The 11 Hottest Restaurants in Dallas, November 2024

"This pretty Turkish Mediterranean restaurant quietly opened in that shopping center on Walnut Hill with the Trader Joe’s last month and the menu looks amazing. Beet carpaccio, grilled lamb racks, and grilled tiger prawns await. It offers lunch, dinner, and brunch." - Courtney E. Smith

DFW Restaurant Openings to Know in August 2024 - Eater Dallas

"There’s some buzz around this Turkish/Mediterranean fusion restaurant in the nondescript shopping center by Trader Joe’s on Walnut Hill. The light and airy decor is inviting, while the menu features intriguing dishes like beetroot hummus, pacanga borek (Phyllo rolls stuffed with Turkish beef pastrami and kasseri cheese), and zirh kimya adana (hand-ground lamb seasoned with Turkish spices, onion, piyaz, and grilled tomato)." - Courtney E. Last-minute date night with my husband led us to this gem, as all other restaurants in our neighborhood were closed. We were delighted to have found this place, especially since it’s one of the few upscale Mediterranean restaurants in our area. The decor is simply breathtaking, and the bar is a great spot to unwind. The service and food were impeccable. We tried the garlic shrimp with pita bread, Greek salad, Adana and chicken kebabs. Each dish was a delight, and we couldn’t stop smiling. We’ll definitely be returning with friends in the future.

Google
We had such a great experience here! The food tasted incredibly fresh and high quality. They have an amazing drink menu with lots of options. For appetizers, we ordered the bread and shrimp garlic, both were delicious! For our main dishes, we had the lamb chops and chicken kabab with basmati rice and veggies. Everything was so flavorful and seasoned perfectly. The weather was beautiful, so we chose to sit outside, but the inside is just as nice with a great atmosphere. Side note: I loved a piece of art they had inside, and I know it sounds crazy, but the women’s restroom smelled amazing…definitely a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this place!

Google
Very good food. Happy to find a new Turkish place in DFW that serves quality dishes. The flavors were on point. Good chicken and lamb options with satisfying portions. We enjoyed the Adana lamb kebab and Grilled chicken kebab. The Muhammara started us off well. I was delighted by their drinks. They are able to do mocktails for 2 of their signature cocktails - Chefikas and Fig Dream. Highly recommend you try them! In fact, I ordered the Chefikas twice. Overall, the ambience was nice and bright. I saw live music being setup (perhaps for dinner). While we didn't have any issue with the service, compared to industry standards, they could improve it a touch by more mindful checkups. Parking available in the garage behind. Will definitely return!

Stopped by Chefika and ordered the lamb chops—and let me just say, this wasn’t your typical “grilled and glazed” situation. These chops were expertly cooked, juicy with a clean char, and seasoned like someone back there actually cares about balance. You get warmth—maybe cumin?—but there’s brightness too, almost citrusy, and a touch of something earthy I couldn’t quite place but loved. The whole plate felt Mediterranean at the core, but there were these Turkish hints that pulled me in—like a memory you can’t quite place, but want to chase down. It didn’t feel like the kitchen was trying too hard; it felt confident, like “we know what we’re doing here,” and that came through in every bite. Sides were solid. Presentation was clean. And the portions? Generous but still elevated—nothing sloppy, nothing overdone. Chefika isn’t loud about it, but it’s quietly doing something special. If you're the kind of person who notices the layers in your food—and appreciates when a chef doesn’t drown good ingredients in show-off nonsense—you’ll get it here. Definitely coming back. The lamb alone was worth the drive.

Google
Wonderful spot for brunch! The staff is absolutely wonderful. Very accommodating. The cocktails were delicious. They had a great wine selection. The food was some of the most delicious I’ve ever had in Dallas. Don’t leave without dessert. Baklava it’s the best!

