New Philly Restaurant Openings to Know This March | Eater Philly

"The popular Philly sandwich shop expanded its daytime lineup of sandwiches, eggy breakfast burritos, and Elixr Coffee–fueled drinks to Philadelphia International Airport, opening a second sit-down location of its Middle Child Clubhouse concept inside the new Chase Sapphire Lounge by the Club. This outpost operates within the credit-card-holder lounge, meaning it’s only open to people who have the qualifying credit card." - Tierney Plumb

After visiting many airport lounges,I have to say this was a winner. We were welcomed as Chase Reserve card holders. Most lounges make you feel like a poor relative!!! The space is large. There is a sit-down table service, with a nice menu and really excellent service. Top notch craft cocktails as well. Our waiter PRINCE was very attentive and helpful. Then they have a beer garden with a bar menu, beer flights of local beers, and even Pretzels and mustard. There is an area that serve yourself food and drinks. In another area, There is a really cute kids play area for families, great idea and a quiet area with a fireplace and library. There is also a sports room with lots of video games. We were super impressed with the entire experience. Might even consider paying the exorbitant new Reserve renewal fee.

⸻ A very pleasant lounge experience at Philadelphia Airport. The space is modern, fresh, and spacious, with a variety of well-designed areas — including a café, bar, meeting rooms, quiet zones, a children’s room, and even a play area for adults. Clean restrooms are stocked with hygiene essentials, which is a thoughtful touch. The dishware is elegant and adds to the overall experience, though the use of plastic cutlery feels slightly out of place. The food selection is impressive — not just varied, but genuinely delicious, with a solid range of vegetarian options. Access is available through Priority Pass, which makes this lounge an excellent value for frequent travelers. Overall, a well-curated and comfortable space that stands out by airport standards.

One of the best lounges I've been to domestically. Just opened in February. Hot food available buffet style or if you prefer, you can have made to order service options at your table via menu. The lounge is a large space with a variety of rooms like a cozy living room with faux fireplace, a game room and large bar area. You can book a wellness treatment or shower via the link. I booked a 15 minute facial massage.. relaxing oxygen therapy with cool mist..they even give you free samples of product. All of the staff members I encountered were very courteous and attentive. Hope to be back again to enjoy again!

Opened in Feb 2025,Supposedly the biggest chase lounge in the US. And it definitely felt huge. Not very busy, and plenty of space. I only got to experience breakfast food, and they were lots of selections and very tasty. Also squeezed in a facial, very satisfied. Definitely one of the best lounges in the US, beats most centurion and delta lounges. Sapphire reserve cardholders get guests. While priority pass only get 1 visit per year.

Well, I CANNOT recommend the Chase Sapphire Lounge because the wait for access was over an hour long. I must say that generally find lounge access for Priority Pass pretty abysmal in the US but I was excited to walk through three terminals in the Philly airport to get to this “one of a kind” lounge. The advertising for it around the airport made it look exceptional - sadly, like all lounges it is unable to meet demand at peak time. No surprise. I CAN recommend the Federal Chicken in the food court area in terminal B where we had to eat before our flight. I normally wouldn’t leave a bad review but if you advertise an outstanding experience you should be able to deliver on your promise and be taken to task when you fail.

I’ve visited centurion and capital one lounges, both have been very nice but this still may be the best I’ve been to. The staff is kind and professional, the food and drinks are delicious, and the space is beautiful. Plus the amenities like the shower and spa facial are very enjoyable and great perks that help dissipate the stress and exhaustion of traveling. Shout out to Aaquil and McKayla who were both very friendly and accommodating and helped make my visit as relaxing as possible after a very long travel day.

I'd like to know where the people giving this lounge less than 5 stars hang out. I've been to the best lounges in the world and this is my favorite actually. It's laid out so nicely, space for kids, games, spa treatments, top shelf bar, table service. The only thing its missing is pickle ball courts and a pool. Might even make me keep chase sapphire reserve despite the fee increase . . . maybe . . . we'll see.

My first Sapphire lounge visit and honestly? A vibe. Local cocktails, surprisingly solid buffet bites (that whipped feta!), and a hamburger that hits before boarding. Plus—free facials?! Book ahead, because that 15-minute refresh is chef’s kiss. Also, a private nursing room = big win. If you’ve got a layover here, do yourself a favor and pop in.
