Checkers

Just went to the Checkers on Rancho drive thru, got home about 10 minutes ago. This is what I got for Fully Loaded Fries and 2 regular Cheeseburgers! There's barely any fries which are cold, and burgers cold WITHOUT CHEESE! Just because it's later at night your standards MUST STAY THE SAME AND FRESH!

It has been years since I saw Checkers! I had forgotten how inexpensive they were and how many choices of things they had. We (there were 5 of us) had a burger, wings, fish sandwich, and popcorn chicken with the usual onion rings and fries. I must say the food quality and taste seems to have gotten better than I remember. The food was still greasy but to be expected from fast food. The staff all looked like high schoolers but the place was very clean and efficient.

I've been here multiple times but recently had my worst experience. The cashier was very rude while taking orders and rolled her eyes every time someone went up to her and asked her a question or requested something like a straw or refill for their drink. The staff in the kitchen area were also yelling at each other very loud and I could hear them being rude to the customer in the drive through. Adding also that their dining area isn't always the cleanest and that their restroom could use more cleanings. I only continue to go here as its one of my favorite chain restaurants and its the closest location to me. Had that not been the case, I'd never go back.

Like the food and the prices are good. I really like their waffle cone and it is only $1.49. The fries are great with what ever the special coating is that they use. I usually end up there 2 or 3 times a week.

Since they don't have Checkers where I'm from, we had to try it. Glad we did, but not sure I'd ever want to come back. The employees were nice enough. The food took about ten minutes and was fresh, it just wasn't very good. Their other customers were pretty... rough, and a bit obnoxious.

The manager is very friendly, the food is good for the price using coupons. The lobby was filthy and there was only two customers beside myself. The bathroom smells AWFUL the sewer pipes need to be flushed RIGHT NOW.

I haven't been to a Checkers in about 8 years...there were none near me Now I live here in Vegas so I figured I would give this one a shot The young lady ,possibly the manager,Yadira,was just the friendliest ,sweetest cashier. Welcomed me there,made suggestions,all with a smile and joking with me while she was making my meal. And my meal...right on point, fresh hot fries,super delicious Roadhouse burger and boneless wings......all freaking awesome!!

Checkers on Rancho and Washington it's hard to write them I used to like them but now I really don't their service is not all that great their customer service is ridiculous if they short-handed they have to bring the cook to the register that really don't know what they're doing and to me that's not good customer service. I feel that across-the-board whether they be a cook a cashier work the drive-through or walk up window everybody should be cross-trained on every job that way if they are short-handed and they need somebody soon enough and they pulled someone to fill in somewhere else they're have well or been well trained. I had a procedure done say early month of June stop by placed an order I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my order and when my sister and my great-niece ordered they had to wait almost 45 minutes it's like they forgot all about their food I had to go up to the counter twice to ask them for their food in a patron shouldn't have to it was for people working the register and even some of the people that was coming through the drive-thru had to wait for their food either outside or they came inside to get their food
