I wanted some good seafood and asked my Nephew where I could go that wasn’t too far from home. He told me Chef Skip 202. I gave it a try I ordered the salmon bites, crab and shrimp platter, fish tacos, strawberry shortcake and banana pudding. So food was good and seasoned very well. Proportion size was plentiful, presentation was beautiful even equipped with a flower. Customer service was awesome it was a young guy in his 20’s and a young lady chef. Both was pleasant and knew about the menus. The young lady came out after hearing this was my 1st time and introduced herself, I told her I had food allergies to tomatoes and she said “I will make sure nothing touches your food”. All in all everything was great I would definitely eat here again.

The food here is very very very good. I am very lucky to live less than a block from this restaurant. This is a small neighborhood place that is take out only. There is a cute wooden bench outside to sit and wait for your order. And the food is worth the wait. We ordered the salmon bites and the fish and shrimp platters. When I opened my container and saw a nice size piece of fish and several shrimp on a bed of fries. A large smile appeared. I must confess being from Montgomery, AL I "LOVE" fried fish!!! The salmon bites, fish, and shrimp had a very light seasoned coating and they were cooked too perfection. The only minor thing is fries come with your order and the only thing you can substitute them for is the Cole slaw. There are other sides you can get if fries aren't for you. Trust me you can't go wrong with the fries. And I suggest you ask for extra sauce. It is very good, try it on the fries. It will definitely make you put down the ketchup!

Ordered to-go from here with my coworkers and as a first timer, I can say pretty gooood. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was because I ordered and paid for the chicken Philly with shrimp but there was no shrimp on my sub when I received it. My coworker picked it up for me and didn’t notice. Still the sandwich was really good! The fries were good as well. I ordered an extra side of the skip sauce to dip.

Delicious, hot, fresh and made to order seafood carryout on Euclid St NW DC right across GA Ave from Howard University! I saw an online article about Chef Skip's new DC Seafood Carryout and had to check it out. I wasn't disappointed! Food was prepared to order so it was hot, fresh and delicious! Great portions at reasonable prices! Will definitely be back for more! Always a pleasure to support black owned businesses! Check them out, you won't be sorry!

My mother's church made obligations to Support this business so we went here today. I ordered the "Salmon Bite Basket". The Salmon bites are GOOD! & the fries are too. If you are close to Howard University. I recommend you try this place out. Lastly, order ahead of time because the place does get busy. Follow my IG @blackdollar007

Tried their fish tacos and chicken nuggets! Really liked both the dishes! They both came with fries. Would have have loved if fries came with their own sauce or more seasoning! But overall, delicious food. Would go again ☺️

Had the fried shrimp and clams. Shrimp are perhaps the biggest I've ever seen in a meal, fries are well seasoned, clams are what will keep me coming back. Looking forward to getting more clams and trying their other items in the future.
