Chef Italian restaurant

The service was amazing, the atmosphere was great. But the food..was so bland. I ordered the chicken and broccoli and the pasta was overcooked and they boiled the chicken and the butter sauce was watery.

Very nice and clean place. Ladies were friendly. I called my order in. Cheifs spaghetti. Wow was it good. Pasta cooked good and not floating in grease and water like most of the other local Italian restaurants. The sauce is very good too. Go give them a try. This is my second time eating here. Both times were very good.

Okay, so we were looking for a nice place to eat. It looked good, had good reviews. We get there, everything was content. We got an appetizer, fried pickles, it was really amazing. We ordered our food, ×2 chicken Alfredos, a cheese burger and a playe of spaghetti. The chicken in the Alfredo was so dry and looked a little overcooked. Then the spaghetti didn't look the best. The noodles looked way under done, the sauce looked like Chilli. My burger didn't come with tomatoes liked I asked, I was fine with it. But when I got it back and actually tried my burger, it was so over cooked it I felt like I was eating a chewy steak. We got two sides of macaroni and cheese, only recieved one and it was ouly and barely any pasta. After we got our food, the waitress was short. We asked for refills. Then we got everything together and told the waitress we didn't like our food. She went into the kitchen and this man came to our table, the manager I assume, was super rude and said we "just leave it and go." Once we said we didn't like the food. So we walked out. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.

We received our food and it was the worst food I have ever been served. Me and my friend both got chicken Alfredo and the chicken was dry and the noodles was undercooked and the whole thing was bland. My dad got spaghetti and his was unseasoned and looked like literal dog food out of a can. My wife got a cheeseburger and it was so dry it look like it was tough enough that she could have been eating a steak. We tell the waitresses that we don't want the food and they told their manager. The manager asks what's wrong with the food and as I was telling him, he rudely interrupted and said, "Just get out!" And didn't even try fixing our order. If you go to this place expect the worse and hopefully your food will be better then ours. I highly don't recommend coming here... quite literally the worse tasting food put of everywhere I've been.

I love the food here best chicken parm in sobo and great pizza and amazing pasta dishes me and my wife eat out here 3 times a month. But the last 5 times we have been here the wait Service has been extremely lacking. And last night was the worst. We only saw our server 3 times only one other table that night to I guess the cubbie infront of the kitchen is the best hideout spot. I want to see this business succeed!

Have the some of the best selection of dishes priced below $11.00 with tip comes to $15.00. Fantastic specials all day long. Soda and tea are free with lunch when eating in. Dinner, I don't know. Highly recommended.

Phoned in order. Specifically asked the girl answering the phone if they still had the "any stromboli & drink" special for $9.99. The girl said yes. I ordered two. Ordered the Codfish dinner, two-piece for $16.99. The girl said they also had a special for that with a drink. She then asked me which two sides I wanted to go with the meal & I chose french fries & cole slaw. She asked me if I wanted a large coleslaw because the one that came with the meal was just in a little cup. I declined the large coleslaw. I thought I was finished with my order but the girl asked again what two sides I wanted with my dinner because the dinner came with coleslaw and hushpuppies and also two sides. So I asked for french fries & onion rings as my two sides. We complete the order. My son picks up the order and brings me the receipt. I was charged $11.99 per stromboli although the girl who took my order verbally confirmed they were $9.99 each. I was upcharged for 3 custom items at $1.99 each - I assume to add the french fries & onion rings but for the love of God I don't know what the third custom item was because we didn't get anything else. I was expecting a $35 dinner but ended up paying $53. BUYER BE WARE!!!! Size of the cod servings have decreased by half since the last time I ordered the cod - but still paying the same price. Batter style has changed also - used to be light and fluffy but crispy. Now it's just a blah flour coating - no crispiness about it at all. No tartar sauce provided. The dinner used to come with Tartar Sauce. Guess one has to request it now and it probably has an upcharge too! Fool me once... Won't be back.

Food is always good. The service of the waitress’s they really need customer service training!!!!!!!!!! The young men who work in there are very manner able & nice. Tip worthy. The females senseless, with no training…

We have given this establishment a couple tries and been disappointed on both attempts. Service is poor at best. Food on table 50 minutes after ordering. Drinks ran dry 30 minutes with refill at an hour. When the food arrived it was let's say...uninspired. Out of three meals on table one was good. Spaghetti was dry and the chicken dish looked thrown together with dry vegetables. The garlic bread was good. Servers seemed nonchalant in taking care of patrons.
