The Best London Restaurant Dishes and Menus of 2022 | Eater London

"A place that unexpectedly delivered a superb karahi gosht, providing real pleasure after a long wait and proving its worth as a destination for Pakistani-style braised meat dishes." - Adam Coghlan

The Best Restaurant Dishes in London, December 2022 | Eater London

"A family‑run Pakistani spot where the Chapli sizzler burger channels childhood nostalgia — a sliced chicken chapli topped with a slightly softened cheese slice and a yielding, disintegrating bun for that messy, satisfying bite — and the rest of the menu leans into homely, wedding‑style cooking (notably a comforting lamb karahi), with paratha recommended as an essential accompaniment." - Sean Wyer

We ordered for takeaway Mixed grill, Lamb Biriyani, Chicken Biriyanis, Chapli kebabs (amazing!), Aloo tikkis, Pakoras, Samosa chaat, Daals and Chicken curry. The food was superb, though the chicken curry was less of a fave. The rest of the food were absolutely amazing! The brother was so honest, and even tried to discourage me from over-ordering, who is this honest these days? Everything tasted like something from a mother’s hand, with love. We were so impressed and no doubt will order from here again. The highlight, however was the customer service. The brother helped my husband carry everything to the car, and we are so appreciative the level of care and kindness he offered. No doubt, we would recommend here. Just pure, honest and ethical business. May Allah swt bless you all and your business with abundant barakah, Ameen

Tried this place 1st time and can’t praise this place enough. The decor and ambience was very nice and elegant. Went in for street food snacks (Samosa chaat, lamb kebab roll and mango lassi). Must say the food was delicious and authentic taste. Finished every last bit (Check the last photo for evidence lol) The price was very reasonable and definitely worth the price. We will be back again soon! Thanks again 😊

Visited Chaskaas in Bethnal Green and was genuinely impressed. I ordered the chapli kebab, a vegetable samosa, and the half peri chicken with rice. The owner recommended the chapli kebab, freshly made by his mother, and it was easily the highlight—full of flavour, aromatic spices, and a proper handmade touch. The chicken was succulent and well-seasoned, and even the samosa was crisp and satisfying. Warm service, authentic food, and real care behind what they serve. Definitely worth a visit.