Google
Came here for a graduation dinner and the food was phenomenal! We had the mixed dip sampler and the mixed grill sampler. The lamb chops were perfect idk what the green dip was but that was my fave. Chicken was juicy and not dry. Kebabs were on point!

Google
Chic vibes, delicious bites, and service with a smile! Everything we ordered came out fast and tasted amazing. We tried the Girit meze and hummus first—both MUST TRY. Then we ordered Turkish breakfast for two, and it was spot on! The staff was so friendly, they basically felt like brunch buddies. Even our 8 month old daughter was loving the vibe, you can spot her approving look in the photo! 😄 Bonus points: there’s even a baby changing station in the men’s restroom. I love it! ♥️

Google
It was amazing!! From the shish kabob to the hummus to the rice and fried cauliflower and lamb meatball and even the baklava with ice cream suggested by our waitress, we fell in love with a new authentic Turkish restaurant! The service was great and we even met a wonderful family having a birthday. The atmosphere was perfect! I cannot wait to go back!!! We also had Turkish coffee and a cappuccino!

Yelp
Where do I start? This was an amazing experience; maybe because we got there early right before the rush and we got lots of attention and it was great! We made a reservation the day before and when we got there we were immediately greeted, we asked to sit at the bar and had a great time with our bartender! When you first walk in everything is super bright and clean, blue and white with lots of glass and plants, vases, flowers, lamps, gorgeous! (I know, that sentence is out of order but whatever) The I ordered an old fashion and it packed a nice punch, my husband ordered a Modelo and it was served in a nice frosty glass. They brought us a little bowl of fresh popped popcorn and some Turkish bread with dip. It was so good we ordered more bread! We also got the beet carpaccio sprinkled with pistachio, it was so refreshing and light, with a gentle drizzle of vinaigrette. To layer onto our meal we got an order of the spicy lamb meatballs which were so freaking good I still dream about them! The real star of the show was the garlic shrimp, we used the bread to dip into the garlic juice and put a shrimp on it . . . OMG!! We ordered light because we were there waiting for our first grand baby to be born and we didn't want leftovers so this was perfect, but I am already looking forward to my next Dallas trip to go back and get a full plate! Everything was perfect. They are all so friendly and fun, if you're in Dallas, GO!

Yelp
The food was pretty decent nothing you can't get anywhere else at other places that definitely will treat you better. I came in with my nieces and sister in law and we were basically ignored. It wasn't busy there were only two other tables there but they literally treated us like we were an inconvenience to them. The waiter we had disappeared and didn't even mention anything to us. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. For whatever reason they decided to be rude. Let me tell yall something to staff and owners of chefika. I used to live on the same property that your establishment sits on before it was torn down to make that basic place they call a shopping center. I grew up riding my bike all over that place, that is my home town. You're foreigners in MY home land, not yours. If you want to bring your racist Turkish ways here to our beautiful city, go back to where you came from. The disrespect yall showed today will not be forgotten and we will never return. You come here to our country and have audacity to stick your nose up at locals? There is nothing that special about you to treat people that way. The food portions were small. We had to practically beg for water and the hot tea we ordered they forgot about. The managers excuse? Maybe the staff was "tired" no yall were rude and unwelcoming and we all felt it. Yall need to do better or take y'all's sub par food and service elsewhere!

Yelp
I ambiance was really nice. It is right across Trader Joe's. I order the salmon which was very tasty. I also had the Sebastian cheesecake. Service was wonderful. Great place for a date or bringing a friend. Will definitely come back again!

