My mom, sister and I came here for 3 nights as a second part of our south of France trip. It was a wonderful experience overall. The service was exceptional, the hotel absolutely stunning, and the location was great with a cute town to walk around and nice restaurants to visit close by. I will definitely be back and I recommend this hotel to everyone! The hotel is very accommodating on helping with dinner reservations but we did find they need to be made well in advance so reach out to them ahead of time.

The hotel is very nice, by the sea. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast correct, but, one morning with a staple inside granola. You servants at the breakfast were very and polite. Swimming pool without any service at all, during 2 days, towels finished nobody came to replace them. We had a bell by the chair, but was fake...AS boy can in the picture the room was not done at 6.30 pm, even after calling the reception at 3pm|When you pay 1100 euros per day, in a hotel with a private beach it doesn't make any sense to pay 55 euros per person to go to the beach and a beach. This is called scamm. The same for the car park 50 euros a day. |This people don't know how to handle a luxury hotel. Don t go

This hotel was perfection. The rooms were thoughtfully designed with high end finishes, the property was well kept and clean, the gardens were magnificent and made the grounds smell so fragrant. The staff were courteous, prompt and extremely helpful. The spa was very nice and the beach club just below the hotel was very close and made for the perfect day in the sun. We will definitely go back someday!

Absolutely gorgeous property. Great breakfast and lovely staff in the bar. Now for the rest; atrocious welcoming staff, beach is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays which hardly makes this a 5star property with a private beach. No service at the pool (you have to personally walk to the main building to order - again not 5star worthy). Finally check which room you book - they advertise an entire category as room 19 (the one looking at the tower with the tub) but you might not get that room as happened to us even if we paid quite a bit more to have exactly that room. Now in conclusion Theoule is a gem on the French Cote D’Azur and the chateau has been so beautifully renovated but the experience and hospitality falls significantly short of a five star hotel.

Lovely location , nice hotel unfortunately we had no wifi in our room and therefore no TV for the duration of our stay (4 days ) ) and the only person that seemed willing to help us was the night porter. |We had no updates from the main staff and they seemed unwilling to rectify the situation. Whenever we mentioned it they just glossed over it .! |We were also put in a room with no terrace to start with although we had specifically booked one . This they did rectify but only because we were adamant !|Nice hotel , poor customer service !

The Château de Théoule is a beautiful beach-side property with exceptionally attentive staff. Everything from their spa, greenery, rooms, pool and restaurants were beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean.

Full disclosure first - the hotel were a week from shuttering for the winter and gave us an upgrade (without being asked) to the absolutely awesome Suite Millesime on the top of the port side of the castle, they also allowed us to check in early and did a wonderful job of making our arrival feel 5 star, despite the rubbish weather. Accordingly, they got quite a few points right off the bat!||The setting is beautiful; the location is magical - in a lovely sheltered cove with its own small marina and beach and with a little village just behind with enough local restaurants and bars to keep you local if you don’t fancy the 5 min cab to the slightly busier La Napoule or the 20 mins to Cannes (we did both - all very easy).||The room was magnificent - larger than my last flat with a balcony overlooking the marina, a dressing room, massive bathroom, and all absolutely beautifully restored and decorated. The giant double daybed almost came home in my suitcase! Room service was super quick and friendly. They needed a little prompting to service the room out of normal hours but it didn’t materially alter the experience. My other half visited a couple of other room types and said that each one was delightful, and well thought out according to size.||All of the hotel’s food and beverage offerings were incredibly high quality.. the food and staff at Mareluna were out of this world and worth eating there at least once (if the crab is on have it!!). The cocktail barmen were excellent and very friendly, as were the beach restaurant staff. The beach is very cute with great service and food at the foot of the castle’s walls - all very relaxed. ||There are places to sit and relax all over this magical property and a four day break felt like we were transported somewhere else (somewhere much more beautiful and blissfully chilled).||I don’t really have much constructive criticism - a couple of the front desk staff need a bit more training, they are still finding their feet - and the fact that taxis can’t drive in to the castle walls and you have to meet them on the street doesn’t feel very 5 star but is a minor wrinkle rather than anything that alters my desire to return immediately… I’ve already started planning our next trip (and checking out their other similarly designed hotels)…||Well played Théoule!

Great stay at this property! The team has been very attentive and friendly. The Panoramic Suite is definitely worth having a look at :)
