Had our first dinner in Belize at Chef Rob’s and we’re still talking about it after we’re back home. A short walk/quick drive south of Hamanasi (if you aren’t on a meal plan). Mike was attentive and made us feel welcome. Had the pasta with shrimp in saffron cream sauce and the pan fried sailfish fillet with potatoes and veggies. Both were delicious! Beautiful location right on the beach. Fun to walk out onto the sand after a romantic dinner.

fantastic view, drinks, food, staff, everything!! this was our splurge dinner and it did not disappoint!! the lobster caesar salad was to die for but everything we ate was incredible. the server/bartender Wilson was the best!

Theres a reason this place was voted the best waterside restaurant in Hopkins. This may be one of the more upscale restaurants in town and it's worth every penny. The staff went out of their way to make sure our entire evening was great. They were genuinely friendly and helpful making sure we had everything we needed. Now lets talk about the food! To put it simply: it's exceptional. The caeser salad with lobster is heavenly! The dressing it homemade and very creamy with a good garlic kick. My husband got pork chops and they were melt in your mouth. As a whole, the food was exceptional: fresh, flavorful, and good portion sizes. A special shoutout to Mark who kept checking in on us and took the time to talk with us through the night, making us feel like family. I got fish filet with veggies and the fish was tender and seasoned extremely well. Highly recommend for a nice evening out with delicious food.

Mike and his crew were fantastic with our large party. Super fun and friendly! Food and drinks were great. I had saffron pasta and it was incredible!! The best dining experience we had in Hopkins! Make a reservation and you won’t be disappointed. The restaurant is right on the beach and had great vibe.

I'm always impressed with this place. The food is always great. The servers are very friendly and cordial. The food. Where do I start the surf and turf, lobster, and steak? It was out of this world. I could eat that 3 times a day all week. The atmosphere is always exquisite. I would love to give more stars 10.

Chef's table with chef Rob might be the best meal I've ever had. 7 courses of creative dishes, all delicious, prepared right in front of you, with anecdotes and jokes and an immeasurable level of care for the food and the diners... make for an unforgettable evening. Bring your appetite and wear a pair of pants one size too large. Thank you Chef!
