Chef Italian restaurant

Worst restaurant in the area. 30 minutes wait times just to have your order taken, then another 1.5 hours to get your food. 45 minutes to get your drink after you order, no refills. In-laws got a to go order, took 45 minutes for the order, then the order was wrong and they refused to fix it. This was the second weekend in a row, with the same type service. After first weekend decided to give a second chance and got the same service. You would think by having 3 of the same restaurants in the area, you would get close to the same service and food. Sam's kitchen and Roma is much better of the 3 restaurants Best thing for this restaurant is to close up and go back to roma's or sam's kitchen.

The food was great! I enjoyed the whole experience. Customer service was wonderful and the restaurant itself was clean and Welcoming. So glad I found this treasure!

I hate to even be writing this! I have been a loyal costumer since they opened, but the service i received this morning was very disappointing to say the least. I called to place my order, going off the menu that is posted here, i ordered 2 items from the lunch specials and 2 items from the appetizers. Burger/fries, Shrimp alfredo, and 2 orders of wings/fries. The lunch specials come with drinks. I also added extra shrimp to my pasta. I received a phone call letting me know the Pasta was no longer on the Lunch specials ( not that there was a whole new menu) so I said that's fine I still want it. Well imagine my surprise when my daughter got home with the food totaling 74.03. I called and was told basically oh well deal with it. This is a difference of more than 20 dollars with the prices listed on the menu available here online!!! And to top it all off my pasta was bursting out the container had come through the paper bag it was stapled in and was all inside the bag and Burger underneath!!!!

The service was amazing, the atmosphere was great. But the food..was so bland. I ordered the chicken and broccoli and the pasta was overcooked and they boiled the chicken and the butter sauce was watery.

ok place but the two ladies seem like they judge you of the food you get. The food was messed up my cheese steak had no cheese and barely any mayo. The tea was not sweet. The plates are not full your not getting your money worth. The salad bar was the only thing good even though the lady looked at my plate like I wasn’t suppose to get that much like I was greedy when I actually splitted it with my grandma

Have eaten here before, food was good. friend decided to take me out for my birthday. There were 4 of us. Service was very lacking. I was given wrong order, and i probably would have eaten it except the waitress wouldnt come back to table to bring butter and sour cream so i could tell her there was a problem with order.One ordered fish and baked potatoe and litterly that was all that was on plate, no butter sourcream tarter sauce no condiments on table? no nothing. Asked for butter and sour cream waitress never brought it food got cold how do they expect customers to eat dry fish and just a plain potato? Man in back came out and was a bit vocal and rude about our situation. Sorry to say my bday lunch was a bit disappointing. And I won't be visiting this establishment again. It is a shame because their sister store Sam's has great service and excellent food.

Okay, so we were looking for a nice place to eat. It looked good, had good reviews. We get there, everything was content. We got an appetizer, fried pickles, it was really amazing. We ordered our food, ×2 chicken Alfredos, a cheese burger and a playe of spaghetti. The chicken in the Alfredo was so dry and looked a little overcooked. Then the spaghetti didn't look the best. The noodles looked way under done, the sauce looked like Chilli. My burger didn't come with tomatoes liked I asked, I was fine with it. But when I got it back and actually tried my burger, it was so over cooked it I felt like I was eating a chewy steak. We got two sides of macaroni and cheese, only recieved one and it was ouly and barely any pasta. After we got our food, the waitress was short. We asked for refills. Then we got everything together and told the waitress we didn't like our food. She went into the kitchen and this man came to our table, the manager I assume, was super rude and said we "just leave it and go." Once we said we didn't like the food. So we walked out. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.

Very nice and clean place. Ladies were friendly. I called my order in. Cheifs spaghetti. Wow was it good. Pasta cooked good and not floating in grease and water like most of the other local Italian restaurants. The sauce is very good too. Go give them a try. This is my second time eating here. Both times were very good.

We have given this establishment a couple tries and been disappointed on both attempts. Service is poor at best. Food on table 50 minutes after ordering. Drinks ran dry 30 minutes with refill at an hour. When the food arrived it was let's say...uninspired. Out of three meals on table one was good. Spaghetti was dry and the chicken dish looked thrown together with dry vegetables. The garlic bread was good. Servers seemed nonchalant in taking care of patrons.
