The New Atlanta Restaurant Openings You Should Know About

"We're fans of the original spot on Howell Mill, so we're happy that Cultivate is taking their halal, vegan-friendly, and gluten-free breakfast options to more parts of the city. This new location adds another daily brunch option to The Battery. " - nina reeder, juli horsford

"The Northside's Best Kept Secret You can't see this coffee shop from the street, as it's located at Walton on the Chattahoochee apartment complex, but buzz in and say "coffee" and they'll let you in. Only open to non-residents during the week, Chattahoochee Coffee Company stays busy with a steady influx of in-the-know locals. They're not open to the public on weekends to make themselves available to residents and parking is scarce most days either way. But once you've reached suburban coffee nirvana, you'll want to stay. They serve Counter Culture coffee and Rishi Tea with pastries and smoothies. There's plenty of seating, both inside and outside, and access to plugs and free WiFi. They also have computers for use. Grab your beverage of choice and walk down to the benches next to the river."

This Walton property has given emphasis and space for some of the best coffee ☕️ in Atlanta to set the tone and backdrop for an incredible experience offering a place to plan, think, read, do a devotional, etc. lots of history of people and place here at this amazing complex on the Chattahoochee River. 🪶🦉🤝🐸🐺 Beth with Walton Properties (who also works with us) hosted us with excellence as we worked on planning details of one of our ministries. The sites, service and seating make this, literally the best coffee shop environment in the city. They have changed their policies and you now need a parking pass in order to visit. I’m told they also have the option of paying a monthly fee to essentially become a member yet you still have to pay parking. Overall, just an absolutely epic environment, and well worth a visit 💯👏🏽🐺

Great place for a GOOD coffee and a view! 🤩 Amazing atmosphere, great service and many options for drinks and pastries. Also, they have a Venezuelan breakfast and lunch Menu 🇻🇪 with Gluten free options. A big plus, they have options for non-dairy milk. They have a lot of sits and tables indoor and outdoors. Parking fee is minimum and it completely worth it!!

Been coming here for a couple years now & have never had a bad experience! The coffee is always perfect and the Venezuelan snacks are amazing! They recently transitioned to “membership only” access & it is definitely worth getting! Cozy spot to get work done & a beautiful view of the Chattahoochee river!

Does coffee and pastries by the Chattahoochee river sound nice? Chattahoochee Coffee Company is the perfect place to go for coffee and pastries! This coffee shop has plenty of seats inside with views of the river. They also have chairs next to the river so that you can sip on coffee and take in the views. This coffee shop is a "must-visit" in the area if you are looking for coffee with great views or a spot to work remote.

Google
I had the opportunity to visit this beautiful location recently, and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was great as well as the views from outside. There are seats along the River for a calm and picturesque experience as well as plenty of indoor seating if the weather isn’t comfortable. There are decent food items as well, and the coffee was great. Keep in mind, this is in a gated community so you will need an entry code to be able to access the coffee shop. You will also have to pay for parking as well.

Chattahoochee Coffee Company Riverside is more than just a coffee shop; it holds a special place in my heart as a part of my life’s story. The coffee here is rich and full-bodied, offering a comforting warmth with every sip. But the true charm of this place lies in its location. Sitting by the serene Chattahoochee River, surrounded by nature’s beauty, it offers a private space where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and the tranquility of the outdoors. On one beautiful spring morning, my husband and I shared a precious date here. Walking along the riverbank, basking in the warm sunlight, and breathing in the fresh air while sharing stories—those moments will forever be etched in my heart. Nature, love, and delicious coffee came together to create a memory that I will cherish forever. This place isn’t just for enjoying a cup of coffee; it’s the perfect spot to heal your soul and share special moments with a loved one. Chattahoochee Coffee Company Riverside, every moment spent there will never be forgotten.

UPDATE: even though I had an amazing experience visiting this place and highly rated it, I’m disappointed on the $15 membership and then having to pay $5 for the parking when you visit. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back nor believe will continue to recommend to visit the place regularly; maybe once in a lifetime now just to have the experience. I wish them all the best. OLD REVIEW: I visited this place and had a good and relaxing time every time. The staff is very kind, patient, and friendly. The places is very clean and well decorated. It has a beautiful view of the Chattahoochee river so you can also take nice pictures. You can visit with family, friends, have a date, or do some work. They also have different options for coffee and tea, as well as alternatives for regular milk.

