing experience. Drinks were good though and staff pretty much friendly.

Such FAST food service! I was so pleasantly surprised by how modern their ordering system was. I had my drink and burger within 15 min! That's nearly unheard of at the airport. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I just wish I could've gotten that free facial - everything was completely book for the day. - AD

What in the world is this magical realm- a double level lounge with the best ambiance and amenities? Get you a facial, a massage, a drink- tasty food, off the buffet or made to order. Beautiful, clean, sweet staff! Best! Go! Go! Go!

Excellent airport lounge, probably the best I've ever visited. White glove service in every regard, good wifi, plenty of seating, fabulous amenities. Beautifully decorated. Check in process was smooth and pleasant. Staff was friendly across the board. Food options were a la carte and buffet style. I was a little disappointed by the variety to be honest. There were a few cold salads but none of them were particularly good. I did like the endive, however. Hot options were a soup, a sandwich, and some small side dishes. I would have REALLY liked more "snacky" choices - crudités, cheese and crackers, hell even chips or pretzels or something just to nosh on. I was equally underwhelmed by the menu selections - two sandwiches, cod, cold noodles, and a burger. FWIW, everything I tried was a notch above standard lounge fare, but I would have really appreciated fresh fruit or other small fare. Cocktail menu is nice but I wasn't drinking. I opted for the spindrift selection (!!) and Diet Coke. I also helped myself to an Americano from the coffee machines. Highlight was a facial at the spa. I signed in for a 1:45 procedure when I arrived and I was checked in efficiently. Wow! What a nice perk. My skin feels amazing and the woman working was so nice. I left with a little travel pack of samples and a skin analysis. Would definitely do this again.

this was my second time at the chase sapphire lounge and i'll be honest, my first time it was five out of five . i was able to walk in right away, and the meals honestly felt like an upscale dining experience, especially the way you can order for them. most of the bites are small, so you can try multiple things. i found this experience to be pretty great. they had a wide selection of foods and also a buffet area where i could try bites without waiting. for me, a drawback is the wait time. i had to wait 45 minutes and my gate was a 15-minute walk away, so by the time i got into the lounge, i only had 20 minutes there. in the future, i may want to plan for a wait at the lounge, but it can be difficult when there's no guarantee on how much time the wait will be.

I've been here couple of times now, and I admit it's so nice that I've switched which airlines I use at LGA and I consider this lounge the nicest peek of the Sapphire card! I've only gone fairly early on in the day and never had to wait too long to get in. The lounge is spacious, though it starts filling up at lunch time. There are variety of seats and tables available for your needs. I like to sit somewhere removed from the open, like the cozy little nook inside the fireplace room or in the jukebox room past the play area. There's an elevated vibe and strong branding, which makes the experience feel luxurious even though I'm lugging my carry-on and sweating in my comfy (read: not at all fashionable) clothes. The buffet with individual-portioned plates and the made-to-order food have largely been great. The only thing I don't recommend is their breakfast bao. There's decent amount of protein choices, which I find I don't see too much of at other airport lounges. In the future, I hope they add a little more warm soup or instant noodle options. The biscotti is super dry, but usually there's other dessert out in the buffet area. There's wrapped fruits, also a lovely touch. The bar options curated by Apotheke is also great. I never ordered drinks beyond their cocktail menu, so I'm not sure how the experience is with ordering your own drink at the bar. My favorite cocktail is the Sapphire one, but the Red Eye was pretty good too. For non-alcoholic options, they do have juice and canned soda. The cold brew was really bad the first time I went, but the coffee from the machine was ok. Service has been amazing for the most part. The employees really care about delivering the best experience for all. They're constantly cleaning and checking up on guests. I had the pleasure of using the facial service by FaceHaus last time I was there. It was a quick facial, something nice to do if you have time to kill. The aesthetician used an iPad program to scan my face and give me an analysis of potential skin concerns, and also gave me a box of samples at the end. The facial room was in the same area as the relaxation pod, which also seemed like a nice cozy place to hang out in if you needed some peace and quiet. As this is my home base, I will probably never use this lounge for layover reasons, but as an anxious traveler, I love that I could get to the airport super early and have somewhere to eat, drink, and relax. I hope they continue to provide such level of service.

The Lounge is located in terminal B at the end of the concourse, after the waterfall. There was a waitlist around Friday noon and the concierge told us it was going to be 20 mins, it was more like 10. The lounge itself was very spacious and you can tell they didnt overstuff the space with tables and seats just to reach capacity. There were different sections with different types of seatings and even a second floor with additional tables. There is a kids room, a game room, and even wellness rooms. You can book a 30 minute facial and a private room but it was fully booked when we went. There are premade dishes and soda/juice that you can grab from the mini fridge. Each table is also equipped with a QR code to scan for made to order food. There were many options for vegans and people with food allergies so that was appreciated. If you have access to the lounge I would definitely recommend visiting the lounge.