Yelp
Nice atmosphere with lots of room for both small and large parties. Easy parking both in garage and outdoor. Ordered a lot of food options which were all great. Would recommend the zucchini fritters, beet carpaccio and halloumi! Drinks were delicious as well. I got the blackberry whiskey sour which was amazing. The staff was a little busy but it was also on NYE but didn't disappoint getting our food to our table timely

Yelp
We discovered this place quite by accident but what a wonderful find. It is a great restaurant and we had an excellent experience all the way around. The ambience is upscale but not pretentious. The interior is very attractive and on the minimalist side, meaning that there is not a lot of adornments on the walls from Turkey, but they are not necessary. The service was exceptional from the moment we entered to our departure. Our server Murat was professional, polite, gracious, and efficient. At least 3 different people (managers?) stopped by to ask if everything was ok during our meal. Other waiters we encountered acknowledged us and thanked us for coming. We were asked if we needed refills on bread and water, so we were well taken care of. The food was exceptional. We started with hummus which was smooth, silky, and mild. I like more garlic but this hummus was very good and I did not mind that it did not have a strong garlic flavor. We also had the beet salad and it was excellent. There was a generous portion of cooked beets with some pistachio pieces and goat cheese on top. Both the wife and I really enjoyed it. For entrees, the wife had the lamb shank and loved it. The lamb was very tender and juicy with a wonderful flavor. I had the grilled chicken which was marinated white chicken chunks. The chicken was incredibly well marinated so it was very flavorful. It was cooked to perfection so it was juicy and tender. It came with grilled vegetables and rice. The veggies were grilled perfectly. The child had a Turkish pizza and liked it. For dessert, the child had some kind of ball of chocolate and ate the entire bowl. She never eats a whole bowl of anything. The wife and I shared a piece of pistachio cheesecake and it was excellent. Not too sweet, good flavor, and the perfect ending to a perfect meal. She had Turkish coffee and I had Turkish tea, both of which were excellent. This restaurant has been open 2-3 months but it is a winner. The restaurant was just about full when we left. There is a large outside space for dining when the weather is nice. I expect this restaurant to be very successful. I hope it does not change a thing and continues to serve outstanding food with gracious service. We definitely will be back.

Yelp
When you first walk in the first thing you notice is pretty the decor. Its Mediterranean style is both elegant and inviting. The services was great, and so was the food! I got the lamb shank which was tender, well seasoned and nicely proportioned for only $24. It sat atop a potato purée that was also yummy. And then there was the dessert! The malaga was so good! It's made of chocolate, pistachio and banana. I have been waiting for them to have it available in their cake shop. The cakes are made fresh daily so you gotta grab it when you can. This was one of the best dinning experiences I've had in a long time.

Yelp
A lovely new addition to Preston Hollow Village. Delicious, savory Mediterranean food in a chic space with very reasonable prices. Great for families/larger groups. Cauliflower and lamb meatballs were my favorite but I also liked the sausage pide and shrimp. Only the salad didn't stand out to me. Also loved the bread service Next time would try an entree - maybe the salmon kebabs or shish kebabs

Yelp
This place is amazing. The decor transports you to the Mediterranean. It's perfect and our server was amazing. She was so nice and answered all of our questions. When we were seated, they served us pita and a delicious dip. I ordered the chuck roast which was perfectly seasoned. The two people I was with ordered the lam shrank and they both loved it. For dessert, they brought out a sample tray so that you could see all the options you could choose from. We shared the Malaga cake which was chocolate, pistachio, and a banana. It was delicious too. Everything we had was amazing. I will definitely be back.

Yelp
Can here for a belated birthday dinner with a friend. Unfortunately, they do not do anything special for birthdays and it seems if you come too early (5ish) for dinner that you don't get what seemed to be a complimentary glass of champagne. We tried both martinis, shrimp in garlic and baba ghanoush as an appetizer, branzino and the first lamb entree in the menu. Everything was excellent with the shrimp app and the branzino being our fav! There is a display for dessert and we tried the strawberry red velvet and pistachio cheesecake. Those were definitely a hit. Service is attentive, even as they got busy, she made sure to check on us as she could. She was also very patient with the fact we had a child with us. Much appreciated as he is a typically kid dropping things and what not. My only pain point was serving wine with a lot of sediments. The wine was good but lost its appeal with the amount of sediments in the glass and in the sip.

