We were fortunate to enjoy dinner at the Chef's table. The food was amazing and well presented. Micah and Tish created a great atmosphere and service from the moment we walked in! The drinks were great, the service was prompt, and they made us feel at home. We will definitely be coming by the next time we are here!

I felt so relaxed by the atmosphere host Micah Gentle managed to create. Micah provided a warm welcome and an attentive service that made sure I had everything I needed whilst providing me the space to unwind and enjoy. I've come away loving Belize more, not just the people but the expertly made delicious food. Chef Maya Mike delivered exceptional traditional, locally sourced food with a modern twist which was so exciting to taste. If you are looking for a place to enjoy in Hopkins, or Belize, you need to try Chef Rob's Gourmet Cafe as it won't disappoint and the views from your table will keep everyone smiling.

Upgrade to the Chef's Table when it is available! Watching Chef Rob prepare your multi course meal while chatting with other guests is a treat! The cost for something this special is incredibly reasonable compared to American prices. There is also a sommelier to help make a wine selection. The sea breeze adds to the overall atmosphere and improves appetite.

Had our first dinner in Belize at Chef Rob’s and we’re still talking about it after we’re back home. A short walk/quick drive south of Hamanasi (if you aren’t on a meal plan). Mike was attentive and made us feel welcome. Had the pasta with shrimp in saffron cream sauce and the pan fried sailfish fillet with potatoes and veggies. Both were delicious! Beautiful location right on the beach. Fun to walk out onto the sand after a romantic dinner.

fantastic view, drinks, food, staff, everything!! this was our splurge dinner and it did not disappoint!! the lobster caesar salad was to die for but everything we ate was incredible. the server/bartender Wilson was the best!

Chef's table with chef Rob might be the best meal I've ever had. 7 courses of creative dishes, all delicious, prepared right in front of you, with anecdotes and jokes and an immeasurable level of care for the food and the diners... make for an unforgettable evening. Bring your appetite and wear a pair of pants one size too large. Thank you Chef!

I'm always impressed with this place. The food is always great. The servers are very friendly and cordial. The food. Where do I start the surf and turf, lobster, and steak? It was out of this world. I could eat that 3 times a day all week. The atmosphere is always exquisite. I would love to give more stars 10.
