This was a once-in-a-lifetime trip for me—experiencing this stadium was unforgettable. The energy, the atmosphere, everything about it was the coolest I’ve ever seen. Truly one for the books. I’m already counting down the days until the new stadium opens so I can take it all in again.

We had a great experience at the Hard Rock Terrace and the other first and second floors. A lot of food and beverages for people at the club and guests from everywhere. The Terrace doesn't have a great view of the field, because it's located in the north corner of the stadium, but it's a place to enjoy the show and party. Soccer field is very good and, even that the tribunes are small, the atmosphere is awesome.

Flew to Miami to see Messi play. He was injured but they won 3-1 against Pumas. What a wonderful time! Definitely a must! At the end of the game I recommend walking a bit bc that area is VERY tight and small. It gets super hectic.

I really enjoy watching Inter Miami play at this stadium. The parking is very organized and the staff is extremely helpful guiding you. The stadium is clean and there are lots of food options. The Hardrock terrace has a great view and it's a fun place to listen to music and have drinks after the games.

Nice and comfortable place to enjoy soccer. You can have nice views from every seat. Easy to access but be aware that you have to be at least 1 1/2 hour earlier because of the traffic and also because of the parking. My best recommendation for parking is to park on surrounding streets (the price is around $30) and easy to get out.

Was excited for this but was disappointed when I got there and asked to join a lengthy queue as bags cannot be taken into the ground. I then was told I had to pay $18 for the pleasure. Extremely expensive once inside. Upon taking our seats was a little confused to the drugs that can be smoked openly on the stands but I couldn’t take my handbag in? There seemed to be enough security on the gate to be able to search your bag. We did enjoy the game. It was an experience but wouldn’t go again due to the bag situation and the amount of cannabis smoke I inhaled.

I understand security needs to enforce the rules, but there’s no need to be rude about oversized bags. I ended up throwing out a lot of my belongings, only to be told later by another security person that there were lockers at the other gate. If they had mentioned that earlier, I could have saved my things. As a first-timer at the stadium, it was a disappointing experience. The only thing that made it worth it was seeing the game. Overall, it was okay for my first game, but going to a basketball game was a better experience. It was also strange that I had to put my drink in a cup, while seeing bottles still being sold. Food prices are pretty high, so be prepared. It definitely feels like they’re milking it while Messi is around, but I’m sure prices will drop once he’s gone.

FIRST - research what the hands bag restrictions are for your event. The staff were firm but friendly, concessions were abundant. parking was $50 for the Inter Miami game we attended, so opted to Uber there ($15.00) and back to our hotel less than 2 miles away. Uber surge prices are the game meant $30+ for basic Uber, but because of the vehicle congestion after the game, we walked to the north 2-3 blocks and got a $17 Uber premium minutes later.

Yelp
We had season passes to Inter Miami and with every game Chase Stadium has been so enjoyable. My favorite part is how family oriented this Futbol team is and the stadium really accommodates that. They always have the best tailgate parties in the front of the stadium and the best swag. Each game their sponsors have been so generous to give out hats, tote bags, t-shirts,etc. We always have the best time at this stadium and can not wait for the next season!

Yelp
Great family friendly stadium. Was fortunate to see a match between Guatemala and Uruguay. Crowd was very loud, mostly stomping their feet, cheering and just having a good time. From my gathering most of the crowd was from Guatemala. Another observation was that everything was in Spanish, from commentary, to directions, to parking staff and the ushering. Overall had a wonderful time.

Yelp
Customer service and staff friendliness is lacking. Many of the staff that operate the stadium are just not nice nor friendly. It was in unwelcoming experience after traveling fro out of town to attend to a friendly soccer match. No desire to come back. The stadium is itself a non modern temporary structure without comfort or great facilities which would not be a problem if at least you could have a good experience when attending a sport event. It was not the case. I wish them good luck for the new stadium, train your hospitality staff better!

Yelp
love the ambiance! it was like one big party with amazing food and vibes. it's super small for the amount of tourists and locals. seats are also kinda odd and not really organized but it is what it is!