Yelp
What a lovely surprise. Food was delicious, restaurant had beautiful natural light, and service was attentive but without being in your face too often. We ended our lunch with a Turkish coffee, tea and Sebastian (Pistachio cheesecake). Divine! I will absolutely come back with my friends.
google avatar

Skyla L.

Yelp
What a great lunch. I loved the ambiance. Beautiful decor. Lovely seating. I sat by the window so I could see all the Xmas decorations outside and people passing by. Food was spectacular. Great flavor. Ate every bite.

Yelp
Came here for hubby's birthday lunch during the week. It's a beautiful space. Lots of lovely natural light and nice patio outside. Service was lovely and the food was delicious. The lamb shank was just perfect!

Yelp
Magical date night place. Alfresco dining or indoor. Wonderful for a group or with your plus one. Inviting, indulgent, easy to fall in love with. Menu items are arranged and delivered artfully on beautiful plates. Bespoke and elegant in a perfect way from lighting, landscapes and service. The complimentary olive spread with an assortment of breads is something I would gladly order. The warm meatball appetizer was tops and the mediterranean salad a must. My date enjoyed the kabab and we shared a rice pudding that we gave top marks. Abracadabra amazing.
google avatar

Anne S.

Yelp
Favorite things: - Beautiful patio - Pacanga borek - Grilled branzino - Malaga dessert (not on menu; ask!) - Best espresso martini (made with Turkish coffee) in Dallas - Allowed us to linger as long as we wanted Room for improvement: - Turkish wines were not great (and I've had great ones) - Dishes were somewhat small for sharing (especially dips) - Ambiance indoors not as lovely and relaxing as patio - At times was hard to get the attention of any servers I'd go back for that Turkish coffee martini, for sure, and in general if I'm wanting Mediterranean food in this area of Dallas. I hope they make it!
google avatar

Paul S.

Yelp
Great food. Would give 4.5* if option. Have dined there now a few times. Get the signature mezze - the dips are great. Lamb chops are great. Hanger steak also very good Fig cocktail was a touch sweet but delicious.

Yelp
I visited Chefika for the first time for brunch but it already became my favorite Mediterranean spot in Dallas. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully seasoned with generous portions that make every bite a delight. From the warm, freshly baked bread to the cheesy pide, everything is delicious. The Greek omelet was perfectly complemented by smashed potatoes- crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The interior blends modern design with a refreshing Mediterranean ambiance. The staff is friendly, attentive and clearly takes pride in their service. I cannot wait to return to try their mouth watering desserts and dinner menu!

Michael H.

Yelp
I went to Chefika for dinner with a friend to order the lamb rack and also had the appetizer mixture of many dips. The waiter or busboy brought out an olive based tapenade and some Turkish bread to use. But, I don't understand why the waiter did not bring out additional bread when we ordered the "poo poo" platter that had many (at least 6, I think) dips on it. So, we had to ask for more bread, a couple of times. We also had the stuffed grape leaves which were so fresh, and different than what I have ever had before. We also ordered the lamb rack (supposedly 4 bones) but when it came out, it was 5 lamb lollipops with some nicely grilled veggies and mashed potatos. For dessert, we had the in house made baklava. We each got 2 small pieces of the baklava and it was so fresh, it was out of this world. I am definitely a fan of this restaurant and lucky to live close enough to go back and try something new.

Yelp
The atmosphere at this new restaurant is so relaxing, we felt like we walked into a resort, we sat outside since such great weather. Even tables outside are white table clothed. Service is spot on. Warm flat bread and a delicious capers and olives served with it. I had the salmon kabobs, thick moist chucks of salmon on a lute fluffy bed of rice and a delicious tomato cucumber salad. Oh my delicious with grilled lemon. We felt we were on vacation.
google avatar

Amela A.

