"With dining on 3 levels and bifold doors leading onto a small terrace, you can sit somewhere different every time you come. The experienced owner and 3 chefs represent the North, East, South and West of India. Generously proportioned, original dishes are authentically spiced and burst with flavour." - Michelin Inspector

We visited Chatora as a family of four—two adults and two kids—and had a fantastic experience. From the warm welcome to the relaxed, stylish setting, everything made us feel right at home. The food was excellent, and the lamb kebab was the clear standout—tender, flavorful, and beautifully grilled. It came with delicious sides and was a hit with both adults. The kids also enjoyed their meals, which were thoughtfully prepared and perfect for younger diners. Service was friendly and attentive, with staff who were great with the kids and happy to offer recommendations. The atmosphere was ideal for a relaxed family evening—elegant but never stuffy. Special thanks to Sahil, Sabina, Leticia and the team for an outstanding hospitality. We left full and happy, already planning our next visit. Highly recommended for families and anyone who appreciates quality food and warm hospitality!

We came here for dinner via the Fork. Place is close to Richmond station with free parking nearby after 4:30pm. We got the poppadum. We had the pani puri, sheekh kebab and paneer tikka. All were great with a kick to it. For the main we got Lamb saag and chicken curry with naan and rice. The food was quite spicy and flavourful. Bill was around £55 which is reasonable.

We were meant to go to London for an Indian dinner, and the underground and the SW trains were all cancelled. I had previously passed this restaurant, and we decided to give it a try. What a fantastic find. The flavours of the food were outstanding, from the starter to the main course and the butter naan. The cherry on top was the service, which was friendly, kind and informative. The wine by the glass was of good quality, and it was lovely to sit outdoors with a good breeze during the heatwave. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Nice cozy spot! I traveled from the hotel near the airport because of reviews and it was worth it! Staff was really nice and welcoming. The lamb shank Rogan Josh!! Chef kiss! I had it with pulao rice and garlic naan. Paired well with my hibiscus cocktail. Great service.

Nice place, restaurant was busy when we got there so service was a bit slow. The host wasn’t as pleasant as one would hope but the place was nice for a date night. I am used to spice and flavours in my food, of all the dishes we ordered, the chicken biryani would probably be the best thing and that was lacking spice. Nevertheless, it was a nice place, food was ok, would I go there again.. not sure

Recently dined at this vibrant restaurant, and the lively atmosphere immediately caught our attention. The place was bustling with people, creating a lively buzz. The owner, who was remarkably friendly, engaged us in a pleasant chat, adding a personal touch to our dining experience. Opting for the bottomless brunch, we were surprised to learn it doesn't happen on rugby days. Nonetheless, it gives us a perfect reason to return for another delightful experience. The food was a true highlight. We started with Papad basket which came with three delicious chutneys. Our starter Tandoori Phool was a burst of unique flavors, unlike anything I've tasted before. My other half savored the chicken biryani, expressing his delight. As a vegetarian, I tried the Artichoke- asparagus biryani, a dish I had never experienced before. To say it was extraordinarily delicious would be an understatement. The drinks complemented the meal perfectly (though my Mango turmeric tango cocktail lacked Mango flavour it was more turmericy) , rounding off a delightful dining experience. Despite the rugby day hiccup, the delicious food, friendly owner, and lively ambiance make it a place we're eager to revisit. Highly recommended for those seeking a combination of delectable cuisine and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. 🍽️🥂 #DiningDelight