Very peaceful place to have an evening walk with the beautiful view of Chattahoochee river and a coffee in hand. The Chattahoochee coffee company is inside the community and it’s always tricky and time taking to figure out how to reach the destination. Everything else is super cool.

Yelp
This Chattahoochee Coffee Company location is truly a hidden gem in Atlanta! If you have the chance to visit on a weekday, you'll find easy access and a peaceful escape from the city. The location is absolutely stunning, with incredible views of the Chattahoochee River and plenty of cozy seating options along the water. The coffee shop itself is beautifully designed--warm, inviting, and aesthetically pleasing, making it a great spot to work, relax, or catch up with friends. Parking is limited due to the small lot, so it's something to keep in mind, but once you're here, the experience more than makes up for it. I'll also add the service is incredible! Whether you're looking for a serene place to enjoy a cup of coffee or just want to take in the natural beauty of the river, this is one of the most comfortable and picturesque spots in Atlanta. Highly recommend stopping by if you ever get the chance!

Yelp
I took a little trip here this afternoon with my boyfriend and his mother. When we got to the entrance, I was a bit confused due to the gate and fact that it just looks like you're pulling into an apartment complex. However, the call box has instructions for the coffee shop. We followed the signs toward the cafe and parked in a spot for paid parking. It was a bit confusing as well so we had to ask the worker at the cafe how to proceed with that since the system had asked us for an apartment number and other info that wasn't applicable to us. It turned out we were just on the wrong section and got it sorted out quickly. As a heads up, we saw a sign that said the coffee shop is only open to residents on Saturdays and Sundays--good thing we decided to come in on a Monday! Ambiance: The coffee shop is clean and cute inside. Unbeatable, however, is the view of the River when you step out back. It's truly incredible. Peaceful, powerful, and breathtaking. 6/5 Food / Drink: We were extra excited to come here because my boyfriend and his mother are both from Venezuela. We got an order of regular tequeños (dough wrapped), tequeños de maíz (corn wrapped), an empanada de queso (cheese empanada), and a raspberry cheese danish. I especially enjoyed the danish and regular tequeños. The corn tequeños were okay but not as good as the dough ones. I'm still glad we tried them though! The empanada was just okay too. Dipping the tequeños in the salsa verde was like heaven. I could drink that sauce. Next time, I'd continue to get the tequeños as well as try more of their pastries! For my drink, I got the seasonal brown sugar shaken latte. I absolutely loved it! It had the perfect touch of sweetness and creaminess that paired well with the espresso. 4/5 Service: Everyone behind the counter was friendly and welcoming. They answered all of our questions, had great recommendations, and had beautiful smiles. 5/5 We enjoyed our experience here and can't wait to be back! 5/5

Yelp
This spot is located inside of the apartment complex of The Eddy. It was an equal meeting location for a coworker and I. We got there around 9:40 AM to catch up and talk about lesson plans. It wasn't too busy. There were people coming in and out to place orders. I had the cheese danish and a hot Chai Latte. The latte wasn't overly sweet and once warmed, the danish complimented it well. There was music in the background but it wasn't too loud. This spot is honestly hidden so unless you HAVE to go back there, you will miss it. Honestly, I'm sure there are other options to grab a latte and a danish.

Yelp
Nestled in the backside of some pretty sweet apartments is this hidden gem. I absolutely LOVE going here to drink the newest blends for whichever the season is and sitting by the river enjoying nature. The atmosphere here is amazing. I cannot ignore that it's one of the most peaceful places to relax, unwind, journal, walk your dog, bring the family, or just you and your guitar. The service of the staff is remarkable. Fast and prompt super efficient. Everyone there is so nice and friendly. I love love love their empanadas and I love their lattes as well. I have to make it my business to start going more often because who needs a Starbucks when you have a CHATTAHOOCHEE COFFEE COMPANY??!

Yelp
I went to the shop to discuss some work. It was such a beautiful shop along the river. We sat inside and ordered our iced Lavender Matcha latte with oat milk. It was a little busy so it took a while but they were so kind and apologetic. It was good quality Matcha but the lavender flavor was not strong. I appreciate the seating options and the inspirational views. I ended up finishing my drink on the balcony overlooking the river. I will definitely add here as another WFM location. I would only tell you that the outlets are not available in the tables in the middle of the room but I was good since I had a charged battery.