Yelp
Best Turkish restaurant in Dallas. One of our favorite places to dine. Amazing food, great atmosphere. All the staff members are very friendly. We had a reservation, but they couldn't seat us immediately- the manager apologized and offered us free drinks at bar while we waited. Once we were seated, he came several times during our dinner to male sure everything is ok. And food: everything that we ate tasted amazing, great presentation. Murat, our waiter was super nice and friendly. We are going back for sure.
google avatar

Han C.

Yelp
This new restaurant is beautiful, and I'd say the vibes are top notch for an area I never knew existed (tucked behind the Trader Joe's off of 75). I've been a couple of times now and service is a bit hit or miss, and the food is generally fine. The hummus is nice and smooth, the beef shish is flavored well, but I would recommend ordering medium or higher in cook temperature because the medium rare came as rare, and the texture was a bit off. The shrimp and garlic appetizer was nice, but skip the village potatoes which were very, very oily. I'd come back again for an aesthetic group dinner, but overall would prefer eating Mediterranean at other spots in the neighborhood.
google avatar

Yelp
Came for a late night meal. We actually stopped in as it was one of the few places still open by our hotel late at night. I'm glad we did. We weren't super hungry, but this sure did hit the spot. First the inside of freaking gorgeous. Love the decor and ambiance. We had lemonade and mixed meze platter. First the service is impeccable. Our waiter was a little difficult to understand but I think it had more to do with the obnoxious drunk table next to us. They kept being us water and the lemonade to die for! The bread!!!! Yummy! I wish I had taken the time to ask more questions but it was super late. They had what seemed pita and bread with seeds I've never had. I want to say it was Simit. The favorites were the hummus, which the best hummus I've EVER had. The muhammara was also spectacularly good. They were all. Very good to spectacular. It's a shame we weren't more hungry. I will definitely be back to try the menu when I'm back in Dallas for SURE!

Yelp
Going to Chefika with our family was a wonderful experience from the food to the service to the ambiance. My parents were visiting from out of town and they had plenty of room to accommodate our party of 7. All the staff was so kind, especially one of our waiters, Murat, who was extremely friendly with great recommendations. We got the mezze sampler, cauliflower, meatballs, and garlic shrimp as appetizers. It was all so flavorful and well presented. A few people got the lentil soup, and it was cozy, well seasoned and comforting but not spicy. Our main dishes, which consisted of chicken kebabs, salmon, and lamb, were all great and generous portions. To top it off, we got the rice pudding and kunefe. The rice pudding was nicely sweet without being too sweet. The kunefe was the perfect mix of crunchiness, sweet syrup and savory cheese. We will definitely be coming back!
google avatar

Hannah Rose M.

Yelp
The food was very good here! I had the lamb shank and a glass of rosé at the bar. I'm looking forward to coming back for happy hour soon! The host and bartender were super kind and attentive. The vibe inside the restaurant was very cool

Yelp
I really wanted to like this restaurant but the food fell short for me. Service and ambience were good. The hummus and babaganosh had yogurt or Labneh in it. Not enough garlic lemon or olive oil. Bread was very good. Lamb was more gamey than I am accustomed to.

Machelle D.

Yelp
Food is great. Ambiance great. I love their appetizers. We usually get a bunch of small plates and share like Tapas style.

Yelp
The food was amazing! The pitas tasted homemade and absolutely fresh! The ambiance was fantastic! This checked all the boxes for a perfect dinner date. The waiter was so nice. The menu seemed really authentic Mediterranean food a lot of items I haven't heard of. Would definitely love to go back!

