Cheebo

This place is on Hollywood Blvd and was actually on the Map as Ma Soul's Chicken and Waffles but we couldn't find it when looking. Finally after walking around a few extra times walked in and asked this restaurant where it was and they explained it was actually them with a different menu typically for takeout but we were welcome to order and eat. Overall the food was good although the chicken was slightly overcooked it was a welcome dinner as we were craving chicken. One cool thing we ran into Bam Margera (Jackass) who was picking up some food with his dogs and had a very brief conversation with him. Definitely a neat highlight.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT- New management, new menu with Southern Chef. Everything was delicious. The chicken pesto was perfectly concocted. The salami and provolone cheese in the Cheebo chopped salad tasted fresh. The peach crumble was so Southern. Friendly and quick service!!! The outdoor patio area is dog friendly. Great place after hiking.

Great place to meet friends to have lunch and drinks. With its convenient location in Hollywood, many people either stop by to dine in or order to go. The food is amazing here. Unlike other cafés, Cheeto has some fantastic gourmet comfort food. I love their Buffalo chicken wings which are great for watching games and parties. Their truffle pizza is out of this world. The flavor is unbelievable. The pizza dough is so good too with soft and chewy textures. If you just want to have a drink here, I recommend their Arnold Palmer ice tea. They have done the tea the right way, not too sugar but got the right amount of freshly brewed tea tastes. I understand Cheebo is also very popular on the delivery food apps. You can get the food delivered to you through most of the major APPs. Parking is mostly on the side street.

This place is excellent for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and happy hour. We had dinner there, but the lack of table service minimized the classic romantic dinner experience of being served (my opinion)... The food was tasty and excellent. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The place is nicely decorated and I highly recommend to try this place out during lunch. If you are old school like me, and not into the whole "use your smart phone for everything in life", you can luckily order at the bar and go about it the old school way in getting your food. For the new kids around the block, you can use your phone and do an entire self-serve experience if you want. Either way, the food is awesome and the staff is super friendly. Lastly, this place will not charge a gratuity and/or expect tips and they even make it a point on their menu. That's a nice experience and a huge +

My son in law LOVES this place, but I thought it was just ok. I had their Margherita pizza and it was their interpretation of one--thick dough, no tomatoes, lots of greasy cheddar cheese. We were here on a Sunday pm, the place was packed. And they had 2 servers. When you have to stand up and wave yr hands in the air to get anyone's attention, it's no fun/no good.

This interior of this restaurant is so inviting. The colors and design are beautiful. Unfortunately, the food is really lacking in taste.The price of an average breakfast dish is about $16 and for that cost I could have made it better myself. Beans are not hard to cook. Coffee should always be served hot. They did play some some indie rock. Again, everything but the food was good here.

Incredibly RUDE service. I ordered the cod burger online, then sat down at empty table next to my car. He shooed me away saying - only dine in customers could sit down outside although there were three empty tables. Decent burger though overpriced. Bossa Nova is much better

I ordered the mushroom, spinach, garlic pasta and it was SO GREASY. The pasta sauce wasnt even sauce, I had literal grease at the bottom of my bowl. Didn't tatse bad but wasn't great, that's honestly so gross. Nope that's not soup, its grease.
