"This 17C ‘Grand Siècle’ edifice and its Second Empire-inspired Winter Garden are the quintessence of style. The fashionably modern recipes are paired with an impressive wine list. We tasted lightly seared foie gras; guinea fowl from “L’Ourcq” farm, cooked two ways, with confit of leeks, morels and a champagne sauce and confit of rhubarb and Kayambe ivory chocolate to finish. The good life!" - Michelin Inspector

I had an exceptional holiday. I spent 4 nights here, and enjoyed the restaurant every night. The staff is warm, friendly, professional, and well trained. The property is stunning. The chef and the restaurant make this a required food destination for those who want a memorable culinary experience. This has been one of the most delightful and enjoyable trips I have taken. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff, who made me feel at home from the start.

Absolute treasure! We came to the Chateau de Courcelles on a girls trip to celebrate our friend’s birthday. The chateau is about an hour outside of Paris and idyllically situated between Reims and Soissons (easy train access) on beautiful grounds which took our breath away. The real stars were Sam, who greeted us with a welcome drink upon check in and gave us a tour of the grounds. We felt right at home instantly! At dinner and the next day for a champagne tour of the chateau’s cellar, Clement really elevated our whole stay!! His attention to detail, hospitality, and knowledge of the region was unparalleled to any experience we had thus far if our time in the region. We hope to visit again just so we can learn even more from Clement! The whole staff and the level of incredible service provided is reason enough to visit, we can’t wait to be back again soon. Merci for everything!

On a trip to France with my best friends, we decided to go on an excursion from Paris to visit the Champagne region for a night. We happened upon Château de Corcelles, and it was absolutely the best stay of anywhere I’ve ever been. We felt so taken care of in every aspect of our stay, from the warm cider greeting, and tour of the remarkable property, cozy beds with beautifully designed rooms, incredible food (top top top), tour of the champagne cellar and tasting, a special birthday surprise of song and dessert (I was there celebrating my birthday), I cannot say enough about this dream of a place and cannot wait to come back again. Thank you, Clement and Sam and all of the Château de Corcelles staff, your service is comparable to none.

We stopped at this hotel on the way home from the Alps. It was a tremendous find. Delightful well equipped and beautifully decorated bedroom. The hotel grounds are lovely and all the staff excellent. We had a superb dinner accompanied by lovely wine.

Please find anywhere else to stay but here. Very rude manager who completely ignored the issues we had. There was no wifi in our suite, dinner took 3 hours! the toilet broke to name but a few problems. Having spent €3,000 for one overnight stay and reporting my problems on checkout the manager couldn’t even bring himself to complement breakfast, no apology and even blamed me for dinner saying we’d booked late. No regard for whether we’d had a good stay or would return. Just didn’t care.

Yelp
A very special place in a tiny village in the French countryside. You basically have your run of a 17th c. chateau for however long you stay, which is pretty awesome. Manicured grounds to stroll, rooms in period style, and a great home-base for exploring the many tiny villages and small cities in this beautiful part of France. In fact, you can just drive in and out as you please - no valet and free parking right out front. Staff are very friendly and helpful, but unobtrusive. Meals are an experience - a sort of length and formality not seen in the US, but if you have the time to relax and unplug, it's a beautiful setting. Our room was surprisingly functional though - great Wi-Fi that we were able to use on Zoom calls, nice bathroom, comfortable bed. Quirky property, but we really enjoyed ourselves!

Yelp
This is a very nice chateau 1:30 mnts driving from Paris. The restaurant etoilé is really good with a lot of selection "fish, scallops, beef, fois gras ... etc". The reception gives you the feeling that you're at home which is not really the case in many other places in France. Make sure that the weather is great and spend a whole day here and why not a night in one of the château's beautiful room

Yelp
Lovely tranquil setting. Chateau is quite a small one but still imposing! Similar to a country house but with the thick walks, very French decor and garden. Staff very helpful. We wanted a cup of tea on arrival very British and they were very obliging! They also supplied us with some decent mountain bikes and a map which enabled a 25 km (1 hr 30) ride around the local lanes. Fantastic! Outdoor pool and tennis court left untested since we visited in October. Good food and friendly staff. Would return.
