Service was awesome , atmosphere was good. Food needed a lot of worked. Served me food when they knew it was overly salted bc it had already been sent back by mutiple customers. Everything else(4plates was under seasoned and not not worth coming back for.

Very pleasant atmosphere. My server was Alicia A. She was very professional and attentive. She didn't miss a beat. The food was very tasty. The drink was very good also.Alicia went above and beyond her job duties. I dine in.

Stopped in for lunch before graduation. Had the spinach artichoke dip to start spicy fried chicken with corn fritters and tiger sauce. Was delicious... service was excellent and friendly...

Sunday night may have been a slow night! Extended wait times in between appetizers and entree. The shrimp crab cakes are delicious, and trio pasta is worth it. Will be returning for their daily lunch.

Food was pretty good,and looked very similar to a cheesecake factory. We got the corn and crab bisque, side salad and a side of red beans and rice. The salad was huge and could have been a meal on its own. Decent place for a late dinner.

Waiter was fantastic ! Blacked salmon salad and the Grilled salmon entree were superb . The southwest egg rolls were a delight . Gumbo was good . Didn’t try delight since we were so full but it looked like a treat too .

I had the pleasure of dining in at this establishment twice while on assignment. The services were excellent along with the food. I will say that there was a bit of a 15 minute wait eventhough there were tables available. I'm assuming the reason for the wait was because they are missing servers. The first time I dined, I tried the Jimbalaya pasta, which was pretty good. I was expecting this dish to be spicier, but I could just barely taste the spice. Overall, the dish was enjoyable. The second time I dined at this establishment I tried the Crabcake and shrimp Alfredo blackened (picture included) and I have to say I favored this dish over the other. The crapcakes were well done and gave the pasta an delicious taste. For the drinks I tried the Frozen Crash and Burn and Frozen Strawberry Lemonade. I favored the Crash and Burn for it's citric taste over the Strawberry Lemonade. Overall the services and food were excellent.

Made a reservation on a Friday with no issues at all! The food was decent, nothing stood out. I enjoyed the crawfish fettuccine. It was a good size serving and had a nice flavor. For dessert, the turtle cheesecake was really good! The service was a bit awkward at times. The waitress kind of seemed absentminded but other than that the atmosphere was nice.

This place had really gone down. I used to love it when they had one in Mew Orleans. I'm a Copelands's Lagniappe Rewards's member so I enjoy the brand. I went with my daughter, her friend, and her friend's mom. The wait was longer than it should have been. Not because it was really busy but because the hostess was really confused and made it very clear that she was not interested in being at work. Once seated, we had 2 different waitresses. They were really nice and moved quickly but the food was tasteless and terrible. I packed it up to go but didn't even want it after I got home. I was not pleased with this visit at all!!

I have been a customer for more than 5yrs. On 2/27/25 approx. 8pm myself and a guest experienced the worst service I have ever experience at the restaurant on Bluebonnet Ave. The food that we order was very salty and undercooked. I requested to speak with manager the MOD was totally rude and very disrespectful, unprofessional and not willing to even try to correct the situation. I will not return or refer anyone to this location in the future.

Our server, Domm was beyond phenomenal. She was friendly and attentive. This was the afternoon so there was no wait, we got the table we wanted and it was perfect. Everything came out timely, fresh and delicious. I highly recommend going in the afternoon for a more relaxing and enjoyable experience. The food was all great and I love that we had several dishes to bring home. If I would recommend my faves-crawfish bread or wings (appetizer), crawfish ravioli (entree) and turtle cheesecake. And if you are drinking the whiskey lemonade is worth every penny.

Visited on a Sunday after coming to town for the LSU game. We read that there could be long wait times but we didn't have a long wait. I think we may have been able to join the line ahead of time somehow to minimize it. We were seated in a both which was cozy for the two of us because we are tall but it worked. We ordered the crawfish omelette and some chicken wings. Both were seasoned well and they were good sized portions. The staff were polite and worked quickly to serve everyone. Glad we tried it. If we returned to the area, could see us going back and trying more items.

My husband and I decided to try Cheesecake bistro for his birthday. We have never been before and we were pleasantly surprised. The wait staff were friendly, the food was well seasoned and hot and the ambiance was pleasant. The French onion soup was a little under salted but the steak laboucherie was great. We will def be back.