Yelp
It was a bit confusing getting to the coffee shop but once realizing it was in a gated apartment complex and getting to the right gate the instructions were easy. It's a cute coffee shop, ambiance was peaceful, the view from the t was perfect. The service was great, everyone was very kind! The coffee I had was good! :)

Yelp
Nice views and they make a good cappuccino. It is inside a gated, access controlled apartment complex and make sure to park in the designated area.

Yelp
Everything was so good. The views are outstanding to start with. It's so peaceful. It's hard to get through the gate as it's not always working. Everything was delicious. Will definitely be back

Yelp
Already planned my next visit! Wow, what a stunning view this little coffee shop offers! I was truly blown away by the beauty in person. They offer a ton of indoor/outdoor seating with two levels including porch seating on both the top and bottom. Every outdoor table has a dedicated double outlet which is super convenient. The porch is also filled with gorgeous flower baskets that only add to the overall beauty. The coffee menu is small, but they do offer matcha and loose leaf tea for my other non-coffee drinkers as well as pastries and food items catered in fresh daily from H&F Bread and Ratio Bakeshop. The matcha latte was really delicious and they do offer dairy-free options for milk and flavored syrups made in-house; I went with the lavender. I also love that they donate at least 10% of their annual revenue to non-profit organizations and charities. One thing to note is that parking is quite limited, and the entrance can throw you off. You basically enter in through a large apartment complex. There is a gate and a code, but there's a sticker on the gate box that gives you the coffee shop code for entrance. However, it won't work if they are already at capacity. You also have to pay for parking. There are signs in the designated parking lot for the coffee shop that have a QR code for scanning where you enter in your car's tag and provide payment per hour. It's a 2 hour max, and comes to $5. Excited to visit all summer long and enjoy the sunshine and views right on the Chattahoochee River.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this coffee shop for a while and finally found an opportunity to go. It's located in an apartment complex, but thankfully there was a gate code to enter for the coffee shop. They have paid parking for guests, but the first 30 minutes were free. It was a steady crowd when I arrived and picked up as I waited for my coffee. The owner seemed to know some of the frequent customers by name, which seemed personable. They offer some food and drink options, but I just opted for the iced caramel mocha with oat milk. It was pretty good, but not a lot. I was done by the time I made it to my destination. There was indoor and outdoor seating, so plenty of places to sit. If you're in the area, make sure to check them out!

Parth S.

Yelp
I recently stumbled upon this place, and it's fantastic! The small coffee shop offers superb views and plenty of seating. Located within an apartment complex, it's clearly a staple in the community. I can imagine the neighbors might get frustrated having to wait in line, but it's no wonder--this spot is a hidden gem. The staff is genuinely kind, even when they're a bit rushed trying to keep up with the steady flow of business in such a tight working area. The drinks we've tried have been spot on, and the view and atmosphere only enhance the magic this place provides for its guests. Though parking is restricted to first come, first served and limited to two hours, it's still a great place to work if you can get through the gate. If the spots fill up, they restrict gate access, and you're out.

Yelp
I used to love this place. Went there multiple times a week for several years. I then moved to West Midtown, about 15 minutes from the coffee house. As a result, I haven't been back in a year or so. I decided to drop by today, as I was close and thought it would be nice to be back in this special place. There is now paid parking. Ok, I understand. Things change. I paid $3.00 for an hour. On my way out, I bumped into an old friend and we caught up for 19 minutes, causing me to be 15 minutes late for my parking spot. Zero grace. I got a ticket, with no warning. To top it off, the ticket is in the form of extensive sticker. Now I have gooey glue/paper on my window (see pic) that is going to take at least a half-hour to clean up. For a place that used to be known for its hospitality, Chattahoochee Coffee Company has lost its way. Very disappointed in you guys.

Narges P.

Yelp
Found out this place in tiktok and went to see how is the vibe is everyone talking about, unfortunately we couldn't get it from the gate, it was so stressful because we waited almost an hour to get in cause it's inside the apartment complex, and they don't have enough parking spot that's why you need to wait till parking spots opens up. But once you get in, it's totally different view, coffees are normal, not much of the desert option. I just like the view, get your coffee and sit by the river, and enjoy your coffee

Emma B.