I was really impressed with the quality and variety of the food , service and ambiance at the Chase Sapphire Lounge at LGA. This is exactly the kind of competition airport lounges needed. For US based lounges, this is the best I have experienced by far, it was not crowed inside, with enough and comfortable seating, it looked so spacious. A true lounge. This particular location has 2 floors, with the food and bar located on the lower level. The food options are individually served on small bowls which reduces the waste. As for the quality, most dishes were really good. My favorite ones were the kale salad, yellow rice with beef and the farro. They also have larger items on demand, which you order through a QR code, such as salmon and burger. I tasted the burger and it was pretty decent, a bit dry and too well done for me, but I think it was good enough. Looking forward for the next experience at one of the other Chase Sapphire lounges.

Update Aug 2025 / the lounge feels like it's in cost saving mode. I don't think the quality is as high as it used to be. They even went for paper plates instead which I feel is not sustainable or environmentally friendly. The quality of the food is declining too so I'm not as excited. That being said it's still a nice experience and better than Centurion. I just wished it was as good as it used to be!

This is unsurprising, but the Chase Sapphire lounge in New York City is the best airport lounge experience that I have had with my membership card that I use when I travel. Firstly the ambience is great. There's plenty of space and the service staff was really friendly and helpful. The bartender was being really nice to me and giving me whatever I asked for with a smile. There were also a lot of options in terms of food. I'm used to airport lounges having very few options and just having to settle for whatever they're serving that day, but they had a lot of options and the food to me seemed like it was gourmet. I'm not gonna lie, I felt like I was trying certain foods that I've only heard about in movies for the very first time in this lounge lmao so that was a great experience for me. The food also tasted good as well. I would say it wasn't amazing, but it was good. Additionally, everything was clean and well organized. I really overall had no complaints other than wishing that I got there earlier so that I could've spent more time there before my flight. If you're in LaGuardia and you're able to come to this lounge definitely make sure you set aside some time to do so because it is a great experience.

I was able to use my priority pass to get into the Chase Sapphire lounge after my evening flight was delayed till the next day. Be aware that Chase card holders get first access to the lounge, followed by priority pass members so the line may be longer if you are not a card holder. The ambience in there was amazing, and the drinks were even better. If you have some free time in terminal B at LaGuardia, I would definitely recommend coming here.

5 stars! This is the most unique lounge I have ever been in. The food: unlike most lounges, which proudly serve glop, Chase Sapphire has tasty foods you will enjoy. I ate a quesadilla, orange chicken, tomato polenta. For dessert I had olive oil and peach cake. You can order a cocktail to your table. I got the "Sapphire" a mix of gin, blueberries, spices and herbs. It was awesome. The service: you will feel as though you are in a fancy restaurant. Staff is attentive, polite and makes the experience. The environment: wow this place is so unique and imaginative. I get the sense they don't even want you to realize you are in an airport. Some lounges build into the setting so you can look on at the airport traffic. This one feels like a really over the top private club. There is a room that takes you back to Radio City. Everything honors NYC. This lounge puts all others to shame.

I've been itching to check out this lounge since it opened, though only a week ago had the opportunity to fly out of this terminal at LGA. Initial thoughts: - miss having windows and being able to see outside, - very warm ambient lighting in a hip subterranean hotel-lounge style space. - fancy winding staircase up to the second half floor - cool bar area that has a fancy restaurant vibe - was pretty crowded 75-80% full on a Thursday evening 5:30pm. Location: main entrance is right next to the Amex Centurion lounge, you have to walk down a short hallway, take an elevator down and then make a right walking towards the glass sliding doors that are the actual entrance to the lounge. Entry: you may need to put your name on a waitlist if it's peak hours, I waited about 10 minutes. They take your cell # and text you when ready. If you check in using Priority Pass it allows one person entry, if checking in with Sapphire Reserve it allows two additional guests. I believe you can also pay for additional guests though not sure how that works. Seating: aside from bar seating, there are mostly lounge chairs downstairs and upstairs, and some tables closer to the buffet area. Service: staff all seemed quite cordial and level of hospitality was terrific. Food: possible to order directly via QR code though I was kinda rushed so didn't try it this time. The buffet food was far better than the average American lounge, better than Amex next door, though not as good as some international lounges. For drinks they had a couple coffee and tea stations (Joe Coffee beans used in espresso machines and Harney and Sons teas). Also a selection of soft drinks and beers. I didn't try any cocktails though considering they had a full bar, will def do that next time! Perks: it was pretty crowded so I didn't walk around the entire lounge to see the R&R section, though from the sounds of other reviews the facials would've been booked up fast. I saw online you're able to pre-book workspace or a private room though not sure if that's a separate charge.