Great Food & Service. We Love eating at this restaurant. They remodeled the restaurant and it is beautiful. Nice and clean. Service was excellent from everyone. Our server was Heather and she was great and so sweet. Spinach dip & Chicken Parmesan was awesome. No wait time. Keep up the great service. It was awesome to have great service as they all did! Stopped her for dinner on a Thursday evening, I was prompted seated. The restaurant is very elegant. My waiter was John P and he was amazing, very friendly, great conversation. He gave me a great description of the menu. He was so good that I just ordered what he recommended and I'm so glad I did. The corn & crab bisque is the best bisque I've ever had. The shrimp and salmon were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. To finish off I had the blueberry cheesecake, oh sooo good!

Dom was an awesome server. The Shrimp Po-Boy was excellent. No issues and good service.

The Killed by Chocolate Cheesecake is a 10/10!!! Will go back just for that!! Luckily they deliver to my work place so I actually don't have to drive to get it

Absolutely horrible service! I ordered my food over the phone and someone put my order in and I came in within an hour after they told me it will be ready in 25 minutes. The food still wasn't ready and they so-called couldn't find my order... And when they found my order, only one of the two pastas I ordered was even ready! Instead of trying to take the situation seriously, they all played and joked around when I tried to pick ! I asked to speak to the manager, and she never came out! Even after waiting additional time for my food, I was still asked to pay full price when it was a mess up on there in! They did not take accountability for the era at all! And even when I called them to discuss the matter, they still didn't take responsibility and the manager Ava is absolutely horrible, and I will be calling corporate to speak to someone higher than her! This took place on January 10 at 6:25 PM on Friday night! She told me she ran the cameras back and I didn't wait for my food that long... After I placed the order a hour ago and still when I got to the restaurant, it wasn't ready when they told me 25 minutes! MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! AND NOT ACCOUNTABLE AT ALL!! PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE GOING HERE !

I love their food, the drinks and the nice hospitality. But would really touchdown with me was the fried chicken and red beans and rice.

The crab cake and shrimp Alfredo was a delicious meal. Me and my boyfriend spilt this entree and it was enough to feed both of us! It came with two crab cakes, a biscuit, and a nice shrimp Alfredo sauce. We also got a cheesecake to share at the end but I found the cheesecake to be overpriced (almost $10 for one slice of cheesecake!) our waitress was nice and the interior of the restaurant was remodeled and very clean now.

I really enjoyed my experience with the new improved updates here. This is something that really needed to be done. The food was delicious our service was great and it was a beautiful remodel I will definitely go back. I stop going years ago be sure of the service and food but I will add them back to my list of frequent restaurants to revisit. I also had banana foster chess cake omg just like i remembered! Soooooo good 10/10 recommend!

I love Thanksgiving at Cheesecake Bistro! I thank the wonderful employees there for working and giving me a place to go.

My husband and I decided to stop in for a midweek date night. Unlike some other restaurants, Cheesecake Bistro still have has a happy hour! We definitely ordered mostly from the happy hour menu. For drinks, we had the Crash and Burn, which was really good. It has 7 liquors, but still has a fruity taste. We definitely ordered a second at $6, a great price point. For food, we ordered the spinach & artichoke dip (on the happy hour) and jazzy wings! Dessert was of course, turtle cheesecake. The cheesecake is usually the show stopper, but it wasn't as good as we expected. Needless to say we had a great date night with nothing to take home.

We were less than impressed by the entrees. First I had the strawberry whiskey lemonade. It was delicious. Next came our appetizer: crawfish fries. They were really delicious but could have had just a few more fries. After the fries were excited for the entrees. That excitement quickly turned to disappointment. He had the jambalaya pasta. He couldn't explain but said it just was not good. I had the crab cake and shrimp Alfredo. The crab cake was a little undercooked. The pasta was quite dry. Definitely needed more sauce and the sauce was missing something. Was pretty bland. The waitress Kate was nice.

Highly recommend Artichoke & Spinach Dip Appetizer, Club Sandwich w/ Fries, Penthouse Salad. Excellent Service, Comfortable Curved Booth Seating.

Let me start with this, Cheesecake Bistro use to be my favorite place to eat. When I say they had good food, great salad and the best desserts. I moved and just didn't get the chance to go that often. I was nearby and decided to stop there for dinner with me and my baby. When we walked in there was a little smell but I can tell they had some construction so I didn't think much of it. We were seated quickly but we waiters a while for the sever. Mind you it was NOT busy at all. When she came she took out drink orders and it took for we to get them. Another server brought them to the table. It was an even longer time before we could place our order. I ordered the fish and shrimp plate with broccoli and I ordered the fish plate for my baby. Let me say this the food was NOT what it used to be. It tasted frozen and the broccoli was hard. I had to use the bathroom and it smelled terrible and was so nasty yuck I mean it smelled like it had not been cleaned all day it was terrible Needless to say I won't be back

We were looking for creole cuisine when someone suggested this place. I was pleasantly surprised when we got there, good looking deserts greets you as you enter and it was packed for Saturday dinner. We were told 30 min wait but actually the table was ready in less than 10. Most of entree items looked good; steak, fish, etc. we ordered fried pasta and spinach dip, also wings. All were pretty good. Not to mention great beer selection. Main entree were also delicious. Parking was full and tight though so get there early.