Yelp
The sweetest couple ever owns this coffee company! The best empanadas I've ever had! And you have to get the chocolate hazelnut croissant! I also got the iced lavender Matcha latte and it was delicious. Beautiful views of the water and a quiet peaceful place to get some work done or meet with a friend. I just love this coffee shop and I can't wait to go back again! Be aware that you can only be here for a max of two hours due to parking.
google avatar

Mikequita H.

Yelp
Where has this place been all my life. Talk about a nice cozy cute spot with great coffee. You cannot beat the scenery this place offers. The service was impeccable. Even with several people there I felt like the only one. Parking is limited and they are closed to non residents on the weekends. So one weekday treat yourself to a visit.
google avatar

Riki L.

Yelp
What a hidden gem. I wish I had discovered this place sooner. Run by a couple, they have set up a coffee shop in a gated community (on the 2nd floor). It is open to the public Mon-Fri. On the weekends you are out of luck, as it's only open to the residences You will have to pay for parking (first 30 min is free)! They offer some Venezuelan food. I got the cheese bun which was very good, esp with their sauce! The vanilla latte was good as well. Have patience, as the day I went there they can be slammed and only one barista. But the gentlemen running the register was friendly and kept apologizing for the wait But let's talk about what makes this place special, after you have gotten your coffee you can walk outside and find various places on the bank you can sit at. The woman who started the coffee shop was brilliant.. Only residence dogs are allowed on the property. Any days off I manage to get that aren't on the weekend I'm going to come back.
google avatar

Sarah Marie C.

Yelp
In a gated community. Gates were open but there's only paid parking and every spot was taken. Seems like it's just for residents.
google avatar

Ada S.

Yelp
Drawing you in with expansive views of the river, this charming coffee shop doesn't fail to deliver. Friendly and helpful staff serve up well crafted drinks with seasonal options paired with traditional cafe food options. However, the real X factor is their menu of Venezuelan options. Our barista steered us in the perfect direction and we ordered the beef empanada and ham and cheese bun. The empanada was loaded with juicy beef and the shell was crisp, slightly sweet and paired amazingly with their house-made cilantro salsa verde. With plenty of seating and tables, this is a great place to work while you take in the scenery or just to relax and enjoy the day.
google avatar

Bruce K.

Yelp
Taking a day off from work, as this place was only open on weekdays for the public, we decided to come here to check out this coffee company. When we got there we were a bit confused on how to get in the gated community. The gates have instructions to get in, but you can only enter from the apartment side. In addition, they are currently in renovation mode and they are slated to be opened back on May 7th. So indoor seating and their whole inside is not open. They do have a mobile center for serving coffee and some pastries, but we didn't try their pastries. Their coffee was good, I didn't get what I wanted as they were low on supplies. The main reason this place is popular is the view. What a view. To sip on some coffee and just hang out watching the river can be a huge draw. The residents here for sure take advantage of that, I'm sure. For the public, even that is a draw to come by and park here (you have to pay for parking) and stroll around. That being said, if you're bringing kids or a stroller, it's not a stroller friendly area. If you're in a wheelchair, probably even worse than strollers. But overall it's still pretty if you just have to learn how to navigate the area. My experience was okay, just because they were under renovation and I didn't get to experience everything in the store and all. It doesn't look like I'll have another chance of coming here unless I take off from work or possibly come on an obscure holiday. Otherwise, if you do live here, you already know about this place. If you work non-traditional hours/days then Chattahoochee Coffee Company should be a place to visit and enjoy the view and give you a chance to escape the city.
google avatar

Leslie T.

Yelp
**This review is mostly a warning.** This coffee shop is located in an apartment community, so it is a challenge getting through the gate if you don't actually live there. When I got close to the entrance, there were cars lined up into the Main Street because they all had no residential access and were probably waiting to trail someone in. There are two gates, and by luck, the gate I sat at raised for me at the same time someone scanned their fob. Unfortunately, I never made it inside. There is designated parking for the coffee shop. If I could guess, it's a section of about 20 spots - they were all taken. All of the other spots around the area were for residents only and if there was no parking pass in your window you would possibly get towed or a ticket. I didn't want to risk this so I drove around a couple of times trying to catch someone leaving, but to no avail. I'm sure it's a lovely place but If you decide to come to this coffee shop just be prepared to spend some extra time entering the property and finding parking.
google avatar

Kelly L.