Yelp
Met a friend out for dinner. Walnut Hill is a good middle point, and she found a new Mediterranean restaurant. Thought we would give it a go. So glad we did. The space is open and airy. Very pretty. Reminds me of Zatinya up in Frisco that closed down. The waiter helped us order a good Turkish wine. My glass was tasty. We shared a bunch of appetizers. The garlic shrimp and feta dip were the highlights. Overall, delicious meal. We will be back!
google avatar

Yelp
My husband and I ate at Chefika Café Mediterranean this evening and the food was Excellent! My husband got the Chicken Begendi & I got the skewer grilled fresh Salmon and Basmati rice. We had white wine for dinner. Both dishes were very good. We also got hummus as an appetizer and we asked for fresh vegetables along with the pita bread and they provided the vegetables with no complaint. The meal was very good. After dinner, the bartender made me a drink called a Chefika which was very good & sweet and my husband got a Turkish coffee. I also had a blueberry martini. All 3 drinks were excellent! As for dessert we got a cheesecake with pistachio with chocolate on top which was amazing. All in all there were No complaints and the customer service was excellent.
google avatar

Kari J.

Yelp
Amazing addition to PHV. Love the ambiance, aesthetic, and menu. Live music, happy hour, authentic food. Had GIRIT EZME- amazing, ACILI EZME, HUMMUS, SHRIMP APP blew away our expectations. Great for sharing. Don't sleep on this one!

Ashley S.

Yelp
We went on a Friday night and I think the service was off because no one knew what was going on- we watched our dishes go to a couple other tables, the bar staff was trying their best and they were nice about the people in training. The food was good and the deserts were great. They did good with the space, we enjoyed it. I bet the service gets better
google avatar

Andrew B.

Yelp
Great food, but extremely overpriced for the portion size. It's Texas, not NYC. You could get much better value elsewhere.
google avatar

Viraj S.

Yelp
We got the lamb and the steak, both were undercooked. Too expensive for the level of food you get

Jovie S.

Yelp
The food was amazing. The service was fantastic, the place has a nice vibe. Soulful music, perfect lighting and plenty of room between tables. The vegetables were fresh and cooked perfectly. I can't imagine ordering anything I wouldn't like. Be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before close.
google avatar

Steve B.

Yelp
Excellent! We love Chefika! Beautiful new interior design, very relaxed. Our service was excellent and I believe they opened two weeks ago. Now the best part - our food was awesome. My wife had branzino which was very tasty. I was hesitant to order lamb chops because I have been disappointed so many times in Dallas. They were five stars - tender and very tasty! IMHO, the best I have ever had in Dallas. And the most amazing ambience- a very singer and violinist graced the guests with classic music .. We had a wonderful evening! We highly recommend. The wine list was solid and the cocktails looked fantastic.
google avatar

Pam C.

Yelp
We went to Chefika before it has officially opened. What a great new restaurant we have in our neighborhood. The inside decor is beautiful. The staff was very friendly. Alana was very attentive and knowledgable on their new menu. The bread comes to your table WARM! We tried the following dishes and highly recommend. We look forward to going back and working our way around this amazing menu. We should have taken pictures but we dove right in! Hot Appetizer - Sigara Borek Cold Appetizer - Beetroot Hummus Entree - Chefika Burger (lamb) White Wine - Cankaya Kavalkidere, Turkey (delicious!)

Tyler M.

Yelp
I know the restaurant closed at 11 we got there at 9:30 got seated by host sat there for 30 mins without every once seeing a waiter or a person come and even ask us if we would like to order a drink an appetizer anything. Than the audacity of half of the workers looking in our direction seeing that we haven't ordered yet and continue to get the store ready to close instead of taking customers that they sat down wasting my time that could have been put towards getting something to eat before it all closed. will not recommend to a soul. Actually quite the opposite. Thank you, not really
google avatar

Yelp
PLEASE SUPPORT THIS RESTAURANT it is wonderful!!!! We tried this restaurant today for a late lunch early dinner. We were in the mood for something different after the long Thanksgiving weekend. This location has been many places all of which we have enjoyed, but Chefika Cafe is absolutely the BEST! It has been updated with beautiful decor and a large bar which is where we sat and super comfy. Our food was fantastic we had 2 apps and split an entree of shrimp and vegetables and everything was delicious. Large portions and reasonable prices for the quantity and quality. Looking forward to our next visit!