This might be the best thing a credit card has ever done for me. This lounge is actually phenomenal, and I feel very strange saying that. I don't work for Chase. Truly though, I had no idea what to expect, and it still surpassed all my expectations. Going forward, I'm willing to go through security to get to Terminal B, even if my flight is in another part of the airport. Because this lounge has everything: There is plenty of comfortable seating. There is good wifi, plenty of outlets, and bathrooms just for the lounge. There is an actually stylish cocktail bar in the center of the giant room, and they are making legitimately delicious, high end cocktails (from Apotheke?!). There is beer and filtered water on tap, wine you can order, and fridges where you can grab bubbly water. There is coffee and tea and various pastries and cookies available for grabbing. If you need more substantial food, there are several stations of small plates ranging from salads to crispy Asian chicken to whipped ricotta to white bean salad and more, and that's to supplement the menu you can order from. I opted for the salmon (properly cooked and very flavorful), but there was a burger and fries, and a sandwich or two as well that I didn't try. And all of this is free, if you simply have a Chase Sapphire Reserve card. You can also bring in two guests with you, but I think I'll probably leave my wife and kids outside. I feel like they might disturb my lounging.

When it first opened, this Sapphire lounge was amazing. Spacious, plenty of food and prompt service. Sadly, word has gotten out. And more often than not there's a wait list and getting a quiet, comfortable seat can be a challenge - hence why I knocked off a star. That's said, if you're stuck in LGA terminal B for an hour or more, there are definitely worse places to be. Great bar, no additional charges for premium liquor, great food options etc. oh and it is a beautifully designed space.

Have now visited this lounge over 10 times and the quality seems to stay consistent. Plenty of food and drink options and variety of seating arrangements to choose from. Also plenty of staff around for any help needed. The kitchen unfortunately has a tendency to not pay attention to a la carte orders' specifics. You order a burger, customized, and it delivers without any customizations checked off. Wish this location was a little bit more central (closer to AA gates) but glad to at least have this option at LGA. Beats Centurion any day!

It is such a relaxing space and I wish I had more of an excuse to come to LGA more just for this lounge! There is ample seating and doesn't feel too crowded. They have lots of small dishes you can pick up yourself, and have a couple more options that you can order to table than the lounge in JFK. Love that you have the option to make a mocktail version of any cocktail!

This is the second Chase Sapphire Lounge I have been to; my first was in Boston. It was interesting to see what elements they chose as hallmarks across their lounges and which they chose to switch up. The lounge in Boston has showers and massage chairs while the one at LaGuardia has spa facials. The food is similar, though I think the food in Boston is overall tastier and more specially prepared with the local city in mind. There is far more ample seating in this lounge than the Boston one and I appreciate the addition of calling pods. The children/family area is expanded here as well, which I love. The seating itself is the same so I was glad to see the return of my favorite blue chairs. They are perfect for a nap. I sampled all of the breakfast food items here and would recommend the Quinoa and Egg Bowl, the Salmon and Cream Cheese Bagel with Cucumbers and Tomato, and the Sun-butter Smoothie (more like a chocolate smoothie). I would not recommend the pancakes, which were exceptionally dry. In my brief, 45 minute stay, the thing I was most appreciative to have discovered was the cooler of hydration drinks from the company Leisure Hydration. Truly an excellent addition to all of the Chase Sapphire lounges. I can believe other lounges haven't added hydration drinks given that they are so needed when you are flying!

Amazing lounge. You can even reserve facials and rest pods. I'll have to try a facial next time (it's free) and book ahead of time. The food was good but the pastries are straight out of a bag. The green juice was too banana forward for me and there were a few misses like the tater tots not being hot and dessert is forgettable. The drinks were a little sweeter than expected, but both the namesake (gin or vodka) and the maiden voyage were decent, although I liked the latter more.

Great lounge with great food and great service. Did I mention it was great? :) the ambiance really solidified everything. I feel like I'm in a nice restaurant / bar area, not an airport. Also the bathrooms have full doors and the sinks are very compact and clean.

I really had high(er) hopes for this lounge. The day we visited the lounge (Thanksgiving day), the WiFi was down. It had been down since the night prior. Since the WiFi was down, we could not use the QR code to order food. I have absolutely no clue what I was missing out on from the menu. Tried to made a latte and the expresso machines were not working (at one location). Not off to a great start. The food at the bar was pretty buffet style. Most of the items were fresh and still warm. But the items that did not need to be served warm like the bagels and croissants were very dry. It took the staff forever to replenish the fork and spoon containers. Most of the staff were just standing around. We had empty plates sit at our table for what felt like a good 15 mins before anyone took them away. And when guests left, no one cleaned the table before new guests arrived and had to flag a staff which was standing around to clean the tables. The best part of the experience would have been the bar, except I don't drink. I would go again but I do hope that the next experience will be (much) better.