Yelp
I came here for a coffee meeting with a new friend, and parking was easy (street, tons of availability), and I was immediately intrigued by the open, airy feel of the space. There's ample seating, and the coffee flavor was expansive and my iced latte was great. I loved the music, and the overall vibe of the coffee shop, and I enjoyed how warm the service was. I definitely want to return, I noticed there was a lot of construction in the area.
google avatar

Vanessa N.

Yelp
A speakeasy for coffee with limited availability. We were unable to get the full experience as we came here right during renovations. We had options from a limited menu at the mobile station. The drinks were average (maybe since we didn't get the full experience) but you are here for the view. Parking was max 2 hours and you have to pay. It took a while to get the order line moving as only one person was working (and he loved to have conversations with customers).

Chelsea G.

Yelp
The ambiance was great! The coffee was delicious and the service was amazing. To top it off, the pastry was also delicious. There was some construction going but it didn't interfere with the experience too much as signage was posted for easy navigation. There is a small parking fee & I hear it's typically crowded but that shouldn't deter you from checking them out. I went on a Thursday morning and received my order promptly. Plus, there was plenty of indoor/outdoor space to enjoy. Also, the bathroom was very clean and welcoming. Will definitely visit again!
google avatar

Briana S.

Yelp
Great coffee and matcha. I like to get matcha with lavender. This time I tried the Decaf iced coffee, with oat milk and lavender. You can stay inside the cafe or you can seat yourself outside alongside the river. This is located inside of an apartment community, so you do have to put in a code to get inside. If there's too many people and you enter the code, you won't be allowed in. Also, you do have to pay for parking. You can pay up to 2hrs.
google avatar

Erika G.

Yelp
I was visiting in the city and this coffee shop came up. Service was amazing. I do think they can have better options for food. I so love the fact that there is a river facing the coffee shop definitely a place where you can relax and unwind
google avatar

Yaz E.

Yelp
Located in a non-descript community, I love this location because it's tucked away out of sight. The large windows surrounding it allow lots of light in and let's you take in the picturesque view. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. The location can sometimes get crowded but for the most part it's a gem of a coffee house. I usually have a pastry, tea, or hot cocoa. I'm not a coffee drinker but I love the ambiance of a quiet place to read a book, work, or just grab and go with little to no distractions.

Yelp
Scenic spot to sightsee and sip coffee. Chattahoochee Coffee Co. is a hidden gem..! Things you should know: I. PARKING An important detail to note is this location is only available to nonresidents on weekdays. You CANNOT enter the gated community on weekends. If the gate is closed when you roll up on a weekday, no worries, ring in and the coffee shop will allow you access. I have heard, however, when the parking lot reaches capacity, the cafe cannot allow guests past the gate..! Luckily, I haven't experienced this. Signs clearly lead you to the designated parking area. Unfortunately, you have to pay for parking ($5); it's not validated. There is also a two hour limit. All being said, it's STILL worth the visit. The cafe has to maintain the beautiful grounds somehow and your parking fee will greatly contribute. II. SERVICE Kind and timely III. QUALITY I can vouch for the cappuccino, here ~ they served mine in a to-go cup so I don't think they do latte art. However, a to-go cup isn't bad because you'll want to go downstairs on a sunny day and walk along the radiant river. You'll notice a stone path to some woods where you can peacefully roam and sip on your drink. IV. CAPACITY Fair amount of available seating for a weekday. You can enjoy the upstairs indoor/outdoor seating. Both have great river views. Or you could go downstairs and find tables/lawn chairs to relax on.
google avatar

Sarah G.

Yelp
My favorite coffee shop! An amazing hidden gem that makes the city and traffic feel a million miles away. They are very serious about the parking rules and will ticket you. Beware!
google avatar

Elissa G.