Service was slow. Waited over 30 minutes for a drink. Waiter was stressed out and rude. Food wasn't that good.

Kayla was our server and she saved the day for the restaurant. Food was delicious but the drinks were awful. At first the manager said we couldn't get a refund, but Kayla seen it was made wrong so we ended up getting treated right!!! Thank you Kayla for your amazing service!

Ok y'all! Copeland's has remodeled and redeemed themselves!! Inside looks amazing and they have new menu items. I have been three times since the update and everything was good. The first visit was for lunch. I tried the grilled chicken small bayou salad and it was pretty good. My only complaint is that it came with the dressing already mixed on it. Next time I would get the dressing on the side. I tried some of my friend's buffalo chicken spring rolls and OMG these were delicious. The outside of the spring roll taste and looks like fried chicken. Delicious. The spinach and artichoke dip was good as well. My next visit was a late afternoon visit. I tried the Baja Shrimp wrap. This was very good. Very nice flavor of the shrimp. My only complaint is that it fell apart once I unwrapped it. Next time I will only unwrap it little by little after each bite. My most recent visit was early afternoon for my cousin's birthday. For this visit there was a small wait of about 30 minutes for a party of 4. We were able to see our place in line via Yelp so that was nice. This visit we started with the Jazzy Wings. They were huge and flavorful. I prefer my wings cooked a little more but they were still good. We also tried the crawfish bread. This was okay. I've had better. For my entree I went with the spicy fried chicken and subbed the fries for red bean. All that was missing was cornbread or a biscuit. The chicken was hot, crispy, and seasoned to perfection. I tried the pineapple upside cheesecake and this was Devine!! I think it's a limited time item but needs to be on the regular menu. Great job Copeland's! Keep up the great changes!

I went on Saturday night 8/10/2024. Ordered the shrimp and crab cake alfredo bc thats my go to. The alfredo was surprisingly under salted and watery, and the shrimp were very small. The biggest issue though was that one of the crab cakes had a ton of tiny pieces of shell, so much so that I could not finish it. I've never had issues here before so Im hoping it was just a fluke and not an indication that the quality of the place is declining!

Food was good. Service was terrible!!!! The waitress was nasty and rude to kids and when we asked for the manager he was also nasty and rude!!!! I will be contacting corporate for discrimination!!!!!!

I posted my besties and I because the food looked too bad to post. There was seven of us, and the wait person seemed irritated about that from the start. Service was slow, and rather than checking on us to see if we needed anything, we had to catch her on the fly while she was waiting on other people. I suppose it was because she knew we were going to be automatically charged an 18% gratuity whether she deserved it or not. And she didn't deserve it. I don't think we'll go back anytime soon. For the money we spent, we got screwed.

The food was better than I anticipated having been here before but Only gotten to go. I was imagining mashed potatoes but the potatoes in the picture were surprisingly delicious and I love the sauce that comes on top of the salmon. My service was mid but the food made up for it so I will be back.

We had made a reservation for 6 pm. Some of our guests arrived early and had to wait for half an hour because there were only two. So they waited until the rest of the party arrived. Once everyone was there, we still had to wait as they needed to prepare the table for 6 pm. The service was horrible, and the food was cold to lukewarm. When I called to complain, I received excuses about how they looked at the video surveillance cameras - and they saw the waitress come over several times, and even the manager came over. Still, we did not get our drinks refilled, and the so-called manager did not introduce himself. We will NEVER return to this place again. Why were there no signs to let the patrons know they were under surveillance? They have no respect for anyone who has a complaint but are full of excuses.

The whole Pre Lunch experience was great . Very clean environment. Even the Rest Room was well clean . The food was superb . Couldn't have asked for anything better . My waitress Damonique G was great and very aware. She was able to answer all my questions and able to be very suggestive . I'll definitely be back .

