Carla Bruni-Sarkozy’s Paris is Chic, Delicious, and Soulful

"The Estoublon estate is pure magic. Carla Bruni-Sarkozy and Nicolas Sarkozy fell in love with the place upon their first visit. Chateau d'Estoublon was already renowned for its exceptional olive oils and its magnificent castle. Jean-Guillaume Prats, one of the most knowledgeable executives in the wine industry, saw the potential for this property and had the idea of creating a new rosé brand." - Edward Barsamian

The 6 Best New Hotels in France of 2021 - AFAR

"Approached via a majestic cypress‑lined drive, this opulently restored 15th‑century Provençal castle sits within a sprawling agricultural estate of vines and olive groves and functions as an ultra‑luxury option for private celebrations, available as a full rental for large groups. The property offers richly appointed bedrooms with romantic four-posters and rare antiques, a heated pool, fitness studio, movie lounge and a 96‑acre olive orchard to explore, while on-site dining and the adjacent La Table d’Estoublon serve regional specialties (including a signature bouillabaisse) alongside special offerings such as weekly Japanese barbecue buffets and a celebrated chocolate mousse by pastry chef Christophe Michalak, paired with the estate’s expressive rosé." - Lanie Goodman

Attended a wedding here and it was just so beautiful. We had a few events and each was wonderful. My kids were staying here and we experienced the rooms and service and it was amazing. Really exceptional property

Heloise was so kind and very generous to show us around the shop. It was the best experience we’ve ever had at any winery! She even told us where to visit around Avignon as well. We have brought d wine, olive oil and vinegar from the store back home which we are very excited about. It was such a stunning Chateau - hopefully we can return and visit one day!

An unforgettable wine tasting in the heart of Provence! The setting at Château d’Estoublon is breathtaking surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, it feels like stepping into a dream. The wines were outstanding, especially the rosé and reds, and the staff was warm and professional. A special thank you to Miss Lopez, our guide, who was absolutely amazing knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate. She brought the entire experience to life. We also sampled their award-winning olive oils, which added an extra layer of flavor and authenticity. Elegant, relaxed, and deeply rooted in tradition this is a must-visit for any wine lover exploring the region!

Amazing property, a must visit if you are in the area. The owner picked it up as a ruin, and now after all the restoration it is truly a magnificent piece shoning with splendor. The restaurant is top notch, a number of small food and clothes boutoques on the property, too. Aparantely, wset classes are also available upon request.

Everything you could wish for in the South of France. Fresh Rose & abundant ambience. We have been 3 times. Once on a wine tour with Francois before the stunning renovations...encroyable!! then on our own for wine & olive oil tasting with lunch en terrase under the lovely tree. simply beautiful. Of course we took home a bottle of Rose blood as it is the perfect foil with a charcuterie later in the day. We will be going back in a month and we cannot wait.

We went to the Chateau d’Estoublon for a wine testing and left with a bunch of wine and olive oil! The restaurant was also very good, if you’re in the area, I encourage you to visit!