Yelp
Such a cool hidden gem! The atmosphere is amazing, and the views and nature are gorgeous. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. The only downside is the parking situation- there's only a very few spots and you do have to pay. If you park in non-designated spots, you will get a ticket. It's hard to find and get to (plus only open to the public on weekdays), so it feels almost like a speak-easy. I could have spent all day here.

Caryn H.

Yelp
I'm not sure how to rate this place because I wanted to try it but they are always showing as closed to the public on weekends so I'm not sure how to try it or if there is an issue online with their hours.
google avatar

Ash C.

Yelp
A little confusing to get to, but well worth it. You have to go through the apartment complex and follow the signs for the coffee shop. There is marked parking specifically for Chattahoochee Coffee Co. Be sure to scan the barcode in the parking area to pay for parking. Chattahoochee Coffee Co is located in the apartment complex's leasing office (to the right). They offer pastries, coffees, teas, and smoothies. There is seating inside, outside on the balcony area, or downstairs patio near the River. It's super relaxing to just chill, read a book, or work. The scenery and landscape is sooo beautiful! Oh and the coffee is good too lol. I ordered an iced caramel latte and a hot caramel latte with almond milk.
google avatar

David S.

Yelp
Such an amazing place. The coffee is great and the view is even better. It's not everyday you get to find a place like this so when you do, you leave a 5 star review. All the employees and owners of the coffee shop are very welcoming as well.
google avatar

Ann C.

Yelp
I had no idea this place existed, because it's in an apartment complex. First, the views are absolutely spectacular of the Chattahoochee River. The chai latte is good, and any of the pastries are delicious. The area inside is nice but a little cramped. Outside is the way to go. And this is really close to heirloom BBQ which is also a really great place to eat. Conveniently located near 75 and Windy Hill. And very close to Cumberland Mall. everyone who works here is super friendly and knowledgeable. They make the experience pleasant.
google avatar

Rachael H.

Yelp
Drove here to find out it is not accessible due to being in a gated apartment complex. More so when I called they told me today specifically they are only open for Walton residents...
google avatar

Steve S.

Yelp
This is a cute coffee shop in a beautiful setting overlooking the Chattahoochee River. There is a lot of seating inside and out. They have really delicious homemade empanadas that come with a yummy garlic cilantro sauce. The drinks are really great, and they always greet you with a pleasant smile! 5 stars!

Kaity J.

Yelp
I don't think there's anything I miss more about my time living in the Atlanta metro than quiet mornings or gentle evenings spent at Chattahoochee Coffee Company. When people ask me for recommendations in the area, this spot is always at the top of my list. At first, everyone is confused by the recommendation. "Pull up to the gated apartment complex. Look for the code to the coffee shop on the box. Call it. Tell the barista that answers that you need them to open the gate. Wait until they open the gate. Follow signs to the back of the lot that point towards the coffee house / main office. Walk down the long ramp and enter the tiny little coffee shop." Absolute speakeasy energy. But it's really not until you step outside the back door of the shop, cup of coffee in-hand, that the magic of Chattahoochee Coffee Company really takes over. In fact, it takes most people's breath away in the most literal sense. The river. Holy hell, the river. It's literally right there, and it's grand, and flowing, and tranquil, and scenic. There are trees and rocks and picnic tables and a grassy field and hammocks and rocking chairs and a little trail. There's wifi that is strong enough that you can work on your laptop and one of the tables by the river. Just...yeah. This place is everything.

Yelp
I'm literally obsessed with this hidden gem of a coffee shop. I can't believe I found it a week before I'm moving back to Los Angeles. It is beautifully decorated inside. The owners and staff are warm and friendly. It has a beautiful view of the Chattahoochee River outdoor seating and benches. The only downside is the parking which is five dollars for two hours which is the maximum time limit and there's only limited parking spaces available. Ownership has Venezuelan ties reflected by the Latin playlist and empanadas and other cultural food on the lunch menu.

Yelp
I mean, you just gotta see it to believe it. Vanilla Latte is top tier. With a view at that? Customer service is superb. Very clean bathrooms. Take a moment and come check them out...not all of you at once!

Yelp
My lavender oat matcha was delicious!! And the view is so beautiful. The walk down to the river wasn't exactly stroller friendly and how this is located in the middle of apartment complexes was strange. But I love that there's a little trail to walk and enjoy your bev.