Meredith K.

Yelp
The food was delicious! We ordered several different appetizers and loved them all. The feta dish was very unique and my favorite. The lamb burger was cooked perfectly. The ambiance was fun and lively but not too loud. Can't wait to go back!
google avatar

Sue M.

Yelp
Excellent taste. I had Mediterranean salad with chicken, spouse had tiger prawns. Friends had lamb kabobs and salad with prawns. We all thought the chef was good! Service was very attentive. They changed tricky fish old location on walnut hill. Very subdued but nicely done. Will definitely go back
google avatar

Betty M.

Yelp
Amazing! Such a fun beautiful atmosphere! The food is beyond great! Pita and olive tempanada to start the best! Appetizers mouthwatering! Want to try them all! On Trays we spot on! Service the best! Save room for dessert yum! My favorite the rice pudding!. But we also had an exotic flan!

Yvette L.

Yelp
This restaurant is beautiful in side and feels light and airy. Upon being seated, they bring out delicious bread and a duo of dips. My friend and I ordered the hummus and it was silky and almost buttery in taste, so good. We both ordered the chicken salad bowls; I tried the coban version and she tried the Mediterranean. The seasoning on the chicken was delicious and the salads and dressings were perfectly balanced. The service was unhurried and the wait staff were very friendly. The manager stopped by to say they'd only been open 8 days and were still working on getting their rhythm. We really enjoyed the food and ambiance and will be back!
google avatar

Sophie K.

Yelp
So delicious!! I came here at lunch time with my Dad and we had a wonderful meal. I got the Yoğurtlu Kebap and my Dad got the Lamb Shish Kebab. Both dishes were very good, I especially loved the sauce on mine! The restaurant owner and staff were very friendly and attentive, they even gave us a free starter of pita and pide bread with two delicious dips! Very nice atmosphere and decor as well. Great experience and wonderful people, we will definitely be returning!

Yelp
Beautiful atmosphere. The staff is attentive and friendly, creating a welcoming environment for guests. Whether you're enjoying a leisurely dinner with friends or a special celebration, Chefika offers a memorable experience that transports you to the Mediterranean with every bite.

Yelp
I believe in giving a little grace as new restaurants get their footing. I had dinner with friends at Chefika last night and was underwhelmed. The restaurant was 1/2 empty on a Friday night at 8 pm. That is ok, I mostly felt bad for them as clearly a lot of thought went into the menu and design. The service was really poor, especially given that the server must have had only two tables. They forgot one appetizer, did not clear the appetizer plates when the mains came, and kept trying to bring other peoples food to our table, never asked if we wanted another drink, took way too long to clear after the mains came course, the took way too long to get asked about dessert and then took way too long to bring the check. Everyone was nice but felt like it lacked experienced waitstaff. Our server kept walking past us and I am not sure if she was waiting for us to flag her down or what. Nothing terrible but not a good experience. The food was decent. Hot appetizers game out luke-warm, cold apps were good, and everyone loved their mains and desserts. Good cocktail options and they were mixed well. I don't think I will be rushing to dine-in again but I would definitely order carry-out in the future.

Yelp
Average, overpriced food and poor service. Will wait for the next restaurant to come instead of this. Seems like this spot has not been getting any quality eateries yet.

Yelp
I eat here practically every week since it opened. I even order delivery from them for lunch every now and then. I haven't had one dish that I didn't enjoy except for their house potatoes/french fries (both are just too greasy and not at all crispy). Apart from that minor complaint, everything from the lentil soup, to the lamb burger, to the lamb shank, to the salads are wonderful. I don't order dessert, because I don't need the extra sugar, but they make their interesting desserts in house and they all look spectacular! Definitely give them a try! The servers are always so warm and helpful. The ambience is also beautiful.
