Edit: I would like to thank Sonny and Lauren for making this situation right. After posting my original review, they reached out to ensure that the situation was squared away, so we can start anew. Not only did they handle the circumstances with professionalism, they also made sure we received our original drink order, free of charge, after refunding the incorrect drink. I am happy they gave us a chance to tell our side of the sorry and use the situation as a learning moment for the crew. My husband and I are now planning to return, continuing to support the small business we’ve loved for years.
Original: This place has significantly gone down hill since the last time I visited. Stopped by today and was not once recognized by either of the girls behind the counter. After standing at the counter for several minutes waiting for my order to be taken, I gave up and used the kiosk. Another 15 minute wait after ordering and they called out my order name, but the drink was not at all what was ordered. When my husband asked for a refund on the incorrect drink, one of the girls got nasty with us saying that they were in the middle of a rush and the incorrect drink wasn’t her problem because that’s what was on the screen. Super disappointed in how we were treated. We used to love this place but will no longer be returning.