Yelp
Wow. This place has been on my list for a while and it did not disappoint!! I had only seen this was a coffee shop on the river. When I walked in it was a super cute cafe. To my surprise the owner was there and he was taking my order great customer service. I didn't know this place had Venezuelan food which made my visit so much better. The food is great coffee is phenomenal customer service is fantastic and the views are incredible. Definitely coming back here!!

Yelp
I visited Chattahoochee Coffee Company recently and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The ambiance, service, and coffee were all top-notch, deserving a solid 4 out of 5 stars. However, I was a bit disappointed with the croissant I ordered, as it didn't seem as fresh as I had hoped. Despite this minor hiccup, I would still recommend this place for its excellent coffee and welcoming atmosphere.

Yelp
Welcome to one of Atlanta's absolute best kept secrets! This location of the Chattahoochee Coffee Company is within an apartment clubhouse with stunning views of the Chattahoochee river. You have to ask to be buzzed in at the security gate, which gives this place the feel of a speakeasy. Once inside, it's a circuitous drive to the water's edge, and you'll need to pay on app for your parking spot. The coffee shop is for apartment dwellers only on weekends, but outside visitors are welcome on weekdays. They've got croissants and bagels for sale at the front counter and a full menu of espresso drinks. T-shirts and sweatshirts with the coffee shop logo on them are also available. Let's get right to it - the star attraction here is the rejuvenating views of the river (you might see some ducks!) and immaculately maintained campus with many cozy spots to perch, sip your coffee and take in nature.

Yelp
This coffee shop is one of my all time favourites. It is located inside of an apartment complex that is gated so you do need to input a code (that is provided at the gate itself) upon entry. Due to this reason, it's only open to the public (aka non-residents of the apts) during weekdays only. I've been coming here for at least 10 years and back then, parking was free. Today, you do have to pay for parking by scanning the QR code along the designated coffee shop parking spots. It's $5 for 2 hours and that's the maximum that you can stay. In all honesty, I was going to feel it out and not pay at first but I'm so happy I paid because when I was leaving, there was a guy checking very single car's payment and fined multiple cars $25 as a first warning. It's definitely great supporting local coffee shops and buying your coffee and/or pastries here but it's not a requirement coming here! Sometimes I just make my own coffee and bring it with me so that I can enjoy the view while working. The view! It's so relaxing and soothing listening to the sound of the river. There is plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. If you would like to wander the grounds a bit, there is plenty of space to do so. There is also a lot of seating along the actual river.

Yelp
It's more the atmosphere than anything else. The view is killer and the coffee is coffee. The internet was pretty bad, not fast or consistent enough to take a Teams meeting, but that why we all have hot spots these days...

Yelp
Very disappointed as this wasn't open to public on weekends but didn't note this anywhere except a sign when I arrived at the address! Drove 20 min to try this and was not happy!

Yelp
Welcome to my favorite coffee shop in Atlanta. The Chattahoochee Coffee Company at Akers Mills, is not just a cup of coffee - it is an experience. Located on the banks of the Chattahoochee river on the Northwest side (think Braves stadium neighborhood), there is everything to love about this location. Chattahoochee Coffee offers up a wide selection of beverages as well as an assortment of pastries, cookies and gluten-free options. The venue is just charming. This is a great place to show off our beautiful river, while giving an Atlanta "newbie" a great local experience. There are a lot of cozy nooks as well as a wrap around balcony. OR, you can head out to the spacious lawn to sit in a number of spots including right by the river bank. I experienced a lovely day with a visiting friend recently. I highly recommend this location or visit their shop in west mid-town Atlanta. Bottoms up!

Yelp
They are very quick to give you a fine when you exceed your parking time. And the large sticker they put on your car window warning you about that is hell to take off. Sucks to pay an extra $25 for a cup of coffee.

Yelp
Wonderful coffee shop in Atlanta. Found this place when a large group of us went to eat by Akers Mills located very close to Cobb Galleria. Chattahoochee Coffee has a great selection of good coffee and pastries. I will def come back when I will be in the area

Yelp
Trying to find the place inside a condo complex + parking were enough of a pain that we won't be returning. It's crazy how small the parking is & that you have to pay for it & only have a max 2 hour limit. You can't even visit on the weekends. The coffee wasn't memorable enough to deal with that again
