Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club Philadelphia

We visited the Chase Lounge in the PHL airport on among the busiest travel days in 2025 (the day after Thanksgiving.) Bear in mind we were a party of 2 but we had no wait to get in or find a spot to sit in the lounge. The space itself is gorgeous - well decorated with many different nooks and crannies. It's essentially one long hall that has had different dinning areas, bars, rest areas, and kid zones built out. The service/staff we interacted with were all very helpful. Would have given a 5/5 for service but unfortunately we had to wait quite a while for our order - I suspect that's just due to when we visited. The food itself is available to order and via a hot buffet. Everything we tried was only okay - I'd definitely say this is the area with room for improvement. Will 100% be relaxing here next time we're going through PHL.

I’m glad this lounge is open and located on the opposite side from the Amex Lounge near Terminal A. It’s conveniently situated right past security in Terminal D, so there’s no long walk to find it. However you do have to take the elevator upstairs to reach it. The space is very large and thoughtfully designed, with wide hallways, game rooms, and several separate chambers for different uses. They offer both ready to eat options and made to order food. It appears they partner with the Middle Child Clubhouse, I was intrigued with the pretzel and the impossible burger, but didn’t have time to order this time. There also seem to be shower rooms available. Since it’s been open for less than a year, everything still feels very new.

The lounge is truly impressive, featuring contemporary architecture in a brand new construction. It boasts a spacious layout that creates a sense of openness, complemented by large windows offering a pleasant view of the airport runway. The atmosphere is both clean and meticulously maintained, reflecting high standards of upkeep. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist, making for a welcoming environment. However, the food options leave much to be desired. The selection is quite limited, lacking a variety of main dishes and notably absent are soups, which could enhance the overall dining experience. While the amenities are top-notch, improving the food offerings would greatly elevate the lounge experience.

Overall, wonderful experience! The lounge is huge with so many different areas. The person that checked me in and the bar tender were great. The cocktails were excellent and they also have many mid-top shelf spirits to choose from. The food was good, not amazing. I ordered a burger and fries, which was OK. I expected better since made to order (in theory!) The s'mores parfait and sweet potato fries from the buffet were yummy, so the buffet might be the better option for next time. The main disappointment was that I wasn't able to book a mini facial even though I had a 3 hour window. I checked in the app first and then went to confirm with the staff that there wasn't any thing sooner, which was the case. The staff who was working the desk for the spa services wasn't very friendly.

My first Sapphire Lounge and as such, very impressed. Check-in was friendly and courteous. The lounge was very clean and the service was quick and efficient. There are several amenities in addition to the usual food and beverage, including a spa area, arcade games, shuffleboard, kids area, and relaxing cubes. There are a few menu order food and drink items along with the buffet style offerings. There were 2 bars, 1 full bar and 1 serving beer and wine. There is ample seating with various areas with different vibes. The views of the gates and aircraft where you can watch planes takeoff and land were also a plus. Bathrooms are large, open, clean with. various dental and other toiletries available. Highly recommend if you’re departing or passing through PHL.

The is the crown jewel of airline lounges in US I have visited so far. Until this visit I started to think that airline lounges idea is dying off with so many people now getting memberships and access and lounges being overcrowded. This lounge is a must visit and worth tweaking your itinerary to layover in Philadelphia. It has so much room!!! Office environment for work, quiet rooms for relaxation, playroom for kids, you can get a mini facial !!! - as always, you need to be aware of the benefits and know how to use them - make sure to reserve your mini facial as soon as you check into the lounge. I thought until today that Swiss lounge in Zurich was my absolute favorite, but now I’m an absolute fan of the Chase Sapphire lounge in Philly. Drinks were great, amazing staff and service, food was also very good.

Service, drinks, food and vibes were all too notch. The breakfast buffet had so many choices and the ones I tried were quite good. They had a self service coffee machine that made delicious coffee. The drink I got from the bar was hands down one of the best drinks I have ever had. The lounge is huge and has so much character. There are also so many different rooms like an area to eat, a cocktail bar, beer lounge, game room, kids area, work areas and more. It was my second time in the lounge and what a pleasant and enjoyable addition to the PHL airport. One of the attendants even told me people have started coming to the airport early just to hang out at the lounge and I think I will be one of these people going forward.

Great staff, great service ! Been there twice now and yes Priority pass works very well ! They have a 1 per year limit and I happen to use it in December and January. Great food , service on table and great cocktails ! Give it a try if you’re here ! The staff is amazing.
