"The Estoublon estate is pure magic. Carla Bruni-Sarkozy and Nicolas Sarkozy fell in love with the place upon their first visit. Chateau d'Estoublon was already renowned for its exceptional olive oils and its magnificent castle. Jean-Guillaume Prats, one of the most knowledgeable executives in the wine industry, saw the potential for this property and had the idea of creating a new rosé brand." - Edward Barsamian

"A majestic cypress-lined path leads you to this historic 15th-century Provençal castle surrounded by a sprawling agricultural estate of vines and olive groves. The opulently restored 22-room Château d’Estoublon, a new addition to the Airelles luxury properties, is an extremely upscale option for private celebrations among friends and family, with full hotel services." - Lanie Goodman

As a photographer, I had the immense pleasure of visiting this luxury château for the second time this September. The elegance and refinement of this place blend seamlessly with its rich historical atmosphere. Each room, with its impeccable architectural details and sumptuous decor, offers a unique and enchanting setting, perfect for capturing timeless moments. The beautifully maintained gardens and stunning panoramic views add an extra touch of magic to the experience. A true gem for lovers of exceptional locations, I highly recommend it!

Had visited before but couldn’t stay for lunch. This time we booked in the time and it didn’t disappoint! Lunch under the large central tree was a very nice setting for some superb entree, main and dessert, plus very nice and reasonably priced wine from the chateau. However a bit disappointed that the only sparkling was champagne with many other sparkling available from France (eg. Provence or Alsace) and our main waiter (Charlie) didn’t even offer aperitif before the meal (which is pretty standard in France). We like champagne and don’t mind paying for it but some other options would be nice. Overall the food options and quality were excellent but its the location that really makes it. Service was mixed but had worse so relaxed on a Saturday as the staff should be.. there was two of us with a glass of champagne, 3 courses each and one glass of wine to finish (with cheese) it was €216 so not crazy but expected. Definitely worth a visit if closeby for lunch.

We visited the Chateau grounds and shop. Beautiful throughout. The wine is incredible and the Basil infused Olive oil is off the scale delicious.

Hired bikes from our hotel and booked lunch. What a beautiful place. Food was fantastic, as was the service.

It had an amazing atmosphere! But we could not go to see the front of the chateau, so be sure it is open when going (also the same for the restaurant)... But I would definitely go again just to see the boutique where you can buy local olive oil, wine and other stuff😍

Came here during winter, the employees were super friendly, offered me a free wine tasting. The domain is beautiful, it's a place where you can feel in peace. Would definitely come back when the restaurant will be open again
