The Terrance is by gate 1, same elevator as delta lounge. The salad and sandwiches are all pretty good for complimentary foods. It also has some Free sodas and beers . Nice outdoor seating area with very limited indoor seating. I visited it during November afternoon, so it is very comfortable to sit outside BUT the outdoor seating is by the airport runway. It is super loud .

Nice little lounge to visit before your flight. Has very limited space to sit inside, so I imagine during the summer time it’s pretty miserable outside. The food and drink was very limited, just a handful of snacks to choose from, mini cans of soda, and a few adult beverages to choose from. Not the best lounge, but still nice to get away from the normal airport area.

First time visiting the lounge. At the time of this review, December 2023, you need a Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card and can bring up to two people with you. It's not a full on lounge. There's packaged snacks and canned drinks. There's also a Farmer's Fridge vending machine that dispenses salads and yogurts. There is no charge to use the vending machine. The indoor seating area is very small. It was at capacity so I went outside to have my snacks and watch airplanes land. It was a bit chilly and there were no heat lamps. I did not stay out there long. The staff is nice and friendly. Can't wait for them to bring it to New York airports.

I've visited numerous lounges through Delta Status and Priority Pass, and this one is the most disappointing yet. It seems like a poorly executed attempt to be cool and hipster, yet innovation here seems like a gamble that didn't pay off. Food and Drinks: The only food available comes from an automatic dispenser with very limited options, served in plastic containers. Due to the limited slots in the machine, about half of the menu items are consistently unavailable. There's no fruit option unless you count the sweet yogurt mix. Also, astonishingly, no hot beverages are provided. You're more likely to find hot coffee in any motel lobby than in this supposedly high-end lounge. Seats and Accessibility: The interior of the lounge is cramped, making it nearly impossible to find a seat. The exterior is spacious but largely impractical, especially considering the extreme summer temperatures in the area. There's no shade outside until after 1 pm, and the patio lacks power outlets. The lounge features a single unisex bathroom and a "game corner" outside for outdoor games—an addition that seems frivolous compared to the lack of basic amenities. If you have access to the Delta lounge, don't bother coming here. If not, maybe stop by for water and canned salad before heading to a restaurant downstairs. It makes me reconsider the value of credit cards that provide access to Delta Lounges over this experience.

There are 2 categories of comments, things Chase can and can't do something about. The Chase Sapphire Terrace used to be an outdoor viewing area, and there is nothing Chase can do about that. A small portion of the vestibule outside the Delta Sky Club was closed off to provide an indoor area with only 8 seats. There is barely enough room for 2 vending machines, a mini fridge, and a counter in front of the "bartender". The restroom was intended for the outdoor viewing area, with all the luxury amenities found in public park restrooms. The nearly empty Delta Sky Club takes up around 95% of the second level indoor space, leaving upwards of 80% of the Chase Sapphire Terrace outdoors. Chase has even less control over the heat, humidity, and Texas sized thunderstorms. There are some things Chase can improve. The sign for the elevator only says Delta Sky Club, Chase Sapphire Terrace should be added. By early evening, the Farmers Fridge vending machines were nearly empty, and the most popular items were gone, unless your favorite is pesto salad. The machines are restocked twice a day, that should definitely be more often. The vending machines only dispense salads, and sandwiches should be included. The lounge doesn't open until 10am, meaning nearly half of departing passengers are unable to use the Chase Sapphire Terrace. Some form of coffee needs to be offered, and Coke products need to be in 12 ounce cans, not the mini 7 ounce cans, and be available from the self-service fridge. That would allow the "bartender" to offer a wider selection of alcoholic beverages. Fans, misters, umbrellas, or something needs to be added to mitigate the relentless Texas heat. The Chase Sapphire Terrace is a great place to watch planes come and go, it that's what you want, noise and fumes included. Just don't expect a quiet, luxury lounge experience. (The photos of the comfy couches and self-service Coke machine are the Delta Sky Club)

It’s an amazing lounge but it is losing stars and rightfully so for the hot hot terrace in Texas summers. The free farmers fridge and the drinks are amazing, the staff is amazing, the limited indoor seating is amazing, the terrace is great but the heat sucks. Imagine sitting out there right next to the tarmac in 100 deg Texas heat. Nope, just grab and go stuff.

Many snacks and drinks to pick. 1 bathroom. You can borrow the portable charger which is nice! Most of seating is outdoor it is kind of hot for me but better than nothing. Love variety of snacks and drinks. Feeling healthy.

Lots of potential. Currently, if you have the card definitely come and get the snacks, food, and drinks that are included with your yearly fee. The snacks and drinks are behind the bar and there are two vending machines with cold food that is free. That said, it’s a bit of an odd duck. The terrace concept is great, but I think it would be more suited for California where the temps don’t swing so much. I have to hand it to chase, they were able to do a lot with what they were given. The delta lounge really robs any potential for sheltered space or for a dedicated kitchen. All in all, it’s loud if there are planes nearby, the fumes can be a bit strong, the tolerability of the terrace is highly dependent on the weather (slotted roof, I’m looking at you), and the food is limited. You’re paying a lot of money for access with your card - get your money’s worth.