Unfortunately this was not a great experience. The chicken dish had a bit of another dish, something with shellfish. Glad I'm not allergic otherwise my date would have turned out poorly. It looks like someone spilled some of the crawfish bowtie pasta dish into mine. My date's dish was supposed to include rosemary potatoes but the potatoes were completely unseasoned. The sauce was overly salty in her dish as well. Finally, both biscuits were tasteless, like they came out of a tube. The chicken pasta dish was delicious otherwise. We also got cheesecake to go which... Tbd. All in all not really worth the $61 bill. I had a better experience the first time I came here, not sure I'll be back again. The service was good, very nice servers

Last couple times we went there it was just terrible. Raw pasta. Seasoned so hot it burned my stomach. Then today I ordered the basil chicken. We waited 40 minutes. The brought me noodles with no chicken. What a shame! We will dine at home now. Hire good nice employees ir go under and bankrupt terrible terrible! Don't waste your money and time there!

I got the spicy herb fried chicken this time. It was good and fresh as I hoped that it would be. Although pricing is a little excessive.

This dish is SOOOO DELICIOUS! The chicken is perfectly seasoned and fried to perfection! It's paired nicely with the creamy bowtie pasta! I literally went here two days in a row and the dish was just as good as the first time! They are renovating in the front, but it's still cozy on the inside. Run not walk for this dish!

My wife and I stopped by around 3pm and took a table in the bar area. Our server came right away and was very nice and we both ordered a drink. About 5-10 minutes later we orders our food and my salad came out the a few minutes later and then the wife's food was served but the French onion soup I ordered did not come out until my wife had finished her meal but in the meantime while eating and talking there was a large black woman at the bar drinking with another woman and she turned around and looked at me and crawled up on a bar stool and Leaned across the bar with her Champaign and starting posing while her friend d took pictures. She was sticking her a$$ out directly at my wife while up on her knees on the barstool and when my wife turned her head the woman's very large rear was about 2 feet from her face. I finally recieved my soup which I did not finish because we were being made to feel very uncomfortable as this woman appeared to be friends with some of the staff because I could over hear this woman talking to one of the staff and saying something like "see dat white man he was looking at me" and they were laughing and looking our way out the side so I told my wife we were leaving as I felt that they were trying to be antagonistic at this point and we were not there looking for trouble so we paid our bill and left without finishing our food. I did call and report this to the manager and she said she was going to pull the camera footage. I will never go back to this restaurant and do not recommend it because of the hostile situation we were put in and the staff there allowed this and did nothing and seemed to know this person and acted as if this was normal.

This is the first time me and my husband have gone here the foods temperature was overall pretty cold, the food was super bland and the biscuit was hard as a rock. Our server (Bria) couldn't remember anything we ordered no matter how many times we kept telling her on top of waiting almost 15 minutes to get greeted, we asked for a few things and also never got them and the host sat us as soon as we walked in the overall experience is unsatisfied and we do not plan on going back...I wouldn't recommend (I also got sick off their food )

I decided that I wanted to add shrimp to the order. When I received my order, it had a lemon aftertaste. I asked if I could exchange it for something else, and I will pay the difference. I was told that I could not do so and I would have to keep it; another waiter came up and asked me if I liked the food. I said no; she picked the plate up, took it, and went in the back. When she returned without the plate, another person at the table asked her what she did with the food. She told me that she threw it away. I said I would not pay for something I didn't eat me, and the waiter went back and forth. I asked to speak with the manager again. The manager never came out. Another Waiter. I asked if I wanted it to be remade. I then said if I had to pay for it, yes, I would never ever go to this restaurant again, and I do not recommend.

I ordered a boil shrimp and crab meat salad. It had no taste at all. I won't be ordering from this company again for lunch.

I'm waiting for the demise for this food chain. Horrible food that was RANCID crab cake was sour shrimp smaller than a baby snail don't come to this restaurant or waist your money

I hate that the New Orleans locations are closed because this has always been one of my favorite restaurants. The one in Baton Rouge is the only location that still exists. Their COVID menu is much more limited than their usual, but it still features all of the most popular staples. I got the BBQ shrimp linguine which I always love. The cheese pizza bowl it comes in is the best part. My server, John P, was super sweet and friendly. My food came out super quickly - like within just a few minutes of ordering. They also have a nice happy hour menu which includes half off certain appetizers.

The food was terrible. The service was slow. Our waiter was kind but kept apologizing about it being short staffed and our wait time for our food. She seemed overwhelmed. Again, the food was disgusting. First and last time going here. If you want to go to a REAL and AMAZING Cheesecake restaurant just go to the Cheesecake Factory in Metairie. DONT waste your time at this restaurant
