"The Tulsi & Pearls is an earthy, savory cocktail that blends elements of a dirty martini with a caprese salad. Created by Ruth Reynolds from kitchen ingredients, it uses tomato water built on a reishi mushroom base seasoned with Himalayan salt and pepper, local Tulsi gin distilled in Decatur, and is garnished with mozzarella pearls and basil picked daily from the on-site garden." - Allison Ramirez
